一种显示装置,包括:一显示面板,所述显示面板包括薄膜晶体管阵列基板、彩色滤光片基板和液晶层,其中,所述薄膜晶体管阵列基板包括:至少一像素单元,所述像素单元包括第一像素部和第二像素部,所述第一像素部包括第一开关和条状电极,所述第一开关与所述条状电极相连,所述第二像素部包括第二开关和片状电极,所述第二开关与所述片状电极相连;至少一第一扫描线,与所述第一开关连接,所述第一扫描线用于向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以控制所述条状电极与数据线之间的第一电流通道的开启或关闭;以及至少一第二扫描线,与所述第二开关连接,所述第二扫描线用于向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以控制所述片状电极与所述数据线之间的第二电流通道的开启或关闭;以及一透镜板,与所述显示面板叠加组合为一体;所述第一开关用于在所述显示装置处于二维图像显示模式时开启所述第一电流通道,以使二维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中,以及用于在所述显示装置处于三维图像显示模式时关闭所述第一电流通道,以阻止三维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;所述第二开关用于在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时关闭所述第二电流通道,以阻止所述二维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中,以及用于在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时开启所述第二电流通道,以使所述三维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
在上述显示装置中,所述透镜板包括:一透镜阵列,所述透镜阵列包括至少两条状透镜,至少两所述条状透镜并列设置,所述条状透镜所在的直线与所述第一像素部和所述第二像素部的连线具有一夹角。
在上述显示装置中,所述夹角处于10度至80度的范围内。
在上述显示装置中,所述夹角处于20度至70度的范围内。
在上述显示装置中,所述片状电极包括一第一区块电极。
在上述显示装置中,所述第一区块电极的面积与所述第二像素部2112的面积的比值处于0.6至0.98的范围内。
在上述显示装置中,所述片状电极包括至少两第二区块电极,相邻两所述第二区块电极相连,至少两所述第二区块电极以阵列的形式排列。
一种显示装置,包括:一显示面板,所述显示面板包括薄膜晶体管阵列基板、彩色滤光片基板和液晶层,其中,所述薄膜晶体管阵列基板包括:至少一像素单元,所述像素单元包括第一像素部和第二像素部,所述第一像素部包括第一开关和条状电极,所述第一开关与所述条状电极相连,所述第二像素部包括第二开关和片状电极,所述第二开关与所述片状电极相连;至少一第一扫描线,与所述第一开关连接,所述第一扫描线用于向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以控制所述条状电极与数据线之间的第一电流通道的开启或关闭;以及至少一第二扫描线,与所述第二开关连接,所述第二扫描线用于向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以控制所述片状电极与所述数据线之间的第二电流通道的开启或关闭;以及一透镜板,与所述显示面板叠加组合为一体。
在上述显示装置中,所述第一开关用于在所述显示装置处于二维图像显示模式时开启所述第一电流通道,以使二维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;所述第二开关用于在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时关闭所述第二电流通道,以阻止所述二维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
在上述显示装置中,所述第一开关用于在所述显示装置处于三维图像显示模式时关闭所述第一电流通道,以阻止三维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;所述第二开关用于在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时开启所述第二电流通道,以使所述三维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
在上述显示装置中,所述透镜板包括:一透镜阵列,所述透镜阵列包括至少两条状透镜,至少两所述条状透镜并列设置,所述条状透镜所在的直线与所述第一像素部和所述第二像素部的连线具有一夹角。
在上述显示装置中,所述夹角处于10度至80度的范围内。
在上述显示装置中,所述夹角处于20度至70度的范围内。
在上述显示装置中,所述片状电极包括一第一区块电极。
在上述显示装置中,所述第一区块电极的面积与所述第二像素部2112的面积的比值处于0.6至0.98的范围内。
在上述显示装置中,所述片状电极包括至少两第二区块电极,相邻两所述第二区块电极相连,至少两所述第二区块电极以阵列的形式排列。
一种上述显示装置显示图像的方法,所述方法包括:所述第一扫描线向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以控制所述条状电极与数据线之间的所述第一电流通道的开启或关闭;以及所述第二扫描线向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以控制所述片状电极与所述数据线之间的所述第二电流通道的开启或关闭。
在上述显示装置显示图像的方法中,所述第一开关在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时开启所述第一电流通道,以使二维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;所述第二开关在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时关闭所述第二电流通道,以阻止所述二维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
