Description

小角度翻转式桶装提升机 技术领域
本发明涉及工业固废处理提升设备技术领域,特别是涉及小角度翻转式桶装提升机。
背景技术
在工业固废处理行业中,有些高危险性的废料不可以和破碎料混拌在一起到进料装置,要将这些高危险性的废料提升到十多米高的进料斗中,从而进入垃圾回转窑进行焚烧。在此之前,桶装料是用弧形轨道翻转式桶装提升机进行垃圾运送,因该提升机的结构所定,要求提升机的行程定位开关很准,且该提升机不可以用两道行程开关来保护,所以经常出事故,导致系统经常停机修理。
现有的提升机的料桶被提升到一定的高度后由行程开关指令,第一道行程开关出故障可由第二道执行,通过液压缸推动翻转台翻转。而弧形轨道翻转式桶装提升机,料桶提升到指定高度停止后,只可以装一个行程开关,若行程开关出现故障,就会导致提升传动一直工作直至设备损坏,从而造成很大的安全隐患及一定的经济损失。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了配合垃圾焚烧窑使用时性能稳定、物料提升效率高、成本低的小角度翻转式桶装提升机。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:小角度翻转式桶装提升机,包括提升钢架、液压翻转台、桶体、升降链条和导轨,其中:导轨从提升钢架的底部位置延伸至顶部位置,液压翻转台通过升降链条和上传动轴、下传动轴带动其在导轨上升降,进而带动液压翻转台和桶体升降;
液压翻转台,包括翻转油缸、导向轮、翻转支架、翻转托盘、转台底座和两根竖直导向梁,导向轮设于竖直导向梁的竖直方向,并且导向轮与导轨配合连接,进而带动液压翻转台和桶体升降;
翻转支架固定在转台底座的下方位置,并且其通过翻转油缸和伸缩翻转机构连接在翻转托盘的底部位置;
桶体固定连接在翻转托盘上;
翻转托盘,靠近两根竖直导向梁的一端设有滑动翻转槽,转台底座通过两个耳片和翻转铰轴带动其沿转台底座摆动,其中两个耳片分别靠近一根竖直导向梁的侧面布置;
升降链条的上传动轴通过依次连接的电机、减速机和上从动链轮带动其转动,进而带动升降链条转动;
电机上连接液压翻转台的升高行程开关,翻转油缸连接桶体的翻转行程开关。
进一步地,导向轮的数量为四对,分别设于两根竖直导向梁的竖直方向的顶部对称位置和底部对称位置。
进一步地,翻转托盘的另一端设有横向导向轮,转台底座对应导向轮的位置设有一端翻转导引滑轨,该翻转导引滑轨的长度与翻转托盘的滑动翻转槽的长度相适应。
进一步地,翻转支架靠近桶体的底部位置连接,保证翻转油缸带动翻转托盘和桶体翻转30-45度,进而倾斜倾倒桶体内的物料。
进一步地,翻转托盘的滑动翻转槽的长度为300-500mm。
进一步地,两根竖直导向梁的高度与桶体的高度相近但是不超过桶体的高度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的桶装提升机,本发明涉及不回收桶式提升机,主要配合用于不回收废料桶的垃圾焚烧窑设备,通过将废料桶提升、翻转、倾倒等步骤将废料桶送入垃圾破碎机。该桶式提升机通过主链轮跟从链轮带动提升链条,并通过链条带动翻转台上升到目标高度后,由液压站提供动力并通过液压缸推动,将翻转台平移400mm后翻转30-45度,倾倒固定在翻转台上的废料桶,将废料桶及废弃物滑入垃圾破碎机设备。完成后,再通过液压缸推动翻转台,翻转台随链条下降至起始位置。
本发明的桶装提升机,小角度翻转式桶装提升机更有利于配合垃圾焚烧窑使用,不仅性能稳定,更提高了物料提升效率,节约了成本。

如图1所示,小角度翻转式桶装提升机,包括提升钢架1、液压翻转台2、桶体3、升降链条4和导轨5,其中:导轨5从提升钢架1的底部位置延伸至顶部位置,液压翻转台2通过升降链条4和上传动轴9、下传动轴10带动其在导轨5上升降,进而带动液压翻转台2和桶体3升降;如图2和图3所示,液压翻转台2,包括翻转油缸21、导向轮22、翻转支架23、翻转托盘24、转台底座25和两根竖直导向梁26,导向轮22设于竖直导向梁26的竖直方向,并且导向轮22与导轨5配合连接,进而带动液压翻转台2和桶体3升降;翻转支架23固定在转台底座25的下方位置,并且其通过翻转油缸21和伸缩翻转机构27连接在翻转托盘24的底部位置;桶体3固定连接在翻转托盘24上;翻转托盘24,靠近两根竖直导向梁26的一端设有滑动翻转槽241,转台底座25通过两个耳片13和翻转铰轴14带动其沿转台底座25摆动,其中两个耳片13分别靠近一根竖直导向梁26的侧面布置;升降链条4的上传动轴9通过依次连接的电机6、减速机7和上从动链轮8带动其转动,进而带动升降链条4转动;详见图1和图4电机6上连接液压翻转台2的升高行程开关11,翻转油缸21连接桶体3的翻转行程开关12。在本发明中两根竖直导向梁26的高度与桶体的高度相近但是不超过桶体的高度翻转效果佳,并且强度和使用寿命高。
在上述实施例中,导向轮22的数量为四对,分别设于两根竖直导向梁26的竖直方向的顶部对称位置和底部对称位置,保证液压翻转台和桶体在上升过程中有较好的稳定性能。
如图2和图3所示,翻转托盘24的另一端设有横向导向轮242,转台底座25对应导向轮的位置设有一端翻转导引滑轨251,该翻转导引滑轨251的长度与翻转托盘24的滑动翻转槽241的长度相适应,进一步提高了翻转托盘和桶体与转换台底座连接的融合性,保证翻转托盘带动桶体翻转时动作是协调、平滑和均匀的,不会出现猛烈反转,提高了翻转托盘和桶体的使用寿命。
如图2所示,翻转支架23靠近桶体3的底部位置连接,保证翻转油缸21带动翻转托盘24和桶体3翻转30-45度,进而倾斜倾倒桶体内的物料。翻转托盘24的滑动翻转槽241的长度为300-500mm,翻转的稳定性较好,同时翻转托盘的使用寿命较长。

  1. 小角度翻转式桶装提升机,其特征在于:包括提升钢架(1)、液压翻转台(2)、桶体(3)、升降链条(4)和导轨(5),其中:导轨(5)从提升钢架(1)的底部位置延伸至顶部位置,液压翻转台(2)通过升降链条(4)和上传动轴(9)、下传动轴(10)带动其在导轨(5)上升降,进而带动液压翻转台(2)和桶体(3)升降;
    液压翻转台(2),包括翻转油缸(21)、导向轮(22)、翻转支架(23)、翻转托盘(24)、转台底座(25)和两根竖直导向梁(26),导向轮(22)设于竖直导向梁(26)的竖直方向,并且导向轮(22)与导轨(5)配合连接,进而带动液压翻转台(2)和桶体(3)升降;
    翻转支架(23)固定在转台底座(25)的下方位置,并且其通过翻转油缸(21)和伸缩翻转机构(27)连接在翻转托盘(24)的底部位置;
    桶体(3)固定连接在翻转托盘(24)上;
