Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film composite conducteur transparent souple. Le procédé consiste à : immerger un film polymère transparent revêtu d'un film oxydant dans une solution de monomère 3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène, et mettre en oeuvre une polymérisation par oxydation chimique du monomère 3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène sur la surface du film polymère pour synthétiser in situ le revêtement conducteur de poly-3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène, ce qui permet d'obtenir le film composite conducteur transparent souple. La présente invention sert à éliminer les difficultés de formation de film de poly-3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène, la difficulté de préparation d'un film conducteur de grande surface et de haute qualité, et la difficulté de production d'un film conducteur transparent souple sans ITO.