在上述显示装置显示图像的方法中,所述第一开关在所述显示装置处于三维图像显示模式时关闭所述第一电流通道,以阻止所述三维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;所述第二开关在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时开启所述第二电流通道,以使所述三维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
有益效果
相对现有技术,由于所述第二像素部中不存在亮暗条纹,因此不会与所述透镜阵列发生光学干涉,另外,在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时,相对于所述间隔条倾斜的所述条状透镜避免了因条状的电极而产生的摩尔纹现象,提高了显示质量。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。
参考图2和图3,图2为本发明的显示装置的第一实施例的结构示意图,图3为图2中的显示装置的像素单元211的结构示意图。
本实施例的显示装置包括显示面板21和透镜板22。所述透镜板22与所述显示面板21叠加组合为一体,具体地,所述透镜板22设置于所述彩色滤光片基板背向所述液晶层的一面上。所述显示面板21包括薄膜晶体管阵列基板212、彩色滤光片基板和液晶层,所述薄膜晶体管阵列基板212和所述彩色滤光片基板平行设置,所述液晶层设置于所述薄膜晶体管阵列基板212和所述彩色滤光片基板之间。
其中,所述薄膜晶体管阵列基板212包括至少两像素行单元以及至少两数据线。至少两像素行单元排列成列的形式。至少两数据线排列成行的形式。所述像素行单元包括:至少一像素单元211、至少一第一扫描线以及至少一第二扫描线。在同一所述像素行单元内,至少一像素单元211排列成行的形式,所述第一扫描线和所述第二扫描线均与所述像素单元211连接。所述数据线与同一列中的像素单元211连接。
所述彩色滤光片基板上设置有黑色矩阵层,所述黑色矩阵层包括有至少两间隔条,所述间隔条设置于所述像素单元211的边缘,所述间隔条所在的直线平行于或垂直于所述像素行单元所在的直线,至少两所述间隔条在与所述像素行单元所在的直线平行或垂直的方向构成等间距的间隔条阵列。
所述像素单元211包括第一像素部2111和第二像素部2112,所述第一像素部2111和所述第二像素部2112相邻。所述第一像素部2111和所述第二像素部2112的连线与所述数据线所在的直线平行或垂直,如图2所示,本实施例的显示装置以所述第一像素部2111和所述第二像素部2112的连线与所述数据线所在的直线平行为例来说明。所述第一像素部2111包括第一开关和条状电极(Slit ITO)21111,所述第一开关与所述条状电极21111、所述数据线和所述第一扫描线相连。所述第一扫描线用于向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以控制所述条状电极21111与数据线之间的第一电流通道的开启或关闭。所述第二像素部2112包括第二开关和片状电极(Full ITO)21121,所述第二开关与所述片状电极21121、所述数据线和所述第二扫描线相连。所述第二扫描线用于向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以控制所述片状电极21121与所述数据线之间的第二电流通道的开启或关闭。其中,所述第一开关和所述第二开关可以在同一时刻或在同一时间段内处于相反的状态,即,当所述第一开关处于开启状态时,所述第二开关处于关闭状态,当所述第一开关处于关闭状态时,所述第二开关处于开启状态。所述第一开关和所述第二开关均可以是三极管,例如,薄膜晶体管(TFT,Thin Film Transistor)。
在本实施例中,所述透镜板22包括透镜阵列,所述透镜阵列包括至少两条状透镜221,至少两所述条状透镜221并列设置,并且至少两所述条状透镜221沿第一方向排列,其中,所述第一方向为垂直于所述条状透镜221所在的直线的方向,所述条状透镜221所在的直线与所述第一像素部2111和所述第二像素部2112的连线具有一夹角,所述夹角处于10度至80度的范围内,例如,所述夹角为10度、14度、17度、19度、21度、23度、26度、29度、31度、34度、36度、38度、40度、43度、45度、47度、50度、52度、55度、57度、59度、62度、66度、67度、69度、71度、73度、76度、78度、80度等。任意相邻两所述条状透镜221之间的间距相等。所述透镜阵列在所述第一方向上的结构周期性相似。
在本实施例中,所述片状电极21121包括一第一区块电极,所述第一区块电极的面积与所述第二像素部2112的面积的比值处于0.6至0.98的范围内,例如,所述比值为0.6、0.62、0.65、0.66、0.68、0.70、0.73、0.76、0.77、0.79、0.82、0.84、0.85、0.87、0.89、0.91、0.94、0.96、0.97、0.98等。
在本实施例中,所述显示装置还包括控制器,所述控制器用于切换所述显示装置的显示模式,其中,所述显示模式包括二维图像显示模式和三维图像显示模式,即,所述控制器用于将所述显示装置从二维图像显示模式切换三维图像显示模式,以及用于将所述显示装置从所述三维图像显示模式切换为所述二维图像显示模式。
在所述显示装置从所述二维图像显示模式切换到所述三维图像显示模式时,所述控制器用于通过所述第一扫描线向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以关闭所述第一开关,以及用于通过所述第二扫描线向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以开启所述第二开关。在本实施例中,所述第一开关用于在所述显示装置处于三维图像显示模式时关闭所述第一电流通道,以阻止所述三维图像数据输入到所述条状电极21111中。所述第二开关用于在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时开启所述第二电流通道,以使所述三维图像数据输入到所述片状电极21121中。
