下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全 部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性 劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明涉及一种样本查找方法、 装置及系统。 本发明的样本查找方法、 装 置及系统便于在样本的检测分析过程中, 快速对样本进行定位, 并根据用户需 要进行快速分类、 筛选, 便于用户进行查看。
本发明中, 所述样本为各类血液、 体液样本, 从而便于分析检测装置对其 进行各类参数检测。可以理解的是, 所述样本还可为各类可用于医疗检验的组 织器官或血液衍生物等。
在本实施例中, 所述样本釆用试管进行盛放, 多个试管可通过试管架进行 装载, 以便统一进行装载、 输送、 检测分析及卸载。 可以理解的是, 所述样本 可通过各类合适容器进行盛放,并可通过不限于试管架的各类治具进行统一装 载以便输送。
请参阅图 1, 本发明的样本查找方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 Sll, 对应各个样本分别设置样本项目信息标识; 对应各个样本的放 置位置分别设置样本位置标识。
在本实施例中, 所述试管的样本项目信息标识记载有样本项目信息, 所述 试管的样本项目信息标识可用于对试管内的样本类型、样本项目编号、样本检 测曰期、 样本对象等各类医疗信息进行记录。
所述样本位置标识记载有样本位置信息。在本实施例中,每个样本盛放于 试管中。 为便于进行批量检测分析, 试管放置于试管架中, 试管架设有多个用 于放置试管的试管插孔, 所述试管插设于各个试管插孔中。 所述样本位置信息 包括各个盛放有样本的试管所放置于试管架的架号及试管位的位号。所述样本 位置标识用于对样本的位置进行记录并区分标识相应的试管插孔位置。
在本步骤中, 所述每个盛放样本的试管对应设有唯一的样本项目信息标 识。 每个试管架上用于放置试管的试管插孔也分配有一个唯一的样本位置标 识。 当试管放置于试管架中后,样本项目信息标识与样本位置标识也形成了一 个——对应的关系。
可以理解的是,所述样本位置标识可釆用各种形式并可设置于试管架的任 意位置。 所述试管架还可于其上的多个位置设置一致的样本位置标识, 如可在 试管架的侧面及顶面设有试管架的架号标识, 在试管架的顶面还设有位号标 识。 本发明通过于试管架各个位置设置架号标识、 位号标识, 以便用户由各个 角度查看试管架的相应架号、 位号。
在本实施例中,所述试管架的样本位置标识及试管的样本项目信息标识均 釆用条形码, 所述条形码可釆用丝印、 镭射、 标贴或蚀刻等方式设置于试管架 及试管。 用户可通过条形码读取装置读取条形码并获取其上搭载的相应信息。 在本实施例中, 搭载不同标识信息的条形码分别贴附于试管及试管架。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 所述步骤 S11中,还可根据样本项目信息标 识将多个所述样本分为多个样本组,而后根据各个样本组的组别分别对应各个 样本设置相应的样本位置标识。所述样本位置标识可进一步包括对应所述样本 组的组别设置的组别信息标识及对应各个单个样本设置的个体位置标识。其中 所述组别信息标识用于记载各个样本组的组别信息, 用于记录、呈现或区分各 个样本组的组别, 所述个体位置标识用于标识各个样本的设置位置,从而给每 个样本赋予一个唯一的个体位置信息。
