ラックLmは、複数のポンプPnを装着するためのものであって、各ポンプPnが上下方向の決められた位置に固定される構成となっている。図示した例においては、ラックL1,L2は、それぞれ9個のポンプPnを装着可能な構成である。そして、これらのラックL1,L2は、それぞれ3つのポンプP3~P5,P6~P8を装着している。3つのポンプP3~P5,P6~P8は、ラックL1,L2の上方から1段目、2段目、3段目に装着されている。
ラック情報保持部23は、各ラックLmに設けられ、各ラックLmに対して1:1で関連付けられたラック識別情報を有する。このようなラック情報保持部23は、上述したポンプ情報保持部21と同様のものであり、例えばバーコードを有するシールやプレートである。そして、ラック情報保持部23が有するラック識別情報は、ラックLmそのものが有するラック識別情報と関連付けされ、予めサーバ40における記憶部45のラック識別情報テーブルT2に予め記憶されていることとする。
ベッド情報保持部25は、各ベッドBのそれぞれに設けられ、各ベッドBに対して1:1で関連付けられたベッド識別情報を有する。このようなベッド情報保持部25は、上述したポンプ情報保持部21およびラック情報保持部23と同様のものであり、例えばバーコードを有するシールやプレートである。なお、ベッド識別情報は、各患者に付与される患者識別情報であってもよい。この場合、ベッド情報保持部25は、例えば各患者が保持する患者情報保持部になる。またベッド情報保持部25に保持されたベッド識別情報は、ベッドが設置された位置等を特定するベッド情報と関連付けられ、サーバ40における記憶部45のベッド識別情報テーブルT3に予め記憶されていることとする。
読取端末30は、モニタ装置1を構成するものである。この読取端末30は、ポンプ情報保持部21、ラック情報保持部23、およびベッド情報保持部25から情報を読み取るための端末装置である。したがって、ポンプ情報保持部21、ラック情報保持部23、およびベッド情報保持部25が有する各識別情報がバーコードである場合、この読取端末30は、バーコードリーダである。この読取端末30は、操作部31および表示部33を備えている。操作部31は、例えば読み取り動作を開始または終了させるための、開始情報および終了情報を入力する部分である。また表示部33は、例えば液晶表示パネルである。
入出力制御部41は、モニタ装置1を構成するものである。この入出力制御部41は、読取端末30によって読み取った各識別情報と、各ポンプPnから送信された各ポンプPnのポンプ情報と、ラックLmの通信手段から送信されたポンプ装着位置情報およびポンプ識別情報とを取得し、記憶部45に記憶させる。
演算処理部43は、モニタ装置1を構成するものである。この演算処理部43は、入出力制御部41で取得した情報、記憶部45に記憶された情報に基づいて、セントラルモニタ51およびベッドサイドモニタ53においてポンプ情報を表示するための画像データを作成する。この演算処理部43によって実行される画像データの作成の詳細については後述する。
記憶部45は、モニタ装置1を構成するものである。この記憶部45は、入出力制御部41で作成した関連付けに関する情報、およびその他の情報を記憶する。記憶部45に記憶される主な情報は次の通りである。
ポンプ識別情報テーブルT1は、ポンプ情報保持部21が有するポンプ識別情報と、ポンプPnから送信されるポンプ識別情報との関連付けテーブルである。
ラック識別情報テーブルT2は、ラック情報保持部23が有するラック識別情報と、ラックLmから送信されるラック識別情報との関連付けテーブルである。
ベッド識別情報テーブルT3は、ベッド情報保持部25に保持されたベッド識別情報と、ベッドBの設置位置等を特定するベッド情報との関連付けテーブルである。
ポンプ情報テーブルT4は、ポンプ情報保持部21が有するポンプ識別情報と、ポンプPnから送信されたポンプ情報との関連付けテーブルである。
ポンプ装着位置情報テーブルT5は、ラック情報保持部23が有するラック識別情報と、ラックLmから送信されたポンプ装着位置とポンプ識別情報との関連付けテーブルであり、どのラックLmの、どの装着位置に、どのポンプPnが装着されているのかを示すテーブルである。
データ登録画面テーブルT6は、図2に示すように画像データの作成に用いるデータ登録画面Aに対応するテーブルである。このデータ登録画面Aは、ポンプ表示部apと、ラック表示部alと、ベッド表示部aとを有する。例えばデータ登録画面Aは、ベッド表示部aを中心とした左右に、単体のポンプを表示するポンプ表示部apと、ラックを表示するラック表示部alとが交互に設定されている。図示した例においては、ベッド表示部aよりも左側の表示エリアと右側の表示エリアとのそれぞれに、4列のポンプ表示部apと3列のラック表示部alとが、交互に設定されている。
セントラルモニタ51は、モニタ装置1を構成するものである。セントラルモニタ51は、複数のベッドBに対応して配置された複数のポンプPnを管理するためのもので、例えばナースステーションに配置される。このようなセントラルモニタ51は、例えばパーソナルコンピュータの表示部であり、サーバ40からの指示により、演算処理部43で作成した画像データに基づいて、各ベッドBに関するベッド情報、およびベッドB脇に配置されたポンプPnのポンプ情報が表示される。
