Description

门体以及具备该门体的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种门体,该门体一侧由铰链装置支承而在另一侧设置有拉手部,以便开闭设备主体的开口部,尤其涉及门体的开闭可以通过所述拉手部进行开闭操作的结构的设备的门体以及具备该门体的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备。
背景技术
设置于投币洗衣房设施内的带气体烘干功能的洗衣房设备或者带电烘干功能的洗衣房设备,为了将大量的衣服、被褥、毛毯等床上用品等(以下称为洗涤物)投入滚筒内,将投入旋转的滚筒内的洗涤物烘干,或者进行清洗、烘干,会设置大型的设备,其滚筒的直径大,用于投入取出洗涤物的滚筒的前表面侧的投入口开口也大,例如,滚筒的开口直径为600~900mm左右,滚筒的纵深为700~800mm左右。
像这样在滚筒直径大、用于投入取出洗涤物的滚筒的前表面侧的投入口开口也大的大型的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备中,在运转休止状态下,会有幼儿等孩子进入滚筒内的危险。因此,JIS和日本燃气设备检查协会规定了以下宗旨:门的开闭操作要容易且可靠。进而,为了使进入到滚筒内的幼儿等孩子可以自行逃脱,门必须从滚筒内部一推就可以容易地打开。
现有的带电烘干功能的烘干机为如专利文献1所示,门(door)4的开闭是可通过设置于门4的拉手进行开闭的结构。虽然专利文献1中没有记载,然而作为一般的结构为如下结构:具备通过磁铁的引力将门4相对于烘干机的外箱1保持在关闭状态的保持机构,由此,在烘干运转过程中门4保持在关闭状态,防止了衣服从滚筒10中飞出。然后,在烘干运转结束时,能够抗拒该磁铁的引力通过拉手容易地打开门4。

发明内容
在如上所述的设置有带电烘干功能的烘干机的投币洗衣房设施中,作为门体的门4在烘干运转过程中,通过磁铁的引力保持在关闭状态。然而,由于门4通过磁铁的引力固定于主体上,因而由于能够握住拉手从外侧容易地打开,因此当使用者在烘干运转过程中离开投币洗衣房设施时,滚筒10内的衣服可能会遭致盗取。
本发明鉴于上述的问题,提供一种门体,其通过磁铁等简单的保持机构保持关闭状态,通过拉手容易进行门体的开闭操作,具有防止运转过程中的衣服飞出的效果,具有防止衣服被盗的效果,进而,通过即使在孩子进入滚筒内的状态下也能够从滚筒内推开门体的结构,起到使孩子的逃脱变得容易的安全效果。
作为设置于投币洗衣房设施内的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备,有例如通过全自动运转来烘干衣服等洗涤物的单一烘干功能的滚筒式干衣机、通过全自动运转来洗涤脱水并烘干衣服等洗涤物的具备洗涤功能和烘干功能这两者的滚筒式洗涤烘干机。
由于本发明的门体能够恰当地用于这样的设置在投币洗衣房设施内的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备,因此本发明提供具备起到上述效果的门体的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备。
此外,将门体保持在关闭状态的保持机构,除了通过磁铁的引力维持关闭状态的方式之外,还可以是在主体箱侧和门侧的一侧设置凸起部,在另一侧设置可拆卸地保持该凸起部的弹性挂钩部的公知的机械式弹性挂钩方式,因此包括这两种方式。
