运动机构、面板机构及家用电器 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种运动机构、面板机构及家用电器。
背景技术
现有技术中,普通家用电器中,以空调器为例,面板一般是不可运动的。近年来,随着空调器设计的多样化,开始出现运动面板的空调器。如公开号为CN203258820U的中国专利文件公开的技术方案中,面板能够运动,使空调器在不运转时,导风板被面板遮蔽,实现外观的整体性。此外能够运动的面板能够将导风机构完全封闭在上述面板和壳体形成的腔体内,避免导风机构暴露在空气中容易积聚灰尘,从而影响使用者的健康的问题。
但是,上述面板的运动机构比较复杂,生产加工不便,增加了家用电器的生产成本,同时复杂的结构使得运动不稳定。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种结构简单的运动机构、面板机构及家用电器。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种运动机构,包括:转动盘,可转动地设置,转动盘上固定设有第一支架,第一支架的自由端具有第一连接部;第二支架,与转动盘铰接于第二连接部,第二支架的第一端具有第三连接部,第三连接部在转动盘转动时能够沿预定轨迹移动。
进一步地,第二支架上设有导向件,运动机构还包括驱动盒,转动盘可转动地设置在驱动盒内,驱动盒上设置有第一导向槽,其中,导向件在第一导向槽中运动以限定第二支架的运动轨迹。
进一步地,导向件为滚动装置或者导向轴或者包括导向轴和套设在导向轴外侧的轴套。
进一步地,第二支架的第二端还设有平衡部。
进一步地,导向件设置在平衡部上。
进一步地,平衡部的中心轴线与第二支架的中心轴线成钝角。
进一步地,转动盘上设有与平衡部配合的第二导向槽。
进一步地,驱动盒包括相互扣合的盒体和盒盖,第一导向槽设置在盒盖上。
进一步地,转动盘的转动中心位置设置有中心通孔,盒体上设置有与中心通孔配合的中心限位轴。

进一步地,减速齿轮组包括第一齿轮和被第一齿轮驱动的第二齿轮,第一齿轮的半径小于第二齿轮的半径,第一齿轮安装在电机的输出轴上,第二齿轮与传动齿条啮合。
进一步地,减速齿轮组还包括与第二齿轮同轴设置或一体设置并同步转动的第三齿轮,第三齿轮与第一齿轮啮合,第二齿轮的半径小于第三齿轮的半径。
进一步地,转动盘具有弧形驱动槽,弧形驱动槽的圆心与转动盘转动中心同心,传动齿条设置在弧形驱动槽内,第二齿轮在弧形驱动槽内转动。
进一步地,转动盘还具有避让电机的第二弧形避让槽。
进一步地,弧形驱动槽和第二弧形避让槽为相互独立设置,或者弧形驱动槽和第二弧形避让槽相互连通。
进一步地,本申请的运动机构还包括突出于驱动盒并与第二支架相对应设置的限位筋,用于限制第二支架在垂直于其转动平面方向上的运动。
进一步地,本申请的运动机构还包括连接件,连接件上设有第一导槽以形成预定轨迹,第二支架的第一端设有在第一导槽中滑动或滚动的第一配合部,第一配合部形成第三连接部,连接件上还设有与第一支架的自由端较接于第一连接部的铰接部。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本申请还提供了一种面板机构,包括面板以及与面板配合的运动机构,运动机构为上述的运动机构。
进一步地,面板上设有第二导槽以形成预定轨迹,第二支架的第一端设有在第二导槽中滑动或滚动的第二配合部,第二配合部形成第三连接部,面板与第一支架的自由端铰接于第一连接部。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本申请还提供了一种面板机构,包括面板以及与面板配合的运动机构,运动机构为上述的面板机构,面板与连接件可拆装地连接。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本申请还提供了一种家用电器,具有壳体和安装在壳体上的面板机构,面板机构为上述的运动机构。
进一步地,家用电器为空调器,空调器还包括导风板,面板具有覆盖在导风板外侧的闭合位置以及露出导风板的打开位置。