样本可根据用途分为质控样本、 常规样本、 测 RET样本、 推片专测样本、 维护用样本等,也可以是用户自定义的用途。用户可根据样本的类别设置将以 上多个样本分类设置为质控样本组、 常规样本组、 测 RET样本组、 推片专测 样本组、 维护用样本组等, 或者对应用户自定义用途的组别, 且根据样本组的 组别将分类后试管插入具有不同组别信息标识的试管架或同一试管架具有不 同组别信息标识的不同区域, 从而与试管架的样本位置标识相互对应设置。
试管架可设置不同的组号作为组别信息标识, 如可将质控组、 常规组、 推 片组等字样设置于试管架, 用户可将样本按以上字样分类设置于相应的试管 中, 从而便于用户后期查找、 取用。 可以理解的是, 试管架也可釆用不同颜色 进行标识, 从而用于构成不同的组别信息标识, 以便用户直观区分组别。
通过分类设置形成多个组别可方便用户对样本进行人工放置、区分及查找 取用。 除组别信息标识外, 对应各个样本还设置有个体位置标识, 盛放样本的 试管放置于试管架之中后, 试管即具有一个唯一的位置特征, 并与唯——个样 本位置标识相对应。可以理解的是, 所述样本也可不进行样本项目信息标识的 设置, 可通过样本位置标识中的组别信息标识将其与其他样本加以区分,便于 用户识别。 例如在特定使用场景中, 盛放样品的试管上可不设置条形码, 仅仅 分组后设置于试管架, 并通过组别信息标识进行组别区分。
步骤 S12、 读取样本项目信息标识以获取样本读取信息, 读取样本位置标 识以获取样本位置信息, 建立样本位置 -样本信息索引表, 将所述样本读取信 息及样本位置信息保存于所述样本位置-样本信息索引表中。
在此步骤中, 所述样本读取信息可包括样本项目信息及读取异常信息: 当样本项目信息标识正常读取时, 获取样本项目信息, 并将所述样本项目 信息保存于所述样本位置 -样本信息索引表中, 通过样本位置-样本信息索引表 将样本的样本项目信息与该样本的样本位置信息——关联。
样本项目信息即为通过读取相应条码获得的条码所承载的相应数据信息。 所述样本项目信息正常信息中可包括如前所述设置于试管的条形码上所搭载 的信息, 如试管内的样本类型、 样本项目编号、 样本检测曰期、 样本对象等各 类医疗信息,也可进一步包括进行条码读取时的时间信息、相应的读取设备的 编号等信息。可以理解的是, 所述样本项目信息也可仅为一个用于对读取情况 进行标识的区别标识信息。
当样本项目信息标识读取出现异常时, 如由于设置于试管的条码印制错 误、掉落、设置位置不正确等情况无法正常进行读取时,即生成读取异常信息, 并同样将所述读取异常信息保存于所述样本位置-样本信息索引表中。 所述读 取异常信息用于标记特定位置样本的样本项目信息标识无法正常读取。
由于在先前步骤中, 试管已插入试管架的试管插孔中, 试管相对于试管架 的相对位置已经固定。读取样本位置标识及样本项目信息标识后,每个试管架 的试管插孔便与插设于其中的试管形成——对应且唯一的对应关系。 相应的, 每个试管架的试管插孔位置与相应试管及试管中的样本的相关信息也形成一 一对应且唯一的对应关系。因此,无论是否对样本项目信息标识是否正常读取, 本步骤中都会生成一个样本读取信息并对应样本位置信息保存于样本位置-样 本信息索引表中。
步骤 S13、 于样本位置 -样本信息索引表中选取样本读取信息, 并显示相 应的样本位置信息。在此步骤中, 用户可通过选取读取异常信息来快速定位多 个样本。
在此步骤中, 可通过各类显示装置对各个样本的样本位置信息进行显示。 在实际使用中,用户可根据需要查看此批次需要进行检测分析的样本的样 本项目信息及读取异常信息。 并可根据读取异常信息查找相应的样本位置信 息。当查看读取异常的样本进行查看时,可根据读取异常信息作为索引识别码, 通过索引并选取各个读取异常信息,从而批量找出对应的样本位置信息,从而 确定相应样本位置,便于用户找到相应的样本。也可根据需要查找单个样品的 相关信息。