本发明为一种门体,设置于开口部,一端部由铰链装置转动自由地支承,在另一端部设置有拉手装置,所述门体的其特征在于,所述拉手装置设置在形成于所述门体的凹部,具有用于钩住使用者的手指的拉手部,能切换为可钩住使用者的手指的状态和不能钩住使用者的手指的状态。
此外本发明的特征在于,所述拉手装置包括转动自由地设置于所述凹部的开口部并堵住所述凹部的开口的开闭盖、以及限制所述开闭盖的转动的限制单元,所述限制单元能切换为限制所述开闭盖的转动的第一状态和允许所述开闭盖的转动的第二状态。
此外本发明的特征在于,所述门体构成为包括主体部和安装于主体部且构 成门体的前表面的一部分的盖体,所述凹部形成于所述盖体,所述开闭盖在为第一状态时,形成与所述盖体的表面部接续的表面。
此外本发明为一种带烘干功能的洗衣房设备,其特征在于,包括:设备主体,在前表面侧形成有用于投入取出衣服等的主体开口部;滚筒,收容于所述设备主体内,且形成有与所述主体开口部对应的前表面开口部;以及门体,设置于所述主体开口,一端部由铰链装置转动自由地支承,在另一端部设置有拉手装置,所述门体是根据第一至第三发明的任一项所述的门体。
由于本发明的拉手装置通过设置于门体的凹部,从而能够通过设置于凹部的开口部的开闭盖来将手指向拉手部的插入控制成不可能状态和可能状态,因而成为使门体的开闭操作维持为不可能状态的构造以及容易进行其控制的结构。即,能够以简易的结构限制门体的开闭操作。
本发明的拉手装置具有设置于门体的凹部并用于钩住使用者的手指的拉手部,包括转动自由地设置于所述凹部的开口部并堵住所述凹部的开口的开闭盖、以及限制所述开闭盖的转动的限制单元。所述限制单元能切换为限制所述开闭盖的转动的第一状态和允许所述开闭盖的转动的第二状态。因此,当开闭盖通过所述限制单元处于可以插入手指的所述第二状态时门体的开闭操作容易进行。此外,例如,在设备的运转过程中通过使开闭盖为不可插入手指的所述第一状态,从而门体能够将设备主体的开口部保持在关闭状态,能够防止在运转过程中门体从外侧被打开。进而,在孩子从设备主体的开口部进入并被关在里面,开闭盖成为不可插入手指的状态的情况下,尽管不能从外侧打开门体,但是由于能够通过从设备主体内侧推开门体而打开门体,因而孩子从设备主体内的逃脱变得容易,是一种采取了安全措施的门体。
此外,在本发明中,与将开闭盖维持为不可以插入手指的状态的效果相互影响,开闭盖堵住凹部的开口部的状态通过成为形成与门体的盖体接续的表面的状态,从而能够获得调和了门体的表面形态的外观设计效果。
在具备本发明的门体的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备中,由于拉手部形成于门体的凹部,在凹部的开口部处具备能够将向拉手部的手指的插入切换为不可能状态和可能状态的开闭盖,因而在开闭盖处于可以插入手指的状态时,通过手指的插入所进行的门体的开闭操作容易进行。而且,通过在洗衣房设备的运转过程中使开闭盖维持不可以插入手指的状态,从而与以往相同地在洗衣房设备的运转过程中门体能够通过磁铁使洗衣房设备主体的开口部保持关闭状态,能 够防止运转过程中的洗涤物的飞出,并且在运转过程中不会遭致洗涤物被盗。此外,在孩子从洗衣房设备主体的开口部进入滚筒内并被关在里面,开闭盖处在不可以进行开闭操作的状态的情况下,尽管不能从外侧打开门体,但是由于通过抵抗磁铁的引力将门体从设备主体内侧推开,从而能够打开门体,因而孩子从洗衣房设备主体内的逃脱变得容易,是一种采取了安全措施的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备。
