Abstract

Description

一种喷枪 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动工具,尤其涉及一种喷枪。
背景技术
电动喷枪是利用液体或压缩空气迅速释放作为动力的一种设备,通常用于喷洒,清洁。现有技术中根据不同需求也有各种不同结构的喷枪。现有技术中,为了加液方便,通常将加液壶设置为一个可拆卸的结构。但是当工作量较大的时候,加液壶拆卸下来也是相当麻烦的,为了提高加液效率,我们选择在加液壶的盖体上设置一个加液口。但是现有技术中考虑到加液效果以及密封效果,通常无法这样设置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的技术问题,提供一种喷枪,在确保了喷液效果的前提下,提高加液壶加液的效率,枪体也能更有效的利用加液壶里的资源,减少浪费。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种喷枪,包括枪体,其特征在于:还包括有一加液壶,所述枪体通过连接柱固定有一个加液壶盖体,所述加液壶盖体和加液壶匹配盖在加液壶开口上,所述加液壶盖体上方开有加液口,所述连接柱的底部插配连接有一吸液管,所述吸液管通过连接柱使加液壶和枪体内部连通。
优选的,所述加液口上设有封闭装置。这样不仅是为了减少加液壶内液体挥发,而且确保使用喷枪时加液壶内的压力。
优选的,所述加液壶盖体的顶部向上延伸出有一圈延伸壁而形成所述加液口,所述封闭装置为密封盖,且与该延伸壁相适配而能活动启闭地盖合在该加液口处。这样的结构加工简单,密封效果好。
优选的,所述封闭装置为设置在加液壶盖体内的滑动块。这样的结构节省空间,但是在加工时成本较高,加工精度的要求也比较高。
优选的,所述连接柱内对应喷枪进气孔位置还设有单向阀组件,单向阀组件包括紧固在连接柱内的限流套,所述限流套上内侧装有定位座,定位座底部安装有限流套;所述限流套上设有限流小孔,所述单向阀下方和定位座之间形成一个容腔,供小部分液体倒流时的储存,从而防止直接流向单向阀。
这样的结构主要也是为了和加液壶进行配合,防止液体倒流到枪体内部。
优选的,单向阀外套有弹簧,以提高单向阀的密封度。
优选的,所述加液壶底部中间设有凸起部,吸液管的末端对应加液壶底部边缘部分。这样减少使用完毕后的残液余留,避免旧液和新液混合。
优选的,所述加液壶盖体的顶部与枪体的外侧之间还设置有一支撑柱,所述连接柱位于该支撑柱之内,该支撑柱与加液壶盖体、枪体连为一体,以提高加液壶盖体和枪体之间连接的稳固性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的喷枪通过对加液壶盖体上的改良,同时加上配套的封闭装置设置,在不更换加液壶的情况下,就能对加液壶内进行添加原料;此外,在这个过程中还能确保喷枪内部的管道流通,防止添加料到处乱洒。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
现有技术中,常常需要通过打开加液壶进行加液。但是在连续工作中这样操作非常不方便。而且现有技术中加液壶底的液体很难吸完。
为解决这样的问题,如图1~图5所示,为本发明喷枪的一个优选实施例。该喷枪,包括枪体1、中空的连接柱2、设置在枪体1下方的加液壶4、设置在加液壶4开口上的加液壶盖体3。
连接柱2就设置在加液壶盖体3的顶部与枪体1之间,连接柱2的底端伸入到盖体3下方,连接柱2的底部插配连接有一吸液管42,该吸液管42的末端伸入到加液壶4的底部,吸液管42通过中空的连接柱2使加液壶4和枪体1内部连通。
并且,加液壶盖体3的顶部与枪体1的外侧之间还设置有一支撑柱10,连接柱2位于该支撑柱10之内并与支撑柱10平行相连,该支撑柱10与加液壶盖体3、枪体1连为一体,三者一体成型制造。
加液壶盖体3和加液壶4匹配盖在加液壶4的开口上,加液壶盖体3上方开有加液口41,具体是,加液壶盖体3的顶部向上延伸出有一圈延伸壁31而形成上述的加液口 41,加液口41上设有封闭装置。根据实际需求,封闭装置可选择为与延伸壁31螺纹连接的密封盖32,密封盖32与加液壶盖体3的延伸壁31相适配而能活动启闭地盖合在加液口41处,这样的结构简单,加工方便,使用时只要拧开密封盖就能进行加液。
或者可替代的,封闭装置为设置在加液壶盖体3内的滑动块。滑动块更为隐蔽,使用也很方便。
参见图2、图4和图5,连接柱2内对应喷枪的进气孔位置还设有单向阀组件,单向阀组件包括紧固在连接柱2内的限位套6,限位套6内侧装有定位座5,定位座5底部延伸出限位套6的底部、并且安装有限流套7,限流套7上设有限流小孔71,防止液体倒流;限位套6内安装有单向阀8,单向阀8下方和定位座5之间形成一个容腔,使小部分液体倒流时存在此处,从而防止直接流向单向阀8。单向阀8外套有弹簧9,以提高单向阀8的密封度。这样的设置确保了壶体内的液体不会倒流到枪体内。
加液壶4底部中间设有凸起部,吸液管42的末端对应加液壶4底部边缘部分。这样减少使用完毕后的残液余留,避免旧液和新液混合。
综上所述,本发明和现有技术相比,在确保了喷液效果的前提下,提高了加液壶4加液的效率。只要打开加液口41上设有封闭装置,就能在不卸下加液壶4的前提下进行加液。枪体也能更有效的利用加液壶里的资源,减少了浪费。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种喷枪,包括枪体(1),其特征在于:还包括有一加液壶(4),所述枪体(1)通过连接柱(2)固定有一个加液壶盖体(3),所述加液壶盖体(3)和加液壶(4)匹配盖在加液壶(4)开口上,所述加液壶盖体(3)上方开有加液口(41),所述连接柱(2)的底部插配连接有一吸液管(42),吸液管(42)通过连接柱(2)使加液壶(4)和枪体(1)内部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述加液口(41)上设有封闭装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述加液壶盖体(3)的顶部向上延伸出有一圈延伸壁(31)而形成所述加液口(41),所述封闭装置为密封盖(32),且与该延伸壁(31)相适配而能活动启闭地盖合在该加液口(41)处。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述封闭装置为设置在加液壶盖体(3)内的滑动块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述连接柱(2)内对应枪体(1)的进气孔位置还设有单向阀组件,单向阀组件包括紧固在连接柱(2)内的限位套(6),所述限位套(6)上内侧装有定位座(5),定位座(5)底部安装有限流套(7);
    所述限流套(7)上设有限流小孔(71),所述单向阀(8)下方和定位座(5)之间形成一个容腔,供小部分液体倒流时的储存,从而防止直接流向单向阀(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的喷枪,其特征在于,单向阀(8)外还套有弹簧(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述加液壶(4)底部中间设有凸起部,吸液管(42)的末端对应加液壶(4)底部边缘部分。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于:所述加液壶盖体(3)的顶部与枪体(1)的外侧之间还设置有一支撑柱(10),所述连接柱(2)与该支撑柱(10)相连,该支撑柱(10)与加液壶盖体(3)、枪体(1)连为一体。
