其中,在外力或者弹性件的弹力作用下,所述弹销主体可被限位于所述基座内移动,以使所述弹销凸伸出以配合于所述轴孔或者缩入所述基座以解锁于所述轴孔。
进一步地,所述锁定件包括弹销,所述锁配部为轴孔;其中,所述弹销在弹性力的作用下,部分凸伸出所述基座以配合于所述轴孔;所述弹销在外力作用下可被弹性地压缩于所述基座内以解锁于所述轴孔。
进一步地,所述云台拍摄器还包括设于所述承托件上的解锁组件,所述解锁组件包括调节按钮、以及设于所述调节按钮上的解锁块;
所述承托件上设有槽孔,所述调节按钮通过所述解锁块限位于所述槽孔内且可沿所述槽孔的长度方向滑行,以使调节按钮处于初始位置或者解锁位置;
其中,当所述调节按钮处于解锁位置时,所述解锁块抵持于锁定 件从而使所述锁定件解锁于所述锁配部。
进一步地,所述解锁组件还包括设于所述承托件上的限位弹片,所述限位弹片位于所述调节按钮与所述承托件之间;
其中,所述限位弹片包括两个限位的凹陷部,所述调节按钮与所述限位弹片相对的一侧面设有凸起部,通过所述凸起部与所述凹陷部的配合以使调节按钮处于初始位置或者解锁位置。
进一步地,所述解锁块相对所述锁定件的一侧设有引导部、以及衔接于所述引导部的抵持部;
其中,在所述解锁组件从初始位置移向解锁位置时,所述锁定件通过所述引导部滑向所述抵持部。
进一步地,所述云台拍摄器还包括设于所述机身的显示屏,所述显示屏通信连接于所述云台相机,用于显示所述云台相机所拍摄的画面。
进一步地,所述云台相机包括三轴云台支架和搭载于所述三轴云台支架的拍摄器。
进一步地,所述三轴云台支架包括与所述基座活动连接的平移轴组件、与所述平移轴组件活动连接的横滚轴组件、以及与所述横滚轴组件活动连接的俯仰轴组件,所述拍摄器搭载于所述俯仰轴组件。
本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:本发明设计了一种云台相机可折叠云台拍摄器,云台拍摄器通过折叠机构的基座带动云台相机在展开状态和折叠状态两种状态之间进行切换,实现对云台相机的折叠功能,从而使云台拍摄器便于携带及收纳方便、 以及整体化紧凑的结构设计;该云台拍摄器上设有与折叠机构配合的锁定机构,通过锁定机构可以使云台相机相对机身处于锁定状态,从而以使云台相机处于稳定的工作状态,便于用户拍摄。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
针对目前云台拍摄器在不工作时,云台相机随意晃动结构不稳及占用空间大不便于携带的问题,本发明提供一种不工作时占用空间小并便于携带的云台拍摄器。下面结合附图,对本发明机翼组件及具有该机翼组件的无人飞行器的结构作详细说明,在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例的云台拍摄器100包括:机身10、与机身连接的折叠机构20、以及与折叠机构20连接的云台相机30,该云台相机30通过折叠机构20可相对机身10折叠或者展开。在发明中,云台相机30不工作时处于折叠状态,工作时既可以处于展开状态又可以处于折叠状态。
在本实施例中,机身10包括用于支撑折叠机构20和云台相机 30的支撑壁101,该折叠机构20的安装位置可以设在机身10的支撑壁101的左边缘处,也可以设在机身10的支撑壁101的右边缘处。在图1所示的例子中,折叠机构20的安装位置设在机身10的支撑壁101的左边缘处。机身10为矩形结构,支撑壁101位于机身10的顶面。
该折叠机构20包括与云台相机30连接的基座21,基座21用于带动云台相机30相对机身10展开或者折叠。该基座21绕一转动轴向70转动连接于支撑壁101,从而实现云台相机30在展开状态(即云台相机30相对机身10展开)和折叠状态(即云台相机30相对机身10折叠)两种状态之间进行切换。其中,转动轴向70与支撑壁101平行设置,转动轴向70的设置方向如图1所示。
进一步地,该折叠机构20还包括设于机身10的承托件22,基座21转动连接于承托件22。该实施例中,承托件22为两个,两个承托件22相对设置,以配合夹持基座21,如此以使基座21的连接更加稳固。可选地,该承托件22为支撑壁,该支撑壁可以与机身10一体成型设计,当然,发明的承托件22并不限于此,该承托件22还可以为任意结构的支撑结构。在一可选实施例中,基座21通过转轴(未图示)连接于承托件,其中,转轴可以采用多种不同的转动形式,例如一体转轴、转轴配合定位轴、阻尼轴、弹簧轴等转动形式。
