喷浆支护工艺不仅已成为矿山岩石井巷支护的主要形式,而且也是交通、水利、城市地铁领域广泛应用的衬砌技术,但在该工艺流程中,因为缺乏合适的机械设备,目前主要是由人工向喷射机喂料,其劳动强度大、工作效率低。国内多家研究所曾研制过板式取料装置、螺旋式取料装置、胶带式上料装置、负压吸料机、液压取料装置等几种机型,但均因结构复杂、外形尺寸过大,而未在井下矿车取料方面获得成功应用。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明的目的是克服已有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构紧凑、工作效率高、适应井下狭小工作空间特殊工况的钢丝绳提升矿车取料机。
技术方案:本发明的钢丝绳提升矿车取料机,包括用于抓取矿车内物料的抓料机构、连接抓料机构并控制抓料机构升降的提升机构,与提升机构连接并用于控制抓料机构在水平面内回转的回转支撑机构、用于固定回转支撑机构并可进行纵横向移动的平移机构,平移机构上设有作为动力源的液压泵站;
所述的抓料机构包括用钢丝绳悬吊的斗体、设在斗体上的连接板和水平设置的横向驱动油缸,其中,连接板与钢丝绳相连接,横向驱动油缸驱动抓斗开合取料;
所述的提升机构包括吊臂支撑梁、连接抓料机构的钢丝绳,所述的吊臂支撑梁上设有水平布置的油缸,油缸的活塞杆上连接有牵引钢丝绳伸缩的动绳轮组,吊臂支撑梁的前端设有引导钢丝绳方向的前端绳轮组;

有益效果:由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明适用于在矿山岩石井巷支护过程中从矿车内将物料取出并送入至湿喷机或搅拌机接料口,采用钢丝绳作为提升机构的执行元件带动抓 料机构升降,不仅提高了抓料机构的运动速度和工作效率,同时也大大减小了取料机的外形尺寸,尤其是降低了高度上的尺寸,适应井下狭小工作空间特殊工况,结构紧凑、解放劳动力,省时省力,大大提高了取料的效率,适用性强,具有广泛的实用性。

如图1所示,本发明的钢丝绳提升矿车取料机,主要由抓料机构1、提升机构2、回转支撑机构3、液压泵站4和平移机构5构成。平移机构5作为整机的固定支撑与地面接触,液压泵站4通过螺栓固定在平移机构5上,回转支撑机构3通过螺栓连接在平移机构5上,提升机构2通过螺栓固定在回转支撑机构3上,抓料机构1与提升机构2的执行元件钢丝绳相连接。抓料机构1用于抓取矿车6内的物料,抓料机构1连接在提升机构2上,控制抓料机构1的升降,提升机构2设在回转支撑机构3上,回转支撑机构3用于控制抓料机构1在水平面内的回转,回转支撑机构3设在平移机构5上,平移机构5用于固定回转支撑机构3并可进行纵横方向的移动,平移机构5上设有作为动力源的液压泵站4;

工作过程:通过操纵液压泵站4上的操作阀控制平移机构5上的横向液压缸,使取料机 从轨道移至图2的工作位置。如图2所示以抓料机构1位于矿车上方为起始位置,通过操作液压泵站4上的操作阀控制提升机构2,使得提升机构2通过其执行元件钢丝绳带动抓料机构1下降,抓料机构1接触物料,操作液压泵站4上控制抓料机构1开合的操作阀使得抓料机构1抓取物料,抓取完毕后,操作液压泵站4上的操作阀控制提升机构2使其带动抓料机构1上升,抓料机构1上升到最顶端后,操作控制回转支撑机构3的操作阀使与回转支撑机构3间接固定的抓料机构1进行回转,抓料机构1回转至湿喷机或搅拌机接料口上端后,操作控制抓料机构1开合的操作阀使得抓料机构1张开卸料,物料卸尽后,操作控制回转支撑机构3的操作阀使抓料机构1进行回转,抓料机构1回转至矿车上方,至此完成一个取料过程。可以控制平移机构5上的纵向液压缸,使上架体带动与之相连部件纵向移动,直至抓料机构1位于矿车的适于取料的位置或者适于卸料的位置,重复以上操作,不断循环,直至物料取尽为止。通过操纵液压泵站4上的操作阀控制平移机构5上的横向液压缸,可使取料机从工作位置移至轨道上。
