由于便携式电子产品体积的设计越来越小,留给扬声器模组的空间也越来越小,但是,为了保障良好的声学性能,一般需要在扬声器模组内部预留一定大小的腔体,致使扬声器模组会占用一定的便携式电子产品的空间,从而使便携式电子产品的体积变大。
因此,需要一种新的扬声器模组与便携式电子产品装配的技术方案。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,以解决扬声器模组占用终端内部空间大的问题。
本发明提供的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,终端包括终端外壳,扬声器模组固定安装在终端外壳上;其中,
扬声器模组包括扬声器单体和收容固定扬声器单体的模组下壳;模组下壳固定在终端外壳上,其中,
扬声器单体、模组下壳外壁和终端外壳之间形成的封闭空间为后声腔。
本发明还提供一种应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,终端包括终端外壳, 扬声器模组固定安装在终端外壳上;其中,
扬声器模组包括扬声器单体和收容固定扬声器单体的模组壳体;
模组壳体包括模组上壳,扬声器单体和模组上壳之间形成的空间为后声腔,其中,
在模组上壳的预定位置开设有通孔,后声腔通过通孔与终端外壳内部的空间导通。
利用上述根据本发明提供的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,能够将终端内部可以利用的空间转化为后声腔,从而增大后声腔的空间,能有效提高扬声器模组的声学性能,因此,本发明在不改变终端内部空间的情况下,充分利用终端内部空间实现扬声器模组的薄型化,并达到良好的声学性能。
本专利与现有技术的区别主要是:传统结构中扬声器模组是一个独立的结构,前声腔和后声腔分隔开,后声腔密封,后声腔为扬声器模组自身的空间中具有的结构。由于现在扬声器模组的尺寸较小,后声腔体积会受到限制,因此,本发明将后声腔打通,使其与终端中的空腔连通,从而使终端中的空腔也可以被作为后声腔使用,从而可以增大后声腔的体积,有利于提高性能。这种方案在模组尺寸较小的情况下即可具有良好的声学性能。
为了实现上述以及相关目的,本发明的一个或多个方面包括后面将详细说明并在权利要求中特别指出的特征。下面的说明以及附图详细说明了本发明的某些示例性方面。然而,这些方面指示的仅仅是可使用本发明的原理的各种方式中的一些方式。此外,本发明旨在包括所有这些方面以及它们的等同物。

在下面的描述中,出于说明的目的,为了提供对一个或多个实施例的全面理解,阐述了许多具体细节。然而,很明显,也可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实现这些实施例。在其它例子中,为了便于描述一个或多个实施例,公知的结构和设备以方框图的形式示出。
以下将结合附图对本发明的具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明通过在不改变终端内部空间的情况下,利用终端内部空间来达到良好的声学性能,因此,本发明可以应用在所有具有扬声功能的小型终端中,下面将采用手机作为终端的示例,以两个具体实施例对扬声器模组如何利用手机内部空间改良声学性能进行详细地说明。
实施例一
图1示出了根据本发明实施例一的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组的整体结构。
如图1所示,本发明提供的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,该终端包括终端外壳,扬声器模组3固定安装在终端外壳上;扬声器模组3包括扬声器单体4和收容固定扬声器单体4的模组下壳5;其中,扬声器单体4、模组下 壳5外壁和终端外壳之间形成的封闭空间为后声腔。以手机作为终端的示例,终端外壳包括手机外壳2和手机后壳1,手机后壳1扣合在手机外壳2上,模组下壳5固定在手机外壳2上,扬声器单体4、模组下壳5内壁之间形成的封闭空间为前声腔10,扬声器单体4的上表面、模组下壳5的外壁、手机外壳2、手机后壳1之间形成的空间为后声腔11。
需要说明的是,现有的扬声器模组结构包括模组上壳和模组下壳,模组上壳与扬声器单体形成后声腔,后声腔为扬声器模组自身的空间中具有的结构,将扬声器模组安装在手机内部时会占用手机内部一定的空间,影响手机的整体尺寸,同时,扬声器模组本身的空间有限,后声腔体积也会受到限制,所以,本发明实施例一提供的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,将扣合在一起的手机外壳2与手机后壳1作为模组上壳,并与扬声器单体之间的空间形成后声腔,因此,在不改变手机内部空间的情况下增大后声腔的空间。
