终端设备控制方法、终端设备及系统、计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及终端设备控制领域,尤其涉及一种终端设备控制方法、终端设备及系统、计算机存储介质。
背景技术
现在学生智能手机上都会有一个智能代理,家长会通过智能代理控制学生玩APP的时间,控制学生上网行为等。
从技术上来讲,家长会根据学生的生活习惯,手动在学生手机上做配置,包括配置手机的哪些APP可以玩,可以玩多长时间,哪些APP不可以玩等。孩子上学前,做一次配置;孩子放学后,要一次配置;周末也要根据活动场景切换,频繁的设置。
上述监督方式存在以下缺点:
1)每次需要拿到学生手机才能进行配置;
2)如果学生在校园内发生一些特殊场景,家长也无法及时修改配置,适配新的场景,下发新的监督策略;
3)配置内容本身也是一次性的,也比较单一,学生手机上的智能代理不能根据学生活动场景的变化而自动切换,并下发不同的监督策略;
4)家长并不能得到及时的跟踪反馈,不知道是否要调整相应的策略。
总言之,现有对学生智能手机进行控制的方案,实现不够灵活、控制精确度较低、不利于用户体验。

有鉴于此,为解决现有存在的技术问题:

获取终端设备控制策略,以及所述终端设备当前所处的场景信息;
根据所述终端设备控制策略以及所述场景信息,获取对所述终端设备的控制信息;
根据所述控制信息对所述终端设备进行控制。

