Abstract

【課題】ペットのトリミングに必要な部材及び作業場を任意の場所に簡単に設置できる。トリミングボックス内においてトリミングした毛を効率的に集毛するとともに、トリミングした毛が外部に飛散するのを防止する。 【解決手段】トリミングボックス１は、小型で簡便に組み立てられ持ち運び可能なボックスからなり、ボックス内にはトリミングに必要な部材が立体的にコンパクトに収納され、トリマーが作業する作業場が折りたたみ可能に形成されている。また、トリミングボックス１は、空気循環型のクリーニング装置、エアーカーテン装置、イオン発生装置を備えている。

Description

トリミングボックス
  本発明は、ペットのトリミングに必要な部材及び作業場を任意の場所に簡単に設置できるトリミングボックスに関し、更にはトリミングした毛がトリミングボックス内から外部に飛散するのを防止するとともに集毛機能を備えたトリミングボックスに関するものである。
　従来はペットのトリミング作業場にトリミングテーブル、クリーニングバス、作業台等を配置していて、作業をしていて広い作業場を必要としていた。また、トリミング事業を始めるときに、トリミングテーブル、シンク、掃除機等多くの場所とる機材を用意する必要があり大きな作業場を確保する必要があり事業を開設するには多額の資金を必要とした。
　トリミングした毛は作業場の空間及び床に撒き散らしているので作業室はかなりの量の離毛が発生し、犬毛は人毛の数分の1程度で少量の風で飛散する。そのためトリマーはマスク等をして毛の体内への侵入を予防しているのが現状であった。
　また、床に撒き散らかされた犬毛をトリミング後掃除機等で掃除をする必要があるが、作業時間のロスや、掃除機の排気風による犬毛の舞い上がりが起こり徹底した掃除が困難な上、健康上も良くない状態が起こるなどの欠点があった。
　また、犬毛が静電気により衣服への付着、周辺の部材への付着等が発生し、更に掃除を困難なものにさせる。更に、天井近くの高い場所で付着は犬毛を取り除くことは困難などの欠点があった。
　更に、作業場で使用しているエアコンのメンテナンスを頻繁に行なう必要があった。
　一方、トリミングした毛を集毛する機能を備えたトリミングテーブルについては、以下に示すような発明が提案されている。
　特開２００４－２９８１５１号公報（特許文献１）には、動物のトリミング作業時に生ずる浮遊物を有利に除去することを目的とし、動物が乗せられて、トリミング作業が行なわれる作業面を有する天板に、かかる作業面において開口する吸引口を設ける一方、天板を支持する支持体の内部に、トリミング作業時に生ずる浮遊物を、吸引口を通じて吸引する吸引通路を設けると共に、かかる吸引通路を介して、浮遊物と空気とを吸引する吸引力を作用せしめる吸引装置を設けたこと特徴とする「動物用トリミングテーブル」が提案されている。
　また、実用新案登録第３１５３１１０号号公報（特許文献２）には、衛生的にトリミング作業などを行うことができるペット動物の美容台を提供することを目的とし、吹出口に送気室を経由して送風機の空気吹出側を接続すると共に、吸引口にダスト溜室およびフィルターを介して送風機の空気吸引側を接続し、前記の送気室に外気と連通する排気口を設け、吹出口と対峙して設けた吸引口は水平方向に開口すること特徴とする「ペット動物の美容台」が提案されている。
　しかしながら、上記のトリミングテーブルには、トリミングした毛が外部に飛散するのを防止する機能は開示されていないので、集毛されなかった残毛やトリミングルーム空間に浮遊する離毛の存在によって従来と同様に周囲が汚されることから、作業時間のロス、健康上の問題等を根本的に解決することができない。

　本発明の第１の課題は、ペットのトリミングに必要な部材及び作業場を任意の場所に簡単に設置できるトリミングボックスを提供することを目的とする。また、本発明の第２の課題は、トリミングボックス内においてトリミングした毛を効率的に集毛するとともに、トリミングボックス内部からトリミングした毛が外部に飛散するのを防止することにより、トリマーが飛散している毛を吸いこむことがなくなり、作業後の清掃時間も短縮できるトリミングボックスを提供することを目的とする。
