Description

一种工程机械用液压油箱总成及具有其的工程机械 技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,特别是涉及一种工程机械用液压油箱总成及具有其的工程机械。
背景技术
诸如混凝土泵车(以下简称泵车)的工程机械,具工作驱动方式为以液压泵把压力油输送到液压执行元件。在液压油循环过程中,需要一个容器来容纳循环的液压油。通常采用液压油箱来用作所述容器。
目前泵车液压油箱主要分为独立液压油箱和集成液压油箱。独立液压油箱因维修方便成为目前泵车的主流配置,但独立液压油箱增加了泵车的重量。因泵车摆缸回油存在较大的冲击,简单的液压油箱减重存在油箱结构开裂风险。
集成液压油箱主要设在支撑台内部,这类液压油箱清洗不便,维修不便,主要在摆腿泵车上使用。
独立液压油箱为独立的部件,固定在泵车走台上,上面安装有回油和吸油管路。整个油箱重量300kg左右,不利于泵车重量的降低。且回油和吸油都装在一个油箱上,一旦回油冲击导致油箱开裂,需要把液压油从油箱里放出再进行维修,这个不便集成液压油箱也存在。
上述的两种油箱结构,均采用钢板焊接整个油箱,喷漆,液压油冷却需要采用较大的冷却器,占用较大的空间,不利于泵车的总体布置。
名称为“一种混凝土泵车及其分体式液压油箱”的中国实用新型专利第201020116942.3号公开了一种分体式液压油箱。所述分体式液压油箱用于混凝土泵车的液压系统,包括通过管道相连接的左油箱和右油箱,对称地 设置于所述混凝土泵车的副车架两边。
名称为“液压油箱布局改良的流动式起重机”的中国实用新型专利第200920278580.5号也公开了一种分体式液压油箱。所述分体式液压油箱包括:第一液压油箱,设置在吊臂的一侧,其顶部设有空气滤清器和回油滤清器;第二液压油箱,对称设置在吊臂的另一侧,其顶部设置有空气滤清器和回油滤清器。第一液压油箱和第二液压油箱上设置有供油接口和多个泄油接口。
现有的两个分体式液压油箱专利仅仅是把液压油箱分为两部分,为了分体而分体,没有考虑泵车摆缸回油冲击的不利影响以及分体后带来整体重量的上升等不利影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工程机械用液压油箱总成来克服或至少减轻现有技术的上述缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种工程机械用液压油箱总成,其中,包括:主油箱,其设置在所述工程机械的车身上;摆缸回油油箱,其设置在所述工程机械的车身上,且与所述主油箱间隔开,所述工程机械的摆缸的回油口与所述摆缸回油油箱连通;以及连通油管,其连通所述主油箱和所述摆缸回油油箱。
优选地,所述摆缸回油油箱的材料的硬度大于所述主油箱的材料的硬度。
优选地,所述摆缸回油油箱为钢质油箱;所述主油箱为铝合金油箱。
优选地,所述摆缸回油油箱的容积小于所述主油箱的容积。
优选地,所述摆缸回油油箱设置在工程机械后部处。
优选地,所述摆缸回油油箱的底部高于所述主油箱的底部。

有利的是,所述工程机械进一步包括冷却装置,所述冷却装置设置在所述连通油管周围,用于对所述连通油管进行冷却。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种分体式独立液压油箱,将油箱分为摆缸回油油箱和主油箱。其中,摆缸回油油箱放在布料杆主支撑处,位置比主油 箱高,利于回油到主油箱,又可代替布料杆主支撑的功能。主油箱可采用导热率高的轻质金属材料(比如铝合金)制作,利于散热。本发明既可以有效降低重量,还可以解决回油冲击所导致的结构件开裂问题。
因为泵车摆缸回油存在较高液压冲击,现有独立油箱均采用钢板制作,且需加强回油接头安装座。轻质材料的焊接性差,一旦出现开裂补焊困难,限制了其在独立油箱的使用。本发明通过把具有液压冲击的回油管路安装在容积较小的钢质油箱上,优化了管路布置,可解决开裂问题。而且摆缸回油管比之前大幅缩短,摆缸回油油箱和主油箱之间连通油管可以采取冷却措施对液压油进行降温。主油箱所采用的材料的硬度不需要很高,而且优选为轻质且导热性较好的材料,例如采用铝合金制作,既可以减重又避免了液压回油冲击所导致的开裂问题。另外,由于铝合金的高导热性,采用铝合金制作的主油箱又可以有效进行散热,减轻液压冷却系统的散热压力。摆缸回油油箱和主油箱通过连通油管连通,实现液压油流通,吸油接头布置在主油箱上。
最后需要指出的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制。尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种工程机械用液压油箱总成,其特征在于,包括:
    主油箱,其设置在所述工程机械的车身上;
    摆缸回油油箱,其设置在所述工程机械的车身上,且与所述主油箱间隔开,且其体积小于所述主油箱的体积;以及
    连通油管,其连通所述主油箱和所述摆缸回油油箱。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的工程机械用液压油箱总成,其特征在于,
    所述工程机械的摆缸的回油口与所述摆缸回油油箱连通。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的工程机械用液压油箱总成,其特征在于,所述摆缸回油油箱的材料的硬度大于所述主油箱的材料的硬度。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的工程机械用液压油箱总成,其特征在于,所述摆缸回油油箱为钢质油箱;所述主油箱为铝合金油箱。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的工程机械用液压油箱总成,其特征在于,所述摆缸回油油箱的容积小于所述主油箱的容积。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的工程机械用液压油箱总成,其特征在于,所述摆缸回油油箱设置在工程机械后部处。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的工程机械用液压油箱总成,其特征在于,所述摆缸回油油箱的底部高于所述主油箱的底部。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的工程机械用液压油箱总成,其特征在于,所述工程机械用液压油箱总成进一步包括摆缸回油管,所述摆缸回油管垂直于所述摆缸回油油箱的底板设置。
  9. 一种工程机械,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的工程机械用液压油箱总成。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的工程机械,其特征在于,所述工程机械为混凝土泵车。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的工程机械,其特征在于,所述工程机械进一步包括臂架,在臂架处于收起状态时,所述摆缸回油油箱的顶部对所述臂架提供支撑。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的工程机械,其特征在于,所述工程机械进一步包括冷却装置,所述冷却装置设置在所述连通油管周围,用于对所述连通油管进行冷却。
