　少なくとも第１のユーザ及び第２のユーザの氏名及び住所を含むユーザ情報と、上記第１のユーザが第１のユーザ端末により所定のウェブサイトを介して購入した商品に関する、少なくとも上記商品の送付先を含む、商品購入履歴情報とを記憶するステップと、
　上記ユーザ情報及び上記商品購入履歴情報を基に、上記第１のユーザが購入した商品を送付された上記第２のユーザを特定するステップと、
　上記特定された第２のユーザの第２のユーザ端末から、上記第１のユーザによって購入された商品に対する評価を示す評価情報が受信された場合に、上記評価情報が受信されたことを示す通知情報を上記第１のユーザ端末に送信するステップと
　を実行させる。
　以上のように、本発明によれば、ギフト用に商品を購入したユーザに、ギフトの受取人であるユーザの商品に対する反応をフィードバックすることができる。しかし、ここに記載された効果は必ずしも本発明を限定するものではない。

　以下、本発明の実施形態を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
　［システムの構成］
　図１は、本実施形態に係る電子商取引（ＥＣ）システムの構成を示した図である。
　同図に示すように、このシステムは、インターネット５０上のＥＣサーバ１００及び複数のユーザ端末２００を含む。
　ＥＣサーバ１００は、仮想商店街のウェブサイト（ＥＣサイト）の運営者により管理されるサーバであり、複数のユーザ端末２００とインターネット５０を介して接続されている。
　ユーザ端末２００（２００Ａ，２００Ｂ，２００Ｃ...）は、ユーザ（ユーザＡ，ユーザＢ，ユーザＣ...）により使用される端末であり、例えばスマートフォン、携帯電話、タブレットＰＣ（Personal Computer）、ノートブックＰＣ、デスクトップＰＣ等である。
　ＥＣサーバ１００は、ユーザ端末２００からのアクセス要求に応じて、例えばトップページ、商品ページ、店舗ページ等、ＥＣサイト内の各種ウェブページ（ＨＴＭＬ（HyperText Markup Language）文書）を生成して提供し、また商品検索や商品購入処理（在庫更新、決済等の処理を含む）を実行する。
　ユーザ端末２００は、ＥＣサーバ１００へアクセスし、上記ウェブページを受信して、ブラウザにより画面に表示する。
　ユーザ端末２００のユーザは、上記ブラウザによって表示される画面を介して、ＥＣサイト内で商品を検索し、所望の商品の情報を入手する。ユーザは、その商品情報を参照して商品を気に入れば、そのサイトにおいて購入手続を行い、その商品を入手することができる。ユーザは、購入手続の際に、商品の配送先を自分自身ではなく他人に設定することで、その商品を他人へのギフト用に配送することができる。したがってユーザは、ギフト用の商品の贈答者にもなり得るし、その受取人にもなり得る。
　本実施形態では、ＥＣサーバ１００は、ユーザが、ＥＣサイトにおいて他のユーザのギフト用に商品を購入し、当該他のユーザから当該商品に関するレビュー情報が投稿された場合には、その旨を購入ユーザに通知することができる。
［ＥＣサーバのハードウェア構成］
　図２は、上記ＥＣサーバ１００のハードウェア構成を示した図である。同図に示すように、ＥＣサーバ１００は、ＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）１１、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）１２、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）１３、入出力インタフェース１５、及び、これらを互いに接続するバス１４を備える。
　ＣＰＵ１１は、必要に応じてＲＡＭ１３等に適宜アクセスし、各種演算処理を行いながらＥＣサーバ１００の各ブロック全体を統括的に制御する。ＲＯＭ１２は、ＣＰＵ１１に実行させるＯＳ、プログラムや各種パラメータなどのファームウェアが固定的に記憶されている不揮発性のメモリである。ＲＡＭ１３は、ＣＰＵ１１の作業用領域等として用いられ、ＯＳ、実行中の各種アプリケーション、処理中の各種データを一時的に保持する。
　入出力インタフェース１５には、表示部１６、操作受付部１７、記憶部１８、通信部１９等が接続される。