在所述显示装置从所述三维图像显示模式切换到所述二维图像显示模式时,所述控制器用于通过所述第一扫描线向所述第一开关发送所述第一扫描信号,以开启所述第一开关,以及用于所述第二扫描线向所述第二开关发送所述第二扫描信号,以关闭所述第二开关。在本实施例中,所述第一开关用于在所述显示装置处于二维图像显示模式时开启所述第一电流通道,以使二维图像数据输入到所述条状电极21111中。所述第二开关用于在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时关闭所述第二电流通道,以阻止所述二维图像数据输入到所述片状电极21121中。
由于所述透镜板22中的至少两所述条状透镜221沿所述第一方向排列,所述第一方向垂直于所述条状透镜221所在的直线,所述条状透镜221所在的直线与所述第一像素部2111和所述第二像素部2112之间的连线具有所述夹角,所述夹角处于10度至80度的范围内,并且由于所述间隔条阵列的排列方向平行于或垂直于所述第一像素部2111和所述第二像素部2112之间的连线,因此,当所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时,光线透过所述显示面板21和所述透镜板22后不会产生光学干涉现象,避免了摩尔纹现象的产生,提高了所述显示装置的显示质量。
此外,在所述第二像素部2112中设置所述片状电极21121是为了避免条状的电极所在的直线与所述条状透镜221所在的直线平行,从而避免产生光学干涉现象,原因是所述第二像素部2112中不存在亮暗条纹,因此不会与所述透镜阵列发生光学干涉。另外,在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时,相对于所述间隔条倾斜的所述条状透镜221避免了因条状的电极而产生的摩尔纹现象,提高了所述显示装置的显示质量。
本发明的显示装置的第二实施例与上述第一实施例相似,不同之处在于:
所述片状电极21121包括至少两第二区块电极,相邻两所述第二区块电极相连,至少两所述第二区块电极以阵列的形式排列。至少两所述第二区块电极拼接成所述片状电极21121。所述第二区块电极的形状可以是菱形、三角形、矩形、平行四边形、梯形、圆形、六边形等。
由于所述片状电极21121由至少两所述第二区块电极拼接而成,因此所述第二像素部2112中不存在亮暗条纹,避免了条状的电极所对应的阵列与所述透镜阵列发生光学干涉,从而避免了摩尔纹现象,提高了所述显示装置的显示质量。
本发明的显示装置显示图像的方法实施于上述显示装置中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤41,所述第一扫描线向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以控制所述条状电极21111与数据线之间的第一电流通道的开启或关闭,所述第二扫描线向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以控制所述片状电极21121与所述数据线之间的第二电流通道的开启或关闭。具体地,在所述显示装置处于二维图像显示模式时,所述第一扫描信号用于开启所述第一开关,所述第二扫描信号用于关闭所述第二开关;相对应地,在所述显示装置处于三维图像显示模式时,所述第一扫描信号用于关闭所述第一开关,所述第二扫描信号用于开启所述第二开关。
步骤42,所述第一开关在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时开启所述第一电流通道,以使二维图像数据输入到所述条状电极21111中。
步骤43,所述第二开关在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时关闭所述第二电流通道,以阻止所述二维图像数据输入到所述片状电极21121中。
步骤51,所述第一开关在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时关闭所述第一电流通道,以阻止所述三维图像数据输入到所述条状电极21111中。
步骤52,所述第二开关在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时开启所述第二电流通道,以使所述三维图像数据输入到所述片状电极21121中。
所述步骤42和步骤43可同步执行,或者先后执行,例如,先执行步骤42,再执行步骤43,或者先执行步骤43,再执行步骤42;同样,所述步骤51和所述步骤52可同步执行,或者先后执行,例如,先执行步骤51,再执行步骤52,或者先执行步骤52,再执行步骤51。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种显示装置,其包括:
    一显示面板,所述显示面板包括薄膜晶体管阵列基板、彩色滤光片基板和液晶层,其中,所述薄膜晶体管阵列基板包括:
    至少一像素单元,所述像素单元包括第一像素部和第二像素部,所述第一像素部包括第一开关和条状电极,所述第一开关与所述条状电极相连,所述第二像素部包括第二开关和片状电极,所述第二开关与所述片状电极相连;
    至少一第一扫描线,与所述第一开关连接,所述第一扫描线用于向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以控制所述条状电极与数据线之间的第一电流通道的开启或关闭;以及
    至少一第二扫描线,与所述第二开关连接,所述第二扫描线用于向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以控制所述片状电极与所述数据线之间的第二电流通道的开启或关闭;以及
    一透镜板,与所述显示面板叠加组合为一体;
    所述第一开关用于在所述显示装置处于二维图像显示模式时开启所述第一电流通道,以使二维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中,以及用于在所述显示装置处于三维图像显示模式时关闭所述第一电流通道,以阻止三维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;