根据以上描述,本发明实施例至少能利用家长端独立的控制,可以实时的设置下发监督策略;并通过提供位置,时间等丰富的配置信息,自适应地下发各种监督策略,并能形成反馈闭环,不断优化调整监督策略。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例所要解决的技术问题是:为学生智能手机提供一种自适应地识别各种场景模式,同时使用智能桌面控制算法等来监督学生手机的过度娱乐使用,从而解决家长频繁手工配置,无法形成配置闭环,且配置与监督场景不精确匹配等缺点。
本实施例采用以下技术方案:
主控终端设备侧(非学生智能手机上,可以是家长端的智能机上):
步骤1、第四获取模块获取控制场景相关的配置信息(学生个性化的配置数据,手机监督策略类配置信息等)。
本实施例中,该第四获取模块位于家长端APP,家长需要根据中小学生的学习生活场景设定个性化的配置数据,并将设置好的配置数据保存到网络侧设备。
学生个性化的配置数据,如图9所示,可以包括:
1)学生基本属性信息
手机号(绑定后,学生手机设备号会作为唯一标识),昵称,亲情号码等。
2)学生位置类信息
需要设定学生的学校位置信息,学生的家庭位置信息,学生课外辅导班的位置信息以及一些其他的主要文体娱乐位置信息等。位置信息可以是门牌号或经纬度等形式。
3)学生课程表类信息
学生课程表类信息,包括学生校内课表信息,校外课表信息等,例如,周一到周日,每天24小时的学习以及娱乐休息的时间分布,例如:周一,8点-9点上课,9点-9点10分课间休息,12点下课,下午2点上课等时间表信息。
4)自定义场景类配置信息
步骤2、控制策略确定模块根据所述配置信息确定控制策略。
这里,控制策略可以包括:
1)APP分类信息;
包括,手机内部所有APP的属性,包括常规,娱乐,禁止等
2)手机上网的黑白名单信息;
包括,哪些网址受限访问等
3)不同模式策略下的控制信息;
包括娱乐类APP使用时间,是否锁屏等。
比如,上课模式策略下,需要设定手机锁屏,静音,除拍照等限定的几个APP外禁用等。
再比如,上学模式策略下,允许使用某一类常规APP,同时会定期反馈位置信息到服务器,另外,也对上网的不良行为进行一些监督等。
步骤3、第三发送模块将控制策略发送至网络侧设备。
具体的,控制策略确定模块可以将控制策略下发给底层通讯模块,底层通讯模块可以将控制策略上传至网络侧设备,并通过XMPP通讯协议(也可选择其他通讯协议)和学生端智能手机保持一直连接的状态,并将控制策略发送给学生手机。
受控终端设备侧:
步骤4、第一获取模块实时地从网络侧设备获取控制策略;
步骤5、第二获取模块结合课程表以及一些地理位置信息进行计算,取终端设备当前所处的场景信息。
图10为本实施例一种识别中小学生不同场景模式的算法示意图,如图10所示,家长首先根据学生当前学期内校内外的上课情况,设置校内课程表以及校外课程表,该课程表是从周一到周日的学生上课的时间段(比如 8:00-9:00等)。
设置完学期课程表后,家长需要设置学生当前学期的上课的位置信息(除了学校所处的位置外,还需要设置平时上校外辅导班的位置信息)。设置完毕后,学生手机的智能代理模块根据设置的配置信息,并识别当前学生所处的时间和地点,从而计算出学生当前的学习场景模式(可以包括:上课学习模式,上课休息模式,下课监督模式,下课娱乐模式)。并根据场景模式下发监督规则以及对学生端手机进行监督控制。
学生也可以根据一些特殊场景(校内及校外),反馈给家长,进行配置信息调整,从而调整学生所处的学习场景模式。
另外,家长和学生也可以根据不同的场景模式对配置信息进行适配调整,提高场景模式识别的准确性。
例如,一种从“上课学习”切换到“上课休息”的模式自动切换以及监督策略的变化,包括:当手机检测到当前在校园内,而时间刚刚从上课时间段切换到下课时间段,则智能代理模块识别到当前应为家长预置的“上课休息模式”,并下发相应的监督策略到手机桌面管控模块,手机桌面管控模块则执行对应的解锁,APP限时娱乐,手机可以被呼入等操作。
例如,一种从“上课休息”切换到“下课监督”的模式自动切换以及监督策略的变化,包括:当手机智能代理模块检测到学生走出校园,而时间切换到非学习时间段,则智能代理模块识别到当前应为家长预置的“下课监督模式”,并下发相应的监督策略到手机桌面管控模块,手机桌面管控模块则执行对应的位置实时定位,上网过滤限制等操作。
步骤6、第三获取模块根据所述终端设备控制策略以及所述场景信息,获取对所述终端设备的控制信息;
步骤7、执行模块根据所述控制信息对所述终端设备进行控制。
比如,执行模块自定义绘制以及触发上课模式锁屏界面,对放学模式 下的APP进行限时娱乐以及对上网信息进行监管等。同时记录在模式策略下发后,学生的使用行为习惯,并及时反馈给家长。
执行模块需要保证学生智能手机在有畅通物理连接下,保证能尽可能能被家长及时可靠的访问到,比如家长可以在一些非常规情况下,执行一键锁屏和实时定位等操作。
网络侧设备负责将家长以及小孩的一些配置信息持久化,除了将家长的配置信息实时保存到网络侧,并同步到小孩端;也可以将小孩的一些位置信息以及上网行为等记录到网络侧,供网络侧分析统计,并反馈到家长端。
需要说明的是,主控终端设备和受控终端设备也可以是同一终端设备,本实施例主要以主控终端设备和受控终端设备为不同的终端设备为例进行说明。
实施例2
图11描述了一种家长监督学生手机的典型场景,如图11所示,该流程包括:
首先家长通过绑定操作,通过短信验证码的方式(也可以是扫描二维码,学生端手机主动注册等方式)完成家长和学生手机的绑定。
绑定成功后,家长端通过配置模块,以导入或录入等方式,设置校内外课程表,校内外地理位置信息以及其他一些配置信息。
该配置信息通过HTTP协议保存至服务器端,并通过XMPP协议通知学生端手机缓存。
学生智能手机AGT模块动态识别当前学生手机所处的时间和地点,并根据缓存的配置信息,动态计算当前学生智能手机所处的学习场景模式(上课学习模式,课间休息模式等)。
学生手机的智能代理模块根据识别出来的学习场景模式给桌面控制模 块下发一系列的桌面控制命令,桌面控制模块会根据一系列的桌面控制命令执行监督控制。比如学生在上课时,智能手机处于锁屏模式,该锁屏模式下,来电短信都是静音设置,同时学生智能查看时间,天气,拨打家长亲情号码,以及做拍照等常规课堂操作。
图12所示为本发明实施例一种家长绑定学生手机的典型流程,如图12所示,该流程包括:
家长输入学生手机号后,触发服务器发起绑定验证,服务器将该绑定验证转发给短信网关,短信网关随后将短信随机验证码发给学生手机。
家长获取该随机验证码后(随机验证码有效时长5分钟),发起服务器端绑定请求,服务器端再将该绑定请求转发给短信网关,短信网关会再发一条绑定短信,请求学生手机发起服务器绑定。
随后,学生手机的AGT模块会将手机的IMEI号以及家长手机号等发到服务器注册绑定,注册成功后,服务器端会分别回应家长和学生手机,表明绑定成功。
采用本发明实施例所述的技术方案,与现有技术相比:
1)该方案提供一套模型分析算法,来适配中小学生的主要学习生活场景,下发各种场景模式策略,如上课模式策略,课间模式策略,以及放学模式策略等。
2)该方案使用桌面管控模块,根据不同的场景模式策略,动态地有针对性实施各种监督和控制,比如锁住手机,限制部分APP娱乐时间,记录各种上网行为等;
3)该方案能记录学生监督策略实施后的各种行为习惯,以帮助家长能动态调整策略,形成监督闭环。
上述各模块可以由电子设备中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)或可编程逻辑阵 列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)实现。

    所述第二绑定处理模块,配置为进行绑定处理,实现受控终端设备和主控终端设备的绑定。
  18. 一种终端设备控制系统,其中,该系统包括:受控终端设备、网络侧设备和主控终端设备;其中,
    所述受控终端设备为权利要求11至15任一项所述的终端设备;
    所述网络侧设备,配置为实现受控终端设备和主控终端设备间的通信;
    所述主控终端设备为权利要求16或17所述的终端设备。
  19. 一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行所述权利要求1至6、权利要求7至10任一项所述的方法。