折叠机构20还包括设于机身10的限位件23,用于限制云台相机30相对机身10的转动角度。该限位件23可以与承托件22配合夹持基座21,可选地,该限位件23连接于承托件22的端部且与机身 10一体成型设计。其中,在基座21带动云台相机30转动至展开状态,基座21抵接于限位件23,通过限位件23与基座21的配合将云台相机30的位置进行限位,使云台相机30在展开状态时的位置保持稳定。
本发明的云台拍摄器100,通过折叠机构20的基座21带动云台相机30在展开状态和折叠状态两种状态之间进行切换,实现对云台相机30的折叠功能。云台相机30展开工作时,通过限位件23与基座21的配合将云台相机30的位置进行限位,使云台相机30在展开状态时的位置保持稳定。云台相机30不工作时,可以将云台相机30折叠至贴合于机身10,减小云台拍摄器100的体积以解决云台相机30在不工作时的折叠状态占用空间较大的问题,并防止云台相机30在不工作时的折叠状态发生晃动,从而更好的实现云台拍摄器100的便携式携带及收纳,以及整体化紧凑的结构设计。
本发明的云台相机30包括云台支架和搭载于云台支架的拍摄器301。其中,云台支架可以是单轴、双轴或多轴云台支架。在本实施例中,该云台支架为三轴云台支架,三轴云台支架包括与基座21活动连接的平移轴组件302、与平移轴组件302活动连接的横滚轴组件303、以及与横滚轴组件303活动连接的俯仰轴组件304,拍摄器301搭载于俯仰轴组件304。其中,平移轴组件302通过平移轴电机控制云台相机30的平移运动,横滚轴组件303通过横滚轴电机控制云台相机30的横滚运动,俯仰轴组件304通过俯仰轴电机控制云台相机30的俯仰运动,进而控制拍摄器301能够以不同的拍摄角度进行图 像拍摄,并可以根据需要的拍摄角度对云台相机30的位置进行调节。
其中,在云台组件30处于折叠状态时(如图2所示),平移轴组件302的旋转轴与转动轴向70垂直设置,横滚轴组件303的旋转轴与转动轴向70平行设置,俯仰轴组件304的旋转轴与转动轴向70垂直设置。在云台组件30处于展开状态时(如图1所示),平移轴组件302的旋转轴与转动轴向70垂直设置,横滚轴组件303的旋转轴相对转动轴向70的位置可以根据平移轴组件302的转动而发生变化,俯仰轴组件304的旋转轴相对转动轴向70的位置可以根据横滚轴组件303的转动而发生变化。
结合图1和图2所示,在一可选的实施例中,该云台相机30的拍摄器301远离限位件23的一端设有贴合面31。云台相机30不工作时,基座21带动云台相机30转动至折叠状态,贴合面31贴合于支撑壁101。通过云台相机30的贴合面31与机身10的支撑壁101的相互配合,将云台相机30的位置进行限位,能减小云台拍摄器100的体积,并能使云台相机30在不工作时的折叠状态的位置保持稳定,防止云台相机30发生晃动。结合图3至图5所示,基座21上靠近限位件23的一端设有抵接面211,基座21带动云台相机30转动至展开状态,抵接面211抵接于限位件23,通过限位件23与基座21的抵接面211的相互配合,将云台相机30的位置进行限位,使云台相机30在展开状态时的位置保持稳定。
为了使云台相机30在折叠状态时的位置更加稳定,可以在云台相机30的贴合面31以及机身10的支撑壁101上与云台相机30的 贴合面31对应的位置分别设置相互配合的固定结构,使云台相机30贴合于机身10的支撑壁101时更不容易晃动。例如,相互配合的固定结构可以是卡扣结构或磁铁吸附结构或锁扣结构中的一种。
如图1至图10所示,为了使云台相机30可以稳定在工作状态,本发明的云台拍摄器100还包括设于折叠机构的锁定机构,该锁定机构用以在云台相机30相对机身10展开时,锁定云台相机30,如此以使云台相机30保持工作状态,避免工作过程中云台相机30发生晃动而影响拍摄效果。
在本实施例中,该锁定机构包括设于基座21上的锁定件41、以及设于承托件22上的锁配部(未图示)。其中,在云台相机30相对机身10展开时,锁定件41卡配于锁配部,以使云台相机30处于锁定状态。
在一可选实施例中,锁定件41包括弹销411、弹销主体412、以及配合于弹销主体412的弹性件413,锁配部为轴孔。其中,在外力或者弹性件413的弹力作用下,弹销主体412可被限位于基座21内移动,以使弹销411凸伸出以配合于轴孔或者缩入基座21以解锁于轴孔。该实施例中,弹销主体412宽度方向的尺寸大于弹销411的尺寸,基座21内设有供容纳弹销主体412的收容空间,该弹销主体412被限制在收容空间内移动,该弹性件413抵持于弹销主体412上,弹性件413与弹销411分设于弹销主体412的两端。其中,当弹性件413处于初始状态时,弹销411凸伸出基座21;当外力作用于弹销411以使弹销411缩入基座21时,此时弹性件413处于压缩状态。
