当第一终端需要请求远程协助设置时,首先,第一终端获取其自身的当前设置参数,该当前设置参数包括第一终端上当前每种设置的状态信息。第一终端将自身的当前设置参数上传至服务器,服务器接收第一终端上传的该当前设置参数后,在服务器上对该当前设置参数进行存储。所述第一终端还可发送请求信息至服务器,所述请求信息中包含第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端的相关信息,以便服务器在接收到第一终端上传的该当前设置参数后,可根据所述请求信息与第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端进行信息交互。
服务器接收到第一终端上传的该当前设置参数后,发送第一通知消息至第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端,以使第二终端获知当前第一终端请求其进行远程协助设置,且服务器上已存储有第一终端的当前设置参数。
本实施例中,当服务器接收到第一终端上传的该当前设置参数后,服务器可通过PUSH消息推送功能发送第一通知消息至第一终端请求远程协助设 置的第二终端,由于是服务器向第二终端推送PUSH消息即通知消息,这样,只有第二终端处于数据联网在线或数据联网上线状态,第二终端都能立刻收到服务器通过PUSH消息推送功能发送的第一通知消息,并根据第一通知消息获知当前第一终端请求其进行远程协助设置,且服务器上已存储有第一终端的当前设置参数。若第二终端当前处于数据联网在线状态,则第二终端可根据第一通知消息立即到服务器上进行查找,并从服务器上下载获取到所述当前设置参数;若第二终端当前处于数据离线网络状态,则第二终端也可在其下次数据联网在线时第一时间根据第一通知消息到服务器上下载获取所述当前设置参数,保证了第二终端接收消息的即时性。
第二终端获取到服务器发送的第一通知消息后,对第一通知消息进行分析,若第二终端接受对第一终端进行远程协助设置的请求,则第二终端根据所述第一通知消息到服务器上下载获取存储的所述当前设置参数,获知第一终端上当前每种设置的状态,并对所述当前设置参数进行相应的修改,生成更新设置参数。服务器接收第二终端上传的所述更新设置参数。
服务器接收到第二终端上传的所述更新设置参数后,对所述更新设置参数进行存储。同时,服务器发送第二通知消息至第一终端,以使第一终端获知第二终端已接受其远程协助设置的请求,且第二终端已将修改后的更新设置参数上传至服务器。
在第二终端对所述当前设置参数进行修改生成更新设置参数,并将所述更新设置参数上传至服务器后,服务器可同样的通过PUSH消息推送功能发送第二通知消息至第一终端,这样,只要第一终端处于数据联网在线或数据联网上线状态,第一终端都能立刻收到服务器通过PUSH消息推送功能发送的第二通知消息,并根据第二通知消息获知第二终端已接受其远程协助设置的请求,且第二终端已将修改后的更新设置参数上传至服务器。第一终端可根据第二通知消息即时的在服务器上下载获取所述更新设置参数,进而第一时间基于所述更新设置参数更新第一终端的设置,以实现第二终端对第一终端的远程协助设置。
本实施例中第一终端通过服务器将当前设置参数进行中转,使得第一终 端请求远程协助设置的第二终端能获取服务器上的当前设置参数,并对当前设置参数进行修改后生成的更新设置参数,再通过服务器将更新设置参数中转回传至第一终端,第一终端即可基于所述更新设置参数来更新设置,从而实现第二终端对第一终端的远程协助设置,由于在远程协助设置过程中仅通过服务器在第一终端与第二终端之间中转相应的设置参数,无需在第一终端与第二终端之间实时传送窗口动态截图及进行实时远程控制操作,因此,大大地减小了远程协助设置过程中需要的数据带宽及数据流量,节约了终端消耗的数据资源。同时,由于在远程协助设置过程中第一终端与第二终端之间是通过服务器来中转相应的设置参数,而无需第一终端与第二终端之间进行点对点直接连接,同时,结合服务器的PUSH消息推送机制来传送通知消息,使得第一终端、第二终端处于在线和离线状态时都能实现远程协助设置,保证了第一终端、第二终端接收消息的即时性,更加安全、快捷,解决了相关技术中终端之间点对点直连时,由于不同终端可能存在不同运营商网络即存在使用非对称性网络的情况,造成终端之间无法直接连接和进行IP穿越,从而造成无法通过远程控制来协助设置的技术问题。此外还支持离线模式远程协助设置操作。
如图4所示,本发明另一实施例提出一种远程协助设置的服务器,在上述实施例的基础上,还包括:
注册关联模块05,设置为:对第一终端及第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端的身份验证通过后,对第一终端、第二终端进行注册,并建立第一终端与第二终端之间的关联关系。
本实施例中,第一终端在通过服务器来实现远程协助设置之前,首先在服务器上完成注册,服务器对第一终端及第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端的身份进行验证,验证通过后,服务器可通过其账号管理系统完成第一终端、第二终端的注册,并为第一终端、第二终端分配相应的账号。这样,服务器即可在其账号管理系统中通过账号来识别第一终端、第二终端的请求,并通过账号建立第一终端与第二终端之间的关联关系,也即第一终端与第二终端之间建立好友关系,这样,当第一终端需要远程协助设置时,可选 择与之关联即互为好友关系的第二终端作为请求远程协助设置的对象,服务器即可根据其账号管理系统中第一终端与第二终端之间账号的关联关系进行相应的设置参数中转操作,更加方便。

