Description

包装盒的压痕线压线刀具及压痕线结构 【技术领域】
本发明涉及折合式塑料包装盒,特别是涉及一种包装盒的压痕线压线刀具及压痕线结构。
【背景技术】
产品包装是产品生产和销售的重要环节,是消费者对产品的直观视觉体验,是产品个性的直接和主要表达形式,是企业形象定位的直接表现。在各种各样的包装物中,使用最为普遍的是透明塑料包装盒,其广泛应用于食品、化妆品、电子产品、玩具、文具等商品的包装,使人们对其内的物品一目了然。这类透明塑料包装盒是在整块的透明塑料片材上压出压痕线,然后按压痕线折合而成。现有塑料包装盒的压痕线均是由无刃部的平直的压印刀具压出的具有一定深度的直的压痕线,由于塑料片材薄且脆的特殊性,在加工时,压印刀在冲压压痕线时施压须适度,施压过大容易折断,施压过小则不易折合。对于材料不同、厚度不同的塑料片材冲压压痕线时需要重新调整施压压力,因此往往会产生一定的废品率,并影响工作效率。不仅如此,在按压痕线将包装盒折合起来时,又会因压痕线不能过深而使包装操作费时费力。更为重要的是,现有塑料包装盒的压痕线是深度一致的连续的压痕线,其韧性很差,因此在包装物品过程中或经多次折合弯曲后常会出现在压痕线处出现折裂甚至断裂现象,因此废品率较高,且平直的压痕线缺乏美感。由于传统的平直的压印刀无刃部,所以压制压痕线时因阻力大而须施加较大的冲压力,且压出的压痕线宽度较宽,一般在1.4mm左右,不仅降低了压痕线强度,且美观性较差。
【发明内容】
本发明旨在解决上述问题,而提供一种所压出的压痕线精细而美观,柔韧性好,不易断裂,易于折合,且塑料片材无变形、无损伤的包装盒的压痕线压线刀具。
本发明的目的还在于提供由所述压痕线压线刀具所压制的包装盒的压痕线结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种包装盒的压痕线压线刀具,该压线刀具为条形板状体,其沿宽度方向的一端设有刃部,该刃部的断面形状为等边或非等边梯形,该刃部沿长度方向的端面上间隔地设有多个凸起,形成齿形刃部。
所述压线刀具的刃部的断面形状为等边梯形。
所述压线刀具的刃部的一条直边与另一条斜边或两条斜边的延长线之间的夹角为锐角。
所述压线刀具的刃部的一条直边与另一条斜边或两条斜边的延长线之间的夹角为20~60度。

参阅图1~图4,本发明的包装盒的压痕线压线刀具10涉及在制作包装盒用的透明或半透明的塑料薄片上形成压痕线的刀具,该压线刀具是由工具钢制成的条形板状体,刀具的长度根据包装盒的长度而定。
如图1~图3所示,在所述压线刀具10的沿宽度方向的一端设有刃部11,该刃部11的断面形状为等边或非等边梯形,最好为等边梯形。所述压线刀具的刃部11的两条斜边111,112的延长线之间的夹角α为锐角,即α的值可在大于0度小于90度的范围内选择。优选地,所述压线刀具的刃部11的两条斜边111,112的延长线之间的夹角为20~60度。更优选地,所述压线刀具的刃部11的两条斜边111,112的延长线之间的夹角为40度,在该角度下,压线刀具的刃部11所压制出的压痕线的线条精细,柔韧性好且易于折合。

制作包装盒的塑料薄片10的厚度通常为0.17~1.2mm,在这类塑料薄片上加工凸凹相间的压痕线,压线刀具上的凹槽既不能太深而导致穿孔或降低压痕线强度,也不能太浅而影响折合成包装盒时的灵活性和方便性。很显然,由于本发明的压线刀具10带有刃部,且刃部上设有凸凹相间的齿形刃部,使得在塑料薄片上制作压痕线时,塑料薄片不会损伤且不会变形,且安装压线刀具的冲压设备易于调整,对冲压深度的精度要求相对较低,精度的误差不会导致整个压痕线断裂,在塑料薄片上所形成的凸点和凹点 使得即使某些凸点断裂,而其它凹点仍相互连接,因此保证了压痕线具有突出的抗断裂性能。同时,基于上述原因,在包装盒的制作过程中,大大降低了产品的废品率,节约了生产成本。
由本发明的压线刀具10所制作的压痕线及按该压痕线所折合形成的包装盒如图5、图6所示,将本发明的压线刀具10装在专用冲床(图中未示出)上,然后在裁切好的整片透明塑料薄片上压出多条压痕线20,各压痕线两侧即形成包装盒的上、下、左、右、前、后的盒片。所述压痕线20是宽度为0.20~2mm的凸凹相间的压痕线,压痕线的优选宽度为0.3mm左右。所述压痕线20是由多个凸部21和多个凹部22形成的凸凹相间的压痕线,图5A~图5D分别示出了断面形状为矩形、弧形、U形、锥形的压痕线凹部的断面形状,优选的压痕线凹部22的断面形状为矩形,该矩形凹部的直连与横边的交角处由圆弧过渡。压痕线的多个凹部22的深度根据盒片的厚度确定并可加以调整。本实施例中,所述多个凹部22的深度可在0.02mm~1mm范围内选择。