此外,在本发明中,门体的开闭通过设定为实质上只由开闭操作进行开闭的门体,从而如以往那样由于门体能够通过磁铁等简单的机构将设备主体的开口部保持关闭状态,因而门体的用于使设备主体的开口部保持关闭状态的机构被简化,不需要设置特殊结构的闭门状态维持机构。

具体实施方式
本发明为一种门体,一侧由铰链装置支承而在另一侧设置有拉手部,以便开闭设备主体的开口部,该门体为门体的开闭可以通过所述拉手装置的拉手部进行开闭操作的结构,所述拉手部形成于所述门体的凹部,在所述凹部的开口部设置有能够将向所述拉手部的手指的插入切换为不可能状态和可能状态的开闭盖,进而,本发明为一种具备该门体的带烘干功能的洗衣房设备。
在该带烘干功能的洗衣房设备中,具备:设备主体,在前表面侧形成有用于投取衣服等的主体开口;滚筒,收容于设备主体内,形成有与主体开口对应的前表面开口;以及门体,其结构为在设备主体上一侧由铰链装置支承而在另 一侧具有拉手部,以便开闭主体开口,门体的开闭可以通过所述拉手部进行开闭操作。通过从构成门体的前表面的一部分的盖体的前表面侵入到背侧为止的凹部形成拉手部。其结构为,在所述凹部的开口部具备:能够将使用者的手指向所述拉手部的插入切换为不可能状态和可能状态的开闭盖、所述开闭盖将所述凹部的开口部施力成关闭状态的弹簧、以及使所述开闭盖动作成将所述凹部的开口部保持关闭状态的第一状态和解除该保持的第二状态的限制单元,所述第一状态为阻止使用者的手指向所述拉手部的侵入的开闭阻止状态,所述第二状态为抵抗弹簧力推开开闭盖从而使用者的手指向所述拉手部的侵入成为可能的状态。
作为采用本发明的门体的有效的设备之一,可以例举出带烘干功能的洗衣房设备。该带烘干功能的洗衣房设备是,在前表面配置有用于将洗涤物相对于滚筒投入取出的开口并在前表面设置有相对于该开口开闭的门体(以下,包括所有门、盖的称呼)的洗衣房设备,以下记载了其实施例。
实施例1
具备本发明的门体的洗衣房设备的含义是,通过全自动运转来烘干衣服等洗涤物的单一烘干功能的滚筒式干衣机、通过全自动运转来洗涤脱水并烘干衣服等洗涤物的具备洗涤功能和烘干功能这两者的滚筒式洗涤烘干机的总称。以下,在通过全自动运转来烘干衣服等洗涤物的单一烘干功能的滚筒式干衣机中,进行本发明的实施例的说明。
图1为示出本发明的一个实施方式的滚筒式干衣机1的正面的局剖图。图2为说明滚筒式干衣机1的内部结构的纵剖图。
如图1以及图2所示,在滚筒式干衣机1的主体2内,上部配置有加热室2A,中间部配置有烘干室2B,下部配置有机械室2C。在相当于主体2的前表面的烘干室2B的前表面2F,形成有用于投入取出用于烘干的衣服等洗涤物的圆形的主体开口3。
在烘干室2B中,配置有设置成能够以由轴承5支承的大致水平的横轴4为旋转中心进行旋转的滚筒6,滚筒6形成为有底圆筒形,具有前表面开口6A。滚筒6以滚筒6的前表面开口6A与主体开口3对置的状态配置。在滚筒6的周壁穿出很多通气孔6B(图2中只图示出一部分)。
在主体2设置有通过设于一端侧的铰链装置7转动自由地被支承的门体8。铰链装置7具有沿着主体2的上下方向延伸的铰链销7B。门体8形成为以所述 铰链销7B为旋转中心,转动自由地支承在水平方向上,主体开口3可开闭。门体8的开闭通过设置于铰链装置7相反侧的后述拉手装置10进行开闭操作。是随着门体8的开闭,滚筒6的前表面开口6A也开闭的结构,当关闭门体8时,向门体8的背侧凸出的后述的插入片部8T成为从滚筒6的前表面开口6A稍微侵入滚筒6内的状态,防止烘干过程中的洗涤物的飞出。
