发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明设计人开发一款杯盖组,主要目的在于:采用冷却构造,将热的饮料降低至合适的饮用温度。

其次,杯盖20有二凹穴29,每一凹穴29形成于隔板21却不会贯穿。
第三、该上连接单元30包括一在冷却件50制成的孔62和一形成于隔板21的轴64,以轴64通过孔62,使冷却件50相对杯盖20旋转。尤其是,该轴64拥有宛如蕈菇般的形状,其中央有一道缝隙66,用以增加轴64的弹性而能插入 前述的孔62中。
第四、还有一塞体70,一细条72和一环体74,均属于硅树脂制成的弹性元件为佳,凭借细条72让塞体70与环体74连接在一起。环体74围绕在杯盖20的壁23下部,使塞体70与杯盖20相连。当杯盖20连接于杯子40时,环体74位于杯盖20和杯子40之间,足以密封杯盖20与杯子40之间之间隙。
图7中,冷却件50可在一使用位置和一待用位置之间转动,只要操作手柄52,就能让冷却件50相对杯盖20旋转。
图8中,冷却件50处于使用位置,以致连通部12插入所述的出口22,使通道17与杯子40内部空间相通。
图9和图10表现冷却件50在待用位置,以致连通部12插入相应的凹穴29,连带前述的孔54对齐出口22。此刻,塞体70可以堵塞孔54和出口22取得封闭效果。
图11、图12表现杯盖组第三个实施例的具体结构,其与第一实施例相似,但某些部位略有不同:首先,原来的冷却件被新的冷却件56所取代,新的冷却件56嵌入一形成于杯盖20的浅槽51,并在表面形成若干突起58。
其次,壁23包括一超出隔板21的上部位。因此,所述的上空间26被壁23的上部位所环绕。
如此,整个杯盖组可在二模式间做旋转式切换。其中,第一模式适用于烫的饮料,转动杯子40使冷却件56靠近使用者的嘴,然后倾斜杯子40倒出杯内饮料,从出口22流入上空间26。冷却件56对出口22流出的饮料有降温效果,因为冷却件56有热传导作用,加上突起58有助于散热,进而取得饮料的冷却功能。降温后,饮料从从上空间26进入使用者的口中。
当饮料不再烫舌时,可以选择第二模式:转动杯子40使出口22靠近使用者的嘴,然后倾斜杯子40倒出杯内饮料,从出口22流过上空间26,直接进入使用者的口中。在第二模式中,饮料不以经过冷却件56为必要条件。
图13表现杯盖组第四实施例的具体构造,其与第三实施例大致相同,只有两个地方不一致:首先,杯盖20没有浅槽;其次,冷却件56是粘着固定在杯盖20上面。
图14表现杯盖组第五实施例的具体结构,其与第三实施例大致相同,也有两个地方不一致:首先,冷却件56多出二结合孔55;其次,杯盖20多了两根连接杆53,每根连接杆插入相应的结合孔55,以致冷却件56固定在杯盖20上 面。
当然,冷却件56除了以图12、图13和图14所示不同方式连接于杯盖20外,也可通过任何其他适当的装置连接到杯盖20上。
图15表现杯盖组第六实施例的具体构造,其与第三实施例大致相同,但下连接单元25不再是外螺纹,而是阶梯状轮廓。简言的,下连接单元25包括几个不同的外径部位,用以配合不同内径的杯子40。
同样的,杯盖20可以利用图11与图15所示不同方式连接于杯子上,也能通过任何其他适当的装置连接到杯子。
图16表现杯盖组第七实施例的具体结构,其与第四实施例大致相同,主要的差异处在于:冷却件56是折板或弧形板,其垂直部位粘着于壁23,水平部位粘着于隔板21。
图17表现杯盖组第八实施例的具体构造,其与第三实施例大致相似,但是冷却件56却呈C形而拥有二端部,以致冷却件56附着于杯盖20上面,使出口22几乎完全被冷却元件56所围住。
其次,杯盖20介于出口22和冷却元件56之间的部位形成一凹部36,凹部36对饮料产生限制和引导等作用。图中,凹部36宛如三角形,每个角部具备引导作用。其中,二角部指向冷却件56,每个角部界定为第一通道。剩余的角部视为第二通道,朝向杯盖20边缘未被冷却件56阻挡的部分。
当饮料还是烫的时候,可以选择第一模式,让冷却件56靠近使用者的嘴,倾斜杯子40并倒出饮料。饮料从出口22流入凹部36,顺着第一通道的引导,越过冷却件56散发热量取得冷却效果,让降温的饮料到达使用者的口中。
当饮料变凉时,可以选择第二模式,让出口22靠近使用者的嘴,倾斜杯子40并倒出饮料。饮料从出口22流入凹部36,顺着第二通道的引导,直接进入使用者的口中,不必经过冷却件36。
