本实施例中,参见附图3至图5所示,所述安装结构包括焊接在架体底部的连接片6、转接结构和固定架,所述连接片6上表面与架体间焊接有三角形支撑铁片12以增加强度,所述连接片6下表面经螺钉或螺栓与转接结构连接,所述转接结构包括与连接片6固定连接的转接板7和焊接在转接板7下表面上的定位杆8;所述固定架包括一个与A形架配合的U形架9和与所述U形架9用螺栓固定的卡合片13,所述U形架9与所述卡合片13连接形成包裹A形架的臂的环形固定结构,U形架9一侧固定设置有定位管10,定位杆8上开设有定位销孔11,所述定位杆8插设在定位管10中,并由穿设于定位杆8上的定位销限位。
参见图6,本实施例在包装、运输时,架体两段叠放,防护网、挡泥板、转接结构、固定架等配件分别包装。
安装时,将两段架体插接、固定形成整体结构,将防护网、挡泥板固定到架体上,转接结构固定在连接片上,固定架固定到A形架的两臂上,根据A形架的高度,参见附图3,选择合适的卡合片13固定。最后,将定位杆插入定位管中,用定位销限位。
实施例二:一种露营房车安全防护架,包括架体、防护网和连接在架体底部的两组安装结构,所述架体沿长度方向由2段可拆式连接,构成环形外框,环形外框上设有沿宽度方向设置的加强杆,所述架体的两翼向后方弯折;所述防护网与所述架体可拆式连接。
本实施例中,所述架体由方管制备构成,两段架体的上、下两根方管分别互相对应插接连接,由一段小孔径的方管作为连接管,连接管的外径与架体的方管的内径配合;连接管一端插设在一段架体的方管孔内并焊接固定,另一端上设有通孔,在安装状态下,连接管的另一端插入架体另一段的方管孔内,方管上对应设有通孔,插接后,架体上的通孔与连接管的通孔相互对准,由螺栓固定。
两段架体基本平分布置,其中,每段上设有一组安装结构。所述安装结构包括焊接在架体底部的连接片,连接片上设有连接孔,与连接孔配合设有用于卡设 在A形架上的U形杆,U形杆端部穿过连接孔,由螺帽固定。
实施例三:参见附图7所示,一种露营房车安全防护架,包括架体、防护网和连接在架体底部的两组安装结构,所述架体沿长度方向由3段可拆式连接,构成环形外框,环形外框上设有沿宽度方向设置的加强杆,所述架体的两翼向后方弯折;所述防护网与所述架体可拆式连接。
本实施例中,所述架体由方管制备构成,三段架体的上、下两根方管分别互相对应插接连接,由一段小孔径的方管作为连接管,连接管的外径与架体的方管的内径配合;连接管一端插设在一段架体的方管孔内并焊接固定,另一端上设有通孔,在安装状态下,连接管的另一端插入架体另一段的方管孔内,方管上对应设有通孔,插接后,架体上的通孔与连接管的通孔相互对准,由螺栓固定。
本实施例中,所述安装结构包括焊接在架体底部的连接片、转接结构和固定架,所述连接片上表面与架体间焊接有三角形支撑铁片以增加强度,所述连接片下表面经螺钉或螺栓与转接结构连接,所述转接结构包括与连接片固定连接的转接板和焊接在转接板下表面上的定位杆;所述固定架包括一个与A形架配合的U形架和与所述U形架用螺栓固定的卡合片,所述U形架与所述卡合片连接形成包裹A形架的臂的环形固定结构,U形架一侧固定设置有定位管,所述定位杆插设在定位管中,并由穿设于定位杆上的定位销限位。
参见图8所示,本实施例在包装、运输时,架体三段叠放,防护网、挡泥板、转接结构、固定架等配件分别包装。
安装时,将三段架体插接、固定形成整体结构,将防护网、挡泥板固定到架体上,转接结构固定在连接片上,固定架固定到A形架的两臂上,根据A形架的高度,选择合适的卡合片固定。最后,将定位杆插入定位管中,用定位销限位。
实施例四:一种露营房车安全防护架,包括架体、防护网和连接在架体底部的两组安装结构,所述架体沿长度方向由4段可拆式连接,构成环形外框,环形外框上设有沿宽度方向设置的加强杆,所述架体的两翼向后方弯折;所述防护网与所述架体可拆式连接。
本实施例中,所述架体由方管制备构成,两段架体的上、下两根方管分别互相 对应插接连接,由一段小孔径的方管作为连接管,连接管的外径与架体的方管的内径配合;连接管一端插设在一段架体的方管孔内并焊接固定,另一端上设有通孔,在安装状态下,连接管的另一端插入架体另一段的方管孔内,方管上对应设有通孔,插接后,架体上的通孔与连接管的通孔相互对准,由螺栓固定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种露营房车安全防护架,包括架体、防护网和连接在架体底部的两组安装结构,其特征在于:所述架体沿长度方向由至少2段可拆式连接,构成环形外框,环形外框上设有沿宽度方向设置的加强杆,所述防护网与所述架体可拆式连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述架体沿长度方向由2段构成,每段上设有一组安装结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述架体沿长度方向由3段构成。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述架体的相邻段间采用接插式连接,接插部由螺栓或螺钉固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述安装结构包括焊接在架体底部的连接片,连接片上设有连接孔,与连接孔配合设有用于卡置在A形架上的U形杆,U形杆端部穿过连接孔,由螺帽固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述安装结构包括焊接在架体底部的连接片,与所述连接片可拆式连接的转接结构和与A形架连接的固定架,所述转接结构底侧设有定位杆,所述固定架上设有定位管,所述定位杆插置在定位管中并由限位结构限位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述限位结构为,定位杆下端伸出定位管外,在定位杆伸出定位管的部分设有通孔,通孔内插设有定位销,定位销的长度大于等于定位管的直径。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述固定架包括一个与A形架配合的U形架和与所述U形架用螺栓固定的卡合片,所述U形架与所述卡合片连接形成包裹A形架的臂的环形固定结构,所述定位管固定于U形架一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述架体底部连接有挡泥板。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的露营房车安全防护架,其特征在于:所述架体的两翼向后方弯折。