在本实施例中, 可设置显示屏对样本位置信息进行显示, 也可设置各类便 携式移动设备进行显示, 如可釆用智能手机、平板电脑等装置进行数据通讯并 将样本位置信息进行显示。可以理解的是, 所述样本位置显示信息即可通过各 类显示屏、便携式移动设备进行设置, 也可通过其他硬件装置以不同形式加以 显示, 如样本位置显示信息也可通过设置于试管架的 LED指示灯进行显示。 样本位置信息也可以通过无线或蓝牙传送至移动终端, 例如手机。 在本实施例中, 当某一样本对应的样本项目信息标识无法正常读取时, 即 可于显示屏上显示输出字符 "invalidxx"表示该特定位置样本的样本项目信息 无法正常读取, 且用户可根据需要进一步查看该样本的样本位置信息。
同样,样本位置显示信息可釆用各种形式输出以便用户获取。如可于显示 屏上通过图形或列表进行显示, 所述图形可为具有不同标记的统计图形, 所述 列表可为下拉菜单列表、 向不同方向滑动的抽屉菜单列表或扇形菜单列表, 其 具体呈现方式在此不再赘述。
在本发明的另一实施例中, 所述样本查找方法还包括步骤 S13a, 在步骤 S13a 中, 用户还可根据所选取并显示的样本读取信息, 打印或传输该样本读 取信息及对应的样本位置信息。
步骤 S14、 对样本进行检测并生成样本检测结果信息, 将样本检测结果信 息保存于样本位置-样本信息索引表中。
在本实施例中, 可通过各类分析仪器对样本进行检测、 分析。 所述分析仪 器可根据样本种类及相应的检测项目类别进行设置。分析仪器对样本进行检测 分析并获取样本检测结果后, 将样本检测结果信息保存于样本位置-样本信息 索引表中,每个检测结果信息均对应一个唯一的样本位置信息。 分析仪器所检 测生成的样本检测结果信息可保存样本位置 -样本信息索引表中, 也可生成相 应的索引识别码保存于数据库中以便调用。在本实施例中可设置一个数值区间 或者其他规则,并对样本的样本检测结果信息是否位于所述数值区间中或者是 否符合规则进行判断, 并可生产相应的索引识别码作为复检信息, 用于对样品 的检测分析结果进行标注。可以理解的是,样本检测结果信息可包括样本检测 结果所对应的参数, 也可包括相应的复检信息。
在实际应用中,还可通过外部设置的报警装置对特定样本检测结果信息进 行报警。如可对检测结果异常的样品进行图像显示或发声提示,从而提示用户 关注该样品的检测结果信息。
在本发明的另一实施例中, 所述样本查找方法还包括,
步骤 S14a: 根据复检规则及检测结构信息生成对应所述样本检测结果信 息与样本位置信息的复检信息, 所述复检信息保存于所述样本位置-样本信息 索引表中; 步骤 S14b: 于样本位置-样本信息索引表中选取复检信息, 并显示相应的 样本位置信息。
在实际应用中,可针对不同的分析仪器及所设置的分析仪器应用的复检规 则对样本检测所获得的信息进行数据处理并生成复检信息,所述复检信息用于 对检测结果信息是否符合实际要求进行标识。 所述复检信息可包括多个多类 另1 J,每个类别的复检信息可覆盖一个或多个样本,所述步骤 14a及步骤 14b中, 用户可根据实际需要选用相应复检信息的类别,并显示该类别下相应的样本信 息, 如具体的样本检测结果信息、 样本位置信息。
用户通过以上操作对复检信息进行筛选,从而便于用户根据相应复检信息 的类别进行相应操作。
步骤 S15、 于样本位置-样本信息索引表中选取样本检测结果信息, 并显 示相应的样本位置信息。
在实际使用中,用户可根据需要查看此批次进行检测分析的样本的检测结 果信息, 并通过选取相应的检测结果信息对应找到相应的样本位置信息,从而 确定样本位置, 便于用户找到相应的样本。 在此步骤中, 用户可根据需要选择 一项或多项的样本检测结果信息,如可根据检测结果信息相应特征设置相应的 索引识别码, 从而实现批量选取、 查看。
在此步骤中, 可通过各类显示装置对样本位置信息进行显示。如可设置显 示屏对样本位置信息进行显示, 也可设置各类便携式移动设备进行显示,如可 釆用智能手机、 平板电脑等装置进行数据通讯并将样本位置信息进行显示。
