 本願は、2014年3月28日に出願された特願2014-070273号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 蒸気タービン設備において、給水系統や復水系統を構成する配管の材料としては、炭素鋼や銅が使用される場合が多い。ここで、炭素鋼はpH値が低い(酸性)ほど、銅はpH値が高い(アルカリ性)ほど腐食が進行する。したがって、給水系統や復水系統において腐食を回避するために、例えば、給水系統中を流れる給水に薬液を注入して、水質をpH9.2(弱アルカリ性)程度に調整する必要がある。具体的には、給水にアンモニア(NH)、あるいはヒドラジン(N)を添加してpH調整を行う。さらに、給水の溶存酸素も腐食の原因となるため、ヒドラジンを添加することで溶存酸素の除去も行われる。
 ここで、給水系統の配管に薬液を注入するための薬液注入配管中に、種々の要因によって、空気が滞留している場合がある。このため、給水系統の配管に薬液を注入するとき、薬液注入配管中に滞留した空気がダンパーのような作用を生じることにより、薬液が十分に注入されない可能性がある。したがって、このような滞留した空気を除去するための技術が必要になる。
 このような技術の一例として、特許文献1に薬注装置が開示されている。特許文献1に記載されている薬注装置は、主液(水)が流れる配管と、配管に注入される薬液が流れる薬液注入流路と、主液の流量を検出して流量信号を発する主液流量計と、大吐出容量を有する大流量ポンプと、小吐出容量を有する小流量ポンプと、主液流量計の発する流量信号を受けて上記2つのポンプに流量信号を与える制御部とを備える。この薬注装置は、主液流量の大小に応じて、2つのポンプを切り替えて主液に対する薬液の注入を行う。
 さらに、この薬液装置は、大流量ポンプと小流量ポンプとが備えられた薬液供給流路の途中から、薬液が貯蔵される薬液タンクに戻る、空気抜き用の戻り流路を有している。この戻り流路によって、いずれか一方のポンプと、薬液タンクとを結ぶ循環路が形成される。すなわち、この薬液装置は、2つのポンプを切り替えるに先立って、この循環路を薬液が循環することで流路中の空気が除去される構成とされている。

 実際の蒸気タービン設備では、設置スペースや設計の都合に応じて、配管に立ち上がり部が形成されている場合がある。立ち上がり部としては、設置面に沿って敷設された配管が、いったん設置面から上方に離間して、設置面と平行な方向に延びたのち、再び設置面に沿って敷設されるような構成がこれに該当する。このような構成を採った場合、立ち上がり部に空気が滞留しやすくなる。
 従来の技術で説明した薬液注入配管でも、立ち上がり部が形成されていると、そこに空気が滞留しやすくなる。空気が滞留してしまうと、特許文献1に記載された薬注装置でも、この滞留した空気を十分に除去することができない可能性がある。
 本発明は、配管中に滞留した空気を十分に除去することができる注入装置を提供する。
 本発明の第一の態様によれば、液体が流れる配管に、注入液を注入する注入装置であって、前記配管に接続されて、前記注入液が流れる注入配管と、前記注入配管に設けられた注入用ポンプと、前記注入用ポンプよりも下流側で、前記注入配管中の空気抜き対象部位よりも上流側に接続された押出用配管と、前記押出用配管に押出用の液体を送る押出用ポンプとを備える。前記押出用ポンプの吐出量は、前記注入用ポンプの吐出量よりも大きい。
 上記構成によれば、押出用ポンプと、該押出用ポンプに接続された押出用配管とが、空気抜き対象部位よりも上流側に設けられる。加えて押出用ポンプは、注入用ポンプよりも大きな吐出量を有する。このため、空気抜き対象部位の空気を十分に除去することができる。
 本発明の第二の態様によれば、上記第一の態様に係る注入装置において、前記配管には液体を送る送水ポンプが設けられ、前記押出用配管は前記配管に設けられた前記送水ポンプの下流側に接続され、前記送水ポンプが前記押出用ポンプを兼ねる構成であってもよい。
