Description

扬声器组件、便携式电子设备及扬声器组件的组装方法 【技术领域】
本发明涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器组件、便携式电子设备及扬声器组件的组装方法。
【背景技术】
移动电子设备内通常设有扬声器,扬声器的发声单体直接固定于天线盖板上,由于移动电子设备整机散热设计,扬声器内的发声单体的音膜面通常朝向天线盖板方向,而天线盖板尺寸较大,经过注塑、激光直接成型技术后整体变形较大,天线盖板上的安装发声单体的平面和贴双面胶的平面等重要平面平整度较差,影响产品整体的防水性能,且对天线盖板滚镀时会对开设于天线盖板上的出音孔造成划伤。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种改善防水性能的扬声器组件。
本发明的技术方案如下:本发明提供一种扬声器,包括天线盖板及安装至所述天线盖板的扬声器、所述扬声器包括安装至所述天线盖板的第一壳体和盖合于所述第一壳体的背离所述天线盖板的一侧的第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体共同限定一收容腔,所述扬声器还包括收容于所述收容腔内的发声单体。
优选的,所述天线盖板上开设有第一安装槽,所述第一壳体安装于所述第一安装槽内。
优选的,所述第一壳体具有朝向所述发声单体的内侧和远离所述发声单体的外侧,所述第一壳体的外侧的周缘形成有第一台阶面,所述第一台阶面与所述第一安装槽的槽底面配合。
优选的,所述第一壳体的内侧形成有第二安装槽,所述发声单体嵌设 于所述第二安装槽内。
优选的,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述振膜朝向所述第二安装槽的槽底设置,所述振膜与所述第一壳体间隔形成前声腔,所述第一壳体上开设有连通所述前声腔与外界的出声通道。
优选的,所述第一壳体具有第一壳体本体和自所述第一壳体本体的边缘向所述第二壳体延伸的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁的内壁面形成有第二台阶面,所述第二壳体具有第二壳体本体和自所述第二壳体本体的边缘向所述第一壳体延伸的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁上形成第三台阶面,所述第三台阶面与所述第二台阶面配合。
优选的,所述第三台阶面与所述第二台阶面超声波焊接。

将发声单体、第一壳体及第二壳体组装形成扬声器;和
将所述扬声器安装于天线盖板上。
优选的,所述将发声单体、第一壳体及第二壳体组装形成扬声器具体包括:
将所述发声单体安装于所述第一壳体或所述第二壳体上;和
将所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体超声波焊接。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过将现有的天线盖板拆分为本发明中的天线盖板和第一壳体,第二壳体盖合于第一壳体上,由于第一壳体尺寸小,注塑难度低,整体变形小,第一壳体加工后安装发声单体的平面以及第一壳体和第二壳体的连接平面等重要平面平整度好,使得第一壳体和第二壳体贴合紧密,两者之间的防水良率高。
将出音通道开设于第一壳体上,可避免对天线盖板滚镀时对出音通道的出口造成划伤。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合图1至图8和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明扬声器组件100包括天线盖板1和安装至天线盖板1的扬声器2。
请一并参阅图2-图6,扬声器2包括第一壳体22、第二壳体23和发声单体24。第一壳体22和第二壳体23组装形成具有收容腔20的发声盒21,发声单体24收容于收容腔20内。且发声盒21安装于天线盖板1上,第一壳体22直接固定至天线盖板1,第二壳体23位于第一壳体22的背离天线盖板1的一侧,天线盖板1的面积大于第一壳体22和第二壳体23的面积。
请一并参阅图1、图2,天线盖板1大致呈L型,天线盖板1上开设有第一安装槽101,第一壳体22部分安装于第一安装槽101内,且第一安装槽101的形状与第一壳体22的轮廓适配,第一安装槽101的槽底开设过孔102,以暴露扬声器2从而改善扬声器1的散热效果,槽底部分开口,使得槽底具有边缘103。
请参阅图2、图3和图5,第一壳体22具有朝向发声单体24的内侧和远离发声单体24并朝向天线盖板1的外侧,第一壳体22的外侧的边缘形成有第一台阶面223,第一台阶面223与第一安装槽101的槽底面103配合,以使第一壳体22稳固地安装于天线盖板1上,第一壳体22的外侧的端面露出于过孔102,第一台阶面223与第一安装槽101的槽底面103配合,胶粘,除此之外,两者也可通过超声波焊接等连接方式连接。
请参照图6,第一壳体22包括第一壳体本体221和自第一壳体本体221的边缘向第二壳体23延伸的第一侧壁222,第一壳体本体221的内侧面上开设有第二安装槽201,发声单体24部分嵌设于第二安装槽201内,发声单体24包括用于振动发声的振膜241,振膜241朝向第二安装槽201的槽底。第一壳体本体221与振膜241间隔设置形成前声腔202,第二安装槽201与前声腔202连通,第一壳体22上开设有连通前声腔202和外界的出声通道203。第一壳体本体221的外侧壁上对应振膜241开设有贯穿外侧壁的通孔204,第一壳体22的外侧壁设有覆盖通孔204的弹性盖板225。
请参照图5,第一侧壁222的内壁面上形成有第二台阶面224,第二壳体23包括第二壳体本体231和自第二壳体本体231的边缘向第一壳体22延伸的第二侧壁232,第二侧壁232的外壁面形成第三台阶面230,第三台阶面230与第二台阶面224配合,即第二壳体23的第二侧壁232的端部嵌设于第一壳体22的第一侧壁232的内侧以实现第一壳体22和第二壳体23的配合,当然,也可通过将第一侧壁222的端部嵌设于第二侧壁232的内侧。
请参阅图7和图8,本发明还提供一种扬声器组件100的组装方法,包括:
S1、将发声单体24、第一壳体22及第二壳体23组装形成扬声器21;和
S2、将所述扬声器21安装于天线盖板1上。
所述S1具体包括:
S11、将发声单体24安装于第一壳体22或第二壳体23上,在本发明 实施例中,发声单体24安装于第一壳体22的第二安装槽201内;和
S12、将所述第一壳体22和所述第二壳体23超声波焊接。
本发明的扬声器组件100尤其适用于便携式电子设备如手机等,天线盖板1用于安装手机的天线模组。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器组件,其特征在于,包括天线盖板及安装至所述天线盖板的扬声器,所述扬声器包括安装至所述天线盖板的第一壳体和盖合于所述第一壳体的背离所述天线盖板的一侧的第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体共同限定一收容腔,所述扬声器还包括收容于所述收容腔内的发声单体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于:所述天线盖板上开设有第一安装槽,所述第一壳体安装于所述第一安装槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于:所述第一壳体具有朝向所述发声单体的内侧和远离所述发声单体的外侧,所述第一壳体的外侧的周缘形成有第一台阶面,所述第一台阶面与所述第一安装槽的槽底面配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于:所述第一壳体的内侧形成有第二安装槽,所述发声单体嵌设于所述第二安装槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述振膜朝向所述第二安装槽的槽底设置,所述振膜与所述第一壳体间隔形成前声腔,所述第一壳体上开设有连通所述前声腔与外界的出声通道。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于:所述第一壳体具有第一壳体本体和自所述第一壳体本体的边缘向所述第二壳体延伸的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁的内壁面形成有第二台阶面,所述第二壳体具有第二壳体本体和自所述第二壳体本体的边缘向所述第一壳体延伸的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁上形成第三台阶面,所述第三台阶面与所述第二台阶面配合。

    将所述发声单体安装于所述第一壳体或所述第二壳体上;和
