前記化粧料において、式(I)で示されるブロック型アルキレンオキシド誘導体のR1およびR2が炭素数1~3の炭化水素基であることが好適である。

シリコーン化プルランは、下記一般式(II)で示される化合物である。
シリコーン化プルランにおいて、プルランの反応性官能基に対するシリコーン化合物の結合割合はその種類によって異なるが、通常、多糖化合物の構成糖1単位当たりのシリコーン化合物の平均結合数(置換度)が0.5~3.0であることが好適である。なお、本発明において置換度は化合物中のSi含有量(質量%)から換算したものである。
なお、シリコーン化プルランの配合の際には、低分子量シリコーン油や軽質イソパラフィンに溶解して配合すると、配合のしやすさや使用感等を高めることができる。
また、市販品としては、例えば、TSPL-30-ID(トリ(トリメチルシロキシ)シリルプロピルカルバミド酸プルラン、信越化学工業社製、30%イソドデカン溶液)、TSPL-30-D5(トリ(トリメチルシロキシ)シリルプロピルカルバミド酸プルラン、信越化学工業社製、30%デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン溶液)が挙げられる。
また、市販品としては、例えば、SSD-R2(信越化学工業社製、30%デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン溶液)、MQ-1600 Solid Resin(東レダウシリコーン社製、純分100%)、Wacker-Belsil TMS803(旭化成ワッカーシリコーン社製、純分100%)等が挙げられる。
本発明において、水は配合してもしなくても良いが、配合する場合には、水は、(a)成分が形成するミセル中に安定に存在する。
水の配合量が多すぎると、(a)成分が形成するミセル中に取り込むことが困難になるため好ましくない。また、油性まつげ用化粧料とした場合、塗布しづらくなってしまう。
その他の配合成分としては、例えば、揮発性油分等の油分、ワックス、デキストリン脂肪酸エステル、有機変性粘土鉱物、色材等が挙げられる。
揮発性油分の配合量は、10~80質量%が好ましく、30~60質量%がより好ましい。揮発性油分の配合量が10質量%未満では、塗布しづらくなる場合がある。また、80質量%を超えると、粘度が保てなくなる場合がある。
ワックスの配合量は、1~20質量%が好ましく、3~15質量%がより好ましい。ワックスの配合量が1質量%未満では、カール効果に劣る場合がある。また、20質量%を超えると、ダマになってツキが悪くなる場合がある。
デキストリン脂肪酸エステルの配合量は、1~15質量%が好ましく、3~10質量%がより好ましい。デキストリン脂肪酸エステルの配合量が1質量%未満では、安定性に劣る場合がある。また、15質量%を超えると、均一に塗布できなくなる場合がある。
有機変性粘土鉱物の配合量は、1~10質量%が好ましく、2~8質量%がより好ましい。粘土鉱物の配合量が1質量%未満では、チキソトロピー性が得られない場合がある。また、10質量%を超えると、均一に塗布できなくなる場合がある。
色材の配合量は、1~30質量%が好ましく、2~20質量%がより好ましい。
これらのうち、本発明にかかる油性化粧料は、カール効果にも優れるため、油性まつげ用化粧料であることが好ましい。
一方で、お湯を用いると、指や掌でこするだけで油性化粧料が皮膚から除去されるので、メーキャップリムーバー等のクレンジング料や洗顔料などの洗浄料を用いずにお湯のみでメーク落としができる。なお、油性化粧料を落とす際には、布、ガーゼ、コットン等にお湯を染みこませて落とすこともできる。
なお、本発明において、お湯とは、35~45℃程度の水を指すが、肌への負担や熱刺激の点から、お湯は40℃程度であることが好ましい。
実施例の説明に先立ち本発明で用いた試験の評価方法について説明する。
なお、以下の評価方法において、プレートとは、以下の方法により得られたものを意味する。
銅板(鋼材)を機械加工することにより、幅が300μmであり、深さが80μmであり、断面がV字形状である溝状の凹部を、縦方向に1本/2mm、横方向に1本/1mm、斜め45°方向に2本/3mmとなるように形成し、50mm角の第一のマスターを作製した。第一のマスターにニッケルで電鋳し、第一の金型を作製した。第一の金型を用いて、PMMAとしての、アクリペットVH000(三菱レイヨン社製)を射出成形した。サンドブラスト装置PNEUMA BLASTER(不二製作所社製)を用いて、得られた成形品の溝状の凹部が形成されている側の表面に、白色溶融アルミナ質研磨材フジランダムWA粒度#80(不二製作所社製)を吹き付けて、サンドブラスト加工し、第二のマスターを作製した。第二のマスターを用いて、メタルレジンをモールド成形し、凸部が面取りされていると共に、平面部に面取りされている粗さが付与されている第二の金型を作製した。第二の金型を用いて、アクリペットVH000(三菱レイヨン社製)を射出成形し、プレート(皮膚代替膜)を作製した。
試料をプレート(5cm×5cm)に0.04g塗布し、室温で5時間乾燥したのち、40℃のお湯を使って手でこすり、プレートからの試料の落ちを観察し、下記基準で評価した。
S:軽くこするだけで完全に除去できた。
A:こするだけで除去できた。
B:こすってもなかなか除去できなかったが、強くこすると除去できた。
C:強くこすっても全く除去できなかった。
試料をプレート(5cm×5cm)に0.04g塗布し、室温で5時間乾燥したのち、得られた被膜を、プレートごと25℃の水に浸漬し、直ちに引き上げる操作を10回繰り返した後、落ちや崩れがないかを肉眼で観察した(浸漬直後)。さらに、室温(25℃)で1分間放置した後、指で軽くこすって落ちや崩れがないかを肉眼で観察した(こすった時)。観察結果を下記基準で評価した。
S:落ちや崩れが全くない。
A:落ちや崩れがほとんどない。
B:こすった時に落ちや崩れがある。
C:浸漬直後に落ちや崩れがある。
専門パネル5名がまつ毛に試料を30回塗布し、塗布直後のカール効果を処方X(水中油型マスカラ化粧料)を同様に塗布した場合のカール効果と比較し、評価した。
A:パネル4名以上が、試料のカール効果の方が高いと評価した。
B:パネル3名以下が、試料のカール効果の方が低いと評価した。

