Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种输砂半挂车及其动力系统,动力系统包括;固定架(4),所述固定架具有第一支撑架(41)及第二支撑架(42),所述第一支撑架(41)与所述第二支撑架(42)通过连接侧梁(43)固定连接;设置于所述第一支撑架(41)上的发动机(1)及液压油箱(3);设置于所述第二支撑架(42)上的燃油箱(5)及电瓶箱(6)。本实用新型提供的动力系统,本实用新型实施例提供的动力系统,将发动机、液压油箱、燃油箱及电瓶箱整体安装于固定架上,以便于动力系统的整体安装;并且,将发动机及液压油箱安装于固定架的第一支撑架上,燃油箱及电瓶箱安装于固定架的第二支撑架上,方便了单个装置的拆装,进而便于维修维护。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及输砂设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种输砂半挂车及其动力系统。
背景技术
随着油田增产压裂用砂量的增加,对压裂用砂的运输和储存效率提出了更高的要求。
对于页岩气、致密油气的开发,水平分段压裂是核心关键技术,随着国内水平分段压裂技术的引进和推广,大规模输砂设备成为油田作业的需求,而国内没有相应的设备。
但是,目前的大型输砂设备,结构复杂,各个动力装置(如发动机、液压油箱及电瓶箱等)分散安装。既不便于将动力装置安装于输砂设备上,也不便于动力装置的维修维护。
综上所述,如何提供一种动力系统,以便于安装及维修维护,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种动力系统,以便于安装及维修维护。本实用新型还提供了一种具有上述动力系统的输砂半挂车。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种动力系统,包括:
固定架,所述固定架具有第一支撑架及第二支撑架,所述第一支撑架与所述第二支撑架通过连接侧梁固定连接;
设置于所述第一支撑架上的发动机及液压油箱;
设置于所述第二支撑架上的燃油箱及电瓶箱。
优选地,上述动力系统中,还包括对所述发动机散热的水冷散热器,所述水冷散热器固定设置于所述第一支撑架上。
优选地,上述动力系统中,所述发动机的数量为两个且对称设置于所述液压油箱两侧。
优选地,上述动力系统中,所述水冷散热器的数量为两个且与所述发动机一一对应。
优选地,上述动力系统中,所述第一支撑架上设置有用于整体安装的固定孔。
优选地,上述动力系统中,所述连接侧梁为角钢,所述连接侧梁的夹角朝向所述固定架的内部。
本实用新型还提供了一种输砂半挂车,所述输砂半挂车包括输砂机架、设置于所述输砂机架上的输送皮带及设置于所述输砂机架上的动力系统,所述动力系统为如上面任一项所述的动力系统。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述输砂机架包括倾斜机架及与所述倾斜机架连接的水平机架,所述动力系统设置于所述倾斜机架或所述水平机架上。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述动力系统设置于所述倾斜机架上;
所述倾斜机架上设置有支撑所述动力系统的水平支撑架;所述水平支撑架的一端设置有与所述倾斜机架的高端连接的第一竖直支架,另一端设置有与所述倾斜机架的底端连接的第二竖直支架。
优选地,上述输砂半挂车中,所述水平支撑架、所述第一竖直支架、所述第二竖直支架及所述倾斜机架通过焊接连接。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型提供的动力系统,本实用新型实施例提供的动力系统,将发动机、液压油箱、燃油箱及电瓶箱整体安装于固定架上,以便于动力系统的整体安装;并且,将发动机及液压油箱安装于固定架的第一支撑架上,燃油箱及电瓶箱安装于固定架的第二支撑架上,方便了单个装置的拆装,进而便于维修维护。
本实用新型还提供了一种具有上述动力系统的输砂半挂车。由于本实用新型提供的输砂半挂车具有上述动力系统,因此,具有上述动力系统的输砂半挂车也应具有同样的技术效果,在此不再详细介绍。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种动力系统,以便于安装及维修维护。本实用新型还提供了一种具有上述动力系统的输砂半挂车。
请参考图1和图2,图1为本实用新型实施例提供的动力系统的结构示意图;图2为本实用新型实施例提供的输砂半挂车的结构示意图。
本实用新型实施例提供了一种动力系统,包括:固定架4,固定架具有第一支撑架41及第二支撑架42,第一支撑架41与第二支撑架42通过连接侧梁43固定连接;设置于第一支撑架41上的发动机1及液压油箱3;设置于第二支撑架42上的燃油箱5及电瓶箱6。
本实用新型实施例提供的动力系统,将发动机1、液压油箱3、燃油箱5及电瓶箱6整体安装于固定架4上,以便于动力系统的整体安装;并且,将发动机1及液压油箱3安装于固定架4的第一支撑架41上,燃油箱5及电瓶箱6安装于固定架4的第二支撑架42上,方便了单个装置的拆装,进而便于维修维护。