在加热室2A中收容有用于产生加热空气的加热装置11。加热装置11通过例如电加热器、燃气器等实现,在本实施例中考虑到运转成本等而通过燃气器式加热装置11来实现。为了将由燃气器式加热装置11加热的加热空气引导到烘干室2B中,在燃气器式加热装置11的上方设置盖体12,在盖体12的一端侧下方形成与烘干室2B连通的连通路13。燃气器式加热装置11的燃烧通过燃烧控制部11A控制。在盖体12的下侧面设置防止过热用的温度传感器14。在加热室2A的后壁形成空气流入口19。
在加热室2A,在远离加热装置11的一侧配置硬币检测装置15,在加热室2A的前表面配置有向硬币检测装置15的硬币投入口16、选择显示投入金额以及烘干运转剩余时间的显示部17、以及运转状态显示部18。
机械室2C的前部上表面通过连通部20与烘干室2B连通。在机械室2C中,配置有捕捉从连通部20向机械室2C流入的空气中的尘埃的线屑过滤器21、配置于线屑过滤器21的后方的鼓风扇22、驱动鼓风扇22的风扇电机23、以及用于旋转驱动滚筒6的滚筒电机24。在机械室2C的后壁,形成用于将由鼓风扇22送出的机械室2C内的空气排放到外部空气中的空气流出口28。
滚筒电机24通过使带轮25A旋转而使横跨架设在安装于滚筒电机24的旋转轴的后端部的带轮25A和安装于滚筒6的横轴4的后端部的带轮25B上的传动带26移动,使带轮26B旋转,从而使滚筒6旋转。由此滚筒6进行低速旋转。带轮25A、带轮25B、以及传动带26配置于由安装于主体2的后壁的后盖27覆盖的收容空间内。
在烘干室2B配置温度调整用温度传感器29。此外在机械室2C,配置冷却温度传感器30。
图3为门体8的主视图,图4为图3的A-A剖视图。
在主体2的前表面2F,形成限定主体开口3A的开口部3。开口部3比前表面2F更向滚筒6侧后退地形成。在开口部3的周边形成外围开口部3的环状的安装部2F1。安装部2F1的表面部和前表面2F大致平行,安装部2F1和前表面 2F通过连结部2F2连结。
门体8包括俯视时形成为环状的主体部8C、安装于主体部8C的环状的框体8B、内嵌于框体8B中的盖体8A、以及安装于形成在盖体8A的缺口部8D内的拉手装置10而构成。由框体8B和盖体8A形成门体8的前表面。主体部8C具有环状的凸缘部8C1、以及与凸缘部8C1的内缘相连地形成并朝向滚筒6延伸的环状的插入片部8T。框体8B设置成遍及整个圆周地与凸缘部8C1抵接,其外周边和凸缘部8C1的外周边以通过密封件33保持了水密性的状态连结。在门体8上连结有铰链装置7的铰链片7A,设置成可绕铰链装置7的铰链销7B转动。
盖体8A配合框体8B的内圆周形成为有底圆筒状。在盖体8A的侧壁部形成向盖体8A的径向的外侧弯曲并延伸凸出的凸缘部8A1,将盖体8A的底部配置于滚筒6的相反侧,盖体8A的凸缘部8A1以被夹着的状态组装于主体部8C的凸缘部8C1和框体8B之间。在盖体8A形成用于安装拉手装置10的矩形的缺口部8D。
在缺口部8D附近的凸缘部8C1与安装部2F1对置地设有磁铁32。此外在与磁铁32对置的位置设置磁性部31。在门体8中,将安装有铰链装置7的一侧称为一端部,将设置有缺口部8D以及磁铁32的一侧称为另一端部。
门体8是通过磁铁32的引力保持与磁性部31相接触的状态,并由此保持关闭状态的结构。将像这样使门体8保持关闭状态的机构称为保持机构HO。
