Claims (12)
- 同一の商品又はサービスを対象に所定の数量の購入予約がされた商品又はサービスの販売を管理する販売管理装置であって、
同一の商品又はサービスを対象に所定の数量の購入予約がされた商品又はサービスについて、購入予約をした顧客を識別する顧客コード、購入予約がされた商品又はサービスを識別する商品コード、購入予約がされた商品又はサービスの予約時に決定された予約数量から予約後に販売された販売済数量を減じた予約残数量、及び予約残数量が減少する毎に販売価格が変動する商品又はサービスの購入条件に関する情報を含む購入予約情報を記憶する記憶手段と、
ネットワークで接続された端末装置から、顧客を識別する顧客コードと商品又はサービスを識別する商品コードが指定された商品又はサービスの購入要求を受信する受信手段と、
前記受信手段が受信した購入要求に指定された顧客コードと商品コードの組合せをキーに前記記憶手段を検索し、予約残数量が存在する購入予約の有無から、購入予約分としての販売が可能かを判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段によって購入予約分としての販売が可能と判断されると、前記記憶手段に記憶された購入条件に従って購入要求に対応する商品又はサービスの販売価格又は値引額を決定し、前記端末装置に送信する送信手段と、
前記記憶手段に記憶された購入予約情報に含まれる予約残数量を、前記判断手段によって購入予約分としての販売が可能と判断された商品又はサービスの数量を減じて更新する更新手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする販売管理装置。 - 同一の商品又はサービスを対象に所定の数量の購入予約がされた商品又はサービスの販売を管理する販売管理装置であって、
同一の商品又はサービスを対象に所定の数量の購入予約がされた商品又はサービスについて、購入予約をした顧客を識別する顧客コード、購入予約がされた商品又はサービスを識別する商品コード、購入予約がされた商品又はサービスの予約時に決定された予約数量及び予約後に販売された販売済数量、並びに前記予約数量から前記販売済数量を減じた予約残数量が減少する毎に販売価格が変動する商品又はサービスの購入条件に関する情報を含む購入予約情報を記憶する記憶手段と、
ネットワークで接続された端末装置から、顧客を識別する顧客コードと商品又はサービスを識別する商品コードが指定された商品又はサービスの購入要求を受信する受信手段と、
前記受信手段が受信した購入要求に指定された顧客コードと商品コードの組合せをキーに前記記憶手段を検索し、予約時に決定された予約数量から予約後に販売された販売済数量を減じた予約残数量が存在する購入予約の有無から、購入予約分としての販売が可能かを判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段によって購入予約分としての販売が可能と判断されると、前記記憶手段に記憶された購入条件に従って購入要求に対応する商品又はサービスの販売価格又は値引額を決定し、前記端末装置に送信する送信手段と、
前記記憶手段に記憶された購入予約情報に含まれる予約後に販売された販売済数量を、前記判断手段によって購入予約分としての販売が可能と判断された商品又はサービスの数量を加えて更新する更新手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする販売管理装置。 - 前記記憶手段に記憶される購入条件には、予約残数量が減少する毎に商品又はサービスの販売単価が低下する条件が設定されていること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の販売管理装置。 - 前記記憶手段に記憶される購入予約情報には、購入予約分としての販売が可能な購入期限に関する情報が含まれていて、
前記判断手段は、予約残数量が存在し、かつ購入期限が到来していない購入予約の有無から、購入予約分としての販売が可能かを判断すること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載の販売管理装置。 - 前記記憶手段には、購入予約情報に含まれる購入条件として、所定の記憶部に記憶された商品コードによって特定される商品又はサービスについて予約残数量毎に決定される販売価格又は値引額を特定するキーとなる情報が記憶されていること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の販売管理装置。 - 前記記憶手段には、購入予約情報に含まれる購入条件として、予約残数量毎に決定される商品又はサービスの販売価格又は値引額が記憶されていること

同一の商品又はサービスを対象に所定の数量の購入予約がされた商品又はサービスについて、購入予約をした顧客を識別する顧客コード、購入予約がされた商品又はサービスを識別する商品コード、購入予約がされた商品又はサービスの予約時に決定された予約数量から予約後に販売された販売済数量を減じた予約残数量、及び予約残数量が減少する毎に販売価格が変動する商品又はサービスの購入条件に関する情報を含む購入予約情報を記憶する記憶手段を備えるコンピュータが、ネットワークで接続された端末装置から、顧客を識別する顧客コードと商品又はサービスを識別する商品コードが指定された商品又はサービスの購入要求を受信する受信ステップと、
前記コンピュータが、前記受信ステップで受信した購入要求に指定された顧客コードと商品コードの組合せをキーに前記記憶手段を検索し、予約残数量が存在する購入予約の有無から、購入予約分としての販売が可能かを判断する判断ステップと、
前記コンピュータが、前記判断ステップで購入予約分としての販売が可能と判断されると、前記記憶手段に記憶された購入条件に従って購入要求に対応する商品又はサービスの販売価格又は値引額を決定し、前記端末装置に送信する送信ステップと、
前記コンピュータが、前記記憶手段に記憶された購入予約情報に含まれる予約残数量を、前記判断ステップで購入予約分としての販売が可能と判断された商品又はサービスの数量を減じて更新する更新ステップと、
