Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a water bottle, and in particular to a water storage bottle.
  • The Prior Arts
  • In general, for a Reverse Osmosis (RO) machine of small water flow, a water storage tank is required to raise the flow of water output from a faucet. However, the water storage tank must be disposed outside the RO machine, to occupy additional space of installation. In the water storage tank, back pressure is produced due to an air sack, so that the inside gas can not be expelled out completely, thus the water storage tank is not able to store water to its full, so its space utilization is rather low.
  • Therefore, presently, the design and performance of the water storage bottle is not quite satisfactory, and it leaves much room for improvement.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the problems and drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a water storage bottle, to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art.
  • The present invention provides a water storage bottle, comprising a shell, that includes a water bag. The shell is provided with a first opening and a second opening thereon. The shell includes a water bag disposed in the shell. An inner side of the water bag is connected and in communication with the first opening, and a cavity is formed in the water bag, connected and in communication with the second opening.
  • In an aspect of the present invention, the water storage bottle further includes: a frame 31, a connection disk 32, a water passage channel 33, and a conduit 34. The frame 31 is disposed in the shell 10, used to be connected to the water bag 20, and the connection disk 32 is disposed on the frame 3. The water passage channel 33 is disposed in the connection disk 32, connected and in communication with the first opening 11 and inside the water bag 20. The conduit 34 is inserted onto the water passage channel 33, to reach a bottom portion of the water bag 20.
  • In another aspect of the present invention, on the conduit 34 is disposed a plurality of water output ports 35 along the length of the conduit 34.
  • In a further aspect of the present invention, the water storage bottle further includes: an upper shell body 13 and a lower end cover 14, both disposed on the shell 10.
  • In a more aspect of the present invention, the water storage bottle further includes a connection lug 15, disposed on a surrounding wall of the upper shell body 13.
  • In the present invention, the water storage bottle has the following advantages:
  • 1. Its outer appearance, and the connection of the parts are similar to those of a filter cartridge, such that it is simple to use, easy to install, and low in cost.
  • 2. Air and water outside the water bag can be expelled out completely, so no back pressure is produced. Space utilization of the water storage bottle is raised, in achieving space saving.
  • Further scope of the applicability of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed descriptions given hereinafter. However, it should be understood that the detailed descriptions and specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the present invention, are given by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the detailed descriptions.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The related drawings in connection with the detailed descriptions of the present invention to be made later are described briefly as follows, in which:
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the water storage bottle according to the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the water storage bottle in a water storing process according to the present invention; and
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of the water storage bottle in a water discharging process according to the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • The purpose, construction, features, functions and advantages of the present invention can be appreciated and understood more thoroughly through the following detailed description with reference to the attached drawings.
  • Firstly, refer to FIG. 1 for a perspective view of the water storage bottle according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the water storage bottle includes a shell 10, that includes a water bag 20, the shell 10 is provided with a first opening 11 and a second opening 12 thereon. The shell 10 includes a water bag 20 disposed in the shell 10. An inner side of the water bag 20 is connected and in communication with the first opening 11, and a cavity 50 is formed in the water bag 20, connected and in communication with the second opening 12. In application, the first opening 11 is used for inputting or outputting pure water; while the second opening 12 is used for inputting or outputting air and/or waste water.
  • In an embodiment of the present invention, the water storage bottle further includes: a frame 31, a connection disk 32, a water passage channel 33, and a conduit 34. The frame 31 is disposed in the shell 10, used to be connected to the water bag 20, and the connection disk 32 is disposed on the frame 3. The water passage channel 33 is disposed in the connection disk 32, connected and in communication with the first opening 11 and inside the water bag 20. The conduit 34 is inserted onto the water passage channel 33, to reach the bottom portion of the water bag 20. Further, on the conduit 34 is disposed a plurality of water output ports 35 along the length of the conduit 34.
  • In the application of the present invention, an upper shell body 13 and a lower end cover 14 are both disposed on the shell 10. A connection lug 15 is disposed on a surrounding wall of the upper shell body 13.
  • The ways of connection for the elements of the water storage bottle is similar to that for the elements of the filter cartridge. In the water storage bottle is disposed a tight seal water bag. Two ports (the first opening 11 and the second opening 12) are connected respectively to the inside and the outside of the water bag 20. The inside of the water bag 20 is in communication with a pure water channel, while the outside of the water bag 20 is in communication with air and waste water. As such, through controlling the waste water or air flowing into or flowing out of the cavity 50, to produce pressure difference inside and outside the water bag 20, to realize the storage or discharge of pure water in the water bag 20.
  • Refer to FIG. 2 for a schematic diagram of the water storage bottle in a water storing process according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the water storing process is as follows: closing the pure water faucet, closing the air/water flowing into the cavity, opening the air/water discharge, air/water pressure in the cavity is 0, flowing pure water into the water bag, expelling air/water outside the water bag, until the water bag is full of water, to the entire water storage bottle, in achieving its water storage function.
  • Refer to FIG. 3 for a schematic diagram of the water storage bottle in a water discharging process according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the water discharging process is as follows: opening the pure water faucet (water pressure is zero in the pure water channel), closing the air/water discharge, opening the air/water flowing into the cavity, applying air/water flowing in pressure (for example, 15 PCS). At this time, the pressure inside the water bag is 0, and that is the same as the pressure in the pure water channel, while the cavity pressure is the pressure applied at air/water inlet port (for example, 15 PCS). As such, the cavity pressure expels the water inside the water bag, to increase water flowing out the faucet, in achieving its water discharging function.
  • Summing up the above, the advantages of the water storage bottle of the present invention are as follows:
  • 1. The outer appearance, and the connection of the parts are similar to those of a filter cartridge, such that it is simple to use, easy to install, and low in cost.
  • 2. Air and water outside the water bag can be expelled out completely, so no back pressure is produced. Space utilization of the water storage bottle is raised, in achieving space saving.
  • The above detailed description of the preferred embodiment is intended to describe more clearly the characteristics and spirit of the present invention. However, the preferred embodiments disclosed above are not intended to be any restrictions to the scope of the present invention. Conversely, its purpose is to include the various changes and equivalent arrangements that are within the scope of the appended claims.