图18、图19表现杯盖组第九实施例的具体构造,其与第三实施例相似,却多了一个罩90。图中,罩90包括一孔92、一把手94、一指示部96及一轴60,除了孔92贯穿罩90以外,把手94与指示部96形成于罩90的上表面,轴60则突出罩90的下表面。
其次,壁23的顶部制作二记号98,而且隔板21中央制作另一个孔62。因此,以轴60插入孔62,使罩90转动连接于杯盖20上面。图中,该轴60形状宛如蕈而拥有一道狭缝,增加轴60的压缩弹性,方便轴60进入孔62中。
所述的把手94为突肋形式的设计,可受力驱使罩90相对杯盖20在使用及待用位置间旋转,引导指示部96朝着相应的记号98,帮助使用者了解杯盖组的使用情况。在使用位置时,孔92位于冷却件56上方;在待用位置时,孔92正对着出口22。
当饮料还是烫的时候,可以选择第一模式来使用杯盖组。如此,罩90移到使用位置,以致冷却件56与孔92靠近使用者的嘴。接着让杯子40倾斜,倒出杯内的饮料,从出口22进入上部空间26,经过冷却件56而流出孔92外,方便使用者享用降温的饮料。
当饮料变凉后,可以选择第二模式来使用杯盖组。此刻,罩90移到待用位置,以致孔92与出口22靠近使用者的嘴。同样的,倾斜杯子40并倒出饮料,从出口22和孔92直接流入使用者口中,却不经过冷却件56。
上述实施例仅为说明本发明,非为限制本发明。熟习此技艺者从上述实施例衍生的各种变化、修改与应用均在本发明的范畴内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种杯盖组,其特征在于,包括:
    一个杯盖,在顶部有一个空间,并有一个出口与空间相通;及
    一个冷却件,置于所述的空间里,其中杯盖组凭借旋转而切换于二个模式之间,在第一模式时,使用者将口置于冷却件附近,在第二模式时,使用者将口置于出口附近。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖组,其特征在于:冷却件连于杯盖的方式是粘着、扣合或迫紧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖组,其特征在于:冷却件有一部分连于杯盖的水平部,并有另一部分连于杯盖的垂直部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的杯盖组,其特征在于:冷却件是折板或弧形板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖组,其特征在于:冷却件包括至少一个突起,以帮助饮料散热。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖组,其特征在于:包括一个连接单元,连接单元是阶段式结构或螺纹式结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖组,其特征在于:包括一个罩,罩有一个孔并连于杯盖,且罩能够在一个使用位置及一个待用位置之间旋转,在使用位置时,孔与出口相通,在待用位置时,冷却件对准罩的孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖组,其特征在于:杯盖在出口与冷却件之间有一个凹部,凹部有二通道,第一通道通往冷却件,第二通道通往杯盖边缘未被冷却件阻挡的部分,在第一模式时,饮料从出口经过凹部的第一通道与冷却件流入使用者的口中,在第二模式时,饮料从出口经过凹部的第二通道流入使用者的口中。
  9. 一种杯盖组,其特征在于,包括:
    一个杯盖,有一个出口;及
    一个冷却件,在底部有一个连通部,并在顶部有一个壶嘴,壶嘴里有一条通道,冷却件连于杯盖且能在一使用位置与一待用位置之间垂直摆动,在使用位置时,连通部插入出口,在待用位置时,连通部抽离出口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的杯盖组,其特征在于:连通部是管形件。
  11. 一种杯盖组,其特征在于,包括:
    一个杯盖,有一个出口;及
    一个冷却件,有一个孔,在底部有一个连通部,在顶部有一个壶嘴,并在壶嘴里有一条通道,冷却件连于杯盖并能够在一使用位置与一待用位置之间水平地旋转,在使用位置时,连通部插入出口,在待用位置时,连通部离开出口。