为了提高散热效果,本实用新型实施例提供的动力系统还包括对发动机1散热的水冷散热器2,水冷散热器2固定设置于第一支撑架41上。通过水冷散热器2对发动机1散热。
本实施例为双发动机的动力系统,即发动机1的数量为两个。出于安装方便及受力平衡的考虑,两个发动机1对称设置于液压油箱3两侧。
进一步地,水冷散热器2的数量为两个且与发动机1一一对应。
如图1所示,第一支撑架41与第二支撑架42沿竖直方向排列,即第一支撑架41为动力系统的第一层支架,第二支撑架42为动力系统的第二层支架。为了提高动力系统的安装稳定性,第一支撑架41上设置有用于整体安装的固定孔。动力系统通过一支撑架41上设置的固定孔固定装配,第二支撑架42及设置于第二支撑架42上的燃油箱5及电瓶箱6设置于输砂半挂车的动力系统位置下方,避免动力系统重心过高而产生晃动,进而提高了动力系统的安装稳定性。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,第一支撑架41与第二支撑架42均为四边框架,第一支撑架41与第二支撑架42的四个角之间均设置有连接侧梁43。优选地,连接侧梁43为角钢,连接侧梁43的夹角朝向固定架4的内部。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种输砂半挂车,输砂半挂车包括输砂机架、设置于输砂机架上的输送皮带9及设置于输砂机架上的动力系统A,其特征在于,动力系统A为如上述任一种的动力系统。由于本实用新型实施例提供的输砂半挂车具有上述动力系统,因此,具有上述动力系统的输砂半挂车也应具有同样的技术效果,在此不再详细介绍。
其中,输砂机架包括倾斜机架7及与倾斜机架7连接的水平机架8,动力系统设置于倾斜机架7或水平机架8上。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,动力系统A设置于倾斜机架7上方。倾斜机架7上设置有支撑动力系统A的水平支撑架10;水平支撑架10的一端设置有与倾斜机架7的高端连接的第一竖直支架11,另一端设置有与倾斜机架7的底端连接的第二竖直支架12。通过第一竖直支架11及第二竖直支架12的设置,有效提高了水平支撑架10的支撑平稳性,进而提高了动力系统A的支撑稳定性。
优选地,水平支撑架10、第一竖直支架11、第二竖直支架12及倾斜机架7通过焊接连接。也可以通过螺栓固定,在此不再一一介绍且均在保护范围之内。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种动力系统,其特征在于,包括:
固定架(4),所述固定架具有第一支撑架(41)及第二支撑架(42),所述第一支撑架(41)与所述第二支撑架(42)通过连接侧梁(43)固定连接;
设置于所述第一支撑架(41)上的发动机(1)及液压油箱(3);
设置于所述第二支撑架(42)上的燃油箱(5)及电瓶箱(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力系统,其特征在于,还包括对所述发动机(1)散热的水冷散热器(2),所述水冷散热器(2)固定设置于所述第一支撑架(41)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力系统,其特征在于,所述发动机(1)的数量为两个且对称设置于所述液压油箱(3)两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力系统,其特征在于,所述水冷散热器(2)的数量为两个且与所述发动机(1)一一对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一支撑架(41)上设置有用于整体安装的固定孔。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的动力系统,其特征在于,所述连接侧梁(43)为角钢,所述连接侧梁(43)的夹角朝向所述固定架(4)的内部。
7.一种输砂半挂车,所述输砂半挂车包括输砂机架、设置于所述输砂机架上的输送皮带(9)及设置于所述输砂机架上的动力系统(A),其特征在于,所述动力系统(A)为如权利要求1-6任一项所述的动力系统。
8.根据权利要求7所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述输砂机架包括倾斜机架(7)及与所述倾斜机架(7)连接的水平机架(8),所述动力系统(A)设置于所述倾斜机架(7)或所述水平机架(8)上。
9.如权利要求8所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述动力系统(A)设置于所述倾斜机架(7)上;
所述倾斜机架(7)上设置有支撑所述动力系统(A)的水平支撑架(10);所述水平支撑架(10)的一端设置有与所述倾斜机架(7)的高端连接的第一竖直支架(11),另一端设置有与所述倾斜机架(7)的底端连接的第二竖直支架(12)。
10.如权利要求9所述的输砂半挂车,其特征在于,所述水平支撑架(10)、所述第一竖直支架(11)、所述第二竖直支架(12)及所述倾斜机架(7)通过焊接连接。
