云台锁扣装置及其应用的云台组件
【技术领域】
本发明涉及锁扣装置, 尤其涉及一种云台锁扣装置及其应用的云台组件。 【背景技术】
云台是一个对转动轴精度要求较高的设备, 需要在运输过程或者拿持过程 中, 对云台的转动轴进行固定, 防止云台在没工作的情况下发生转动, 从而避 免云台各轴的弯曲变形或者损坏。
目前常见的固定方式是通过多部件进行固定, 在使用过程中比较繁瑣, 而 且往往不能完全固定云台各轴的云台, 从而导致云台的固定效果不好。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可对成像装置进行固定保护的云台 锁扣装置及其应用的云台组件。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明釆用的一个技术方案是: 提供一种云台锁扣 装置, 其用于锁扣一成像装置。 所述成像装置包括一云台和一与所述云台活动 连接的图像拍摄终端。 所述云台包括一承载平台, 所述承载平台包括一底面。 所述承载平台沿垂直所述底面方向向下延伸有一第一卡持部。 所述云台锁扣装 置包括一主体部、 一第一^ N妻部和一由所述主体部向下延伸的卡持部。 所述主 体部包括一与所述承载平台的底面相对正的第一表面、 和一背离所述第一表面 的第二表面。 所述第一卡接部延伸于所述第一表面, 所述卡持部包括一第一延 伸部和一与所述第一延伸部连接的卡钩部。 所述第一延伸部垂直延伸于所述第 二表面。 所述卡钩部平行于所述第二表面。 所述卡钩部、 所述第一延伸部与所 述第二表面之间共同形成一收容腔, 用于收容所述图像拍摄终端。 所述主体部 的厚度与所述第一卡接部的厚度之和等于所述图像拍摄终端的顶面至所述承载 平台的底面之间的距离。 所述第一^ N妻部与所述第一^ ^持部相抵持。

请一并参阅图 1至图 2, 本发明第一实施例提供的一种云台组件 100, 其包 括一成像装置 20和一用于锁扣所述成像装置 20的云台锁扣装置 la。
所述成像装置 20包括一云台 20a和一可在所述云台 20a的驱动下转动的图 像拍摄终端 30。
所述云台 20a包括一承载平台 20b、 一第一角度调节机构 21、 一第二角度 调节机构 22、 和一第三角度调节机构 23。

在所述第二角度调节机构 22调节负载的横滚角变化 90° 时,第一角度调节 机构 21和第三角度调节机构 23会绕负载的横滚轴 R同步翻滚 90。 , 即航向轴 Y和俯仰轴 P会同步翻转 90。 但二者相对静止, 仍能够保持俯仰轴 P和航向轴 Y的调节特性。 同时, 所述成像装置 20的整体结构的重心并未发生改变, 仍能 够保持整体稳定性, 从而使得图像拍摄终端能够实现横向和竖向的任意组合拍 摄。

在其他实施例中, 在所述承载平台 20b的底面 20c也可设置两个以上的卡 持部, 而所述锁扣装置 la的第一表面 111对应设置两个以上的卡接部, 所述卡 持部与所述卡接部——对应, 并不限于本实施例。
在其他实施例中, 所述锁扣装置 la进一步包括一镜头盖 40, 用于盖设所述 图像拍摄终端 30的光学镜头 310。
请一并参阅图 5-7, 本发明第二实施例提供的一种云台组件 200, 本实施例 的云台组件 200的结构与第一实施例的云台组件 100的结构大致相同, 区别仅 在于云台锁扣装置 50。 本实例中的云台锁扣装置 50的镜头盖 51与所述锁扣装 置 50—体成型。 所述镜头盖 51包括一盖设部 510与两个连接部 511, 其中一连 接部 511连接至所述主体部 52的所述第二表面 522, 而另一连接部 511连接至 所述卡钩部 53。 所述盖设部 510的形状和尺寸分别和所述光学镜头 310的形状 和尺寸相对应。 所述盖设部 510的一侧还开设有一第一缺口 5100。 所述第一缺 口 5100方便使所述盖设部 510滑行, 以使所述光学镜头 310完全收容于所述盖 设部 510内, 所述图像拍摄终端 30卡持于所述主体部 52的所述第二表面 522 与所述卡钩部 53之间。