应用本发明的技术方案,在使用时将被驱动件(比如面板)与运动机构连接于第一连接部及第三连接部。第一连接部与被驱动件可转动地连接,第三连接部能够相对形成预定轨迹的导槽等导向结构运动。第一支架与转动盘固定连接,第一支架的第一连接部与被驱动件铰接,因此第一支架的转动能够推动与第一支架铰接的被驱动件上下转动运动。第二支架与转动盘铰接于第二连接部,且第二支架的第一端具有第三连接部,第一支架转动时会带动第二支架以第二连接部为转动中心摆动,且会带动第三连接部沿预定轨迹移动。这样使得与运动机构连接的被驱动件能够沿着预设的运动轨迹运动。本发明的运动机构采用转动盘、第一支架和第二支架与被驱动件的配合实现了被驱动件沿预定轨迹移动。较现有技术的双齿轮齿条结构而言,本发明的运动机构结构更简单,同时运动更平稳。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1至3所示,实施例一的运动机构包括:转动盘21、第一支架22和第二支架23。转动盘21可转动地设置,转动盘21上固定设有第一支架22,第一支架22的自由端具有第一连接部。第二支架23与转动盘21铰接于第二连接部,第二支架23的第一端具有第三连接部,第三连接部在转动盘21转动时能够沿预定轨迹移动。第一连接部与被驱动件可转动地连接,第三连接部能够相对形成预定轨迹的导槽等导向结构运动。
应用本实施例的技术方案,在使用时将被驱动件(在本实施例中被驱动件为面板10)与运动机构连接于第一连接部及第三连接部。第一支架22与转动盘固定连接,第一支架22自由端的第一连接部与面板10铰接,因此第一支架22的转动能够推动与第一支架22铰接的面板10上下转动运动。第二支架23与转动盘21铰接于第二连接部,且第二支架23的第一端具有第三连接部,第一支架22转动时会带动第二支架23以第二连接部为转动中心摆动,且会带动第三连接部沿预定轨迹移动。这样使得面板10能够沿着预设的运动轨迹运动,以实现面板10的打开和关闭。实施例一的面板机构采用转动盘21、第一支架22和第二支架23与面板10的配合实现了面板10的打开和关闭。较现有技术的双齿轮齿条结构而言,本实施例的面板机构结构更简单,同时运动更平稳。
如图1和图8所示,第二支架23上设有导向件232a。运动机构还包括驱动盒,转动盘21可转动地设置在驱动盒内。驱动盒上设置有第一导向槽271。其中,导向件232a在第一导向槽271中运动以限定第二支架23的运动轨迹。第一导向槽271与导向件232a的配合使得第二支架23能够按照预定轨迹进行运动,进而通过第三连接部带动被驱动件(面板10)按照预定轨迹运动。在本实施例中,导向件232a为滚动装置,优选为滚珠。上述滚动装置232a既可以实现为第二支架23进行导向,也可以实现以滚动摩擦代替面与面的滑动摩擦,以减小第二支架23转动的阻力,同时也可以增加第二支架23摆动的稳定性。
如图1至3及图5所示,第二支架23的第二端与转动盘21铰接于所述第二连接部,第二支架23的第二端还设有平衡部232。第二支架23和平衡部232也可以为一体成型结构。优选地,第二支架23和平衡部232的连接位置设有一个圆孔,其两侧各装一个轴承垫,该轴承垫与转动盘21上的圆柱配合形成第二支架23转动的支点。如图4所示,转动盘21上设置有与平衡部232配合的第二导向槽215。上述第二导向槽215用于平衡部232的导向,提高了运动的稳定性。
如图5所示,平衡部232的中心轴线与第二支架23的中心轴线成钝角,从而能够增加稳定性,增大第二支架23的转动角度。当面板10处于关闭状态时第二支架23优选为竖直设置。
如图5所示,优选地,第二支架23的第一端具有弯折部,弯折部形成叉形结构。在叉形结构相对的两个板上设有相对应的两个通孔。第三连接部设置在弯折部上。第三连接部可以设置成转轴或销轴,转轴或销轴的两端分别插入两个通孔中。
如图3和图4所示,转动盘21上固定设有第一支架22,可以以第一支架22与转动盘21一体成型的方式实现,也可以通过用螺钉、螺栓或铆接等方式将第一支架22固定在转动盘21上。优选地,本实施例中采用第一支架22与转动盘21一体成型的方式。一体成型不仅提高零部件的生产效率,减少装配,还能提高强度。第一支架22的自由端的第一连接部设有一个鹰嘴结构,即具有缺口的通孔状。第一连接部的该鹰嘴结构与面板10的转轴相铰接配合。当然,配合结构并不限于此,只要能实现第一支架22与面板10之间铰接即可。
如图6至图8所示,驱动盒包括相互扣合的盒体27a和盒盖27b,两者之间优选为可拆卸地连接。第一导向槽271设置在盒盖27b上,转动盘21可转动地设置在盒体27a和盒盖27b之间。上述结构使得驱动盒加工方便,装配简单,同时易于维护。
如图3和图4所示,转动盘21具有中心通孔、第一弧形避让槽213以及弧形边缘。盒体27a上设置有中心限位轴281、中部限位轴282和边缘限位轴283。中心限位轴281与中心通孔配合,中部限位轴282与第一弧形避让槽213配合,边缘限位轴283与转动盘21的弧形边缘配合。第一弧形避让槽213是以转动盘21的转动中心为圆心的。在本实施例中,中部限位轴282、边缘限位轴283和第一弧形避让槽213均为两个,两个第一弧形避让槽213可以对称设置。为了减小转动盘21的转动摩擦,以滚动摩擦代替面与面的滑动摩擦,以减小第一支架22转动的阻力,同时可保证第一支架22转动的平稳性。中心限位轴281、中部限位轴282和边缘限位轴283上均套设有轴 套。当然,中部限位轴282、边缘限位轴283以及第一弧形避让槽213的数量也可以为三个以上,第一弧形避让槽213的数量需要与中部限位轴282的数量相适配。
