本发明采用上述技术方案提供的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮及割 草机, 通过将外转子电机安装在驱动轮内部, 通过外转子电机直接驱动割草机 驱动轮, 传动精度、 可靠性好, 转动惯量较大, 可提高驱动轮行走的稳定性, 而且可以使割草机内部空间更为合理; 而且驱动轮整体结构坚固, 不易损坏。 附图说明

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图 1至 5所示, 内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 包括由轮侧盖 I 11、轮侧盖 II 12以及夹在轮侧盖 I 11与轮侧盖 II 12之间的轮体 2装配而成的驱 动轮主体, 轮侧盖 II 12与轮体 2为一体成型的一体结构, 轮侧盖 1 11、 轮侧盖 II 12以及轮体 2围成一个空腔 3, 空腔 3内安装有外转子电机 4, 外转子电机 4 的外转子部分相对驱动轮主体固定设置, 外转子电机 4 的定子部分具有穿出轮 侧盖 I 11伸出至驱动轮主体外的固定件 41, 固定件 41为管状或中空的筒状结 构, 中空部分用于将外转子电机 4的连接导线引出, 轮侧盖 I 11上设有用于使 固定件 41穿出的轴孔 I 111。 轮侧盖 I 11和轮侧盖 II 12的外缘均设有若干凸齿 13, 轮侧盖 1 11上的凸齿 13和轮侧盖 II 12上的凸齿 13呈错位分布。 轮体 2的 外周面具有若干凹弧面 21, 两个凹弧面 21的连接处形成凸起 1 22, 轮侧盖 II 12上的凸齿 13与轮体 2上的凸起 I 22对应设置, 轮侧盖 I 11的外缘位于相 邻两个凸齿 13之间具有与轮体 2上的凸起 I 22对应设置的凸起 II 114。 轮体 2 包括外环 23、 与外环 23同心的内环 24和连接在外环 23、 内环 24之间的若干 连接筋条 25, ¾|空 3由内环和两个轮侧盖 1围成。 内环 24的内侧壁具有若干沿 内环 24的内侧壁一周均匀排布的凸棱 26, 轮侧盖 II 12的内表面位于内环 24所 围住的范围内设有由环状棱和线状棱组成的支撑棱 27, 外转子电机安装到空腔 3中后与凸棱 26和支撑棱 27接触使得外转子电机与内环 24、 轮侧盖 II 12之间 有一定间隙, 有助于散热。 轮侧盖 1 11侧壁具有伸入内环 24内的环体 112, 环 体 112 的外径略小于内环 24的内径。 轮侧盖 I 11侧壁设有若干沿轮侧盖 I 11 径向方向延伸的加强筋 113。 外转子电机 4的外转子部分与轮侧盖 Π 12通过螺 钉连接, 轮侧盖 II 12上具有若干用于使螺钉穿过的螺纹孔 14, 轮侧盖 II 12外安 装有用于罩住螺纹孔 14的防尘盖 5。 防尘盖 5与轮侧盖 II 12为卡扣连接, 防尘 盖 5上设有有用于与轮侧盖 II 12卡接的卡钩 51,相应的轮侧盖 II 12也具有与卡 钩 51配合的卡槽结构。 防尘盖 5为一圆板体, 其朝向轮侧盖 II 12的一侧设置有 围成环状的弧形凸条 52,弧形凸条 52抵在轮侧盖 II 12的外侧壁上使得防 盖 5与轮侧盖 II 12之间具有一定间隙, 具有一定的消音作用
实施例二:
如图 6所示, 割草机, 包括机体 6, 机体 6底部前方安装有两个万向轮 8、 后方两侧安装有两个驱动轮 9,其中驱动轮 9为实施例一中的内嵌式外转子电机 直驱割草机驱动轮, 其中, 固定件 41与机体 6为固定连接, 机体 6上具有与外 转子电机电连接的控制系统; 机体 6的中部安装有刀盘架 71, 刀盘架 71上安装 有刀盘 72, 刀盘 72上安装有刀片 73, 刀盘架 71上设有若干防护柱 74, 相邻两 个防护柱 74之间有间距, 刀盘 72和刀片 73围在防护柱 74中间, 机体 6的底 面位于刀盘架 71的周围设有若干长条状筋条 61, 筋条 61的延伸方向与割草机 的行进方向一致, 设置筋条 61和防护柱 74的目的是防止割草机工作中操作者 和小孩的手臂、 手指等身体部位从机体 6 的底面和地面之间的空间伸入到刀盘

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特征在于: 包括由轮侧盖 I (11)、 轮侧盖 II (12) 以及夹在轮侧盖 I (11) 与轮侧盖 II (12) 之间的轮体 (2) 装配而成的驱动轮主体, 所述轮侧盖 I (11)、 轮侧盖 II (12) 以及轮体 (2) 围成一个空腔(3), 所述空腔(3) 内安装有外转子电机(4), 所述外转子电 机 (4) 的外转子部分相对驱动轮主体固定设置, 所述外转子电机 (4) 的定 子部分具有穿出轮侧盖 I (11)伸出至驱动轮主体外的固定件(41), 所述轮 侧盖 I (11) 上设有用于使固定件 (41) 穿出的轴孔 I (111)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特征在于: 所述轮侧盖 I (11)和轮侧盖 II (12) 的外缘均设有若干凸齿 (13), 所述轮 侧盖 I (11)上的凸齿 (13) 和轮侧盖 II (12)上的凸齿 (13)呈错位分布。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特征在于: 所述轮体 (2) 的外周面具有若干凹弧面 (21), 相邻凹弧面 (21) 连接处形 成凸起 I (22), 所述轮侧盖 II (12) 上的凸齿 (13) 与轮体 (2) 上的凸起 I (22) 对应设置, 所述轮侧盖 I (11) 的外缘位于相邻两个凸齿 (13) 之 间具有与轮体 (2) 上的凸起 I (22) 对应设置的凸起 Π (114)。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特征在于: 所述轮体 (2) 的外周面具有若干凹弧面 (21), 相邻凹弧面 (21) 连接处形 成凸起 I (22)。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特 征在于: 所述轮体 (2) 包括外环 (23)、 与外环 (23) 同心的内环 (24) 和 连接在外环(23)、 (24)之间的若干连接筋条(25), 所述空腔(3) 由 内环和两个轮侧盖 (1) 围成。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特征在于: 所述轮侧盖 I (11)侧壁具有伸入内环(24)内的环体(112),所述环体(112) 和内环 (24) 间隙配合。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特 征在于: 所述轮侧盖 I (11) 侧壁设有若干沿轮侧盖 I (11) 径向方向延伸 的加强筋 (113)。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特 征在于: 所述轮侧盖 II (12) 与轮体 (2) 为一体成型的一体结构。
9. 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草机驱动轮, 其特 征在于: 所述外转子电机(4)的外转子部分与轮侧盖 II (12)通过螺钉连接, 所述轮侧盖 II (12)上具有若干用于使螺钉穿过的螺纹孔(14), 所述轮侧盖 II (12) 外侧安装有用于罩住螺纹孔 (14) 的防尘盖 (5)。
10.割草机, 包括机体 (6) 和安装在机体 (6) 上的驱动轮 (9), 其特征在于: 所述驱动轮(9)为如权利要求 1至 9任一所述的内嵌式外转子电机直驱割草 机驱动轮。
