本发明涉及一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成。
背景技术
在市场上的碳罐与空滤器通常是分开,两者通过气管连接,既不美观,也不可靠。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成,解决现有技术的不足。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成,其包括空滤器、碳罐;所述空滤器与所述碳罐卡合连接。
本发明的有益效果是:碳罐和空滤器连成一体,结构更紧凑,整体美观、大方。装配更简单,快捷、节约时间、降低成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、图2所示,一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成,其包括空滤器1、碳罐2;空滤器1与碳罐2卡合连接。
进一步:空滤器1上设有通气嘴1.2,碳罐2上设有出气口,通气嘴1.2与出气口之间通过卡合连接。为了加强通气嘴1.2与出气口之间密封性,可以在通气嘴1.2与出气口之间设置密封圈4。
进一步:碳罐2包括碳盖2.1、罐体2.2;罐体2.2的中部设有上端开口的填充腔,填充腔内设有吸油填料;碳盖2.1设置在罐体2.2的上方,且碳盖2.1包裹住填充腔的上端口;出气口设置在碳盖2.1上;罐体2.2的下端设有进气口2.3,进气口2.3用于通过油管3与油箱相连接。进一步:吸油填料为活性炭。在本实例中碳盖2.1与空滤器1的连接关系是通过“通气嘴1.2与出气口之间通过卡合连接”实现,但是为了加强碳罐2与空滤器1的连接关系,可以是碳盖2.1和空滤器1之间通过螺栓固定连接、或碳盖2.1和空滤器1之间通过螺纹固定连接等。
本发明的工作方式是:空滤器1上设有排气嘴1.1,油箱内的油气通过油管3进入碳罐2内,油气经过吸油填料吸油再经出气口排出,碳罐2内排出的气体通过通气嘴1.2排到空滤器1中过滤,最后通过排气嘴1.1排到大气中。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成,其特征在于:包括空滤器(1)、碳罐(2);所述空滤器(1)与所述碳罐(2)卡合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成,其特征在于:所述空滤器(1)上设有通气嘴(1.2),所述碳罐(2)上设有出气口,所述通气嘴(1.2)与所述出气口之间通过卡合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成,其特征在于:所述通气嘴(1.2)与所述出气口之间设有密封圈(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成,其特征在于:所述碳罐(2)包括碳盖(2.1)、罐体(2.2);所述罐体(2.2)的中部设有上端开口的填充腔,所述填充腔内设有吸油填料;所述碳盖(2.1)设置在所述罐体(2.2)的上方,且所述碳盖(2.1)包裹住所述填充腔的上端口;所述出气口设置在所述碳盖(2.1)上;所述罐体(2.2)的下端设有进气口(2.3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种带有碳罐的新型空滤器总成,其特征在于:所述吸油填料为活性炭。
