本发明属于喷枪技术领域，特指一种充电式手持电动喷枪，枪体与基座为一体式结构，枪体前端设有一气流喷嘴，针塞设置在枪体内的针塞安装腔内，在针塞安装腔的前端设有料喷嘴，壳体上部成型有一气室、下部成型有一手柄，气室与枪体连通连接，气室内设置有电机，电机的电机轴上设置有风叶，电机、针塞的动作由扳机驱动，基座上形成有输液管路，输液管路分别联通吸料管及针塞安装腔联通，基座上设置有与枪体联通的进气管路，单向阀设置在进气管路上，壳体上设置有给电机供电的电源，本发明无需设置消音器及栅格，噪音低，单向阀可起到防倒流的作用，防止料罐内的物料在停止喷射后由于压力造成外溢；电源为充电电池，可随地使用，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明属于喷枪技术领域，特指一种充电式手持电动喷枪。
背景技术
目前，喷枪是一种对涂料进行雾化处理，进而对被涂装工件表面进行喷涂而获得美观、均匀的涂覆层的喷涂设备。喷枪的雾化效果对喷涂的工件表面的效果起到非常重要的效果。
专利号：200510076514.6公开的喷射枪，其结构是：喷射枪可以通过以枢转配置安装在套筒上的杆驱动，套筒容纳雾化喷嘴，并且气流可以通过对应于喷射枪的空气涡轮产生，空气涡轮及其马达在与载有雾化喷嘴的套筒相对的手柄的一侧上同轴或几乎同轴布置在喷射枪雾化喷嘴上，使得来自空气涡轮的气流以直线或几乎直线方向供应通过雾化喷嘴的套筒，在空气涡轮设置有消声器，以降低高速转动的空气涡轮产生的噪音，安装、维护复杂，生产、使用成本高。专利号：201110005569.3，公开的一种手持式喷枪，包括有枪体、喷壶，连接枪体和喷壶的基座以及壳体，所述枪体前端设置有一喷嘴，所述壳体上部成型有一腔体，壳体下部成型有一扳手，所述腔体与枪体联通连接，所述腔体内设置有电机。电机采用一种新型的电机结构，将定转子组件（定子和转子）设于风叶的进风面侧，也即将定转子组件设于进风口，对定转子组件进行冷风强制制冷，提高散热效果，这种散热结构比较复杂，噪音较大。同时，上述两个专利中均未设置单向阀，在停止喷射后，喷壶内的物料会出现倒流的现象，严重影响了产品的品质。传统的喷枪的电源都是通过插头插在插座上进行供电，这样使用范围具有很大的局限性，特别是在一些使用范围比较大的情况下，需要通过转接插座来实现电连接，使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种稳定性好、噪音低、使用方便的充电式手持电动喷枪。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
充电式手持电动喷枪，它包括有枪体，料罐，连接枪体和料罐的基座以及壳体，所述的枪体与基座为一体式结构，所述枪体前端设有一气流喷嘴，枪体内设置有针塞安装腔，针塞设置在针塞安装腔内，在针塞安装腔的前端设有料喷嘴，针塞的一端设置在料喷嘴内，所述壳体上部成型有一气室，壳体下部成型有一手柄，所述气室与枪体连通连接，所述气室内设置有电机，电机的电机轴上设置有风叶，电机、针塞的动作由扳机驱动，壳体上设置有联通外界与气室的气室端盖，基座上形成有输液管路，输液管路的一端与设置在料罐内的吸料管连接、另一端与针塞安装腔联通，在基座上设置有与枪体联通的进气管路，单向阀设置在进气管路上，单向阀控制气室与料罐内腔联通，所述的壳体上设置有给电机供电的电源。
上述的基座与料罐的上平面之间设置有料罐密封垫，密封垫上设置有中孔，吸料管的上端设置有管座，管座包括有上凸沿及下凸沿，上凸沿与下凸沿之间形成环形凹槽，上凸沿与下凸沿分别设置在料罐密封垫的上平面及下平面，环形凹槽与料罐密封垫中孔的内壁连接，所述的管座上周向设置有若干个通气孔。
上述电机的轴线与枪体的中心轴线呈一定角度设置，角度为60—85度。
上述角度为65度。
上述的单向阀的结构是：包括有单向阀座，单向阀座上设置有台阶中孔，单向阀座外套装有单向阀帽，单向阀帽内设置有伸入单向阀座的台阶中孔的大径孔内的弹簧安装座，在单向阀座的大径孔内设置有单向阀芯，单向阀芯回位弹簧的一端套装在弹簧安装座上、另一端设置在单向阀芯上将单向阀芯顶紧在单向阀座上台阶中孔形成的台阶面上实现台阶中孔的大径孔与小径孔之间的联通与隔断。
上述壳体由左壳体和右壳体固定连接而成，所述枪体与壳体为插接连接。
上述的壳体内设置有罩体，罩体内为气室，罩体的上端与壳体的相应部位固连、下端与枪体插接连接，电机固定在罩体内的上端。
上述的手柄内设置有微动开关，扳机动作触通微动开关，电机工作，扳机复位，电机停止工作。
上述的电源是充电电池包，所述的充电电池包是在壳体内设置有可充电的电池，在壳体上设置有对电池进行充电的插口，所述的电机为有刷直流电机或无刷直流电机。
上述的充电电池设置有两块以上。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是：
1、本发明的电机的轴线与腔体的中心轴线呈一定角度设置，角度为60—85度，将重心前移，稳定性好。
2、本发明的无需设置消音器及栅格，噪音低，降低生产成本。
3、本发明设置的单向阀可起到防倒流的作用，防止料罐内的物料在停止喷射后由于压力造成外溢。
4、本发明的电源为充电电池，可随地使用，使用方便。