　上記の第１の課題を解決するために、請求項１に記載の発明は、小型で簡便に組み立てられ持ち運び可能なボックスからなり、前記ボックス内の前方半分にはトリミングテーブルの下方にクリーニングバスが組み込まれてトリミングに必要な部材が立体的にコンパクトに収納され且つ前記トリミングテーブルの上方領域がトリミング空間となり、前記ボックス内の後方半分には開閉ドアーを開けた状態においてトリマーが作業する作業場が形成され、前記開閉ドアーを閉めることにより前記作業場が折りたたみ収納されコンパクトに格納できることを特徴とする。
　また、上記の第２の課題を解決するために、請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の前記トリミングボックスに空気循環型のクリーニング装置を備え、前記トリミング空間の一方の側面には高さ方向に複数個の吹出口を設けるとともに、他方の側面には高さ方向に複数個の吸入口を設け、トリミングした毛を前記吹出口から空気を吹きつけると同時に前記吸入口によって吸引してフィルターに集毛することを特徴とする。
　また、請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記吹出口を設けた一方の側面の前記トリミング空間の開口縁部に多数のスリット状吹出口を配置し、前記吸入口を設けた他方の側面の前記トリミング空間の開口縁部に多数のスリット状吸入口を配置し、前記トリミング空間に浮遊する離毛を外部に飛散させないようにしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項４に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記トリミング空間の開口縁部にパイプを配置し、前記パイプに多数の空気吹出口を設けてエアーカーテン装置を構成し、前記トリミング空間に浮遊する離毛を外部に飛散させないようにしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項５に記載の発明は、請求項４に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記パイプの前記空気吹出口近傍にマイナスイオンを発生するイオン発生素子を配置し、マイナスイオンを発生させて毛や周辺部材及びトリマーの衣類まで静電気を除去して離毛を垂直に落下させるようにしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項６に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の前記トリミングボックス内に静電帯を配置し、前記トリミング空間に浮遊する離毛を吸着させることを特徴とする。
　また、請求項７に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の前記トリミングボックス内にイオン発生装置を取り付け、前記トリミングボックス内の物体の電位をゼロにすることを特徴とする。
　また、請求項８に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記トリミングテーブルの下方に組み込まれている前記クリーニングバスの下面全体をエアーチャンバーにしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項９に記載の発明は、請求項８に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記トリミングテーブル上面に円盤状板を回動自在に取り付け、前記円盤状板下面側の前記トリミングテーブル板に吹出口を設けて前記エアーチャンバーから空気を供給することを特徴とする。

　また、請求項１２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の前記トリミングボックスにクリーニング装置とエアーカーテン装置及びイオン発生装置を備え、前記トリミングテーブルの上方に人体検知センサーを設置し、前記トリミングボックス内にトリマーが入室した際に自動的に前記クリーニング装置と前記エアーカーテン装置及び前記イオン発生装置が同時に作動し、トリマーが作業終了して退出した際は所定時間経過するまで前記クリーニング装置及び前記エアーカーテン装置が最大で作動して前記トリミング空間に残存する毛を清掃することを特徴とする。