为了进一步减小摩擦,增强运动平稳性,转动盘21包括转动盘本体和设置在转动盘本体周边的支撑部214,支撑部214在沿转动盘本体的转动轴线方向上突出于转动盘21,盒体27a和/或盒盖27b上设有与支撑部214配合的弧形支撑凸筋272。支撑部214与弧形支撑凸筋272相配合以将转动盘本体支离盒体27a和/或盒盖27b,即支撑部214能够架起转动盘21,避免转动盘21整个面与驱动盒接触,减小摩擦。优选地,支撑部214可以设置成与转动盘21可转动连接的转轴,也可以与转动盘21固定连接,外面再套设轴套。
转动盘21可以直接由电机驱动,或者,如图3、图4和图6所示,转动盘21上设有传动齿条216。运动机构还包括电机60以及设置在电机和转动盘21之间的传动机构。电机60通过传动机构驱动转动盘21。传动机构包括减速齿轮组,传动齿条216与减速齿轮组配合,电机60通过驱动传动机构进而驱动转动盘21转动。优选地,减速齿轮组包括第一齿轮24和被第一齿轮24驱动的第二齿轮25。第一齿轮24安装在电机的输出轴上,第一齿轮24为主动齿轮,第二齿轮25与传动齿条啮合,第二齿轮25为被动齿轮。第一齿轮24的半径小于第二齿轮25的半径。为了增大电机的转矩,使电机小型化,减速齿轮组还包括与第二齿轮25同轴或一体设置并同步转动的第三齿轮26,第三齿轮26与第一齿轮24啮合,第三齿轮26的半径大于第二齿轮25的半径,第三齿轮26为减速齿轮。这样先经过减速,增大电机转矩后,再通过第二齿轮25传动。第三齿轮26的半径大于第二齿轮25的半径,所以第二齿轮25的齿形相对第三齿轮的齿形比较小,因此转动会更平稳。
传动齿条216可以设置在转动盘21的表面上。或者优选地,为了占用空间更小,转动盘21具有弧形驱动槽211,传动齿条216设置在弧形驱动槽211内,第二齿轮25在弧形驱动槽211内转动。
转动盘21具有避让电机的输出轴的第二弧形避让槽212。弧形驱动槽211和第二弧形避让槽212为相互独立设置,或者弧形驱动槽211和第二弧形避让槽212相互连通。上述的弧形驱动槽211和第二弧形避让槽212均是以转动盘21的转动中心为圆心的。
下面将结合图1至图5对运动机构的运动过程进行介绍。具体如下:
当需要移动被驱动件时,电机驱动第一齿轮24转动,第一齿轮24驱动与其啮合的第三齿轮26转动。第二齿轮25与第三齿轮26同轴或一体设置,因此第二齿轮25 可以与第三齿轮26同步转动,进而带动与第二齿轮25啮合的传动齿条移动,这样就能驱动转动盘21绕转动中心转动。转动盘21的转动能够带动第一支架22转动,因此第一支架22的转动能够推动被驱动件向上转动运动。第一支架22转动时会带动第二支架23以第二连接部为转动中心摆动,且会带动第三连接部沿预定轨迹移动。这样使得被驱动件能够沿着预设的运动轨迹运动。
当需要被驱动件复位时,电机反转,驱动转动盘21反转,进而使第一支架22和第二支架23回到初始位置,关闭过程是打开过程的逆过程,在此不再赘述。
如图9至图13所示,实施例二的运动机构与实施例一的区别在于,实施例二的运动机构还包括连接件50,连接件50上设有第一导槽51以形成预定轨迹。第一导槽51的具体结构根据所希望得到的被驱动件的运动轨迹进行设计,第一导槽51优选为长形孔。第二支架23的第一端设有在第一导槽51中滑动或滚动的第一配合部,以形成第三连接部。连接件50上还设有与第一支架22的自由端铰接于第一连接部的铰接部52。第一配合部与第一导槽51之间为滑动摩擦或者滚动摩擦。优选地,第一配合部为连接柱及套设在该连接柱上的轴套。将轴套装设在第一导槽51内,使轴套在第一导槽51内滚动。第一配合部的两端分别穿设在上述两个通孔中,并且第一配合部可在第一导槽51内运动。
如图10所示,还与实施例一的运动机构不同的是:实施例二的运动机构还包括突出于驱动盒并与第二支架23相对应设置的限位筋273,用于限制第二支架在垂直于其转动平面的方向上的运动。限位筋273位于第一导向槽271的两侧。上述限位筋273能够防止第二支架23在运动过程中左右晃动,有效地提高了运动的平稳性。
如图11所示,还与实施例一的运动机构不同的是:在实施例二的运动机构中,导向件232a为导向轴,或者包括导向轴和套设在导向轴外的轴套。优选地,导向轴轴向与转动盘和转动盘的转动平面相垂直。
如图1所示,本发明还提供了一种面板机构,根据本发明的面板机构的实施例包括面板10以及与面板10配合的运动机构,该运动机构为上述实施例一的运动机构。
