Abstract
La présente invention concerne une casserole de cuisson à la vapeur dotée d'une pluralité de sondes de détection de température et un procédé de cuisson à la vapeur des aliments : comprenant au moins deux sondes thermosensibles disposées dans différentes positions de hauteur sur la paroi de casserole; la sonde de détection de température la plus basse est disposée sur la paroi de casserole à proximité du fond de la casserole; un matériau isolant est disposé à la périphérie extérieure des sondes de détection de température; une couche métallique de protection recouvre l'extérieur du matériau isolant; les sondes de détection de température sont étroitement reliées et ne sont pas soumises à des interférences par la température ambiante, ce qui permet d'améliorer la précision de détection; le fil de la sonde de détection de température est relié à une unité de libération de température; au moyen de l'unité de libération de température, la température dans la casserole est rapidement apprise et la chaleur est précisément réglée, la cuisson est ainsi effectuée scientifiquement; en outre, la présente invention concerne un procédé de cuisson à la vapeur à l'aide de la casserole intelligente, le procédé de cuisson à la vapeur consistant à : chauffer au voisinage du point d'ébullition : le chauffage est maintenu jusqu'à ce que la température définie t1 de la température détectée de la casserole T1 avoisine le point d'ébullition, cuisant ensuite pendant une durée spécifique à feu doux, ce qui évite un gaspillage d'énergie.