　表示部１６は、例えばＬＣＤ（Liquid Crystal Display）、ＯＥＬＤ（Organic ElectroLuminescence Display）、ＣＲＴ（Cathode Ray Tube）等を用いた表示デバイスである。
　操作受付部１７は、例えばマウス等のポインティングデバイス、キーボード、タッチパネル、その他の入力装置である。操作受付部１７がタッチパネルである場合、そのタッチパネルは表示部１６と一体となり得る。
　記憶部１８は、例えばＨＤＤ（Hard Disk Drive）や、フラッシュメモリ（ＳＳＤ；Solid State Drive）、その他の固体メモリ等の不揮発性メモリである。当該記憶部１８には、上記ＯＳや各種アプリケーション、各種データが記憶される。
　後述するが、特に本実施形態において、記憶部１８は、商品情報データベース、購入履歴情報データベース、レビュー情報データベース及びユーザ情報データベースを有している。
　通信部１９は、例えばEthernet用のＮＩＣ（Network Interface Card）であり、上記ユーザ端末２００との間の通信処理を担う。
［ＥＣサーバのデータベース構成］
　図４は、上記ＥＣサーバ１００が有するデータベースの構成を示した図である。
　同図に示すように、ＥＣサーバ１００は、記憶部１８に、商品情報データベース３１、購入履歴情報データベース３２、レビュー情報データベース３３及びユーザ情報データベース３４を有している。
　商品情報データベース３１は、ＥＣサーバ１００がＥＣサイト上で販売している商品に関する情報、すなわち、商品ＩＤ、商品名、メーカ名、価格、商品画像、商品説明テキスト、当該商品が属するジャンル（カテゴリ）情報等の情報を商品毎に記憶している。
　購入履歴情報データベース３２は、ユーザ端末２００の各ユーザが購入した商品に関する情報（例えば商品ＩＤ等）と、ユーザＩＤ、購入日時、配送先等の情報を上記商品情報データベース３１と対応付けて記憶している。
　レビュー情報データベース３３は、ユーザ端末２００の各ユーザからＥＣサイト上に投稿されたレビュー情報を、当該投稿したユーザのユーザＩＤ等のユーザ情報と、レビューの対象となる商品の情報等と対応付けて記憶している。ここでレビュー情報は、商品に対する評価（感想）を示す情報であり、テキスト情報のほか、例えば点数、星の数等によって表されてもよい。当該レビュー情報は、例えばＥＣサイト上の、レビュー対象の商品のページの所定の入力エリアを介してユーザ端末２００によって入力されＥＣサーバ１００へ送信される。
　ユーザ情報データベース３４は、上記ユーザに関する情報、すなわち、ユーザＩＤ、パスワード、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、配送先住所、年齢（層）、性別、誕生日等の情報をユーザ毎に記憶している。
　これら各データベースは、後述するＥＣサーバ１００によるレビュー通知処理において、必要に応じて相互に参照されて用いられる。
［ＥＣサーバの動作］
　次に、以上のように構成されたＥＣサーバ１００の動作について説明する。当該動作は、ＥＣサーバ１００のＣＰＵ１１及び通信部１９等のハードウェアと、記憶部１８に記憶されたソフトウェアとの協働により実行される。以下の説明では、便宜上、ＣＰＵ１１を動作主体とする。
　図４は、ＥＣサーバ１００による、ギフト商品に対するレビュー情報の通知処理の流れを示したフローチャートである。
　同図に示すように、ＥＣサーバ１００のＣＰＵ１１は、ユーザ（ユーザＡとする）のユーザ端末２００から、ＥＣサイトを介して、所定の商品の購入要求を受信したか否かを判断する（ステップ４１）。当該購入要求は、例えばＥＣサイト上の商品ページやショッピングカートページにおいて購入ボタンが押下されることで送信される。
　商品購入要求を受信したと判断した場合（Ｙｅｓ）、ＣＰＵ１１は、商品購入処理（決済、配送、在庫更新等を含む）を実行する（ステップ４２）。
　続いてＣＰＵ１１は、上記ユーザＡに購入された商品について、購入履歴情報データベース３２におけるユーザＡの商品購入履歴情報（商品情報、配送先住所等）を更新する（ステップ４３）。