在本实施例的面板机构中,如图1至3所示,面板10上设有第二导槽11以形成预定轨迹。第二导槽11的具体结构根据所希望得到的面板的运动轨迹进行设计。第二导槽11优选为长形孔。在第二支架23的第一端设有第二配合部231,以形成第三连接部,与所述第二导槽11相配合,并可相对于所述第二导槽11运动。面板10与第一支架22的自由端连接于第一连接部。第二配合部231与第二导槽11之间为滑动摩擦或者滚动摩擦。优选地,第二配合部231为连接柱及套设在该连接柱上的轴套,将轴 套装设在第二导槽11内,使轴套在第二导槽11内滚动。第二配合部231的两端穿设在上述两个通孔中,第二配合部231可在第二导槽11内运动。
如图9所示,本发明还提供了一种面板机构,根据本发明的面板机构的实施例包括面板10以及与面板10配合的运动机构,该运动机构为上述实施例二的运动机构。在本实施例中,面板10与连接件50可拆卸连接。本实施例的面板机构中,面板10与连接件50可拆装地连接,使得后续的维修或清理更加方便。
本发明还提供了一种家用电器,根据本发明的家用电器的实施例具有壳体和安装在壳体上的面板机构,该面板机构为上述的面板机构。如图14至图16所示,优选地,家用电器为空调器,空调器还包括电机、导风板30和扫风叶片40。电机通过运动机构驱动面板10,以使面板10具有覆盖在导风板30外侧的闭合位置(图14所示的状态)以及露出导风板30的打开位置(图15所示的状态)。露出导风板30后,导风板30可以向下打开,露出扫风叶片40进行扫风(图16所示的状态)。
当然,面板机构并不限于使用在空调器中,也可以使用在其他需要面板打开的家用电器中。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种运动机构,其特征在于,包括:
    转动盘(21),可转动地设置,所述转动盘(21)上固定设有第一支架(22),所述第一支架(22)的自由端具有第一连接部;
    第二支架(23),与所述转动盘(21)铰接于第二连接部,所述第二支架(23)的第一端具有第三连接部,所述第三连接部在所述转动盘(21)转动时能够沿预定轨迹移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述第二支架(23)上设有导向件(232a),所述运动机构还包括驱动盒,所述转动盘(21)可转动地设置在所述驱动盒内,所述驱动盒上设置有第一导向槽(271),其中,所述导向件(232a)在所述第一导向槽(271)中运动以限定所述第二支架(23)的运动轨迹。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述导向件(232a)为滚动装置或者导向轴或者包括导向轴和套设在所述导向轴外侧的轴套。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述第二支架(23)的第二端还设有平衡部(232)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述导向件(232a)设置在所述平衡部(232)上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述平衡部(232)的中心轴线与所述第二支架(23)的中心轴线成钝角。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述转动盘(21)上设有与所述平衡部(232)配合的第二导向槽(215)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述驱动盒包括相互扣合的盒体(27a)和盒盖(27b),所述第一导向槽(271)设置在所述盒盖(27b)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述转动盘(21)的转动中心位置设置有中心通孔,所述盒体(27a)上设置有与所述中心通孔配合的中心限位轴(281)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述盒体(27a)上设置有中部限位轴(282),所述转动盘(21)具有与所述中部限位轴(282)配合的第一弧形避让槽(213),所述第一弧形避让槽(213)的圆心与所述转动盘(21)转动中心同心。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述转动盘(21)设置有弧形边缘,所述弧形边缘的圆心与转动盘(21)的转动中心同心,所述盒体(27a)上设置有边缘限位轴(283),所述边缘限位轴(283)与所述转动盘(21)的弧形边缘配合。