保持机构HO将门体8保持在关闭主体开口3的状态,在烘干运转过程中防止洗涤物从滚筒6以及主体开口3飞出,还能够通过后述的开闭操作解除关闭状态从而打开。此外由于门体8为通过磁铁32的引力维持关闭状态的结构,因而如果从滚筒6的内侧施加超出所述引力的力,就能够解除关闭状态从而打开。在实施例中,作为该保持机构HO采用磁铁方式。作为该磁铁方式,在实施例中吸附于主体开口3的周边部的前表面侧的磁性部31处的磁铁32设置于门体8的背侧。为了使主体开口3在磁铁32与磁性部31抵接的状态下封闭,在门体8的背面的周边部设置有与主体开口3的周边部紧贴的密封件33,磁性部31以及磁铁32配置于该密封件33的内侧位置。
在滚筒式干衣机1中,设置有磁铁32通过引力与磁性部31抵接从而门体8检测主体开口3是否为关闭状态的门开关34。该门开关34的配置没有做出图示,但作为一个方法,存在门体8在关闭主体开口3的状态下,通过磁铁32关闭接 点的舌簧开关方式,此外作为其他的方法,采用门体8在关闭主体开口3的状态下,通过门体8的一部分进行动作的微动开关方式。
图5为图3的B-B剖视图,图6为示出拉手装置10的开闭盖35为关闭状态的剖视图,图7为示出拉手装置10的开闭盖35为打开状态的剖视图。
拉手装置10如图4至图7所示,设置于形成在门体8的另一端部的凹部37。拉手装置10包括开闭盖35和用于钩住使用者的手指的拉手部36而构成。
拉手部36为根据形成于门体8的前表面的一部分即盖体8A上的缺口部8D,通过规定的手指插入用的凹部37形成于滚筒6侧的指钩部。拉手部36为通过从构成门体8的前表面的一部分的盖体8A的前表面侵入到背侧的凹部37而形成的指钩部的结构。由此,能够简单地形成容易开闭门体8的钩住使用者的手指式的拉手部36。
手指插入用的凹部37由在前表面凸缘37F卡止的状态下在缺口部8D上安装的凹部形成构件37B形成。开闭盖35通过设置于凹部形成构件37B的支承轴38,转动自由地设置于凹部37的开口部37A上。开闭盖35可转动为凹部37的开口部37A关闭的状态(堵塞状态)和凹部37的开口部37A打开的状态。凹部37通过使周边凸缘部卡定于门体8的盖体8A的凹部形成构件37B,分区形成于门体8的内部。开闭盖35通过使形成凹部37的侧壁的凹部形成构件37B在厚度方向上贯通设置的一对支承轴38,能够绕该支承轴转动地被支承,可开闭地支承为凹部37的开口部37A关闭的状态、以及凹部37的开口部37A打开的状态。
开闭盖35的螺旋弹簧39卷绕在支承轴38上。螺旋弹簧39朝向关闭凹部37的开口部37A的状态对开闭盖35施力。在开闭盖35的后端部的背侧所抵接的位置,设置有用于开闭盖35将凹部37的开口部37A维持在关闭状态的挡块40。由此,在开闭盖35与挡块40抵接并关闭了凹部37的开口部37A的状态下,由于能够与门体8的盖体8A连续构成平坦面,因而开闭盖35成为形成与门体8的盖体8A接续的表面的状态。因此,由于不能从门体8的外侧将手指插入指钩部,因而能够将开闭盖35维持为不能进行门体8的开闭操作的状态。此外由于能够将开闭盖35和盖体8A构成平坦面,因而能够提高门体8的美观性。
在进行打开门体8的开闭操作的情况下,如图7所示,使用者用进行开闭操作的手指FG抗拒螺旋弹簧39的施力将开闭盖35向凹部37侧压入,在将手指FG勾到拉手部36上的状态下,只要抵抗磁石32的向着磁性部31的引力将 门体8拉倒近前,就能够以铰链装置7为轴打开门体8。
拉手装置10还包括限制开闭盖35的转动的限制单元41。限制单元41动作成限制开闭盖35的转动的第一状态、以及允许开闭盖35的转动的第二状态。所述第一状态为阻止手指FG向拉手部36侵入的阻止状态,所述第二状态为使开闭盖35转动并允许手指FG向拉手部36侵入的状态。