　続いてＣＰＵ１１は、購入履歴情報データベース３２及びユーザ情報データベース３４を参照して、上記ユーザＡによって購入された商品の配送先住所と、ユーザＡの登録住所とを比較する（ステップ４４）。
　上記比較の結果、上記２つの住所が異なると判断された場合（Ｙｅｓ）、ＣＰＵ１１は、上記ユーザＡが購入した商品を他のユーザへのギフト用の商品と判断する（ステップ４６）。
　続いてＣＰＵ１１は、上記ユーザＡが購入した商品の贈答先のユーザを特定する。当該特定は、例えば、上記ユーザＡが購入した商品の配送先の住所を住所として登録しているユーザを上記ユーザ情報データベース３４から検索することで実行される。
　上記贈答先のユーザが特定できた場合（ステップ４７のＹｅｓ）、ＣＰＵ１１は、当該特定されたユーザ（ユーザＢとする）から、ＥＣサイトに対してレビューが投稿されたか（ＥＣサーバ１００がユーザＢのユーザ端末２００からレビューを受信した）否かを判断する（ステップ４８）。
　ユーザＢからレビューが投稿されたと判断した場合（Ｙｅｓ）、ＣＰＵ１１は、当該投稿されたレビューが、ユーザＡがユーザＢへのギフト用に購入した商品に関するレビューであるか否かを判断する（ステップ４９）。当該判断は、例えば、上記レビューが、ＥＣサイト上の、上記ユーザＡが購入した商品のページに投稿されたものであるか否か等によって行われる。
　上記レビューが上記ギフト用に購入された商品に関するレビューであると判断した場合（Ｙｅｓ）、ＣＰＵ１１は、ユーザＢから当該レビューが投稿された旨を示すレビュー通知情報を生成し、当該商品を購入したユーザＡのユーザ端末２００Ａへ、当該レビュー通知情報を送信する（ステップ５１）。これによりユーザＡは、自身がユーザＢへ贈った商品に対するユーザＢの評価を知ることができる。
　一方、上記レビューが上記ギフト用に購入された商品に関するレビューではないと判断した場合（Ｎｏ）、ＣＰＵ１１は、当該レビューが、上記ギフト用に購入された商品に類似する商品に関するレビューであるか否かを判断する（ステップ５０）。ギフト用に購入された商品に類似するか否かは、例えば、上記商品情報データベース３１に記憶された商品のカテゴリ（ジャンル）及びメーカ名情報を基に、レビューが投稿された商品のジャンルが上記ギフト用の商品のジャンルと同一であり、かつ、レビューが投稿された商品のメーカ名が上記ギフト用の商品のメーカ名と一致するか否かによって判断される。また商品情報データベース３１には、予め類似商品に関する情報が記憶されており、ＣＰＵ１１はその情報を参照して上記２つの商品間の類似関係を判断してもよい。
　上記レビューが、上記ギフト用に購入された商品に類似する商品に関するレビューであると判断した場合（Ｙｅｓ）、ＣＰＵ１１は、ユーザＢから、贈った商品に類似する商品についてレビューが投稿された旨を示すレビュー通知情報を生成し、それをユーザＡのユーザ端末２００Ａへ送信する（ステップ５１）。
　ここで、ギフト用に購入された商品に関するレビューのみならず、それに類似する商品に関するレビューについても通知情報が送信されるのは、当該類似の商品に対するユーザの評価は、上記ギフト用の商品に対する評価と同様になると推定されるからである。ユーザＡは、この通知情報により、自身がユーザＢへ贈った商品に対する評価を間接的に把握することができる。しかし、上記類似商品に関するレビュー中に、当該類似商品を上記ギフト用の商品と比較し、類似商品の方がギフト用の商品よりも優れていることを示すようなコメントが含まれている場合には、上記通知情報は送信されなくてもよい。
　図５は、上記ユーザ端末２００へ送信されユーザ端末２００で表示されるレビュー通知情報の例を示した図である。
　当該レビュー通知情報は、例えば、ＥＣサイト上の各ユーザ向けに用意されたページ（お知らせページ、マイページ等）上に掲載され、ユーザ端末２００において表示されるが、ユーザ端末２００へ電子メールやプッシュメッセージとして送信されても構わない。
　同図に示すように、レビュー通知情報６０は、ユーザ（上記ユーザＡ）が他のユーザ（上記ユーザＢ）へギフト用に購入した商品について、他のユーザ（上記ユーザＢ）からレビューが投稿された旨を示す情報の他、例えば、当該商品の商品名、購入日時、商品ページへのハイパーリンク等の情報を有する。