本発明者らは、油性の皮膜中にミセルを形成させれば、油性皮膜をお湯で壊すことが可能になるのではないかという仮説に基づき、下記表1に示す各試料(油性マスカラ)を、常法で調製した。そして、各試料を上記評価方法(1)~(3)で評価した。
なお、以下の実施例では、特に記載がない限り、POE・POPジメチルエーテルには、ブロックポリマーを用いた。結果を表1に示す。
また、試験例1-1の油性マスカラに、両親媒性ポリマーであるPOE(50)POP(40)ジメチルエーテルを配合した試験例1-3は、お湯落ち効果に優れていた。
一方、試験例1-1の油性マスカラにカルボキシビニルポリマーを配合しても、お湯落ち効果がなかった。
本発明者らは、下記表2に示す各試料(油性マスカラ)を、常法で調製した。そして、各試料を上記評価方法(1)~(3)で評価した。結果を表2に示す。
また、ランダム型アルキレンオキシド誘導体やその他の両親媒性ポリマーを配合しても、お湯落ち効果に優れた油性マスカラを得ることができなかった。
また、R1およびR2は炭素数1~3の炭化水素基であることが好ましく、メチル基であることがより好ましいことがわかった。
本発明者らは、下記表3に示す各試料(油性マスカラ)を、常法で調製した。そして、各試料を上記評価方法(1)~(3)で評価した。結果を表3に示す。
(a)ブロック型アルキレンオキシド誘導体の配合量を1~25質量%とすることにより、お湯落ち効果が得られる。また、より優れたお湯落ち効果を実現するためには、(a)成分の配合量が3質量%以上であることが好ましく、5質量%以上であることがより好ましい。
本発明者らは、下記表4に示す各試料(油性マスカラ)を、常法で調製した。そして、各試料を上記評価方法(1)~(3)で評価した。結果を表4に示す。
したがって、本発明にかかる油性化粧料において、(b)シリコーン化プルランおよび/またはトリメチルシロキシケイ酸を配合することが必要である。
また、油性まつげ用化粧料とする場合には、カール効果を考慮して、シリコーン化プルランを配合することが好ましい。

Claims (5)
- 次の(a)~(c)を含むことを特徴とする油性化粧料。
(a)下記式(I)で示されるブロック型アルキレンオキシド誘導体 1~25質量%
(b)シリコーン化プルランおよび/またはトリメチルシロキシケイ酸 1~15質量%
(c)水 10質量%以下
R1O-[(EO)p(PO)q(EO)r]-R2 (I)
(式中、EOはオキシエチレン基、POはオキシプロピレン基、p、q、rは平均付加モル数で、p≧1、r≧1、10≦p+r≦70、10≦q≦60である。R1およびR2は同一もしくは異なっていてもよい水素原子または炭素数1~3の炭化水素基である。) - 請求項1に記載の化粧料において、式(I)で示されるブロック型アルキレンオキシド誘導体のR1およびR2が炭素数1~3の炭化水素基であることを特徴とする油性化粧料。
- 請求項1または2に記載の化粧料において、揮発性油分を含むことを特徴とする油性化粧料。
- 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の化粧料からなることを特徴とする油性まつげ用化粧料。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の化粧料を皮膚に塗布する工程と、
35~45℃のお湯で流すことにより前記化粧料を落とす工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする化粧方法。