　以上のように、本発明によれば、トリミングボックス内にトリミングに必要な部材が立体的にコンパクトに収納され、トリミングボックス内でトリマーが作業する作業場が折りたたみ可能に形成されているので、任意の場所に簡単に設置でき且つ未使用のときはコンパクトに格納することが可能になる。
　また、トリミングボックスに空気循環型のクリーニング装置、エアーカーテン装置、イオン発生装置を備えることにより、トリミングボックス内においてトリミングした毛を効率的に集毛するとともに、トリミングボックス内部からトリミングした毛が外部に飛散するのを防止することにより、トリマーが飛散している毛を吸いこむことがなくなり、作業後の清掃時間も短縮することが可能になる。

　以下、本発明の実施形態の一例（第１実施例）について図を参酌しながら説明する。図１は本発明のトリミングボックスの一例を示す斜視図、図２は図１のトリミングボックスを格納した状態を示す斜視図、図３は図１に示すエアーカーテン装置の斜視図、図４はクリーニング時の空気の流れの一例を示す説明図である。なお、本発明のトリミングボックスの各構成については、以下の実施例に限定されるものではなく、使用状況によって適宜変更することができる。
　トリミングボックス１は、小型で簡便に組み立てられ持ち運び可能な材質及び構造からなり、図１に示すように、トリミングボックス１の前方約半分には、トリミングに必要なトリミングテーブル２とその下方にクリーニングバス３が立体的に組み込まれている。トリミングテーブル２の上方領域がトリミング空間４となっている。また、トリミングボックス１の後方約半分には、トリマーが作業する作業場５が形成される。ドアー２０は、回転金具２２により回転してロック２１で固定される。作業場５が折りたたみ可能に形成され、図２に示すように、未使用のときはドアー２０を閉めてコンパクトに格納できる。
　トリミングボックス１は、空気循環型のクリーニング装置を備えている。制御ボックス３０に取り付けられたクリーニング用フアンモータ３２からの排気空気と吸入空気を同時に利用して、少量の空気の流れで刈り取られた毛を回収する。トリミングボックス１の両サイドの側壁には吸入口１０、吹出口１１、通風口１２（図４参照）、通風口１３が設けられている。クリーニング時の空気の流れについては、図４に示すように、クリーニング用フアンモータ３２からの送風が通風口１２から通風ガイド４１を通り、通風口１３から通風ガイド４０を経て、吹出口１１よりトリミング空間４内に放出され、浮遊している毛やトリミングされた毛を吸入口１０に向け押し出し、フィルター３１で集毛する。吸入口１０と吹出口１１は、図示する内容に限定されるものではなく、後述するように高さ方向に複数個設けることが好ましい（図５乃至図９参照）。なお、制御ボックス３０はビス等でトリミングボックス１に固定される。
　図１に示すように、制御ボックス３０内のフィルター３１近傍には、フィルター感知センサー３５が配置されている。これにより、フィルター３１を付け忘れたとき、毛が排気口４０aよりトリミングボックス１の外部に放出されるため、このようなフィルター３１の付け忘れを防止することができる。
　トリミングボックス１は、通風ガイド４０を備えている。トリミング空間４内の気圧をマイナスにし、トリミング空間４内の空気を吸入口１０で吸引させるために、通風ガイド４０にクリーニング用フアンモータ３２からの送風の一部を排出する排気口４０ａが設けられている。なお、通風ガイド４０はビス等でトリミングボックス１に固定される。
　トリミングボックス１は、エアーカーテン装置６０を備えている。トリミング空間４内の浮遊毛を外部に飛散させないために、多数の吹出口６２を有するエアーカーテン用パイプ６１がトリミング空間４の開口縁部に配置されている。図３に示すように、エアーカーテン用パイプ６１の一方の先端には、高圧空気を供給するエアーカーテン用フアンモータ３３が取り付けられている。また、他方の先端は栓６３で密封されている。また、エアーカーテン用パイプ６１には、トリミング空間４内の部材を除電するためのイオン発生素子６４が配置されている。なお、トリミング作業中、エアーカーテン用フアンモータ３３とクリーニング用フアンモータ３２は低速で回転させ、作業終了後はこれらを高速で回転させて残存している犬毛を回収する。