　さらに当該レビュー通知情報は、上記投稿されたレビューへのハイパーリンク６１を有していてもよい。このハイパーリンク６１は、ギフト用の商品を受け取ったユーザ（ユーザＢ）から、レビュー内容を商品の贈答者であるユーザ（ユーザＡ）へ開示してもよいことの確認が取れた場合にのみ表示されてもよい。
　当該確認は、例えばユーザＢからのレビュー投稿時に、レビューの内容を上記ユーザＡに開示することの可否を選択させる選択要求がユーザ端末２００Ｂへ送信されることで実行されてもよい。当該選択要求に対してユーザＢが許可／不許可を選択し、その情報がユーザ端末２００ＢからＥＣサーバ１００へ送信されることで、ＥＣサーバ１００は上記ハイパーリンク６１の公開可否を判断し、許可された場合にはハイパーリンク６１を上記レビュー通知情報へ加える。
　もちろん、上記レビューの内容は、ハイパーリンクとしてではなく、例えば上記レビュー通知情報６０内に直接掲載されても構わない。
　以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、ＥＣサーバ１００は、ギフト用に商品を購入したユーザに、ギフトの受取人であるユーザの商品に対する反応をフィードバックすることができる。
［変形例］
　本発明は上述の実施形態にのみ限定されるものではなく、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更され得る。
　上述の実施形態では、投稿されたレビューの内容にかかわらずレビュー通知情報が送信されたが、レビューの内容がギフト用の商品に対する肯定的な評価を示すと判断された場合にのみ上記レビュー通知情報が送信されてもよい。当該肯定的な評価か否かは、例えば、レビューが星の数や数値で表現されている場合にはその星の数や数値が所定の閾値を上回っているか否かによって判断され、またレビューがテキスト情報である場合には、例えば肯定的な感情を示す所定のキーワードがテキストから抽出されたか否かによって判断されてもよい。これによりＥＣサーバ１００は、ギフト用の商品を購入したユーザが、贈答先のユーザが商品に対して否定的な評価をした情報を閲覧してしまい気分を害するのを防ぐことができる。
　また、レビューの内容が肯定的でないと判断された場合には、ＥＣサーバ１００は、上記商品を受け取ったユーザ（ユーザＢ）に対して、ユーザＡを含む他のユーザがその後にユーザＢを受取人としたギフト商品をＥＣサイト上で購入しようとしている場合に、上記肯定的でないレビューが投稿された商品と同一または類似の商品が贈答されないように、ギフト候補商品のレコメンド情報を生成して提示してもよい。
　上述の実施形態においては、ユーザによって購入された商品の配送先がユーザの登録住所と異なることをもってその商品がギフト用であると判断された。しかし、商品がギフト用であると判断する手法はこれに限られない。例えば、商品購入の際に、ユーザから商品のラッピングや飾りがオプションで設定されていることが商品購入履歴情報から判断された場合に、当該商品はギフト用であると判断されてもよい。また、ギフト用に商品を購入することに特化されたウェブページ上で購入された商品は、その購入の事実をもってギフト用商品と判断されてもよい。
　さらに、購入された商品が、購入したユーザの属性と矛盾することをもってその商品がギフト用と判断されてもよい。例えば、購入された商品が女性用のものであるのに対して、購入したユーザが男性である場合、その商品はギフト用と判断されてもよい。
　上述の実施形態においては、投稿されたレビューがギフト用の商品に関するレビューであるか否かは、当該レビューが当該ギフト用の商品のページに投稿されたものであるか否かによって判断された。しかし、例えばレビューがテキスト情報である場合、当該テキスト情報から、形態素解析等の処理によって上記ギフト用の商品に関するキーワード（商品名等）が抽出されたか否か等によって、上記判断がなされても構わない。
　上述の実施形態において、贈答先のユーザ（ユーザＢ）が特定された場合には、上記ギフト用に購入された商品に関する商品情報が、上記ユーザＢのユーザ端末２００へ商品レコメンド情報を送信する際の商品選択の基礎とされてもよい。すなわち、ＥＣサーバ１００は、上記ユーザＢが自身で購入した商品のみならず、ユーザＢが他のユーザ（ユーザＡ）から贈答された商品に関する情報も用いて、ユーザＢへのレコメンド商品を選択し、レコメンド情報を生成してユーザ端末２００Ｂへ送信してもよい。