在本实施方式中,限制单元41为螺线管方式。限制单元41在所述第一状态下,如在图5中用点线41P1所示,通过向门锁螺线管41S通电从而锁销41P向门体8的背侧凸出,即使从门体8的表面侧向转动开闭盖35的方向施加力,形成于门体8的背侧的凸部35T也会干扰锁销41P,限制开闭盖35的转动并保持无法进行开闭操作的状态。拉手锁定开关42检测锁销41P是否为向门体8的背侧凸出的状态。此外,在所述第二状态下,如在图5中用实线所示,当停止向门锁螺线管41S通电时,锁销41P从门体8的背侧后退,开闭盖35能够抵抗螺旋弹簧39的作用力进行转动,能够进行开闭操作。
作为其他的实施方式,也可以将限制单元41以步进电机方式实现。在这种情况下,设置步进电机代替门锁螺线管41S,通过该步进电机的正向旋转和反向旋转,使锁销41P为相对于门体8的背侧进入以及后退的结构。因此,在所述第一状态下,通过向步进电机的正向时钟脉冲通电使锁销41P向门体8的背侧凸出,即使欲从门体8的表面侧使开闭盖35转动,形成于门体8的背侧的凸部35T也会干扰锁销41P,限制开闭盖35的转动并保持无法进行开闭操作的状态。此外,在所述第二状态下,通过向步进电机的反向时钟脉冲通电使锁销41P从门体8的背侧后退。由此,解除开闭盖35的转动的限制,能够使开闭盖35可抵抗螺旋弹簧39的施力而转动,能够进行开闭操作并能够进行门体8的开闭操作。
通过采用以上的结构,滚筒式干衣机1在如烘干运转过程中等等打开门体8就会发生危险的状态下,通过使限制单元41为第一状态,能够限制门体8的开闭操作,是安全的。而且,在烘干运转结束后等等允许打开门体8的状态下,通过将限制单元41切换为第二状态,由于能够允许门体8的开闭操作,因而能够从滚筒6中取出烘干了的洗涤物。
限制单元41的拉手锁定开关42的锁销41P向开闭盖35的背侧凸出,用来检测处于无法推开开闭盖35的所述第一状态。
图8为示出滚筒式干衣机1的功能的框图。
滚筒式干衣机1包括控制部43和负荷驱动部44。
控制部43接收来自硬币检测装置7、门开关34、温度传感器14、29、30、以及拉手锁定开关42的信号,向选择显示投入金额以及烘干运转剩余时间的显示部17、以及运转状态显示部18输出显示信号。此外,负荷驱动部44基于控制部43的工作进行工作。根据负荷驱动部44的工作,进行加热装置11的燃烧控制部11A、风扇电机23、滚筒电机24、以及限制单元41的门锁螺线管41S或所述步进电机的通电控制。由控制部43进行的动作以及由负荷驱动部44进行的动作如下所述,基于示出图9所示的滚筒式干衣机1的工作的流程图,按照步骤进行说明。
关于在对限制单元41采用如上所述的螺线管方式的情况下的滚筒式干衣机1的运转工作进行记载。图9为示出滚筒式干衣机1的工作的流程图。
<步骤S1>
当打开主电源时滚筒式干衣机1为等待状态。在等待状态下,控制部43停止向门锁螺线管41S的通电,以第二状态维持限制单元41。然后移至步骤S2。
<步骤S2>
在步骤S2中,控制部43判断是否从硬币检测装置7接收到了表示投入了预定金额的硬币的硬币检测信号。在接收到了硬币检测信号的情况下移至步骤S3,在没有接收到硬币检测信号的情况下返回步骤1。
<步骤S3>
在步骤3中,控制部43判断是否接收到了来自门开关34的检测信号。当控制部43接收到了检测信号时,判断门体8为闭止状态并移至步骤4,当没有接收到检测信号时,判断门体8为打开状态并返回步骤3。
<步骤S4>
在步骤S4中,控制部43对负荷驱动部44通知应驱动滚筒电机44、风扇电机23以及加热装置11的信号,驱动滚筒电机44、风扇电机23以及加热装置11并开始烘干运转模式,移至步骤5。
<步骤S5>