在又一可选实施例中,锁定件41包括弹销411,锁配部为轴孔。该弹销411自身为弹性结构,其中,该弹销411在弹性力的作用下,部分凸伸出基座21以配合于轴孔;弹销411在外力作用下可被弹性地压缩于基座21内以解锁于轴孔。
进一步地,该云台拍摄器100还包括设于承托件22上的解锁组件,通过该解锁组件与锁定件41配合,可以使锁定件41脱离于锁配部。在一可选实施例中,解锁组件包括调节按钮51、以及设于调节按钮51上的解锁块52。承托件22上设有槽孔221,调节按钮51通过解锁块52限位于槽孔221内且可沿槽孔221的长度方向滑行,以使调节按钮51处于初始位置或者解锁位置。其中,当调节按钮51处于解锁位置时,解锁块52抵持于锁定件41从而使锁定件41解锁于锁配部。
其中,解锁块52相对锁定件41的一侧设有引导部521、以及衔接于引导部521的抵持部522。其中,在解锁组件从初始位置移向解锁位置时,锁定件41通过引导部521滑向抵持部522。在该实施例中,该解锁块52的端部为斜切面,通过该结构的设置,可以使解锁块52的调节较为顺畅。
进一步地,该解锁组件还包括设于承托件22上的限位弹片53,该限位弹片53位于调节按钮51与承托件22之间。其中,限位弹片53包括两个限位的凹陷部531,调节按钮51与限位弹片53相对的一侧面设有凸起部511,通过凸起部511与凹陷部531的配合以使调节按钮51处于初始位置或者解锁位置。
本实施例中,当云台相机30从折叠状态调整至展开状态时,弹销411在承托件22的抵持下缩入基座21内,在云台相机30处于展开状态时,锁定机构的锁定件41对应至锁配部,弹销411从基座21弹出锁配于轴孔内,从而使云台相机30实现锁定。在需要将云台相机30折叠时,用户通过按压调节按钮51,以使锁定件41解锁于锁配部,从而使云台相机30可以相对机身10转动。具体地,用户通过将调节按钮51向上拨动,以使解锁块52抵持于锁定件41,从而使锁定件41逐渐缩入基座21内,当调节按钮51从下方拨到上方,即完成锁定件41与锁配部的解锁。
本发明的云台拍摄器100还包括设于机身10的显示屏60,该显示屏60通信连接于云台相机30,用于显示云台相机30所拍摄的画面。显示屏60装设于机身10的一侧面,从而可供使用者拍摄时观察。
在一可选的实施例中,机身10上还设有可以控制拍摄器301进行拍摄(可以是图像拍摄也可以是视频拍摄)的按钮。可选地,机身10的支撑壁101可以设置第一按钮80a(图中所示第一按钮80a设在机身10的顶面),供使用者在云台相机30处于展开状态时操作拍摄器301进行拍摄。可选地,机身10上与支撑壁101相邻的侧壁可以设置第二按钮80b(图中所示第二按钮80b设在机身10的侧面),例如第二按钮80b设在机身10上背离拍摄器301镜头的侧面,供使用者在云台相机30处于折叠状态时操作拍摄器301进行拍摄,使云台相机30处于折叠状态时仍可供拍摄使用。另外,当云台相机30处 于展开状态时,第二按钮80b也可以对云台相机30的云台支架进行调节以改变拍摄器301的拍摄角度,以及对拍摄器301的拍摄模式进行转换。例如,当云台相机30处于展开状态时,按动一下第二按钮80b可以将拍摄器301的拍摄模式在拍照模式和摄像模式之间进行转换。连续按动两下第二按钮80b可以将云台支架调整到回正状态,实现自动回正功能。连续按动三下第二按钮80b可以控制云台支架的平移轴组件303进行转动,使拍摄器301转至朝向使用者以实现自拍功能。可以理解的是,按钮连接按动的次数以及云台相机30对应实现的模式可以根据需求而设置,并不限于本实施例。
进一步地,机身10上还设有电源按钮90,用于打开或关闭云台拍摄器100。可选地,电源按钮90设于机身10上与支撑壁101相邻的侧壁。在图中所示的例子中,显示屏60和第二按钮80b以及电源按钮90设在机身10的同一侧面,即机身10上背离拍摄器301的侧面。在另一可选的实施例中,云台拍摄器100可以包括用于装设外部显示设备的安装架,安装架装设于机身10。外部显示设备可以是能够接收拍摄器301拍摄图像的设备,例如手机或平板电脑等,同样可供使用者拍摄时观察。