ベッドサイドモニタ53は、モニタ装置1を構成するものである。ベッドサイドモニタ53は、ベッドBの脇に配置されるものであり、表示のみを行うモニタ装置であってよい。このベッドサイドモニタ53には、サーバ40からの指示により、演算処理部43で作成した画像データに基づいて、1つのベッドBの脇に配置されたポンプPnのポンプ情報が表示される。
次に、以上のような構成のモニタ装置1の動作として、主に演算処理部43において実行される画像データの作成手順を、先の図1および図2を参照しつつ、図3および図4のフローチャートに従って説明する。
次に、以上のような適用環境において実施される医療用ポンプモニタ装置を用いた医療用ポンプモニタ方法を詳細に説明する。ここでは、図1に示した適用環境を例にとり、この適用環境においての医療用ポンプモニタ方法を説明する。
先ず読込ステップでは、読取端末30を用いて、所定の順序に従って、ポンプPnに設けられたポンプ情報保持部21のポンプ識別情報、ラックLmに設けられたラック情報保持部23のラック識別情報、およびベッドBに取り付けられたベッド情報保持部25のベッド識別情報を読み取る。
データ作成ステップでは、読込ステップにおける識別情報の読み込み順を保ったレイアウトで、各駆動情報を表示するための画像データを作成する。この際、モニタ装置1の演算処理部43が、先に図3および図4のフローチャートを用いて説明した手順で画像データを作成することにより、ポンプ識別情報、ラック識別情報、およびベッド識別情報の読み込み順を保ったレイアウトで、ポンプPnの駆動情報、ベッド位置情報、ラック位置情報を表示するための画像データを作成する。さらに演算処理部43は、ラックLmへの装着位置を保ったレイアウトで、当該ラックLmに装着された各医療用ポンプPnの駆動情報を表示するための画像データを作成する。この際、演算処理部43は、ラック識別情報に対して関連付けされたラックLmにおける医療用ポンプPnの装着位置情報に基づいて、画像データを作成する。
表示ステップでは、以上のようにデータ作成ステップで作成した画像データを、セントラルモニタ51およびベッドサイドモニタ53に表示する。
Claims (8)
- ベッド脇に配置された複数の医療用ポンプを管理するための医療用ポンプモニタ装置であって、
医療用ポンプに設けられたポンプ識別情報を順次に読み込むための読取端末と、
前記ポンプ識別情報に関連付けされたポンプ情報を、前記読取端末による前記ポンプ識別情報の読み込み順を保ったレイアウトで表示するための画像データを作成する演算処理部と
を備えた医療用ポンプモニタ装置。 - 前記読取端末は、各ベッドに対応するベッド識別情報を読み込み、
前記演算処理部は、前記ポンプ識別情報および前記ベッド識別情報の読み込み順を保ったレイアウトで、前記ポンプ情報と共にベッド位置情報を表示するための画像データを作成する
請求項1に記載の医療用ポンプモニタ装置。 - 前記読取端末は、複数の医療用ポンプを装着するためのポンプラックに設けられたラック識別情報を読み込み、
前記演算処理部は、前記ラック識別情報に関連付けられたポンプ装着位置情報とポンプ情報とに基づき、前記読取端末による前記ポンプ識別情報および前記ラック識別情報の読み込み順を保ちつつ、さらに前記ポンプ装着位置情報に基づく装着順を保ったレイアウトで、前記ポンプ情報を表示するための画像データを作成する
請求項1または2に記載の医療用ポンプモニタ装置。 - ベッド脇に配置された複数の医療用ポンプに設けられたポンプ識別情報を所定の順序に従って読み込む読込ステップと、
前記ポンプ識別情報の読み込み順を保ったレイアウトで、当該ポンプ識別情報に関連付けされたポンプ情報を表示するための画像データを作成するデータ作成ステップと、
前記データ作成ステップで作成した画像データを表示する表示ステップと
を備えた医療用ポンプモニタ方法。 - 前記読込ステップは、複数の医療用ポンプと共に配置されたベッドに対応するベッド識別情報を、前記ポンプ識別情報と同様に前記所定の順序に従って読み込み、
前記データ作成ステップは、前記ポンプ識別情報および前記ベッド識別情報の読み込み順を保ったレイアウトで、前記ポンプ情報と共にベッド位置情報を表示するための画像データを作成する
請求項4に記載の医療用ポンプモニタ方法。 - 前記読込ステップは、複数の医療用ポンプを装着するためのポンプラックに設けられたラック識別情報を、前記ポンプ識別情報と同様に前記所定の順序に従って読み込み、
前記データ作成ステップは、前記ラック識別情報に関連付けられたポンプ装着位置情報とポンプ情報とに基づき、前記ポンプ識別情報および前記ラック識別情報の読み込み順を保ちつつ、さらに前記ポンプ装着位置情報に基づく装着順を保ったレイアウトで、前記ポンプ情報を表示するための画像データを作成する
請求項4または5に記載の医療用ポンプモニタ方法。 - 前記読込ステップは、複数の医療用ポンプの配置状態に従って、一方の端から他方の端に向かって、順次前記ポンプ識別情報の読み込みを行う
請求項4~6の何れかに記載の医療用ポンプモニタ方法。 - 前記データ作成ステップは、前記読込ステップにおいて直前に読み込まれたポンプ識別情報に関連付けされたポンプ情報を登録した位置に対し、所定方向に隣接する位置から順に次に読み込まれるポンプ識別情報に関連付けされたポンプ情報を登録する