 上記構成によれば、配管に液体を送る給水ポンプを、押出用ポンプとして兼用することができる。したがって、新規にポンプを追設する必要がなく、既存の設備に簡易な改造を施すのみで、空気抜き対象部位の空気を除去することができる。
 本発明の第三の態様によれば、上記第一の態様に係る注入装置は、前記注入配管に洗浄用の液体を送る洗浄用配管と、前記洗浄用配管に洗浄用の液体を送る洗浄用ポンプとを備え、前記洗浄用配管は、前記注入用ポンプよりも下流側で、前記注入配管中の空気抜き対象部位よりも上流側に接続されて前記押出用配管の一部をなし、前記洗浄用ポンプが前記押出用ポンプを兼ねる構成であってもよい。
 上記構成によれば、洗浄用配管に洗浄用の液体を送る洗浄用ポンプを、押出用ポンプとして兼用することができる。したがって、新規にポンプを追設する必要がなく、既存の設備に簡易な改造を施すのみで、空気抜き対象部位の空気を除去することができる。
 本発明の第四の態様によれば、蒸気タービン設備は、上述のいずれかの態様に係る注入装置と、蒸気を発生させるボイラと、前記蒸気で駆動される蒸気タービンと、前記蒸気タービンから排気された蒸気を水に戻す復水器と、前記復水器で生成された水を前記ボイラに戻す給水配管と、前記給水配管に設けられた給水ポンプと、を備える。前記給水配管は、前記配管である。
 上記構成によれば、給水配管中の水質を適切な状態に維持することができる蒸気タービン設備を提供することができる。
 上記した注入装置によれば、配管中の空気を適切に除去することができる。加えて、蒸気タービン設備における給水配管中の水質を適切な状態に維持することができる。

〔実施形態〕
 以下、本発明の実施形態に係る注入装置1について、図面を参照して説明する。
 図1に示すように、蒸気タービン設備100は、ボイラ61と、蒸気タービン51と、蒸気タービン51に接続される外部機器52と、復水器53と、給水ポンプ33と、注入装置1と、補給装置2と、を有している。
 ボイラ61は蒸気を発生させ、発生させた蒸気を蒸気タービン51に送る。蒸気タービン51は、ボイラ61で発生した蒸気によって駆動される。外部機器52は、蒸気タービン51に接続された発電機等の装置であって、蒸気タービン51の出力によって駆動される。復水器53は、蒸気タービン51から排気された蒸気を復水するために設けられる。復水器53とボイラ61とは給水配管18(配管18)によって互いに接続されている。これによって、給水配管18は蒸気タービン設備100における給水系統Wとなる。
 また、給水配管18上には、給水としての水(液体)を供給するための給水ポンプ33が設けられている。給水ポンプ33は、復水器53からボイラ61に水を供給する。給水ポンプ33は蒸気タービン設備100における送水ポンプとなる。
 注入装置1は、蒸気タービン設備100における配管の腐食を抑制するための薬液を供給するために設けられる。補給装置2は、給水系統W中に水を補給するために設けられる。
 注入装置1は、薬液(注入液)を貯留する薬液タンク41と、薬液タンク41から供給された薬液を給水配管18中に注入する注入配管3と、注入配管3上に設けられて薬液を注入する注入用ポンプ31と、を有している。注入用ポンプ31としては、定量ポンプの一種であるダイアフラムポンプが用いられる。なお、上述の給水ポンプ33の吐出量は、注入用ポンプ31の吐出量よりも大きい。
 注入配管3上には、薬液タンク41から給水配管18に向かって順番に、第一注入バルブ20と、注入用ポンプ31と、第二注入バルブ21と、が配置されている。なお、以降の説明では、注入配管3上における薬液タンク41側を上流側とし、給水配管18側を下流側とする。
 注入配管3における第二注入バルブ21の下流側には、立ち上がり部Xが設けられている。立ち上がり部Xは、蒸気タービン設備100の設置スペースや設計上の制約から、やむを得ず形成される配管の態様である。
