Abstract
Description
すなわち、本発明の一態様にかかる空気調和機は、ユニット本体内に樹脂製ブラケットが設置され、その樹脂製ブラケットを介してフィンチューブ型熱交換器の少なくとも一側部が固定支持されている空気調和機において、前記樹脂製ブラケットは、前記熱交換器の側面から突出されている伝熱管のヘアピン部を挿入支持する多数の長穴を備え、前記長穴の中の選択された特定の長穴には、その両長辺部に沿って前記熱交換器の前記ヘアピン部を挿入時に弾性変形して受け入れ、該ヘアピン部を両側から係合支持する一対の係合爪が設けられている。
図1には、本実施形態に係る空気調和機の熱交換器取り付け状態の斜視図が示され、図2には、その熱交換器と樹脂製ブラケットとを組み付けた状態の斜視図、図3には、樹脂製ブラケット単体の斜視図が示されている。
空気調和機1は、ユニット本体2を構成するベース3を備えている。ベース3には、熱交換器4、吹出し口アセンブリ7、図示省略の送風ファンおよびコントロールボックス等が組み込まれるとともに、それらの上面、左右側面および前面を覆うようにユニット本体2を構成する前面カバーおよび前面パネルが組み付けられるようになっている。
熱交換器4は、その左右両端部に組み付けられている樹脂製ブラケット8およびブラケット9を、ユニット本体2を構成するベース3に対して固定ボス部18等を複数箇所で締め付け固定することによって組み込まれる。また、樹脂製ブラケット8の熱交換器4に対する組み付けは、固定基板12の立ち上げ壁14、係合爪16,17、固定ボス部18および突部19が設けられている面側に下にして樹脂製ブラケット8を水平に置き、その長穴13,13Aないし13Eに熱交換器4のヘアピン部5Aを挿入して押し込み、係合爪16,17によりヘアピン部5Aを係合支持することによって一体に組み付けられる。

Claims (5)
- ユニット本体内に樹脂製ブラケットが設置され、その樹脂製ブラケットを介してフィンチューブ型熱交換器の少なくとも一側部が固定支持されている空気調和機において、
前記樹脂製ブラケットは、前記熱交換器の側面から突出されている伝熱管のヘアピン部を挿入支持する多数の長穴を備え、
前記長穴の中の選択された特定の長穴には、その両長辺部に沿って前記熱交換器の前記ヘアピン部を挿入時に弾性変形して受け入れ、該ヘアピン部を両側から係合支持する一対の係合爪が設けられている空気調和機。 - 前記特定の長穴は、周囲に沿って立ち上げ壁が設けられ、
前記一対の係合爪は、前記立ち上げ壁の一部を利用しその両側にスリット状の切り込みを設けることにより形成されている請求項1に記載の空気調和機。 - 前記一対の係合爪は、前記ヘアピン部を係合支持する外側面が前記ヘアピン部の内周側の曲率に沿った曲面形状とされている請求項1または2に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記一対の係合爪は、前記ヘアピン部を挿入するときに接触する内側面が前記ヘアピン部の外周側の曲率に沿った曲面形状とされている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 前記樹脂製ブラケットには、前記熱交換器を挿入する面と反対側の面に、該樹脂製ブラケットを水平状態に置くための少なくとも1以上の突部が一体成形されている請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