12.—种云台组件, 其包括一成像装置和一用于锁扣所述成像装置的云台锁扣装 置, 所述成像装置包括一云台和一与所述云台活动连接且可在所述云台的驱动 下转动的图像拍摄终端, 所述云台包括一承载平台, 所述承载平台包括一底面, 所述承载平台沿垂直所述底面方向向下延伸有一第一卡持部, 其特征在于: 所 述云台锁扣装置包括一主体部、 一第一^ ^接部和一由所述主体部向下延伸的卡 持部, 所述主体部包括一与所述承载平台的底面相对正的第一表面、 和一背离 所述第一表面的第二表面, 所述第一卡接部延伸于所述第一表面, 所述卡持部 包括一第一延伸部, 所述第一延伸部垂直延伸于所述第二表面, 所述第一延伸 部用于抵持所述图像拍摄终端, 所述主体部的厚度与所述第一卡接部的厚度之 和等于所述图像拍摄终端的顶面至所述承载平台的底面之间的距离, 所述第一 卡接部与所述第一卡持部相抵持。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述承载平台沿垂直所述底 面方向向下还延伸有一第二卡持部, 所述云台锁扣装置还包括一第二卡接部, 所述第二卡接部垂直延伸于所述第一表面, 且所述第一卡接部的厚度与所述第 二卡接部的厚度相同, 所述第二卡接部的位置对应于所述第二卡持部的位置, 所述第二卡接部与所述第二卡持部相抵持。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述承载平台沿垂直所述底 面方向向下延伸一中空状的半圓形的延伸部, 所述第一^ ^持部与所述延伸部相 连接, 且所述第一^ ^持部的长度方向大致平行于所述延伸部的开口方向, 所述 第二卡持部包括一正对所述延伸部的内表面, 所述第一卡持部包括一远离所述 延伸部的内表面的外表面, 所述第一卡接部包括一第一外侧面, 所述第二卡接 部包括一第二外侧面, 所述第一外侧面与所述第一卡持部的所述外表面相抵接, 所述第二外侧面与所述第二卡持部的所述内表面相抵接。
15. 如权利要求 13所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述底面开设有一活动腔, 所述活动腔邻接于所述延伸部, 且正对于所述延伸部的开口方向, 所述云台包 还包括一第一角度调节机构、 一第二角度调节机构、 和一第三角度调节机构, 所述第一角度调节机构包括一 "7" 字形的第一旋转臂和一第一安装外壳, 所述 第一旋转臂的一端可转动地连接于所述延伸部内, 所述第一旋转臂的另一端固 定连接至所述第一安装外壳, 所述第一旋转臂能够在所述活动腔内转动, 所述 第二角度调节机构包括一 "7" 字形的第二旋转臂、 一第二安装外壳和一第一电 机, 所述第二旋转臂的一端通过所述第一电机可转动地与所述第一安装外壳连 接, 所述第二旋转臂的另一端与所述第二安装外壳固定连接, 所述第三角度调 节机构为一安装于所述第二安装外壳内的第二电机, 所述第二电机的转轴与所 述图像拍摄终端固定连接。
16. 如权利要求 15所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述第一角度调节机构的所 述第一旋转臂在所述活动腔内沿航向轴转动所述第二角度调节机构、 第三角度 调节机构和所述图像拍摄终端, 以调节所述图像拍摄终端的航向角, 所述第二 角度调节机构连接于第一角度调节机构和第三角度调节机构之间, 且绕所述图 像拍摄终端的横滚轴转动第三角度调节机构和所述图像拍摄终端, 以调节所述 图像拍摄终端的横滚角, 所述第三角度调节机构绕所述图像拍摄终端的俯仰轴 转动以调节所述图像拍摄终端的俯仰角。
17. 如权利要求 15所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述第一表面对应所述延伸 部和所述第一旋转臂位置开设有一缺口。
18. 如权利要求 15所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述卡持部进一步包括一与 所述第一延伸部连接的卡钩部, 所述卡钩部平行于所述第二表面, 所述卡钩部、 所述第一延伸部与所述第二表面之间共同形成一收容腔, 用于收容所述图像拍 摄终端, 所述主体部的一侧壁开设有一开口, 以使所述侧壁形成有一抵持部, 所述抵持部用于与所述第一旋转臂的内壁相抵持, 所述图像拍摄终端包括一设 置光学镜头的前侧面和一背离所述前侧面的后侧面, 所述图像拍摄终端的所述 后侧面至所述第一角度调节机构的所述第一安装外壳的距离等于所述收容腔的 腔底至所述抵持部的外侧壁之间的距离。
19. 如权利要求 18所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述云台锁扣装置进一步包 括一镜头盖, 所述镜头盖用于盖设所述图像拍摄终端的光学镜头。
20. 如权利要求 19所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述镜头盖与所述锁扣装置 一体成型。
21. 如权利要求 20所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述镜头盖包括一盖设部与 两个连接部, 其中一连接部连接至所述主体部的所述第二表面, 另一连接部连 接至所述卡钩部。
22. 如权利要求 21所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述盖设部的一侧还开设有 一第一缺口。
23. 如权利要求 12所述的云台组件, 其特征在于: 所述第一延伸部的长度等于 所述图像拍摄终端的长度。