Claims (7)

  1. 　第１のユーザの第１のユーザ端末及び第２のユーザの第２のユーザ端末と通信可能な通信部と、
    　少なくとも前記第１のユーザ及び前記第２のユーザの氏名及び住所を含むユーザ情報と、前記第１のユーザが前記第１のユーザ端末により所定のウェブサイトを介して購入した商品に関する、少なくとも前記商品の送付先を含む、商品購入履歴情報とを記憶する記憶部と、
    　　前記ユーザ情報及び前記商品購入履歴情報を基に、前記第１のユーザによって購入された商品を送付された前記第２のユーザを特定し、
    　　前記特定された第２のユーザの前記第２のユーザ端末から、前記第１のユーザによって購入された商品に対する評価を示す評価情報が受信された場合に、前記評価情報が受信されたことを示す通知情報を前記第１のユーザ端末に送信するように前記通信部を制御する
    　ことが可能な制御部と
    　を具備する情報処理装置。
  2. 　請求項１に記載の情報処理装置であって、
    　前記制御部は、前記ユーザ情報及び前記商品購入履歴情報を基に、前記第１のユーザが購入した商品がギフト用であるか否かを判断し、前記ギフト用と判断された場合に前記第２のユーザを特定する
    　情報処理装置。
  3. 　請求項１に記載の情報処理装置であって、
    　前記制御部は、
    　　前記第２のユーザ端末から前記評価情報が受信される際に、当該評価情報の内容を前記第１のユーザに開示することの可否を選択させる選択要求を前記第２のユーザ端末へ送信するように前記通信部を制御し、
    　前記第２のユーザ端末から前記選択要求に対する許可応答が受信された場合に、前記通知情報に前記評価情報の内容を含めて前記通知情報を送信するように前記通信部を制御する
    　情報処理装置。
  4. 　請求項１に記載の情報処理装置であって、
    　前記制御部は、前記第２のユーザが特定された場合、前記第１のユーザによってギフト用に購入された商品に関する商品情報を基に、前記第２のユーザに商品を推薦する推薦情報を前記第２のユーザ端末へ送信するように前記通信部を制御する
    　情報処理装置。
  5. 　請求項１に記載の情報処理装置であって、
    　前記制御部は、前記第２のユーザ端末から受信された評価情報を解析し、当該解析により前記評価情報が前記商品に対する肯定的な評価を示すと判断された場合に、前記通知情報を送信するように前記通信部を制御する
    　情報処理装置。
  6. 　少なくとも第１のユーザ及び第２のユーザの氏名及び住所を含むユーザ情報と、前記第１のユーザが第１のユーザ端末により所定のウェブサイトを介して購入した商品に関する、少なくとも前記商品の送付先を含む、商品購入履歴情報とを記憶し、
    　前記ユーザ情報及び前記商品購入履歴情報を基に、前記第１のユーザによって購入された商品を送付された前記第２のユーザを特定し、
    　前記特定された第２のユーザの第２のユーザ端末から、前記第１のユーザによって購入された商品に対する評価を示す評価情報が受信された場合に、前記評価情報が受信されたことを示す通知情報を前記第１のユーザ端末に送信する
    　情報処理方法。
  7. 　情報処理装置に、
    　少なくとも第１のユーザ及び第２のユーザの氏名及び住所を含むユーザ情報と、前記第１のユーザが第１のユーザ端末により所定のウェブサイトを介して購入した商品に関する、少なくとも前記商品の送付先を含む、商品購入履歴情報とを記憶するステップと、
    　前記ユーザ情報及び前記商品購入履歴情報を基に、前記第１のユーザによって購入された商品を送付された前記第２のユーザを特定するステップと、
    　前記特定された第２のユーザの第２のユーザ端末から、前記第１のユーザによって購入された商品に対する評価を示す評価情報が受信された場合に、前記評価情報が受信されたことを示す通知情報を前記第１のユーザ端末に送信するステップと
    　を実行させるプログラム。