 立ち上がり部Xは、設置面に沿って敷設された注入配管3が、いったん設置面から上方に離間して、設置面とおおむね平行な方向に延びたのち、再び設置面に沿って敷設されるような構成とされている。すなわち、立ち上がり部Xの内部では、設置面に沿って敷設されている注入配管3における他の部分に比して、空気が滞留しやすい。滞留した空気は、注入配管3の内部に注入された薬液に対して、ダンパーのような作用を生じる。
 したがって、蒸気タービン設備100の運転に際しては、このような空気を除去するために、空気を抜く必要がある。すなわち、立ち上がり部Xは空気抜き対象部位とされている。
 補給装置2は、補給水としての水を貯留する補給水タンク42と、この水を復水器53に導入する補給水用配管4と、補給水用配管4上に設けられて水を供給する補給水用ポンプ32(後述の洗浄用ポンプを兼ねる)を有している。
 補給水用配管4上には、補給水タンク42から復水器53に向かって順番に、補給水用ポンプ32と、補給水用バルブ26と、が配置されている。なお、以降の説明では、補給水用配管4上における補給水タンク42側を上流側とし、復水器53側を下流側とする。
 注入配管3における注入用ポンプ31の上流側と、補給水用配管4における補給水用ポンプ32の下流側とは、洗浄用配管5によって接続されている。洗浄用配管5上には、注入配管3側から順番に第一洗浄用バルブ22,第二洗浄用バルブ25が配置されている。
 給水配管18における給水ポンプ33の下流側と、注入配管3における注入用ポンプ31の下流側とは、第一洗浄用バルブ22と第二洗浄用バルブ25との間に設けられた接続部Cを経て、押出用配管6によって互いに接続されている。押出用配管6上には、注入配管3から給水配管18に向かって順番に、第一押出バルブ23と、第二押出バルブ24とが設けられている。
 洗浄用配管5には、上述の補給水タンク42から供給される水が流れる。このため、第一洗浄用バルブ22と第二洗浄用バルブ25を開放し、第一押出バルブ23と補給水用バルブ26を閉止することで、注入配管3ならびに注入用ポンプ31が水により洗浄される。なお、洗浄用配管5を介して洗浄用の水を導入するためには、補給水用ポンプ32が駆動される。すなわち、補給水用ポンプ32は、洗浄用ポンプを兼ねている。
 続いて、上述のように構成された注入装置1及び蒸気タービン設備100の動作について説明する。
 蒸気タービン設備100は、通常運転時には以下のように動作する。まず、ボイラ61にて発生させた蒸気を蒸気タービン51に供給する。蒸気タービン51は、供給された蒸気によって回転し、接続された外部機器52を駆動させる。
 続いて、蒸気タービン51から排気された蒸気は、復水器53に送られる。復水器53では熱交換により蒸気を凝縮させ蒸気を水に戻す。この水は給水として、給水配管18上に設けられた給水ポンプ33によってボイラ61に供給される。ボイラ61では、この水を加熱し蒸気を発生させる。このように、蒸気タービン設備100を運転することで、復水器53からボイラ61に給水配管18を介して水が流れる。
 ここで、蒸気タービン設備100では、各配管が主に炭素鋼によって形成されるため、水による腐食に対する措置が要求される。このような措置として、注入装置1による薬液の注入が行われる。薬液としては、水のpHを調整するためのヒドラジンやアンモニアが主に用いられる。給水配管18内部を流れる給水は、このような薬液によって弱アルカリ性に維持される。
 注入装置1、補給装置2の動作について以下で説明する。
 注入装置1における薬液タンク41には、上述のヒドラジンやアンモニア等の薬液が貯留されている。薬液タンク41から供給された薬液は、注入配管3を通って給水配管18におけるボイラ61の上流に注入される。上述のように注入される薬液により給水のpHが調整されるため、給水配管18の腐食を防ぐことができる。
 給水配管18上には、測定装置70が設けられている。この測定装置70は、給水配管18を流れる水における薬液の濃度を測定する。この濃度に応じて注入装置1では、第一注入バルブ20と第二注入バルブ21が開閉されるとともに、注入用ポンプ31が駆動される。これにより、蒸気タービン設備100の運転中であっても、薬液が注入される。
