Abstract

一种内置式尿素供给装置,其包括底座(1)以及安装在所述底座(1)上的泵组件(2)。所述底座(1)设有出液接头(10)、第一插头(11)以及与所述第一插头(11)相连通的第二插头(12)。所述泵组件(2)与所述第二插头(12)连通以吸入低压的尿素溶液,并经过加压之后将高压的尿素溶液自所述出液接头(10)输出。所述内置式尿素供给装置还包括可拆卸地安装在所述底座(1)上且围绕在所述泵组件(2)外围的滤清器(3)。所述滤清器(3)包括外侧滤芯(31)、内侧滤芯(32)以及位于所述外侧滤芯(31)与所述内侧滤芯(32)之间的环形腔体(30),其中所述第一插头(11)与所述环形腔体(30)相连通。通过设置可拆卸的滤清器(3),便于其更换。另外,通过设置外侧滤芯(31)与内侧滤芯(32),提高了滤清器(3)的过滤能力。

Description

内置式尿素供给装置
本申请要求了申请日为2017年8月11日、申请号为201710686133.2、发明名称为“内置式尿素供给装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内置式尿素供给装置,属于发动机排气后处理技术领域。
背景技术
2016年5月11日公告的中国发明专利CN103261607B揭示了一种内置式尿素供给装置,其包括底座以及平铺在所述底座上的过滤器。然而这种设计一方面由于过滤器无法拆卸,后续只能就整个尿素供给装置进行更换而无法仅对过滤器进行更换,更换成本较高;另一方面,由于过滤器是平铺在所述底座上的,因此过滤器的过滤能力受限于底座的体积,无法覆盖小体积的应用。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的解决方案以解决上述技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种过滤能力较强且滤清器可拆卸的内置式尿素供给装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种内置式尿素供给装置,其包括底座以及安装在所述底座上的泵组件,所述底座设有出液接头、第一插头以及与所述第一插头相连通的第二插头,所述泵组件与所述第二插头连通以吸入低压的尿素溶液,并经过加压之后将高压的尿素溶液自所述出液接头输出;所述内置式尿素供给装置还包括可拆卸地安装在所述底座上且围绕在所述泵组件外围的滤清器,所述滤清器包括外侧滤芯、内侧滤芯以及位于所述外侧滤芯与所述内侧滤芯之间的环形腔体,其中所述第一插头与所述环形腔体相连通。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述滤清器包括支撑所述外侧滤芯与所述内侧滤芯的骨架,所述骨架包括封闭所述环形腔体的顶部的顶壁以及位于所述环形腔体的底部的底壁。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述底壁设有与所述第一插头相配合的开孔。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述骨架还包括向内凸出所述内侧滤芯的凸条,所述开孔位于所述凸条上。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述底座设有用以安装所述滤清器的安装面,所述底壁支 撑在所述安装面上。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述泵组件设有与所述出液接头相连通的旁通路径,以在出口压力过高时将该旁通路径打开进行泄压。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述底座设有向外延伸的安装凸缘,用以将所述内置式尿素供给装置安装至尿素箱的底部。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述第一插头上套接有第一密封圈,以密封所述开孔;所述第二插头上套接有第二密封圈,以与泵组件进行密封。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述滤清器向上延伸超过所述泵组件。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过设置可拆卸的滤清器,便于其更换。另外,通过设置外侧滤芯与内侧滤芯,提高了滤清器的过滤能力。