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述转动盘(21)包括转动盘本体和设置在转动盘本体周边的支撑部(214),所述盒体(27a)和/或所述盒盖(27b)上设有弧形支撑凸筋(272),所述支撑部(214)与所述弧形支撑凸筋(272)相配合以将所述转动盘本体支离所述盒体(27a)和/或盒盖(27b)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述第二支架(23)的第一端具有弯折部,所述第三连接部设置在所述弯折部上。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述转动盘(21)上设有传动齿条(216),所述运动机构还包括电机(60)和传动机构,所述电机(60)驱动所述传动机构,所述传动机构包括减速齿轮组,所述传动齿条(216)与所述减速齿轮组配合,所述电机(60)通过驱动所述传动机构进而驱动所述转动盘(21)转动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述减速齿轮组包括第一齿轮(24)和被所述第一齿轮(24)驱动的第二齿轮(25),所述第一齿轮(24)的半径小于所述第二齿轮(25)的半径,所述第一齿轮(24)安装在所述电机的输出轴上,所述第二齿轮(25)与所述传动齿条(216)啮合。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述减速齿轮组还包括与所述第二齿轮(25)同轴设置或一体设置并同步转动的第三齿轮(26),所述第三齿轮(26)与所述第一齿轮(24)啮合,所述第二齿轮(25)的半径小于所述第三齿轮(26)的半径。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述转动盘(21)具有弧形驱动槽(211),所述弧形驱动槽(211)的圆心与所述转动盘(21)转动中心同心, 所述传动齿条(216)设置在所述弧形驱动槽(211)内,所述第二齿轮(25)在所述弧形驱动槽(211)内转动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述转动盘(21)还具有避让所述电机的第二弧形避让槽(212)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的运动机构,其特征在于,所述弧形驱动槽(211)和所述第二弧形避让槽(212)为相互独立设置,或者所述弧形驱动槽(211)和所述第二弧形避让槽(212)相互连通。
  20. 根据权利要求2所述的运动机构,其特征在于,还包括突出于所述驱动盒并与所述第二支架(23)相对应设置的限位筋(273),用于限制所述第二支架(23)在垂直于其转动平面方向上的运动。
  21. 根据权利要求1至20中任一项所述的运动机构,其特征在于,还包括连接件(50),所述连接件(50)上设有第一导槽(51)以形成所述预定轨迹,所述第二支架(23)的第一端设有在所述第一导槽(51)中滑动或滚动的第一配合部,所述第一配合部形成所述第三连接部,所述连接件(50)上还设有与所述第一支架(22)的自由端较接于所述第一连接部的铰接部(52)。
  22. 一种面板机构,包括面板(10)以及与所述面板(10)配合的运动机构,其特征在于,所述运动机构为权利要求1至20中任一项所述的运动机构。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的面板机构,其特征在于,所述面板(10)上设有第二导槽(11)以形成所述预定轨迹,所述第二支架(23)的第一端设有在所述第二导槽(11)中滑动或滚动的第二配合部(231),所述第二配合部(231)形成所述第三连接部,所述面板(10)与所述第一支架(22)的自由端铰接于所述第一连接部。
  24. 一种面板机构,包括面板(10)以及与所述面板(10)配合的运动机构,其特征在于,所述运动机构为权利要求21所述的运动机构,所述面板(10)与所述连接件(50)可拆装地连接。
  25. 一种家用电器,具有壳体和安装在所述壳体上的面板机构,其特征在于,所述面板机构为权利要求22至24中任一项所述的面板机构。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器为空调器,所述空调器还包括导风板(30),所述面板(10)具有覆盖在所述导风板(30)外侧的闭合位置以及露出所述导风板(30)的打开位置。