在一实施例中,该远程协助设置的方法包括:
步骤S60,第一终端上传当前设置参数至服务器,以供第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端通过服务器获取所述当前设置参数,并对所述当前设置参数进行修改,将修改后的更新设置参数上传至服务器;
当第一终端需要请求远程协助设置时,首先,第一终端获取其自身的当前设置参数,该当前设置参数包括第一终端上当前每种设置的状态信息。第一终端将自身的当前设置参数上传至服务器,服务器接收第一终端上传的该当前设置参数后,在服务器上对该当前设置参数进行存储。所述第一终端还可发送请求信息至服务器,所述请求信息中包含第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端的相关信息,以便服务器在接收到第一终端上传的该当前设置参数后,可根据所述请求信息与第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端进行信息交互。
服务器接收到第一终端上传的该当前设置参数后,发送第一通知消息至第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端,以使第二终端获知当前第一终端请求其进行远程协助设置,且服务器上已存储有第一终端的当前设置参数。
本实施例中,当服务器接收到第一终端上传的该当前设置参数后,服务器可通过PUSH消息推送功能发送第一通知消息至第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端,由于是服务器向第二终端推送PUSH消息即通知消息,这样,只要第二终端是处于数据联网在线或数据联网上线状态,第二终端都能立刻收到服务器通过PUSH消息推送功能发送的第一通知消息,并根据第一通知消息获知当前第一终端请求其进行远程协助设置,且服务器上已存储有 第一终端的当前设置参数。若第二终端当前处于数据联网在线状态,则第二终端可根据第一通知消息立即到服务器上进行查找,并从服务器上下载获取到所述当前设置参数;若第二终端当前处于数据离线状态,则第二终端也可在其下次数据联网在线时第一时间根据第一通知消息到服务器上下载获取所述当前设置参数,保证了第二终端接收消息的即时性。
第二终端获取到服务器发送的第一通知消息后,对第一通知消息进行分析,若第二终端接受对第一终端进行远程协助设置的请求,则第二终端根据所述第一通知消息到服务器上下载获取存储的所述当前设置参数,获知第一终端上当前每种设置的状态,并对所述当前设置参数进行相应的修改,生成更新设置参数。服务器接收第二终端上传的所述更新设置参数。
步骤S70,第一终端接收服务器根据所述更新设置参数发送的第二通知消息,根据所述第二通知消息从服务器上获取所述更新设置参数,并基于所述更新设置参数更新第一终端的设置。
服务器接收到第二终端上传的所述更新设置参数后,对所述更新设置参数进行存储。同时,服务器发送第二通知消息至第一终端,以使第一终端获知第二终端已接受其远程协助设置的请求,且第二终端已将修改后的更新设置参数上传至服务器。
在第二终端对所述当前设置参数进行修改生成更新设置参数,并将所述更新设置参数上传至服务器后,服务器可同样的通过PUSH消息推送功能发送第二通知消息至第一终端,这样,只要第一终端处于数据联网在线或数据联网上线状态,第一终端都能立刻收到服务器通过PUSH消息推送功能发送的第二通知消息,并根据第二通知消息获知第二终端已接受其远程协助设置的请求,且第二终端已将修改后的更新设置参数上传至服务器。第一终端可根据第二通知消息即时的在服务器上下载获取所述更新设置参数,进而第一时间基于所述更新设置参数更新第一终端的设置,以实现第二终端对第一终端的远程协助设置。