　トリミングボックス１は、送風付イオン発生装置７０を備えている。トリミング空間４内の物体を除電することで浮遊毛が周辺の物体に付着せず自然落下させることができ浮遊毛の集毛が容易になる。さらに、毛の飛散を防ぐために、トリミングボックス１は、浮遊犬毛を静電気でひきつけ飛散を防止する静電帯９０を備えている。
　次に、本発明の実施形態の他例（第２実施例）について図を参酌しながら説明する。図５は本発明のトリミングボックスの他例を示す正面図、図６は図５のＡ－Ａ断面図、図７は図５のＢ－Ｂ断面図、図８はクリーニング時の空気の流れの他例を示す説明図、図９は図５に示す通風ガイドの他例を示す斜視図である。
　図５乃至図７に示すように、上述した第１実施例と同様に、トリミングボックス１の前方約半分には、トリミングに必要なトリミングテーブル２とその下方にクリーニングバス３が立体的に組み込まれている。トリミングテーブル２の上方領域がトリミング空間４となっている。トリミングボックス１の後方約半分には、トリマーが作業する作業場５が形成される。また、トリミングボックス１は、小型で簡便に組み立てられ持ち運び可能な材質及び構造からなる。上述した第１実施例と同様に、作業場５が折りたたみ可能に形成されており、未使用のときはドアー２０を閉めてコンパクトに格納できる（図２参照）。
　一方、第２実施例では、上述した第１実施例と異なり、トリミングボックス１のトリミングテーブル２の下方に組込まれているクリーニングバス３の下面全体をエアーチャンバー８０にすることにより、外部からの塵埃の進入を防ぐようにしている。また、エアーチャンバー８０内にエアーカーテン用フアンモータ３３、その他ドライヤー用モータ（図示省略）が配置される。これにより、クリーニング用フアンモータ３２の風圧が加算されてエアーカーテン用フアンモータ３３の風圧がアップされる。
　トリミングボックス１は、上述した第１実施例と同様に、空気循環型のクリーニング装置を備えている。クリーニング用フアンモータ３２からの排気空気と吸入空気を同時に利用して、少量の空気の流れで刈り取られた毛を回収する。トリミングボックス１のトリミング空間４の一方の側面に通風ガイド５０を備え、高さ方向に複数個の吹出口１１が設けられ、他方の側面に通風ガイド５２を備え、高さ方向に複数個の吸入口１０が設けられている。クリーニング時の空気の流れについては、図８に示すように、クリーニング用フアンモータ３２からの送風がエアーチャンバー８０を通り、通風ガイド５０を経て、複数個の吹出口１１よりトリミング空間４内に放出され、浮遊している毛やトリミングされた毛を複数個の吸入口１０に向け押し出し、通風ガイド５２を経てフィルター３１で集毛する。また、飛散犬毛の流出防止のため、通風ガイド５２の上部にカバー５４が設けられる。
　また、図８に示すように、トリミング作業を容易にするため、トリミングテーブル２の上面に回転板２ａが回動自在に取り付けられている。回転板２ａの下面側のトリミングテーブル２に吹出口８１が設けられ、エアーチャンバー８０から空気が供給される。これにより、回転板２ａの側面又は下面の隙間やエアーチャンバー８０内への犬毛や塵埃の流入を防ぐとともに、清掃の手間を省くようにしている。
　図９に示すように、通風ガイド５０に複数個の吹出口１１を設けた一方の側面には、トリミング空間４の開口縁部に多数のスリット状吹出口５１が配置される。また、通風ガイド５２に複数個の吸入口１０を設けた他方の側面には、トリミング空間４の開口縁部に多数のスリット状吸入口５３が配置される。これにより、上述したエアーカーテン装置６０と同様に、トリミング空間４に浮遊する離毛を外部に飛散させない効果を発揮する。
　さらに、本発明のトリミングボックスは、図１に示すように、トリミングテーブル２の上方に人体検知センサー１００が設置され、トリマーが入室した際に自動的にクリーニング用フアンモータ３２、エアーカーテン用フアンモータ３３、イオン発生装置７０が作動し、トリマーが作業終了して退出した際に、ある一定時間クリーニング用フアンモータ３２、エアーカーテン用フアンモータ３３が最大で作動するシステムに設定できる。また、作業者がトリミング室を清掃したいときに、クリーニング用フアンモータ３２、エアーカーテン用フアンモータ３３を最大で作動させて、刷毛等でトリミング室を清掃できるように手動ボタンスイッチ（図示省略）を設けることができる。