另外,本发明实施例一提供的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,收容扬声器单体4的模组下壳5为一个中空的槽型的模组下壳5,在模组下壳5的一侧壁上设置有出声口8,出声口8与前声腔10连通;在手机外壳2的一侧面开有出声孔7,出声孔7与出声口8对应贴合,在一个具体实施方式中,出声口8凸出于模组下壳5侧壁的表面,在组装时,出声口8插入手机外壳2上的出声孔7,配合出声孔7一起将扬声器单体4转换的声信号导出,出声口8与模组下壳5可以一体成型,也可以分别成型后再拼接在一起。
为了精准地将扬声器单体4固定在模组下壳5上,在本发明实施例一的一个优选实施方式中,在模组下壳5的三个侧壁(不包括开设出声口的侧壁)上设置了扬声器单体定位结构14,通过扬声器单体定位结构14能够快速、有效地将扬声器单体4固定在模组下壳5上,扬声器单体定位结构14可以是卡扣、凸起等形式,该扬声器单体定位结构14可以与模组下壳5一体成型,也可以分别成型后再组装在一起。
同理,为了精准地将扬声器模组3固定在手机外壳2上,在本发明实施例一的另一个优选实施方式中,在手机外壳2上设置有固定扬声器模组3的扬声器模组定位结构13,通过扬声器模组定位结构13能够快速、有效地将扬声器模组3固定在手机外壳2上,扬声器模组定位结构13可以是卡扣、凸起等形式,可以与手机外壳一体成型,也可以在单独成型后通过胶水或者其它 方式固定在手机外壳2上。
在将扬声器模组3与手机组装时,先将扬声器单体4安装在扬声器模组3上,再将组装好的扬声器模组3安装在手机外壳2里,最后将手机后壳1与手机外壳扣合在一起,为了避免扬声器单体4的上表面磕碰到手机后壳1,在一个具体实施方式中,在扬声器单体4的上方粘贴有泡棉15,在将手机后壳1与手机外壳2扣合时,泡棉15被压合在手机后壳1和扬声器单体4之间,对扬声器单体4起到缓冲、密封的作用。当然,也可以根据实际的设计组装需要将泡棉15直接粘结在手机外壳2上对应于扬声器单体4的组装位置。
本发明实施例一在扬声器模组3一侧的边缘位置连接有电连接件9,放置在模组下壳上侧,为扬声器模组3的提供电信号,驱动扬声器模组3发声。
图2示出了根据本发明实施例一的扬声器模组的结构图。
如图2所示,扬声器模组3中的模组下壳5底部中间部分是中空的,在中空部分的边缘位置设有向上的凸缘,使扬声器单体4无法贴在模组下壳5的底部,模组下壳5的底部与扬声器单体4之间形成的空间为前声腔10。
图3和图4分别示出了根据本发明实施例一的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组的装配示意图和沿图3中A-A线的剖视图。
如图3和图4所示,为了更直观的表示扬声器模组与手机的连接结构,图3为未扣合手机后壳1的装配示意图,结合图4可以看出,扬声器单体4与模组下壳5围成的空间形成前声腔10,前声腔10与模组下壳5的出声口8连通,扬声器单体4、模组后壳5、手机外壳2和手机后壳1一起围成的空间形成后声腔11,图3中的阴影部分表示为后声腔11,手机外壳内部的其他零部件图中未显示,由于扬声器单体4并未与手机后壳1接触,手机后壳1与扬声器单体4之间的空间也为后声腔。
由于扬声器模组3的后声腔需要密封,所以在模组下壳5的出声口8与前声腔10连通的部分设置有密封件12,密封件12缠绕在出声口8周圈,能够将前声腔和后声腔密封,同时并能够将前声腔10和后声腔11分离开,密封件12可以为密封弹垫、橡胶圈或者其它密封的装置。
上述详细描述了本发明实施例一的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,可以看出,由于后声腔体积越大低音效果越好,本发明实施例一充分利用了终端内部的空间,使后声腔的体积尽可能的最大化,达到终端良好的声学性能,
实施例二
实施例二是另一种应用在终端空间内部的扬声器模组,扬声器模组的后声腔从侧面与终端的内部空间连通。
图5和图6分别示出了根据本发明实施例二的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组的整体结构和扬声器模组的结构图。