同时, 可以理解的是, 所述样本位置显示信息即可通过各类显示屏、 便携 式移动设备进行设置, 也可通过其他硬件装置以不同形式加以显示。
同样,样本位置显示信息可釆用各种形式输出以便用户获取。如可于显示 屏上通过图形或列表进行显示, 所述图形可为具有不同标记的统计图形, 所述 列表可为下拉菜单列表、 向不同方向滑动的抽屉菜单列表或扇形菜单列表, 其 具体呈现方式在此不再赘述。样本位置显示信息也可通过设置于试管架的 LED 指示灯进行显示。
在本发明的另一实施例中, 所述样本查找方法还包括步骤 S15a, 在步骤 S15a 中, 用户还可根据所选取并显示的样本检测结果信息, 打印或传输该样 本检测结果信息及对应的样本项目信息及样本位置信息。 可以理解的是, 所述步骤 S14可实现于步骤 S13之前或之后, 所述步骤 S15可实现于步骤 S13之前或之后, 也可与步骤 S13同时进行。
步骤 S16、 根据读取异常信息于样本位置-样本信息索引表中获取相应样 本的样本位置信息, 并重新读取样本项目信息标识以获取样本读取信息。
在此步骤中,使用者可通过对样本位置的分类读取确定哪些样本的样本项 目信息标识出现读取异常, 并相应进行处理。 在本实施例中, 可于对试管上的 条形码重新进行扫描读取, 或将试管上贴附的条形码进行重新设置,如可将贴 附于试管上的条形码的贴附位置进行调整或更换后, 再次进行扫描读取。
请参见图 2, 本发明还提供一种样本查找装置 20, 包括样本项目信息标识 21、 样本位置标识 22、 标识读取模块 23、 处理模块 24、 信息显示模块 25。 所 述标识读取模块 23与信息显示模块 25连接于所述处理模块 24。
所述样本项目信息标识 21用于对样本项目信息进行标识。 如前所述, 在 本实施例中, 所述样本项目信息标识 21设置于盛放样本的试管, 所述样本项 目信息标识 21釆用条形码, 所述条形码可釆用丝印、 镭射或标贴等方式设置 于试管架及试管。
所述样本位置标识 22用于对样本位置信息进行标识。 所述样本位置标识 22设置于放置试管的试管架, 所述样本位置标识 22同样可釆用条形码。
所述标识读取模块 23用于读取样本项目信息标识 21 以获取样本读取信 息, 且用于读取样本位置标识 22以获取样本位置信息, 所述样本读取信息包 括样本项目信息及读取异常信息。 在本实施例中, 所述标识读取模块 23可釆 用各类条码扫描读取装置。 所述样本项目信息标识 21及所述样本位置标识 22 不仅可通过所述标识读取模块 23进行扫面读取, 也可通过各种方式进行人工 读取及输入, 其具体方式与现有技术一致, 在此不再赘述。 所述样本读取信息 包括样本项目信息及读取异常信息。
所述处理模块 24 根据所述样本读取信息及样本位置信息建立样本位置- 样本信息索引表, 所述样本读取信息及样本位置信息保存于所述样本位置-样 本信息索引表中。 在本实施例中, 所述处理模块 24可釆用中央处理器或其他 具备数据处理功能的处理器件。
所述处理模块 24还用于获取样本检测结果信息, 所述样本读取信息及样 本位置信息保存于所述样本位置-样本信息索引表中; 可以理解的是, 所述样 本检测结果信息可通过各类用于样本分析的分析装置生成。
信息显示模块 25, 用于显示样本读取信息、 样本检测结果信息及对应的 样本位置信息。
请一并参见图 3, 本发明还提供一种样本查找系统 30, 包括装载平台 31、 卸载平台 32及设置于所述装载平台 31于所述卸载平台 32之间的传送轨道 33, 所述样本查找系统 30还设有读取装置 34、 检测分析装置 35、 显示装置 36、 试管 (图未示)、 试管架 (图未示)。