具体实施方式
请参图1至图8所示,本发明揭示了一种内置式尿素供给装置100,其包括底座1、安装在所述底座1上的泵组件2以及可拆卸地安装在所述底座1上且围绕在所述泵组件2外围的滤清器3。
所述底座1设有出液接头10、第一插头11以及与所述第一插头11相连通的第二插头12。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述出液接头10位于侧面,所述第一插头11以及第二插头12位于顶面。所述底座1设有用以安装所述滤清器3的安装面13以及向外延伸的安装凸缘14用以将所述内置式尿素供给装置100安装至尿素箱200的底部。
所述泵组件2与所述第二插头12连通以吸入低压的尿素溶液,并经过加压之后将高压的尿素溶液自所述出液接头10输出到喷嘴处(未图示)。请参图8所示,所述泵组件2设有与所述出液接头10相连通的旁通路径21,以在出口压力过高时将该旁通路径21打开进行泄压。
所述滤清器3向上延伸超过所述泵组件2。可拆卸的滤清器3便于了后续的维护与更换,节省了成本。所述滤清器3包括外侧滤芯31、内侧滤芯32、支撑所述外侧滤芯31与所述内侧滤芯32的骨架33以及位于所述外侧滤芯31与所述内侧滤芯32之间的环形腔体30,其中所述第一插头11与所述环形腔体30相连通。通过设置双层的滤芯,可以提高滤清器3的过滤能力。所述骨架33包括封闭所述环形腔体30的顶部的顶壁331以及位于所述环形腔体30的底部的底壁332。请参图7所示,所述底壁332设有与所述第一插头11相配合的开孔333。所述第一插头11上套接有第一密封圈111,以密封所述开孔333;所述第二插头12上套接有第二密封圈121,以与泵组件2进行密封。所述底壁332支撑在所述安装面13上。
所述骨架33还包括向内凸出所述内侧滤芯32的凸条34,所述开孔333位于所述凸条34上。如此设置,凸条34的宽度可以不受环形腔体30的限制,从而有利于开孔333的布置。
请参图7及图8中的箭头所示,尿素箱200中的尿素溶液经过外侧滤芯31与内侧滤芯32的过滤之后进入到环形腔体30中,然后通过第一插头11以及第二插头12输送到泵组件2中,经过泵组件2的加压,再通过出液接头10输出;当出口压力过高时将该旁通路径21打开进行泄压,以实现压力调节。
另外,以上实施例仅用于说明本发明而并非限制本发明所描述的技术方案,对本说明书的理解应该以所属技术领域的技术人员为基础,尽管本说明书参照上述的实施例对本发明已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,所属技术领域的技术人员仍然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种内置式尿素供给装置,其包括底座以及安装在所述底座上的泵组件,其特征在于:所述底座设有出液接头、第一插头以及与所述第一插头相连通的第二插头,所述泵组件与所述第二插头连通以吸入低压的尿素溶液,并经过加压之后将高压的尿素溶液自所述出液接头输出;所述内置式尿素供给装置还包括可拆卸地安装在所述底座上且围绕在所述泵组件外围的滤清器,所述滤清器包括外侧滤芯、内侧滤芯以及位于所述外侧滤芯与所述内侧滤芯之间的环形腔体,其中所述第一插头与所述环形腔体相连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的内置式尿素供给装置,其特征在于:所述滤清器包括支撑所述外侧滤芯与所述内侧滤芯的骨架,所述骨架包括封闭所述环形腔体的顶部的顶壁以及位于所述环形腔体的底部的底壁。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的内置式尿素供给装置,其特征在于:所述底壁设有与所述第一插头相配合的开孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的内置式尿素供给装置,其特征在于:所述骨架还包括向内凸出所述内侧滤芯的凸条,所述开孔位于所述凸条上。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的内置式尿素供给装置,其特征在于:所述底座设有用以安装所述滤清器的安装面,所述底壁支撑在所述安装面上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的内置式尿素供给装置,其特征在于:所述泵组件设有与所述出液接头相连通的旁通路径,以在出口压力过高时将该旁通路径打开进行泄压。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的内置式尿素供给装置,其特征在于:所述底座设有向外延伸的安装凸缘,用以将所述内置式尿素供给装置安装至尿素箱的底部。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的内置式尿素供给装置,其特征在于:所述第一插头上套接有第一密封圈,以密封所述开孔;所述第二插头上套接有第二密封圈,以与泵组件进行密封。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的内置式尿素供给装置,其特征在于:所述滤清器向上延伸超过所述泵 组件。
