Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un élément de conversion photoélectrique qui permet d'obtenir une tension de circuit ouvert élevée en utilisant un composé polymère dans lequel divers substituants et squelettes peuvent être introduits. L'invention porte sur un élément de conversion photoélectrique qui possède une structure dans laquelle une base, une anode, une couche active et une cathode sont agencées de manière séquentielle dans cet ordre, et qui est caractérisé en ce que la couche active contient un composé polymère dont l'unité de structure de benzobisthiazole est représentée par la formule (1). (Dans la formule générale (1), chacun de A1 et A2 représente indépendamment un groupe alcoxy, un groupe thioalcoxy, un cycle thiophène qui peut être substitué par un groupe hydrocarbure, un cycle thiazole qui peut être substitué par un groupe hydrocarbure ou un groupe organosilyle, ou un groupe phényle qui peut être substitué par un groupe hydrocarbure, un groupe alcoxy, un groupe thioalcoxy, un groupe organosilyle, un atome d'halogène ou un groupe trifluorométhyle.)
