车辆由折叠状态展开时,再次翻动解锁手柄 2 , 锁柱4由斜槽二9内脱出,车把架1与踏板15间的锁定解锁,座杆锁舌5向下运动,脱离座杆17,座杆17得以转动,横销6从销孔二23中脱出,踏板15与轮架18间的锁定解锁。
将轮架 18 与踏板 15 向着地面翻折,再将 座杆 17 向着踏板 15 翻折, 转向支架13以转轴为轴心向下运动,锁柱4回到斜槽一8处,锁柱4被弹簧自动弹入斜槽一8内,转向支架13展开并被锁定;同时, 随着轮架轴套 10 的逆时针方向转动,销孔一 11 转动至横销 6 位置处,在弹簧作用下,橫销 6 自动弹入销孔一 11 中,轮架 18 被展开锁定, 车轮着地 ;随着座杆向踏板15的翻折, 座杆锁舌5在弹簧作用下自动复位至座杆17与踏板15之间的空隙中, 完成对座杆 17 的锁定。车架整体伸展完成, 操作者可以坐在鞍座上骑行 。
为了锁定稳定,本方案第一支分支线增设分支器连接两个锁柱,相应的两个轮盖边缘分别设置两个斜槽。
所述牵引线3串接多个分支器,通过分支器分别连接多个锁销,所述锁销对应于不同节点的旋转折叠部位,所述旋转折叠部位分别设置相应的锁孔,各分支线通过分支器汇集于解锁手柄2,从而实现解锁手柄2对多个折叠节点的解锁与锁定的操控。
需要指出的是,上述实施方式仅是本实用新型优选的实施例,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在符合本实用新型工作原理的前提下,任何等同或相似的替换均落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于:车把架设置解锁手柄,解锁手柄通过牵引线分别连接弹性锁柱、座杆锁舌和橫销,轮盖边缘设置与锁柱适配的两个斜槽,轮架轴套前端设置销孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于:所述牵引线设置分支器,通过分支器的分支线分别连接弹性锁柱、座杆锁舌和橫销。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于:所述锁柱的活动行程设置于转向支架, 所述锁柱用于锁定车把架与踏板 。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于:所述锁柱与定位柱之间设置弹簧,定位柱固定于转向支架,分支线穿过定位柱与锁柱相连。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于:所述分支线增设分支器连接两个锁柱,相应的两个轮盖边缘分别设置两个斜槽。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于:所述分支线增设分支器从两端连接橫销。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于:所述解锁手柄设置杠杆器与牵引线相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于: 所述解锁手柄设置于车把架凹形槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动折叠车的折叠锁定装置,其特征在于:所述解锁手柄设置复位弹簧
