Description
本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其是一种背光模组以及包含该背光模组的液晶显示装置。
液晶显示器(LCD)具有机身薄、功耗低、无辐射等优点,得到了广泛的应用,例如移动电话、数字相机、计算机、电视机屏幕等等。现有市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器,包括液晶面板及背光模组,液晶面板与背光模组相对设置,背光模组提供显示光源给液晶面板,以使液晶面板显示影像。在竞争日益激烈的显示器市场,差异化设计成为各厂家提升自身产品卖点的重要研究方向之一,在现有的产品中,常见的有薄型化或窄边框设计,该设计可获得较为美观的外形,以吸引消费者的关注。
如图1所示的一种现有技术中的背光模组,包括背板1以及依次设置在背板1上的反光板2、导光板3以及膜片组4,还包括与背板1相互固定配合的中框5。中框5的纵向支撑结构包括内壁6和外壁7,内壁6与外壁7之间形成一凹槽,并且外壁7上设置有卡槽8。背板1的侧壁上设置有卡勾9,通过将背板1的侧壁插入到前述的凹槽中,使卡勾9与卡槽8相互卡合,实现背板1与中框5相互固定。在这种结构的背光模组中,由于中框5的纵向支撑结构包括内壁6和外壁7,外壁7的存在增加了液晶显示模组的边框宽度,不利于窄边框结构的设计。并且,该结构中,中框5可以在纵向方向上对导光板3进行限位,但是导光板3在横向方向上的限位还需要另外的限位结构件,增加背光模组结构的复杂性。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种背光模组,通过对背板与中框相互固定配合结构的改进,有效地减小了液晶显示模组的边框宽度,有利于窄边框结构液晶显示装置的设计。
为了达到上述的发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背光模组,包括背板以及设置于该背板上的导光板和中框,其中,所述背板上还装配有多个垫块,所述垫块的其中一侧面与所述背板的侧壁连接,相对的另一侧与所述导光板抵紧相连,所述垫块上还开设有一夹持槽;所述背板的侧壁上对应于每一垫块开设有一连通至所述夹持槽的卡槽;所述中框包括纵向支撑部,所述纵向支撑部包括多个穿插舌,每一穿插舌对应于每一夹持槽,所述穿插舌的侧壁上设置有一卡勾;所述中框通过所述穿插舌装配于所述夹持槽中,所述卡勾与所述卡槽相互卡合。
其中,所述垫块由弹性材料制备形成。
其中,所述垫块通过粘贴的方式与所述背板的侧壁连接。
其中,所述中框还包括横向支撑部,所述横向支撑部与所述纵向支撑部相互连接,所述横向支撑部的一端延伸至与所述背板的侧壁平齐。

本发明实施例提供的背光模组中,通过在背板侧壁的内侧设置垫块并在垫块上开设夹持槽,中框的纵向支撑部包含设置有卡勾的穿插舌,由穿插舌插入到夹持槽中使卡勾与背板侧壁上的卡槽相互卡合,实现背板与中框固定配合。在该结构中,中框的纵向支撑部仅需要一个支撑壁,有效地减小了液晶显示模组的边框宽度,有利于窄边框结构液晶显示装置的设计。在实现窄边框设计的同时,由于垫块的其中一侧面与背板的侧壁连接,相对的另一侧与导光板抵紧相连,可以在横向方向上对导光板进行限位。

- 一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板及背光模组,所述液晶面板与所述背光模组相对设置,所述背光模组提供显示光源给所述液晶面板,以使所述液晶面板显示影像,其中,所述背光模组包括背板以及设置于该背板上的导光板和中框,所述背板上还装配有多个垫块,所述垫块的其中一侧面与所述背板的侧壁连接,相对的另一侧与所述导光板抵紧相连,所述垫块上还开设有一夹持 槽;所述背板的侧壁上对应于每一垫块开设有一连通至所述夹持槽的卡槽;所述中框包括纵向支撑部,所述纵向支撑部包括多个穿插舌,每一穿插舌对应于每一夹持槽,所述穿插舌的侧壁上设置有一卡勾;所述中框通过所述穿插舌装配于所述夹持槽中,所述卡勾与所述卡槽相互卡合。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述垫块通过粘贴的方式与所述背板的侧壁连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述垫块由弹性材料制备形成。
- 根据权利要求12所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述垫块通过粘贴的方式与所述背板的侧壁连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述中框还包括横向支撑部,所述横向支撑部与所述纵向支撑部相互连接,所述横向支撑部的一端延伸至与所述背板的侧壁平齐。
- 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述导光板上还设置有光学膜片组,所述横向支撑部紧压于所述光学膜片组。
- 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述横向支撑部紧压于所述垫块的上平面。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述背板与所述导光板之间还设置有一反光板。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液晶显示装置,其中,所述中框由塑胶材料制备形成。
