[0049] 本实施例中, 连接管 30呈直筒状, 即是其两端大小相同。 但为了在管接头 20已 经固定的情况下, 水龙头体 10能 360°更好的选择方向, 第一外螺纹 31的螺距与第 二外螺纹 32的螺距不同。 由图 2中可以看出, 第一外螺纹 31的螺距大于第二外螺 纹 32的螺距。 当然, 第一外螺纹 31的螺距也可以小于第二外螺纹 32的螺距。

[0052] 优选地, 本实施例中, 连接管 30内设有过滤器 33。 过滤器 33可以对水中的杂质 、 异物进行过滤, 提度水洁净度, 同吋增加水龙头体 10内阀门的使用寿命。
[0053] 优选地, 本实施例中, 管接头 20的接口端 21内设有用于辅助水龙头体 10安装的 辅助件 25。 辅助件 25具有第三外螺纹 251与第二内螺纹 22配合, 辅助件 25位于连 接管 30的下方。 结合图 3、 图 4, 辅助件 25呈中空套管状, 第三外螺纹 251设于其 外表面, 辅助件 25底部中心设有固定块 252, 固定块 252上设有可供辅助工具插 入以带动辅助件 25的插孔 253。 本实施例中, 辅助工具可以为任何可插入插孔 25 3内的棒状物品, 不需要专用工具, 如采用铅笔, 木棒、 筷子等可以进行插入插 孔 253中带动辅助件 25转动, 以使其处于第二内螺纹 22中不同的位置。
[0054] 水龙头体 10在初装或更换吋, 水龙头体 10的出水端 11要正对洗手盆, 但是实际 在安装吋, 经常不能一次就将水龙头体 10安装在理想位置, 总是会出现水龙头 体 10的出水端 11不是正对洗手盆的情况。 而本实施例中, 设置辅助件 25即是为 了在初装或更换前先进行预试验, 找到水龙头体 10的出水端 11位置, 然后再将 水龙头体 10安装在洗手盆上, 由于前期的预试验不是在洗手盆上进行, 操作比 较方便, 而通过这个预试验保证在正式安装在洗手盆上吋可以一次成功地将水 龙头体 10安装到位。
[0055] 本实施例中, 在进行安装吋还需要用到如图 5、 图 6所示的治具, 此治具为调度 器 40。 调度器 40中心具有螺孔 41, 螺孔 41与连接管 30的第一外螺纹 31配合。 同 吋, 调度器 40上端面沿其圆周上设有 1-10的数字标识, 用于在预试验吋对位。
[0056] 在利用调度器 40与辅助件 25进行安装吋, 先将辅助件 25旋拧入第二内螺纹 22底 部, 将连接管 30、 水龙头体 10依次安装在管接头 20上, 并在管接头 20上与水龙 头体 10上的出水端 11正对处作上标记, 然后将水龙头体 10拆下, 再将调度器 40 通过螺孔 41与第一外螺纹 31的配合安装在连接管 30上, 当调度器 40安装到位后 , 记录调度器 40上与管接头 20上标记正对的某一数字, 然后松卸调度器 40, 利 用辅助工具如铅笔插入插孔 253中带动辅助件 25向上移动, 再拧紧调度器 40, 重 复旋拧辅助件 25及拧紧调度器 40, 直到调度器 40上的某一数字与管接头 20上的 标记正对, 即是使用者所需的出水端 11的方向, 此吋由于辅助件 25到达预定位 置, 且由于辅助件 25的限位作用, 连接管 30上的第二外螺纹 32伸入第二内螺纹 2 2的深度即被限定, 这样, 在将管接头 20、 连接管 30与水龙头体 10正式安装吋, 连接管 30被限定, 从而水龙头体 10旋拧也被限定, 这样安装后水龙头体 10的出 水端 11与洗手盆正对。

[0058] 参照图 7, 本发明实施例二提供的水龙头结构, 与实施例一比较, 不同之处在 于, 连接管 30结构不同。 本实施例中, 连接管 30具有大头端 34与小头端 35, 第 一外螺纹 31设于大头端 34上, 第二外螺纹 32设于小头端 35上。 由于大头端 34与 小头端 35管径不同, 可区分, 故第一外螺纹 31的螺距与第二外螺纹 32的螺距可 以相同也可以不同。 同样, 由于大头端 34与小头端 35管径不同, 大头端 34不能 伸入第二内螺纹 22中, 故管接头 20内第二内螺纹 22与接口端 21的端口之间没有 间距 23, 即第二内螺纹 22是直接贯通管接头 20内。 [0059] 本实施例中其它结构与实施例一相同, 此处不作赘述。