如图5和图6所示,本实施例二提供的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,同样地,终端包括终端外壳,扬声器模组3固定安装在终端外壳上;扬声器模组3包括扬声器单体4和收容固定扬声器单体4的模组壳体,模组壳体包括模组上壳6和模组下壳5。以手机作为终端的示例,终端外壳包括手机外壳2和手机后壳1,手机后壳1扣合在手机外壳2上,模组下壳5固定在手机外壳2上,扬声器单体4与模组下壳5之间形成的空间为前声腔10,扬声器单体4与模组上壳6之间形成的空间为后声腔11,在所述模组上壳6的预定位置开设有通孔16,后声腔11与手机内部的空间(手机外壳2扣合在手机后壳1上内部形成的空间)通过通孔16导通。
对比实施例一,本实施例二在不拆掉模组上壳的情况下,将扬声器模组安装在手机内部,通过在模组下壳5的侧壁上开设一个通孔,将后声腔11与手机内部的空间连通,把手机内部可以利用的空间变为后声腔,从而增大后声腔11的体积,提升扬声器模组3的声学性能,实施例二更适合应用在手机竖直方向空间不够的情况(也就是手机厚度较薄的情况)。
另一方面,收容扬声器单体4的模组壳体包括一个中空的槽型的模组下壳5和模组上壳6,在模组下壳5的一侧壁上设置有出声口8,出声口8与前声腔10连通;在手机外壳2的一侧面开有出声孔7,出声孔7与出声口8对应贴合,在一个具体实施方式中,出声口8凸出于模组下壳5侧壁的表面,在组装时,出声口8插入手机外壳2上的出声孔7,配合出声孔7一起将扬声器单体4转换的声信号导出,出声口8与模组下壳5可以一体成型,也可以分别成型后再拼接在一起。
待扬声器单体4安装在模组下壳5后,模组上壳6卡扣在模组下壳5上。
同样,为了精准地将扬声器单体4固定在模组下壳5上,在本发明实施例一的一个优选实施方式中,在模组下壳5的三个侧壁(不包括开设出声口 的侧壁)上设置了扬声器单体定位结构14,通过扬声器单体定位结构14能够快速、有效地将扬声器单体4固定在模组下壳5上,扬声器单体定位结构14可以是卡扣、凸起等形式,该扬声器单体定位结构14可以与模组下壳5一体成型,也可以分别成型后再组装在一起。
同理,为了精准地将扬声器模组3固定在手机外壳2上,在本发明实施例一的另一个优选实施方式中,在手机外壳2上设置有固定扬声器模组3的扬声器模组定位结构13,通过扬声器模组定位结构13能够快速、有效地将扬声器模组3固定在手机外壳2上,扬声器模组定位结构13可以是卡扣、凸起等形式,可以与手机外壳一体成型,也可以在单独成型后通过胶水或者其它方式固定在手机外壳2上。
在将扬声器模组3与手机组装时,先将扬声器单体4安装在扬声器模组3上,再将组装好的扬声器模组3安装在手机外壳2里,最后将手机后壳1与手机外壳扣合在一起,为了避免扬声器单体4的上表面磕碰到模组上壳6,在本发明的另一个具体实施方式中,在扬声器单体4的上方粘结有泡棉15,在将手机后壳1与手机外壳2扣合时,泡棉15被压合在模组上壳6和扬声器单体4之间,对扬声器单体4起到缓冲、密封的作用。当然,也可以根据实际的设计组装需要将泡棉15直接粘结在手机外壳2上对应于扬声器单体4的组装位置。
本发明实施例二在扬声器模组3一侧的边缘位置连接有电连接件9,为扬声器模组3提供电信号,驱动扬声器模组3发声,模组下壳5一侧壁上开有凹槽,电连接件9的颈部通过上述凹槽从模组下壳5侧壁穿出,降低了扬声器模组3与模组下壳5底面的距离,因此,虽然增加的模组上壳6使模组壳体的整体厚度增加,但是手机的整体厚度可以保证不变。
需要说明的是,扬声器模组3中的模组下壳5底部中间部分是中空的,在中空部分的边缘位置设有向上的凸缘,使扬声器单体4无法贴在模组下壳5的底部,模组下壳5的底部与扬声器单体4之间形成的空间为前声腔10。
图7和图8分别示出了根据本发明实施例二的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组的装配示意图和沿图7中B-B线的剖视图。
如图7和图8所示,为了更直观地表示扬声器模组与手机的连接结构,图7为未扣合手机后壳1的装配示意图,结合图8可以看出,扬声器单体4 与模组下壳围成的空间形成前声腔10,前声腔10与模组下壳5的出声口8连通,扬声器单体4与模组上壳6围城的空间形成后声腔11,后声腔11通过通孔16与手机内部的空间连通(手机外壳2扣合在手机后壳1上内部形成的空间),图8中的阴影部分均包括在后声腔11内,终端中的其他零部件未显示。
由于扬声器模组3的后声腔需要密封,所以在模组下壳5的出声口8与前声腔10连通的部分设置有密封件12,密封件12缠绕在出声口8周圈,能够将前声腔和后声腔密封,同时并能够将前声腔10和后声腔11分离开,密封件12可以为密封弹垫、橡胶圈或者其它密封的装置。
