本申请要求于2014年6月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410301296.0,发明名称为“一种汽车的解锁方法及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车的解锁方法及系统。
在现有技术中,对汽车的车门解锁主要是两种方式,第一种是通过车钥匙插入锁孔旋转达到解锁目的;第二种是遥控解锁,车钥匙上有一个遥控发射装置,借此控制车门上锁与解锁。现有的两种解锁方式都要预先解锁后再拉车门把手,操作较繁琐。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车的解锁方法及系统,在人与车接触时就可对车进行解锁,不需要预先对车解锁操作,旨在解决现有车门解锁操作较繁琐的问题。
本发明提出的技术方案是:
一种汽车的解锁方法,包括:
发送端与人体电导通;
基于所述人体与车体接触,所述发送端与所述车体之间通过所述人体建立连接;
所述发送端发送解锁指令对所述车体进行解锁。
进一步地,所述人体与所述车体接触具体为所述人体的手与所述车体的车门把手相接触。

当人体与车体接触时,车体的人体耦合模块辨别发送端11的人体耦合模块的身份,若发送端11的人体耦合模块已被授权,则发送端11与车体建立通信连接;若发送端11的人体耦合模块未被授权,则车体拒绝与发送端11建立通信连接。
发送端11发送解锁指令对车体进行解锁。在发送端11与车体之间通过人体建立连接后,发送端11发送解锁指令,车体接收发送端11发送的解锁指令,对车体进行解锁。
本实施例中,车体包括:
接收端12,用于接收发送端11发送的解锁指令;
验证模块13,用于对解锁指令进行验证,其中,若验证正确,则车体的车门锁系统对车体解锁,若验证错误,则车体的车门锁系统对车体不解锁。
验证模块13对发送端11的解锁指令进行验证,在验证通过后车体的车门锁系统才会对车体进行解锁。
综上所述,在用户拉车门把手的开启车门的同时,人体的手与第二导电体接触,发送端11的人体耦合模块通过第一导电体与车体的人体耦合模块通过第二导电体以人体为桥梁,使发送端11与车体之间建立连接,并且发送端11发送解锁指令对车体的车门锁系统进行解锁,使解锁动作和开启车门动作为同一动作,用户进行解锁和开启车门操作一气呵成,使操作更便捷。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种汽车的解锁方法,其特征在于,包括:发送端与人体电导通;基于所述人体与车体接触,发送端与所述车体之间通过所述人体建立连接;所述发送端发送解锁指令对所述车体进行解锁。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种汽车的解锁方法,其特征在于,所述人体与所述车体接触具体为所述人体的手与所述车体的车门把手相接触。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种汽车的解锁方法,其特征在于,所述发送端与所述车体之间通过所述人体建立连接是通过如下方式实现的:在所述发送端与所述车体上分别设置人体耦合模块,在所述人体与所述车体接触时,设置在所述发送端的人体耦合模块与设置在所述车体的人体耦合模块通过所述人体电信号导通。
- 如权利要求3所述的一种汽车的解锁方法,其特征在于,在所述发送端与所述车体建立通信连接之前,所述车体的人体耦合模块对所述发送端的人体耦合模块进行鉴权判断。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种汽车的解锁方法,其特征在于,所述发送端发送解锁指令对所述车体进行解锁的步骤,包括:所述发送端向所述车体的车门锁系统发送解锁指令;所述车体的车门锁系统对所述解锁指令进行验证;若验证正确,则所述车体的车门锁系统对所述车体解锁;若验证错误,则所述车体的车门锁系统对所述车体不解锁。
- 一种汽车的解锁系统,其特征在于,包括发送端,用于发送对所述车体进行解锁的解锁指令,其中,所述发送端与人体电导通,基于所述人体与所述车体接触,所述发送端与所述车体之间通过所述人体建立连接。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种汽车的解锁系统,其特征在于,所述人体与所述车体接触具体为所述人体的手与所述车体的车门把手相接触。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种汽车的解锁系统,其特征在于,所述发送端 与所述车体之间通过所述人体建立连接具体为:在所述发送端与所述车体上分别设置人体耦合模块,在所述人体与所述车体接触时,设置在所述发送端的人体耦合模块与设置在所述车体的人体耦合模块通过所述人体电信号导通。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种汽车的解锁系统,其特征在于,所述车体的人体耦合模块包括:鉴权模块,在所述发送端与所述车体建立通信连接之前,用于对所述发送端的人体耦合模块进行鉴权判断。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种汽车的解锁系统,其特征在于,所述车体包括:接收端,用于接收所述发送端发送的解锁指令;验证模块,用于对所述解锁指令进行验证,其中,若验证正确,则所述车体的车门锁系统对所述车体解锁,若验证错误,则所述车体的车门锁系统对所述车体不解锁。