Claims (12)

  1. 小型で簡便に組み立てられ持ち運び可能なボックスからなり、前記ボックス内の前方半分にはトリミングテーブルの下方にクリーニングバスが組み込まれてトリミングに必要な部材が立体的にコンパクトに収納され且つ前記トリミングテーブルの上方領域がトリミング空間となり、前記ボックス内の後方半分には開閉ドアーを開けた状態においてトリマーが作業する作業場が形成され、前記開閉ドアーを閉めることにより前記作業場が折りたたみ収納されコンパクトに格納できることを特徴とするトリミングボックス。
  2. 請求項１に記載の前記トリミングボックスに空気循環型のクリーニング装置を備え、前記トリミング空間の一方の側面には高さ方向に複数個の吹出口を設けるとともに、他方の側面には高さ方向に複数個の吸入口を設け、トリミングした毛を前記吹出口から空気を吹きつけると同時に前記吸入口によって吸引してフィルターに集毛することを特徴とするトリミングボックス。
  3. 請求項２に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記吹出口を設けた一方の側面の前記トリミング空間の開口縁部に多数のスリット状吹出口を配置し、前記吸入口を設けた他方の側面の前記トリミング空間の開口縁部に多数のスリット状吸入口を配置し、前記トリミング空間に浮遊する離毛を外部に飛散させないようにしたことを特徴とするトリミングボックス。
  4. 請求項２に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記トリミング空間の開口縁部にパイプを配置し、前記パイプに多数の空気吹出口を設けてエアーカーテン装置を構成し、前記トリミング空間に浮遊する離毛を外部に飛散させないようにしたことを特徴とするトリミングボックス。
  5. 請求項４に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記パイプの前記空気吹出口近傍にマイナスイオンを発生するイオン発生素子を配置し、マイナスイオンを発生させて毛や周辺部材及びトリマーの衣類まで静電気を除去して離毛を垂直に落下させるようにしたことを特徴とするトリミングボックス。
  6. 前記トリミングボックス内に静電帯を配置し、前記トリミング空間に浮遊する離毛を吸着させることを特徴とする請求項２に記載のトリミングボックス。
  7. 前記トリミングボックス内にイオン発生装置を取り付け、前記トリミングボックス内の物体の電位をゼロにすることを特徴とする請求項２に記載のトリミングボックス。
  8. 請求項２に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記トリミングテーブルの下方に組み込まれている前記クリーニングバスの下面全体をエアーチャンバーにしたことを特徴とするトリミングボックス。
  9. 請求項８に記載の前記トリミングボックスにおいて、前記トリミングテーブル上面に円盤状板を回動自在に取り付け、前記円盤状板下面側の前記トリミングテーブル板に吹出口を設けて前記エアーチャンバーから空気を供給することを特徴とするトリミングボックス。
  10. 前記エアーチャンバー内にエアーカーテン用フアンモータを配置したことを特徴とする請求項８又は請求項９に記載のトリミングボックス。
  11. 前記エアーチャンバー内にドライヤー用モータを配置したことを特徴とする請求項８又は請求項９に記載のトリミングボックス。
  12. 請求項１に記載の前記トリミングボックスにクリーニング装置とエアーカーテン装置及びイオン発生装置を備え、前記トリミングテーブルの上方に人体検知センサーを設置し、前記トリミングボックス内にトリマーが入室した際に自動的に前記クリーニング装置と前記エアーカーテン装置及び前記イオン発生装置が同時に作動し、トリマーが作業終了して退出した際は所定時間経過するまで前記クリーニング装置及び前記エアーカーテン装置が最大で作動して前記トリミング空間に残存する毛を清掃することを特徴とするトリミングボックス。