5、本发明的吸料管具有支撑料罐密封垫的效果，能有效的防止料罐密封垫变形，稳定性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述，参见图1—3：
充电式手持电动喷枪，包括有枪体1，料罐2，连接枪体1和料罐2的基座3以及壳体4，所述的枪体1与基座3为一体式结构，所述枪体1前端设有一气流喷嘴5，枪体1内设置有针塞安装腔6，针塞7设置在针塞安装腔6内，在针塞安装腔6的前端设有料喷嘴8，针塞7的一端设置在料喷嘴8内，所述壳体4上部成型有一气室9，壳体4下部成型有一手柄10，所述气室9与枪体连1通连接，所述气室9内设置有电机11，电机11的电机轴上设置有风叶，电机11、针塞7的动作由扳机12驱动，壳体4上设置有联通外界与气室9的气室端盖13，基座3上形成有输液管路14，输液管路14的一端与设置在料罐2内的吸料管15连接、另一端与针塞安装腔6联通，在基座3上设置有与枪体1联通的进气管路16，单向阀17设置在进气管路16上，单向阀17控制气室9与料罐2内腔联通，所述的壳体4上设置有给电机11供电的电源18。
上述的基座3与料罐2的上平面之间设置有料罐密封垫19，密封垫19上设置有中孔，吸料管15的上端设置有管座20，管座20包括有上凸沿21及下凸沿22，上凸沿21与下凸沿22之间形成环形凹槽，上凸沿21与下凸沿22分别设置在料罐密封垫19的上平面及下平面，环形凹槽与料罐密封垫19中孔的内壁连接，所述的管座21上周向设置有若干个通气孔23。
上述电机11的轴线与枪体1的中心轴线呈一定角度A设置，角度A为60—85度。优选角度A为65度。
上述的单向阀17的结构是：包括有单向阀座24，单向阀座24上设置有台阶中孔，单向阀座24外套装有单向阀帽25，单向阀帽25内设置有伸入单向阀座24的台阶中孔的大径孔内的弹簧安装座26，在单向阀座24的大径孔内设置有单向阀芯27，单向阀芯回位弹簧28的一端套装在弹簧安装座26上、另一端设置在单向阀芯27上将单向阀芯27顶紧在单向阀座26上台阶中孔形成的台阶面29上实现台阶中孔的大径孔与小径孔之间的联通与隔断。
上述的单向阀座24的上部与下部之间形成有台阶面，上部插设在进气管路16内，在台阶面和上部的拐角处与进气管路16之间设置有密封圈32。
上述壳体4由左壳体和右壳体固定连接而成，所述枪体1与壳体4为插接连接。
上述的壳体4内设置有罩体30，罩体30内为气室9，罩体30的上端与壳体4的相应部位固连、下端与枪体1插接连接，电机11固定在罩体30内的上端。电机11设置在气室9内，周围气流流动快，利于电机11的散热，延长了电机11的使用寿命。
上述的手柄10内设置有微动开关31，扳机12动作触通微动开关31，电机11工作，扳机12复位，电机11停止工作。
上述的电源18是充电电池包，充电电池包是在壳体内设置有可充电的电池，在壳体上设置有可供电池充电的插口，所述的电机11为有刷直流电机或无刷直流电机。电池可直接进行充电，每次充完电后可使用30分钟左右。
上述的电池设置有两块以上，如两块或三块等，可进行替换使用，使用方便。
本发明的工作原理：
扳动扳机12，扳机12触通微动开关31，电机11工作，气流从气室端盖13进入气室9，一部分气流经枪体1从气流喷嘴5向外喷气，一部分通过进气管路16作用于单向阀17的阀芯27，阀芯27离开台阶面29处于打开状态，气压作用于料罐2内的物料，物料经过吸料管15、输液管路14进入针塞安装腔6内，与此同时，扳机12的动作同时带动针塞7的一端离开料喷嘴8，物料从料喷嘴8向外喷射，由于气流喷嘴5上喷出的气体使从料喷嘴8向外喷射的物料雾化；扳机12复位时，电机11停止工作，针塞7的一端封堵住料喷嘴8，进气单向阀17可防止料罐2内的物料倒流。

1.充电式手持电动喷枪，包括有枪体，料罐，连接枪体和料罐的基座以及壳体，其特征在于：所述的枪体与基座为一体式结构，所述枪体前端设有一气流喷嘴，枪体内设置有针塞安装腔，针塞设置在针塞安装腔内，在针塞安装腔的前端设有料喷嘴，针塞的一端设置在料喷嘴内，所述壳体上部成型有一气室，壳体下部成型有一手柄，所述气室与枪体连通连接，所述气室内设置有电机，电机的电机轴上设置有风叶，电机、针塞的动作由扳机驱动，壳体上设置有联通外界与气室的气室端盖，基座上形成有输液管路，输液管路的一端与设置在料罐内的吸料管连接、另一端与针塞安装腔联通，在基座上设置有与枪体联通的进气管路，单向阀设置在进气管路上，进气单向阀控制气室与料罐内腔联通，所述的壳体上设置有给电机供电的电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电式手持电动喷枪，其特征在于：所述的基座与料罐的上平面之间设置有料罐密封垫，密封垫上设置有中孔，吸料管的上端设置有管座，管座包括有上凸沿及下凸沿，上凸沿与下凸沿之间形成环形凹槽，上凸沿与下凸沿分别设置在料罐密封垫的上平面及下平面，环形凹槽与料罐密封垫中孔的内壁连接，所述的管座上周向设置有若干个通气孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充电式手持电动喷枪，其特征在于：所述的电机的轴线与枪体的中心轴线呈一定角度设置，角度为60—85度。