上述实施例二详细描述了本发明提供的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组的另一实现方式,可以看出,由于在模组上壳6开设了一个通孔16,能够把手机内部可以利用的空间转换为后声腔,增大后声腔的空间,从而提高扬声器模组的声学性能,还能够简化扬声器模组与终端的装配难度,提高生产效率。
综上所述,利用上述根据本发明提供的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,能够将终端内部可以利用的空间转化为后声腔,从而增大后声腔的空间,能有效提高扬声器模组的声学性能,因此,本发明在不改变终端内部空间的情况下,充分利用终端内部空间实现扬声器模组的薄型化,并达到良好的声学性能。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本发明提出的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本发明所提出的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,还可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上对其中的实现细节做出各种改进。因此,本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,所述终端包括终端外壳,所述扬声器模组固定安装在所述终端外壳上;其中,
    所述扬声器模组包括扬声器单体和收容固定所述扬声器单体的模组下壳;其特征在于,
    所述扬声器单体、所述模组下壳外壁和所述终端外壳之间形成的封闭空间为后声腔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,其中,
    在所述终端外壳设置有出声孔;
    在所述模组下壳设置有出声口,所述出声口与所述出声孔对应贴合;其中,
    所述模组下壳内壁与所述扬声器单体之间形成的封闭空间为前声腔,所述前声腔与所述出声口连通。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,其中,
    在所述模组下壳设置有定位所述扬声器单体的扬声器单体定位结构。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,其中,
    在所述终端外壳设置有定位所述模组下壳的模组下壳定位结构。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,其中,
    在所述扬声器单体的上方固定有泡棉,所述泡棉贴合在所述终端外壳上。
  6. 一种应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,所述终端包括终端外壳,所述扬声器模组固定安装在所述终端外壳上;其中,
    所述扬声器模组包括扬声器单体和收容固定所述扬声器单体的模组壳体;
    所述模组壳体包括模组上壳,所述扬声器单体和所述模组上壳之间形成 的空间为后声腔,其特征在于,在所述模组上壳开设有通孔,所述后声腔通过所述通孔与所述终端外壳内部的空间导通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,其中,
    在所述终端外壳设置有出声孔;
    在所述模组下壳设置有出声口,所述出声口与所述出声孔对应贴合;其中,
    所述模组壳体还包括模组下壳,所述模组下壳与所述扬声器单体之间形成的封闭空间为前声腔,所述前声腔与所述出声口连通。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,其中,
    在所述模组下壳设置有定位所述扬声器单体的扬声器单体定位结构。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,其中,
    在所述终端外壳设置有定位所述模组壳体的模组壳体定位结构。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的应用在终端内部的扬声器模组,其中,
    在所述扬声器单体的上方固定有泡棉,所述泡棉贴合在所述模组上壳上。