 さらに、蒸気タービン設備100では、継続的な運転に伴って給水配管18を流れる水(給水)を適宜補給する必要がある。水を補給するために、補給装置2が用いられる。
 補給装置2における補給水タンク42には、補給水としての水が貯留されている。本実施形態では、補給水タンク42の水は、補給水用配管4を通って復水器53に供給される。水の補給を行うに際して、補給装置2では、第二洗浄用バルブ25を閉止し補給水用バルブ26を開放するとともに、補給水用ポンプ32を駆動する。
 ここで、上述の通り、注入配管3における第二注入バルブ21の下流側には、立ち上がり部Xが設けられている。立ち上がり部Xの内部に滞留する空気を抜く際の、注入装置1の動作について図2と図3を参照して説明する。
 空気抜きは、空気抜き対象部位(立ち上がり部X)に、水を比較的大量に流すことで行われる。立ち上がり部Xに水を流すに当たっては、給水配管18上を流れる水(給水)を利用する押出用系統Aと、補給水タンク42に貯留された水(補給水)を用いる押出用系統Bと、のいずれか一方が用いられる。
 給水配管18上を流れる水を用いて空気抜きを行う押出用系統Aについて、図2を参照して説明する。以降の説明では、押出用配管6はA押出用配管6Aとする。
 給水配管18上を流れる給水を利用するために、まずA押出用配管6A上における第一押出バルブ23、第二押出バルブ24及び注入配管3上における第二注入バルブ21が、それぞれ開放される。上記以外のバルブ、すなわち第一注入バルブ20,第一洗浄用バルブ22,第二洗浄用バルブ25,補給水用バルブ26は閉止されている。これにより、給水配管18と立ち上がり部Xとは、A押出用配管6Aと注入配管3を介して連通された状態となる。
 このような状態において、第一押出用ポンプとして給水ポンプ33が駆動する。すると、給水配管18上を流れる水の一部は、A押出用配管6Aと注入配管3を流れ、注入配管3上における立ち上がり部Xを流れることにより、立ち上がり部Xから滞留する空気を押し出す。給水ポンプ33には、滞留する空気を立ち上がり部Xから押し出すのに十分な吐出量(流速)を有する。このため、図2に示すように、給水ポンプ33の下流側の給水配管18と立ち上がり部XをA押出用配管6Aと注入配管3を介して連通させ、給水ポンプ33から吐出された水が立ち上がり部Xを流れるので、立ち上がり部Xから滞留した空気を押し出すことができる。立ち上がり部Xから押し出された空気は、注入配管3から給水配管18に流れボイラ61に流れる。
 次に、補給水タンク42に貯留された水を用いる押出用系統Bについて、図3を参照して説明する。以降の説明では、補給水用配管4と、洗浄用配管5の一部と、押出用配管6の一部と、から形成される経路を、B押出用配管6Bとする。
 より詳細には、B押出用配管6Bは、洗浄用配管5における補給水用ポンプ32から接続部Cにかけての部分と、押出用配管6における接続部Cから注入配管3にかけての部分と、を含む。
 B押出用配管6Bにおいては、補給水タンク42に貯留された水を利用するために、まず第二洗浄用バルブ25と、第一押出バルブ23がそれぞれ開放される。さらに、注入配管3上における第二注入バルブ21も開放される。上記以外のバルブ、すなわち第一注入バルブ20,第一洗浄用バルブ22,第二押出バルブ24,補給水用バルブ26は閉止されている。これにより、補給水タンク42と立ち上がり部Xとは、B押出用配管6Bと注入配管3を介して連通された状態となる。
