技术领域
本发明涉及直升乘客电梯零配件的技术领域, 更具体地说, 本发明涉及一种电梯轿箱的 轿顶。
背景技术
轿厢是电梯用来运载乘客或货物及其它载荷的轿体部件。 而轿厢轿顶是轿厢不可或缺的 部件, 其通常由包括顶板、 加强筋以及其它附属配件的部件所组成; 在现有技术中, 轿顶各 个零部件之间通常以焊接的连接方式固定在一起。 然而焊接工艺需要定位家具才能保证相对 的位置关系要求, 而且焊接后轿顶变形不易消除, 同时还需要进行打磨和喷涂; 此外也难以 满足越来越高的审美要求; 另外, 也影响了后期零部件的维修和更换。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的在于提供一种电梯轿箱的轿顶。
为了实现上述发明目的, 本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种电梯轿箱的轿顶, 包括轿顶主体、 侧轿顶、 轿顶加强筋和装饰顶; 其特征在于: 所 述轿顶主体、 侧轿顶以及轿顶加强筋之间利用铆钉铆接, 形成轿顶主体结构; 而所述装饰顶 与所述轿顶主体结构铆接; 并且所述轿顶主体、 侧轿顶和轿顶加强筋均采用镀锌钢板制成。
其中, 所述镀锌钢板表面形成有钝化膜层。
其中, 所述钝化膜层是通过将所述镀锌钢板浸渍在钝化溶液中, 处理 1~20分钟形成, 其 中钝化溶液的温度为 70~90°C。
其中, 所述钝化膜层的附着量为 10~50g/m2。 作为优选地, 所述钝化膜层的附着量为 10~20g/m
与现有技术相比, 本发明所述的电梯轿箱的轿顶具有以下突出的有益效果:
本发明的轿顶结构采用了铆接替代了焊接工艺, 不仅保证了轿顶的强度, 而且组装过程 中轿顶组装无变形, 外形美观, 减少了加工工序繁杂过程, 而且没有焊接, 不使用油漆, 避 免了环境污染, 生产线员工的健康也更加有保证。 此外轿顶主体结构采用镀锌钢板, 不使用 油漆, 省略了表面处理环节; 而且本发明的轿顶结构中有装饰顶为装饰, 使得铆接的痕迹也 被装饰顶遮挡住, 不会因为铆接影响轿顶的美观。 总之, 与现有技术相比, 本发明所述的轿 顶结构在安装时效率高, 成本低, 作业环境优良, 无污染, 更环保; 而且轿顶结构也更加美 观。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明所述的电梯轿箱的轿顶做进一步的阐述, 以帮助本领域 的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、 技术方案有更完整、 准确和深入的理解; 需要指出的是实 施例中有关材料以及性能等的描述都是示例性的, 而并不是指对发明保护范围的限制。
实施例 1
本实施例所述的电梯轿箱的轿顶, 包括轿顶主体、 侧轿顶、 轿顶加强筋和装饰顶, 此外 还通常具有前边框、 后边框等辅助部件; 所述轿顶主体、 侧轿顶以及轿顶加强筋之间利用铆 钉铆接, 形成轿顶主体结构; 而所述装饰顶与所述轿顶主体结构铆接; 另外, 轿顶的其它零 部件, 如中间吊架连接板、 日光灯座等可通过螺丝固定在轿顶内。 并且所述轿顶主体、 侧轿 顶和轿顶加强筋均采用镀锌钢板制成, 所述的镀锌钢板可通过数控冲床加工出铆接安装孔, 然后再利用抽芯铆钉铆接; 为了防止接触腐蚀, 加工后的镀锌钢板需要进行钝化处理并在所 述镀锌钢板表面形成钝化膜层。 本实施例的轿顶结构采用了铆接替代了焊接工艺, 不仅保证 了轿顶的强度, 而且组装过程中轿顶组装无变形, 外形美观, 减少了加工工序繁杂过程, 而 且没有焊接, 不使用油漆, 避免了环境污染。
本实施例中所述的镀锌钢板表面的钝化膜层通过以下方法制备得到: 将所述镀锌钢板浸 渍在钝化溶液中, 其中钝化溶液的温度为 70~90°C, 处理时间为约 1~20分钟, 优选为 5~8分 钟。 为了提高成膜效率以及成膜的均匀性, 可以对处理液进行搅拌。 其中, 所述的钝化液由 2.5~3.0wt%氨基三亚甲基膦酸、 1.2~1.5wt%的三聚磷酸锌铝、 0.5~0.8wt/ 硼酸、 1.2~1.5wt% 的柠檬酸和余量的去离子水组成。采用所述的钝化液, 其能够形成润滑性良好的致密复合膜, 其能够保障所述镀锌钢板不发生接触腐蚀; 并且由于润滑性优异, 在轿顶组装过程中镀锌钢 板的钝化膜层也不会发生磨损。 作为优选地, 为了提供足够的耐腐蚀性, 所述钝化膜层的附 着量为 10~50g/m2, 作为优选地, 所述钝化膜层的附着量为 10~20g/m2。 本实施例给出了钝化膜层的具体例子, 并且为了方便比较还给出了对比例, 作为示例性 地, 所述镀锌钢板均为同一批次的镀锌钢板制成的试样; 所述镀锌钢板浸渍在钝化溶液中, 其中钝化溶液的温度为 80°C,处理时间为 8~10分钟;形成的钝化膜层的附着量均为约 10g/m2。 各试样以及比较样的区别只是在于钝化液的组成和 /或含量不同。

对于各试样和比较样通过中性盐雾腐蚀试验来评价其抗腐蚀能力。 所谓的中性盐雾腐蚀 试验是指参照 GB/T 10125-1997采用连续喷雾测试 120 h, 观察出现 "白锈"的面积, 用划格 法计算 "白锈 "面积所占百分数, 并参照 GB/T 6461-2002进行等级评价。 所述中性盐浸泡试 验是指将经本发明处理过的试样分别浸入 5wt/ 氯化钠溶液中 30天,观察一定时间后的"白 锈"面积百分比。 此外, 所述的钝化膜层还需要具有优异的润滑性, 为此通过比较钝化处理 前后的润滑性, 当钝化后形成的钝化膜层的润滑性与镀锌钢板基材相比为同等或更好的标记 为合格, 而将钝化后形成的钝化膜层的润滑性与镀锌钢板基材相比较差的标记为不合格。 实 验结果显示在表 2中。 表 2

3. 根据权利要求 1所述的电梯轿箱的轿顶, 其特征在于: 所述钝化膜层是通过将所述镀 锌钢板浸渍在钝化溶液中, 处理 1~20分钟形成, 其中钝化溶液的温度为 70 90 °C。
