Definitions
- the present invention relates to a deflector structure of a sunroof device.
- Some car body sunroof devices are equipped with a deflector for the purpose of suppressing the entrainment of airflow in the passenger compartment when the roof panel is opened for travel.
- a deflector As a conventional example of a deflector, a so-called net type deflector having a fine mesh (thin cloth-like member) made of a flexible fabric material is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the net-type deflector rectifies the traveling wind by stretching it so that the thin cloth-like member is erected, and when the roof panel is closed, the thin cloth-like member is folded and is lowered below the roof panel. It is designed to be stored.
- the thin cloth-like member is a flexible fabric material, the folding shape of the thin cloth-like member tends to vary every time it is stored. Therefore, in some cases, in the deflector structure as shown in FIG. 5, when folded, a part of the thin cloth-like member 6 may protrude rearward from the storage portion 50 and be exposed in the vehicle interior. Such exposure of the thin cloth-like member 6 can be suppressed by enlarging the storage portion 50 rearward as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
- the present invention was created in order to solve such a problem.

Abstract
