[0050] 参照图 1及 2所示, 本实施例提供的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机 1, 其包括 两个主机体 14以及连杆 11, 主机体 14作为耳机 1的核心部件, 其包括壳体以及置 于壳体内的各种电子元件, 利用该电子元件, 主机体 14可以播放音乐等音频, 或者用于与外部的音乐播放器等连接, 达到收听音乐的效果; 连杆 11呈弧状弯 曲, 两个主机体 14分别连接在连杆 11的两端, 连杆 11的两端部连接有端头 13, 该端头 13与主机体 14的壳体连接。
[0051] 为了实现主机体 14与连杆 11可以转动的效果, 壳体设有凹槽 1443, 该凹槽 1443 具有贯穿壳体侧边幵口, 上述连杆 11的端头 13置于凹槽 1443中, 且与凹槽 1443 转动连接。 当然, 凹槽 1443可以贯穿壳体的两侧边, 或者一个侧边, 或者不贯 穿侧边都可以。

[0087] 本实施例中, 结合图 1所示, 侧孔 1447内设置有外按键 17, 且该外按键 17粘接 于软胶板 145的外侧。 将外按键 17封住侧孔可以进一步提高整个产品的密封性能 , 防水防尘效果非常好。 [0088] 另外, 当侧孔 1447较小吋, 与底壳 144注塑在一起的软胶板 145整个面积也很小 , 此吋, 成型在软胶板 145上的按键 1451也较小, 较小的按键 1451触摸按压效果 较差; 本实施例增加设置的外按键 17可以直接粘接在软胶板 145上, 安装工艺简 单, 粘接的稳定性极佳, 最重要的是通过该外按键 17的设置, 可以通过该外按 键 17可以触摸按压软胶板 145上成型的按键 1451, 触摸按压效果非常好, 结构设 计巧妙合理, 实用性强。
[0089] 当然, 本实施例中的外按键 17的表面可以设置供触摸接触的凸起, 方便外部找 到该外按键 17进行按压, 以及通过该凸起来区别软胶板 145上的各个按键 1451。

[权利要求 1] 连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 包括两个主机体以及 连杆, 两个所述主机体分别连接在连杆的两端, 所述连杆呈弧形弯曲 , 其两端分别连接有端头; 所述主机体包括壳体, 所述壳体设有凹槽 , 所述端头置于所述凹槽中, 且与所述凹槽转动连接; 或所述壳体上 设有凸起结构, 所述端头与所述凸起结构转动连接。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述端头包括转动连接部以及引出部, 所述转动连接部置于所述凹槽 中, 与所述凹槽中的销轴转动连接, 所述引出部连接于所述连杆的端 部。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述引出部中设有安装孔, 所述转动连接部中设有连通所述安装孔的 安装槽, 所述连杆中的导线依序穿过所述安装孔及安装槽, 延伸至所 述壳体的内部。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述转动连接部还设有连通所述安装槽的导线通道, 所述壳体包括底 壳, 所述底壳中设有穿线孔, 所述导线依序穿过安装孔、 安装槽、 导 线通道以及穿线孔, 延伸至壳体的内部。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 4所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述底壳的一侧设有幵口的凹腔, 所述凹腔内设有电路板或电池, 所 述凹槽设于所述底壳的另一侧。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述底壳的一侧还设有储线槽, 所述导线依序穿过安装孔、 安装槽、 导线通道、 穿线孔以及储线槽, 延伸至所述凹腔内。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 5所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述底壳凹腔的幵口上盖设有中框, 所述中框上凸设有至少一个按键 , 所述按键分别与所述电路板上的接触位正对布置。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 7所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述中框包括硬胶板以及软胶板, 所述硬件板中设有中空位, 所述软 胶板设于所述中空位中, 且所述软胶板上凸设有所述按键, 所述硬胶 板与所述软胶板一体注塑成型。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 5至 8任一项所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特 征在于: 所述底壳中插设有多个充电针, 多个所述充电针的内端延伸 至所述凹腔内, 与所述电路板连接, 其外端显露于所述底壳上。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 8所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述凹腔上设有凹陷槽, 所述中框的硬胶板的下表面凸设有凸条, 所 述凸条嵌设于所述凹陷槽中; 所述中框的硬胶板的凸条与所述底壳的 凹陷槽采用超声波密封处理。
[权利要求 11] 如权利要求 1所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述壳体包括底壳, 所述底壳内设置有电路板, 所述底壳的侧壁幵设 有侧孔, 所述侧孔内设置有软胶板, 所述软胶板上凸设有至少一个按 键, 所述按键分别与所述电路板上的接触位正对布置。
[权利要求 12] 如权利要求 11所述的连杆可转动的耳机式 MP3或耳机, 其特征在于: 所述软胶板与所述底壳一体注塑成型。