如前所述, 所述试管用于盛放样本, 所述试管架用于装载试管, 所述试管 设有样本项目信息标识 21, 所述试管架对应各个样本的放置位置分别设置样 本位置标识 22; 所述试管架通过传送轨道 33于装载平台 31与卸载平台 32之 间传送; 所述样本查找系统 30的试管架还可于其上的多个位置设置一致的样 本位置标识 22, 如可在试管架的侧面或顶部设有试管架的架号标识, 在试管 架的顶面、底面等位置设置位号标识,以便用户人工肉眼识别。所述位号标识、 架号标识可釆用标贴、手写等方式标注于试管架, 且可对试管架的各个试管插 孔分别进行标注, 也可釆用间隔标注提示。 所述试管架的位号标识、 架号标识 可釆用数字标识或颜色标识。
试管架还可设置标识斜面,所述位号标识、架号标识可设置于该标识斜面, 从而便于用户从各种角度识别位号、 架号。 在本实施例中, 所述试管架为长方 体, 当试管架承载试管时, 其上一竖直或水平设置的棱边处开设有标识斜面, 架号标识可设置于该标识斜面。
所述读取装置 34设有如前所述的标识读取模块 23,所述标识读取模块 23 用于读取样本项目信息标识 21以获取样本读取信息, 且用于读取样本位置标 识 22以获取样本位置信息; 在本实施例中, 所述读取装置 34可釆用各类条码 读取装置 34。
所述处理装置 35设有如前所述的处理模块 26, 所述处理模块 26用于获 取样本检测结果信息。
所述显示装置 36设有如前所述的信息显示模块 25, 用于显示样本读取信 息、 样本检测结果信息及对应的样本位置信息。 所述显示装置 36可釆用各类 显示器、便携式显示终端等。 所述显示装置 36可设置于装载平台 31或卸载平 台 32,也可单独设置并与读取装置 34、检测分析装置 35进行数据通讯以便进 行数据显示。 所述读取装置 35还可釆用便携式读取装置(图未示), 所述显示 装置 36设置于所述便携式读取装置, 从而便于用户方便地读取各类信息, 并 相应进行标识读取。

于样本位置-样本信息索引表中选取样本检测结果信息, 并显示相应的样 本位置信息。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的样本查找方法, 其特征在于:
读取样本位置标识以获取样本读取信息步骤中,所述样本读取信息包括样 本项目信息及读取异常信息;
当样本项目信息标识正常读取时,获取样本项目信息标识记载的样本项目 信息, 并将所述样本项目信息保存于所述样本位置-样本信息索引表中;
当样本项目信息标识读取出现异常时, 生成读取异常信息, 并将所述读取 异常信息保存于所述样本位置-样本信息索引表中, 所述读取异常信息用于标 记特定位置样本的样本项目信息标识无法正常读取。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的样本查找方法, 其特征在于: 所述样本查找方法 还包括以下步骤:
根据所选取并显示的样本读取信息,打印或传输该样本读取信息及对应的 样本位置信息。
5. 如权利要求 2所述的样本查找方法, 其特征在于: 所述样本查找方法 还包括以下步骤: 根据所选取并显示的样本检测结果信息,打印或传输该样本检测结果信息 及对应的样本项目信息及样本位置信息。
6. 如权利要求 1或 2 所述的样本查找方法, 其特征在于: 所述样本查找 方法中以列表或图形的形式显示所述样本位置信息。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的样本查找方法, 其特征在于: 设置所述样本项目 信息标识及样本位置标识的步骤中,根据样本项目信息标识将多个所述样本分 位置标识,所述样本位置标识进一步包括对应所述样本组的组别设置的组别信 息标识及对应各个单个样本设置的个体位置标识。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的样本查找方法, 其特征在于: 所述样本查找方法 还包括以下步骤:
根据读取异常信息于样本位置-样本信息索引表中获取相应样本的样本位 置信息, 并重新读取样本项目信息标识以获取样本读取信息。
9. 如权利要求 2所述的样本查找方法, 其特征在于: 所述样本查找方法 还包括以下步骤:
根据样本检测结果信息及复检规则生成复检信息,将所述复检信息保存于 所述样本位置-样本信息索引表中;
于样本位置-样本信息索引表中选取复检信息, 并显示相应的样本位置信 息或 /及样本检测结果信息。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的样本查找方法, 其特征在于: 所述样本项目信息 标识与样本位置标识釆用条形码。
11、 一种样本查找装置, 其特征在于: 包括本项目信息标识、 样本位置标 识、 标识读取模块、 信息显示模块、 处理模块, 所述标识读取模块与信息显示 模块连接于所述处理模块;
所述样本项目信息标识用于对样本项目信息进行标识;
所述样本位置标识, 用于对样本位置信息进行标识;
所述标识读取模块用于读取样本项目信息标识以获取样本读取信息,且用 于读取样本位置标识以获取样本位置信息;
所述处理模块用于根据所述样本读取信息及样本位置信息建立样本位置- 样本信息索引表, 所述样本读取信息及样本位置信息保存于所述样本位置-样 本信息索引表中;
所述信息显示模块用于显示样本读取信息及对应的样本位置信息。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的样本查找装置, 其特征在于: 所述处理模块还 用于获取样本检测结果信息;所述信息显示模块还用于显示所述样本检测结果 信息及对应的样本位置信息。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的样本查找装置, 其特征在于: 所述样本读取信 息包括样本项目信息及读取异常信息。
14. 如权利要求 11 所述的样本查找装置, 其特征在于: 所述样本项目信 息标识与样本位置标识釆用条形码。
15、 一种样本查找系统, 包括装载平台、 卸载平台及设置于所述装载平台 于所述卸载平台之间的传送轨道, 其特征在于: 所述样本查找系统还设有读取 装置、 处理装置、 显示装置、 试管、 试管架,
所述试管用于盛放样本, 所述试管架用于装载试管, 所述试管设有样本项 目信息标识, 所述试管架对应各个样本的放置位置分别设有样本位置标识; 所述试管架通过传送轨道于装载平台与卸载平台之间传送;
所述读取装置设有标识读取模块,所述标识读取模块用于读取样本项目信 息标识以获取样本读取信息, 且用于读取样本位置标识以获取样本位置信息; 所述处理装置设有处理模块, 所述处理模块用于获取样本检测结果信息; 所述显示装置设有信息显示模块, 用于显示样本读取信息、样本检测结果 信息及对应的样本位置信息。
16. 如权利要求 15 所述的样本查找系统, 其特征在于: 所述试管架的侧 面设有试管架的架号标识, 所述试管架的顶面设有试管位的位号标识。
17. 如权利要求 16所述的样本查找系统, 其特征在于: 所述试管架的架 号标识为数字标识或颜色标识。
18. 如权利要求 16所述的样本查找系统, 其特征在于: 所述试管位的位 号标识为数字标识或颜色标识。
19. 如权利要求 15 所述的样本查找系统, 其特征在于: 所述显示装置设 置于所述卸载平台。
20. 如权利要求 15 所述的样本查找系统, 其特征在于: 所述读取装置釆 用便携式读取装置, 所述显示装置设置于所述便携式读取装置。
21. 如权利要求 16所述的样本查找系统, 其特征在于: 所述试管架设有 标识斜面, 所述架号标识设置于所述标识斜面。