在本发明中,云台相机30从展开状态转动至折叠状态时,云台相机30的位置变化过程是先从如图1所示的竖立于机身10的支撑壁101的位置转动至倾斜于机身10的支撑壁101的位置,再倾斜与支撑壁101的位置转动至图2所示的贴合于机身10的支撑壁101的位置。相应地,云台相机30从展开状态转换到非工作状态时的位置 变化也是如此。云台相机30从折叠状态转动至展开状态时,云台相机30的位置变化过程是先从如图2所示的贴合于机身10的支撑壁101的位置转动至倾斜于机身10的支撑壁101的位置,再倾斜于支撑壁101的位置转动至图1所示的竖立于机身10的支撑壁101的位置。相应地,云台相机30从非工作状态转换到展开状态时的位置变化也是如此。当云台相机30在展开状态下工作时,可以通过第一按钮80a操作拍摄器301进行拍摄。当云台相机30在折叠状态下需要工作时,可以通过第二按钮80b操作拍摄器301进行拍摄。
本发明设计了一种云台相机可折叠云台拍摄器,云台拍摄器通过折叠机构的基座带动云台相机在展开状态和折叠状态两种状态之间进行切换,实现对云台相机的折叠功能,从而使云台拍摄器便于携带及收纳方便、以及整体化紧凑的结构设计;该云台拍摄器上设有与折叠机构配合的锁定机构,通过锁定机构可以使云台相机相对机身处于锁定状态,从而以使云台相机处于稳定的工作状态,便于用户拍摄。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种云台拍摄器,其特征在于,包括:机身、与所述机身连接的折叠机构、以及与所述折叠机构连接的云台相机,所述折叠机构包括与所述云台相机连接的基座,用于带动所述云台相机相对所述机身展开或者折叠;
    所述云台拍摄器还包括设于折叠机构的锁定机构,用以在所述云台相机相对所述机身展开时,锁定所述云台相机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述折叠机构还包括设于所述机身的承托件,所述基座转动连接于所述承托件,所述锁定机构包括设于所述基座上的锁定件、以及设于所述承托件上的锁配部;
    其中,在所述云台相机相对所述机身展开时,所述锁定件卡配于所述锁配部,以使所述云台相机处于锁定状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述锁定件包括弹销、弹销主体、以及配合于所述弹销主体的弹性件,所述锁配部为轴孔;
    其中,在外力或者弹性件的弹力作用下,所述弹销主体可被限位于所述基座内移动,以使所述弹销凸伸出以配合于所述轴孔或者缩入所述基座以解锁于所述轴孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述锁定件包括弹销,所述锁配部为轴孔;其中,所述弹销在弹性力的作用下, 部分凸伸出所述基座以配合于所述轴孔;所述弹销在外力作用下可被弹性地压缩于所述基座内以解锁于所述轴孔。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述云台拍摄器还包括设于所述承托件上的解锁组件,所述解锁组件包括调节按钮、以及设于所述调节按钮上的解锁块;
    所述承托件上设有槽孔,所述调节按钮通过所述解锁块限位于所述槽孔内且可沿所述槽孔的长度方向滑行,以使调节按钮处于初始位置或者解锁位置;
    其中,当所述调节按钮处于解锁位置时,所述解锁块抵持于锁定件从而使所述锁定件解锁于所述锁配部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述解锁组件还包括设于所述承托件上的限位弹片,所述限位弹片位于所述调节按钮与所述承托件之间;
    其中,所述限位弹片包括两个限位的凹陷部,所述调节按钮与所述限位弹片相对的一侧面设有凸起部,通过所述凸起部与所述凹陷部的配合以使调节按钮处于初始位置或者解锁位置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述解锁块相对所述锁定件的一侧设有引导部、以及衔接于所述引导部的抵持部;
    其中,在所述解锁组件从初始位置移向解锁位置时,所述锁定件通过所述引导部滑向所述抵持部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述云台 拍摄器还包括设于所述机身的显示屏,所述显示屏通信连接于所述云台相机,用于显示所述云台相机所拍摄的画面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述云台相机包括三轴云台支架和搭载于所述三轴云台支架的拍摄器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的云台拍摄器,其特征在于,所述三轴云台支架包括与所述基座活动连接的平移轴组件、与所述平移轴组件活动连接的横滚轴组件、以及与所述横滚轴组件活动连接的俯仰轴组件,所述拍摄器搭载于所述俯仰轴组件。
