一种音箱和移动终端设备
技术领域 本发明涉及电子产品结构领域, 尤其涉及一种音箱和移动终端设备。 背景技术
随着诸如平板电脑的移动终端设备越来越受广大用户的喜爱, 移动终端 设备整机的薄与厚的特点也越来越受到用户的关注。
在现有技术的移动终端设备的整机的厚度当中, 音箱的体积和厚度在很 大程度上会影响移动终端设备的整机厚度设计。 而, 在现有技术中, 通常将 喇八置于一个密封的箱体内, 以形成一个密封的音箱, 如图 1所示, 喇八 1置 于箱体 2内, 其中, 箱体 2包括前壳和后壳, 在喇叭 1和箱体 2的前壳的里面之 间放置一块泡棉 3, 喇叭 1和箱体 2的后壳之间留有空隙, 从而最终形成一个密 封的音箱。
然而, 发明人发现在现有技术中, 现有技术中的音箱的厚度由箱体的前 壳壁厚、 后壳壁厚、 海绵厚度及喇八本身的厚度组成, 由于音箱的厚度会受 箱体的前壳壁厚、 后壳壁厚、 海绵厚度及喇八本身四者的厚度及位置摆放的 影响, 会使音箱的厚度很厚, 若将音箱摆放在移动终端设备中, 会导致移动 终端设备的整机厚度的很厚。 发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种音箱和移动终端设备, 减少了音箱的整体的厚 度。

一种音箱, 包括:
泡棉, 喇八及箱体; 其中, 所述箱体中设有开口, 所述喇叭通过所述箱体的开口内置于所述 箱体内部, 所述喇八的外表面与所述箱体的开口处的边缘平齐, 所述喇八与 所述箱体的开口之间设有间隙, 所述喇八的底部抵靠在所述箱体的底部; 所述泡棉环形覆盖于所述喇八与所述箱体的开口之间的间隙上。
一种移动终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 音箱及 PCB电路板, 所述音箱 设置于所述 PCB电路板上。
本发明实施例提供技术方案, 由于音箱的厚度由金属片的厚度、 喇八的 厚度及泡棉的厚度组成, 减少了箱体的前壳和后壳的壁厚对音箱的厚度的影 响, 跟现有技术相比, 减少了音箱的整体的厚度。 附图说明

在本实施例中, 可以将音箱装配于平板电脑, 电子书, 导航仪, 数码相 框, 笔记本电脑等电子产品或移动终端设备中。 在本实施例中, 所述移动终 端设备, 包括 PCB ( PrintedCircuitBoard , 印刷电路板) 、 音箱。 其中, 所 述音箱设置于所述 PCB,该 PCB上还可以设置处理器、射频电路、 SIM插座、 耳机、 内存、 芯片等等。 移动终端设备还可以包括屏和外壳。
在本实施例中提供的音箱, 由于音箱的厚度由金属片的厚度、 喇八的厚 度及泡棉的厚度组成, 减少了箱体的前壳和后壳的壁厚对音箱的厚度的影响, 跟现有技术相比, 减少了音箱的整体的厚度, 当将音箱装配于电子产品或移 动终端设备中, 以减少音箱对电子产品或移动终端设备的整机的厚度的影响, 从而可以减少电子产品或移动终端设备的整机的厚度, 从而使电子产品或移 动终端设备的整机的厚度变的很薄。

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种音箱, 其特征在于, 包括:
泡棉, 喇八及箱体;
其中, 所述箱体中设有开口, 所述喇叭通过所述箱体的开口内置于所述箱 体内部, 所述喇八的外表面与所述箱体的开口处的边缘平齐, 所述喇八与所述 箱体的开口之间设有间隙, 所述喇八的底部抵靠在所述箱体的底部;
所述泡棉环形覆盖于所述喇八与所述箱体的开口之间的间隙上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述箱体包括: 前壳, 所述 前壳中设有开口, 所述喇叭通过所述前壳的开口内置于所述箱体内部, 所述喇 八的外表面与所述前壳的开口处的边缘平齐。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述箱体进一步包括: 后壳 和金属片, 所述后壳设置于所述金属片上, 并且, 所述后壳和所述金属片一体 注塑成形或通过双面胶粘贴在一起。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述喇八的底部抵靠在所 述箱体的金属片上。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述箱体进一步 包括: 线路板, 所述线路板的一端设置于所述金属片和所述喇八之间, 所述线 路板的另一端穿过所述后壳的一端, 并设置于所述前壳的表面。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述线路板的一端通过胶体 粘贴在所述金属片上表面, 所述线路板的另一端穿过所述后壳的一端后, 通过 胶体粘贴在所述前壳的表面。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述线路板包括正负极端点, 所述喇叭包括正负极端点, 所述线路板的一端的正负极端点与所述喇叭的正负 极端点对应连接。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述线路板为薄的柔性线路 板, 或电缆线。
9、 根据权利要求 5所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述后壳包括槽, 所述线路 板的另一端穿过所述后壳的槽, 并设置于所述前壳的下表面。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述箱体进一 步包括: 线路板, 所述线路板的一端设置于所述金属片和所述喇八之间, 所述 线路板的另一端设置于所述后壳的表面。
1 1、 根据权利要求 10所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述线路板的一端通过胶 体粘贴在所述金属片上表面, 所述线路板的另一端通过胶体粘贴在所述后壳的 表面。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述线路板包括正负极端 点, 所述喇叭包括正负极端点, 所述线路板的一端的正负极端点与所述喇叭的 正负极端点对应连接。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述线路板为薄的柔性线 路板, 或电缆线。
14、 一种移动终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 包括上述权利要求 1至 13中任 一项权利要求所述的音箱及 PCB电路板, 所述音箱设置于所述 PCB电路板上。
