Abstract
本发明属于彩涂板制造技术领域,公开了一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板及其制备方法,包括基板,基板的上表面和下表面由外而内依次设有面涂层、底涂层,基板设置镀锌层后进行钝化处理,镀锌层的镀层厚度为10‑15μm;面涂层包括按重量份的以下成分:环氧化聚丁二烯树脂50、乙二胺3‑6、乙炔‑丙烯酸丁酯共聚物20‑22,对笨二甲酸二辛脂1‑3、N‑甲基乙酰胺5‑6、碳化钨6‑8、二氧化钛10‑15,面涂层的厚度为12‑15μm;底涂层包括按重量份的以下成分:聚氨酯树脂50、硼砂19‑20、硅酸钠3、丙烯‑笨乙烯共聚物13‑15、γ‑内酰胺6、六甲基二硅氮烷5,底涂层厚度为8‑10μm;本发明生产效率高,节省了大量的人力,绿色环保,具有良好的隔热效果,使用寿命长,大大提高了彩涂板的耐腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明属于彩涂板制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板及其制备方法。
背景技术
彩涂板又称彩钢板,是以冷轧钢板和镀锌钢板为基板,经过表面预处理,以连续的方法涂上涂料,经过烘烤和冷却而制成的产品;彩涂板因其具有轻质、美观和良好的防腐蚀性能,又可以直接加工,彩钢板广泛用于建筑家电和交通运输等行业,对于建筑业主要用于钢结构厂房、机场、库房和冷冻等工业及商业建筑的屋顶墙面和门等,现有的复合彩涂板防腐蚀性能很不理想。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中所存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,包括基板,基板的上表面和下表面由外而内依次设有面涂层、底涂层,基板设置镀锌层后进行钝化处理,镀锌层的镀层厚度为10-15μm。
面涂层包括按重量份的以下成分:环氧化聚丁二烯树脂50、乙二胺3-6、乙炔-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物20-22,对笨二甲酸二辛脂1-3、N-甲基乙酰胺5-6、碳化钨6-8、二氧化钛10-15,面涂层的厚度为12-15μm。
底涂层包括按重量份的以下成分:聚氨酯树脂50、硼砂19-20、硅酸钠3、丙烯-笨乙烯共聚物13-15、γ-内酰胺6、六甲基二硅氮烷5,底涂层厚度为8-10μm。
一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将基板进行镀锌处理;将经过镀锌处理后的基板置于彩涂线上,进行脱脂和漂洗处理,脱脂工序为2次,漂洗工序为2次;将经过脱脂漂洗处理后的基板进行双面钝化处理,在经过双面钝化处理后的基板上涂上底涂层,进行初涂固化和强制冷却;然后使用涂辊在基板上涂上面涂层,得到彩涂板。
有益效果:本发明生产效率高,节省了大量的人力,操作便捷,安全实用,绿色环保,具有良好的隔热效果,使用寿命长,大大提高了彩涂板的耐腐蚀性。

实施例1
一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,包括基板,基板的上表面和下表面由外而内依次设有面涂层、底涂层,基板设置镀锌层后进行钝化处理,镀锌层的镀层厚度为10-15μm。
面涂层包括按重量份的以下成分:环氧化聚丁二烯树脂50、乙二胺3、乙炔-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物20,对笨二甲酸二辛脂1、N-甲基乙酰胺5、碳化钨6、二氧化钛15,面涂层的厚度为12μm。
底涂层包括按重量份的以下成分:聚氨酯树脂50、硼砂19、硅酸钠3、丙烯-笨乙烯共聚物13、γ-内酰胺10、六甲基二硅氮烷5,底涂层厚度为8μm。
一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将基板进行镀锌处理;将经过镀锌处理后的基板置于彩涂线上,进行脱脂和漂洗处理,脱脂工序为2次,漂洗工序为2次;将经过脱脂漂洗处理后的基板进行双面钝化处理,在经过双面钝化处理后的基板上涂上底涂层,进行初涂固化和强制冷却;然后使用涂辊在基板上涂上面涂层,得到彩涂板。

一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将基板进行镀锌处理;将经过镀锌处理后的基板置于彩涂线上,进行脱脂和漂洗处理,脱脂工序为2次,漂洗工序为2次;将经过脱脂漂洗处理后的基板进行双面钝化处理,在经过双面钝化处理后的基板上涂上底涂层,进行初涂固化和强制冷却;然后使用涂辊在基板上涂上面涂层,得到彩涂板。

由上表可知,本发明制得的彩涂板具有较高的耐腐蚀性。

1.一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,其特征在于:包括基板,所述基板的上表面和下表面由外而内依次设有面涂层、底涂层,所述基板设置镀锌层后进行钝化处理;
面涂层包括按重量份的以下成分:环氧化聚丁二烯树脂50、乙二胺3-6、乙炔-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物20-22,对笨二甲酸二辛脂1-3、N-甲基乙酰胺5-6、碳化钨6-8、二氧化钛10-15;
底涂层包括按重量份的以下成分:聚氨酯树脂50、硼砂19-20、硅酸钠3、丙烯-笨乙烯共聚物13-15、γ-内酰胺6、六甲基二硅氮烷5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,其特征在于:镀锌层的镀层厚度为10-15μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,其特征在于:面涂层的厚度为12-15μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,其特征在于:底涂层厚度为8-10μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将基板进行镀锌处理;将经过镀锌处理后的基板置于彩涂线上,进行脱脂和漂洗处理,脱脂工序为2次,漂洗工序为2次;将经过脱脂漂洗处理后的基板进行双面钝化处理,在经过双面钝化处理后的基板上涂上底涂层,进行初涂固化和强制冷却;然后使用涂辊在基板上涂上面涂层,得到彩涂板。