如图6所示,本发明另一实施例提出一种远程协助设置的方法,在上述实施例的基础上,在上述步骤S60之前还包括:
步骤S80,所述第一终端在服务器上进行注册,并通过服务器与第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端建立关联关系。
本实施例中,第一终端在通过服务器来实现远程协助设置之前,首先在服务器上完成注册,服务器对第一终端及第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端的身份进行验证,验证通过后,服务器可通过其账号管理系统完成第一终端、第二终端的注册,并为第一终端、第二终端分配相应的账号。这样,服务器即可在其账号管理系统中通过账号来识别第一终端、第二终端的请求,并通过账号建立第一终端与第二终端之间的关联关系,也即第一终端与第二终端之间建立好友关系,这样,当第一终端需要远程协助设置时,可选择与之关联即互为好友关系的第二终端作为请求远程协助设置的对象,服务器即可根据其账号管理系统中第一终端与第二终端之间账号的关联关系进行 相应的设置参数中转操作,更加方便。

上传模块06,设置为:上传当前设置参数至服务器,以供所述终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端通过服务器获取所述当前设置参数,并对所述当前设置参数进行修改,将修改后的更新设置参数上传至服务器;
更新设置模块07,设置为:接收服务器根据所述更新设置参数发送的第二通知消息,根据所述第二通知消息从服务器上获取所述更新设置参数,并基于所述更新设置参数更新终端的设置。

所述服务器1还设置为:根据接收的所述更新设置参数发送第二通知消息至所述第一终端2;
所述第一终端2还设置为:根据所述第二通知消息从服务器1上获取所述更新设置参数,并基于所述更新设置参数更新所述第一终端2的设置。
在远程协助设置过程中通过服务器1在第一终端2与第二终端3之间中转相应的设置参数的过程如上所述,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种远程协助设置的方法,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收第一终端上传的当前设置参数;
    服务器根据所述当前设置参数发送第一通知消息至第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端;
    服务器接收第二终端上传的第二终端根据所述第一通知消息对所述当前设置参数进行修改后生成的更新设置参数;
    服务器根据所述更新设置参数发送第二通知消息至第一终端,以供第一终端根据所述第二通知消息从服务器上获取所述更新设置参数,并基于所述更新设置参数更新第一终端的设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的远程协助设置的方法,其中,所述服务器接收第一终端上传的当前设置参数的步骤还包括:
    服务器接收第一终端发送的请求信息,所述请求信息中包含第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端的相关信息。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的远程协助设置的方法,其中,所述服务器获取第一终端发送的当前设置参数的步骤之前还包括:
    服务器对第一终端及第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端的身份验证通过后,对第一终端、第二终端进行注册,并建立第一终端与第二终端之间的关联关系。

    更新设置模块,设置为:接收服务器根据所述更新设置参数发送的第二通知消息,根据所述第二通知消息从服务器上获取所述更新设置参数,并基于所述更新设置参数更新终端的设置。

    发送请求信息至服务器,所述请求信息中包含所述终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端的相关信息。

    关联模块,设置为:在服务器上进行注册,并通过服务器与所述终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端建立关联关系。
  13. 一种远程协助设置的系统,所述系统包括:服务器、第一终端及第二终端,其中,
    所述第一终端设置为:上传当前设置参数至所述服务器;
    所述服务器设置为:根据接收的所述当前设置参数发送第一通知消息至所述第一终端请求远程协助设置的第二终端;
    所述第二终端设置为:根据所述第一通知消息对所述当前设置参数进行修改,生成修改后的更新设置参数,并将所述更新设置参数上传至所述服务器;
    所述服务器还设置为:根据接收的所述更新设置参数发送第二通知消息至所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端还设置为:根据所述第二通知消息从服务器上获取所述更新设置参数,并基于所述更新设置参数更新所述第一终端的设置。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-3,7-9任一项的方法。