[0064] 参照图 9, 本发明实施例四提供的水龙头结构, 与实施例一比较, 水龙头体 10 结构不同, 对应的, 管接头 20的结构也不相同。 本实施例中, 水龙头体 10中具 有相互独立的热水流道 14及冷水流道 15; 管接头 20中具有相互独立的第一通腔 2 6与第二通腔 27, 第一通腔 26与热水流道 14对应设置, 第二通腔 27与冷水流道 15 对应设置。 第二通腔 27由下至上呈扩口状, 第二通腔 27的上端幵口呈圆形。 同 样的, 冷水流道 15由上至下呈扩口状, 冷水流道 15的下端幵口呈圆形, 与第二 通腔 27的上端幵口对接。
[0065] 本实施例中, 管接头 20中的两个通腔分别与水龙头体 10内的两个流道对应连通 , 实现水管中的冷水及热水流入水龙头体 10内, 并且不需要编织管进行连接, 大大节约成本; 另外, 在更换水龙头体 10吋, 不需要专业工具, 直接在洗手盆 上面操作则可, 且不需要同吋管接头 20与连接管 30, 管接头 20与连接管 30可以 多次使用。

[0077] 采用本实施例中这种连接管 30, 与上述各实施例不同的是, 在安装或更换水龙 头体吋, 不再需要依靠辅助件 25及调度器 40, 直接旋拧连接管 30即可。

一种易安装的水龙头结构, 包括水龙头体与管接头, 其特征在于: 还 包括用于连通所述水龙头体与所述管接头的连接管。
如权利要求 1所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述水龙头 体具有连接端, 所述连接端设有第一内螺纹, 所述管接头具有接口端 , 所述接口端内设有第二内螺纹, 所述连接管的两端分别设有第一外 螺纹与第二外螺纹, 所述第一外螺纹与所述第一内螺纹连接, 所述第 二外螺纹与所述第二内螺纹连接。
如权利要求 2所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述连接管 呈直筒状, 所述第一外螺纹的螺距与所述第二外螺纹的螺距不同, 所 述第二内螺纹与所述接口端的端口之间具有间距。
如权利要求 2所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述连接管 具有大头端与小头端, 所述第一外螺纹设于所述大头端上, 所述第二 外螺纹设于所述小头端上; 或者, 所述第一外螺纹设于所述小头端上 , 所述第二外螺纹设于所述大头端上。
如权利要求 1所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述水龙头 体具有连接端, 所述连接端设有第四外螺纹, 所述连接管一端设有与 所述第四外螺纹连接的第三内螺纹, 所述连接管的另一端朝内凸设有 环形条, 所述管接头的外周周向设置有环形台阶, 所述环形条卡扣于 所述环形台阶上。
如权利要求 2至 5中任一项所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述水龙头体中具有相互独立的热水流道及冷水流道; 所述管接头中 具有相互独立的第一通腔与第二通腔, 所述第一通腔与所述热水流道 对应设置, 所述第二通腔与所述冷水流道对应设置。
如权利要求 6所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述第二通 腔由下至上呈扩口状, 第二通腔的上端幵口呈圆形; 所述冷水流道由 上至下呈扩口状, 所述冷水流道的下端幵口呈圆形, 与所述第二通腔 的上端幵口对接。 [权利要求 8] 如权利要求 2至 5中任一项所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述水龙头体的连接端的端面与所述管接头的接口端的端面抵接, 所 述管接头的接口端的端面设有密封环槽, 所述密封环槽内填充有密封 圈。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 2至 5中任一项所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述连接管内设有过滤器。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 2至 4中任一项所述的易安装的水龙头结构, 其特征在于: 所述管接头的接口端内设有用于辅助所述水龙头体安装的辅助件, 所 述辅助件具有第三外螺纹与所述第二内螺纹配合, 所述辅助件位于所 述连接管的下方, 所述辅助件的底部设有可供辅助工具插入以带动所 述辅助件旋转的插孔。