    所述第二开关用于在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时关闭所述第二电流通道,以阻止所述二维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中,以及用于在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时开启所述第二电流通道,以使所述三维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中
    所述透镜板包括:
    一透镜阵列,所述透镜阵列包括至少两条状透镜,至少两所述条状透镜并列设置,所述条状透镜所在的直线与所述第一像素部和所述第二像素部的连线具有一夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中
    所述夹角处于10度至80度的范围内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中
    所述夹角处于20度至70度的范围内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中
    所述片状电极包括一第一区块电极。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中
    所述第一区块电极的面积与所述第二像素部2112的面积的比值处于0.6至0.98的范围内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中
    所述片状电极包括至少两第二区块电极,相邻两所述第二区块电极相连,至少两所述第二区块电极以阵列的形式排列。
  8. 一种显示装置,其包括:
    一显示面板,所述显示面板包括薄膜晶体管阵列基板、彩色滤光片基板和液晶层,其中,所述薄膜晶体管阵列基板包括:
    至少一像素单元,所述像素单元包括第一像素部和第二像素部,所述第一像素部包括第一开关和条状电极,所述第一开关与所述条状电极相连,所述第二像素部包括第二开关和片状电极,所述第二开关与所述片状电极相连;
    至少一第一扫描线,与所述第一开关连接,所述第一扫描线用于向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以控制所述条状电极与数据线之间的第一电流通道的开启或关闭;以及
    至少一第二扫描线,与所述第二开关连接,所述第二扫描线用于向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以控制所述片状电极与所述数据线之间的第二电流通道的开启或关闭;以及
    一透镜板,与所述显示面板叠加组合为一体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中
    所述第一开关用于在所述显示装置处于二维图像显示模式时开启所述第一电流通道,以使二维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;
    所述第二开关用于在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时关闭所述第二电流通道,以阻止所述二维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中
    所述第一开关用于在所述显示装置处于三维图像显示模式时关闭所述第一电流通道,以阻止三维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;
    所述第二开关用于在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时开启所述第二电流通道,以使所述三维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中
    所述透镜板包括:
    一透镜阵列,所述透镜阵列包括至少两条状透镜,至少两所述条状透镜并列设置,所述条状透镜所在的直线与所述第一像素部和所述第二像素部的连线具有一夹角。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中
    所述夹角处于10度至80度的范围内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中
    所述夹角处于20度至70度的范围内。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中
    所述片状电极包括一第一区块电极。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中
    所述第一区块电极的面积与所述第二像素部2112的面积的比值处于0.6至0.98的范围内。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中
    所述片状电极包括至少两第二区块电极,相邻两所述第二区块电极相连,至少两所述第二区块电极以阵列的形式排列。
  17. 一种如权利要求1所述的显示装置显示图像的方法,其包括:
    所述第一扫描线向所述第一开关发送第一扫描信号,以控制所述条状电极与数据线之间的所述第一电流通道的开启或关闭;以及
    所述第二扫描线向所述第二开关发送第二扫描信号,以控制所述片状电极与所述数据线之间的所述第二电流通道的开启或关闭。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置显示图像的方法,其中
    所述第一开关在所述显示装置处于二维图像显示模式时开启所述第一电流通道,以使所述二维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;
    所述第二开关在所述显示装置处于所述二维图像显示模式时关闭所述第二电流通道,以阻止所述二维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置显示图像的方法,其中
    所述第一开关在所述显示装置处于三维图像显示模式时关闭所述第一电流通道,以阻止所述三维图像数据输入到所述条状电极中;
    所述第二开关在所述显示装置处于所述三维图像显示模式时开启所述第二电流通道,以使所述三维图像数据输入到所述片状电极中。