 このような状態において、第二押出用ポンプとして補給水用ポンプ32が駆動される。すると、補給水タンク42から供給された水は、上述のB押出用配管6Bと注入配管3を流れ、注入配管3上における立ち上がり部Xを流れることにより、立ち上がり部Xから滞留する空気を押し出す。補給水用ポンプ32には、給水ポンプ33と同様に滞留する空気を立ち上がり部Xから押し出すのに十分な吐出量(流速)を有する。このため、図3に示すように、補給水タンク42と立ち上がり部XをB押出用配管6Bと注入配管3を介して連通させ、補給水用ポンプ32から吐出された水が立ち上がり部Xを流れるので、立ち上がり部Xから滞留した空気を押し出すことができる。立ち上がり部Xから押し出された空気は、注入配管3から給水配管18に流れボイラ61に流れる。
 上述のように、本実施形態に係る注入装置1では、第一押出用ポンプとしての給水ポンプ33と、給水ポンプ33に接続された押出用配管6とが、空気抜き対象部位(立ち上がり部X)よりも上流側に設けられる。加えて、給水ポンプ33は、注入用ポンプ31よりも大きな吐出量を有するため、立ち上がり部Xに滞留した空気を十分に除去することができる。
 さらに、本実施形態に係る注入装置1では、給水配管18上に設けられた給水ポンプ33を、第一押出用ポンプとして兼用している。したがって、空気抜きのためにポンプを追加して設ける必要がなく、既存の設備に簡易な改造を施すのみで立ち上がり部Xの空気を除去することができる。
 また、注入装置1では、洗浄用配管5に洗浄用の水を供給する補給水用ポンプ32を、第二押出用ポンプとして兼用している。したがって、ポンプを追加して設ける必要がなく、既存の設備に簡易な改造を施すのみで、立ち上がり部Xの空気を除去することができる。
 加えて、注入装置1では、注入用ポンプ31を洗浄するとともに、洗浄に供された水が立ち上がり部Xに導かれて、立ち上がり部Xの空気を除去することもできる。
 さらに、本実施形態に係る注入装置1は、給水配管18は蒸気タービン設備100における給水配管18(給水系統W)に対して簡易な改造を施すのみで設けることができる。
 以上、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照して詳述したが、上述の実施形態における各構成及びそれらの組み合わせ等は一例であり、本発明の趣旨から逸脱しない範囲内で、構成の付加、省略、置換、及びその他の変更が可能である。
 上述した注入装置は、蒸気タービン設備の配管系統に適用することができる。この注入装置によれば、配管中の空気を適切に除去することができる。加えて、蒸気タービン設備における給水配管中の水質を適切な状態に維持することができる。

Claims (4)

  1.  液体が流れる配管に、注入液を注入する注入装置であって、
     前記配管に接続されて、前記注入液が流れる注入配管と、
     前記注入配管に設けられた注入用ポンプと、
     前記注入用ポンプよりも下流側で、前記注入配管中の空気抜き対象部位よりも上流側に接続された押出用配管と、
     前記押出用配管に押出用の液体を送る押出用ポンプとを備え、
     前記押出用ポンプの吐出量は、前記注入用ポンプの吐出量よりも大きい注入装置。
  2.  前記配管には液体を送る送水ポンプが設けられ、
     前記押出用配管は前記配管に設けられた前記送水ポンプの下流側に接続され、
     前記送水ポンプが前記押出用ポンプを兼ねる請求項1に記載の注入装置。
  3.  前記注入配管に洗浄用の液体を送る洗浄用配管と、
     前記洗浄用配管に洗浄用の液体を送る洗浄用ポンプとを備え、
     前記洗浄用配管は、前記注入用ポンプよりも下流側で、前記注入配管中の空気抜き対象部位よりも上流側に接続されて前記押出用配管の一部をなし、
     前記洗浄用ポンプが前記押出用ポンプを兼ねる請求項1に記載の注入装置。
  4.  請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の前記注入装置と、蒸気を発生させるボイラと、前記蒸気で駆動される蒸気タービンと、前記蒸気タービンから排気された蒸気を水に戻す復水器と、前記復水器で生成された水を前記ボイラに戻す給水配管と、を備え、
     前記給水配管は、前記配管である蒸気タービン設備。