在步骤5中,控制部43判断是否从步骤4起经过了预定的时间,当判断经过了预定的时间时,向未图示的电力供给部发出允许向门锁螺线管41S通电的信号,向门锁螺线管41S进行通电并移至步骤S6。
<步骤S6>
在步骤S6中,控制部43判断是否接收到了来自拉手锁定开关42的信号。若控制部43接收到了信号,则判断限制单元41为第一状态并移至步骤S7。若控制部43没有接收到信号,则判断限制单元41为第二状态并返回步骤S5。
<步骤S7>
在步骤S7中,控制部43判断是否接收到了来自门开关34的检测信号。若控制部43接收到了检测信号,则判断门体8为关闭状态并移至步骤S8,若没有接收到检测信号,则判断门体8为打开状态并移至步骤9。
<步骤S8>
在步骤S8中,控制部43判断未图示的计时器的剩余时间是否为0。若剩余时间不为0则返回步骤S7,若剩余时间为0则移至步骤S 12。
在烘干运转模式中,燃气器式加热装置11、风扇电机23、滚筒电机24进行运转,滚筒6进行旋转。从空气流入口19流入的空气由燃气器式加热装置11加热成为加热空气,该加热空气加热滚筒6的外圈并且还从通气孔6B侵入滚筒6内,烘干滚筒6内的衣服等洗涤物。烘干洗涤物的空气经由线屑过滤器21从空气流出口28流出。在烘干运转开始模式中,控制部43基于温度调整用温度传感器29的检测状态,通过燃烧控制部11A进行燃气器式加热装置11的燃烧控制。当控制部43通过温度调整用温度传感器29检测到异常过热时,停止燃气器式加热装置11的燃烧。
<步骤S9>
在步骤S9中,控制部43向负荷驱动部44发送信号,停止向门锁螺线管41S的通电,移至步骤S10。
<步骤S10>
在步骤S10中,控制部43向负荷驱动部44发送信号,停止燃气器式加热装置11、风扇电机23以及滚筒电机24的运转,移至步骤S11。
<步骤S11>
在步骤S11中,控制部43判断是否接收到了来自门开关34的检测信号。若控制部43接收到了检测信号,则判断门体8为闭止状态并移至步骤S4,向负荷驱动部44发送信号,燃气器式加热装置11、风扇电机23以及滚筒电机24进行运转,烘干滚筒6内的衣服等洗涤物。此外,若没有接收到检测信号,则判断门体8为打开状态并返回步骤9。
<步骤S12>
在步骤S12中,控制部43向负荷驱动部44发送信号,停止燃气器式加热装置11的运转,风扇电机23以及滚筒电机24继续运转。因此,通过从空气流入口19流入的空气而变成降低滚筒6的温度以及滚筒6内的洗涤物的温度的冷却运转模式,移至步骤S13。
<步骤S13>
在步骤13中,控制部43向负荷驱动部44发送信号,停止向门锁螺线管41S的通电,移至步骤S14。
<步骤S14>
在步骤S14中,控制部43判断是否接收到了来自拉手锁定开关42的信号。若控制部43接收到了信号,则判断限制单元41为第一状态并返回步骤S13。若控制部43没有接收到信号,则判断限制单元41为第二状态并移至步骤S15。
<步骤S15>
在步骤S15中,控制部43判断来自温度调整用温度传感器29的信号是否为表示预定温以下的温度的信号。控制部43在所述信号为表示预定温度以下的温度的信号的情况下,判断滚筒6的冷却结束并移至步骤S16。此外控制部43在所述信号不是表示预定温度以下的温度的信号的情况下,判断滚筒6的冷却没有结束并返回步骤S12。
<步骤S16>
在步骤S16中,控制部43向负荷驱动部44发送停止风扇电机23以及滚筒电机24的运转的信号,结束滚筒式干衣机1的运转。当滚筒式干衣机1的运转结束时返回步骤1。
在上述的流程中,若使门锁螺线管41S不通电的时间点(步骤S13)为达到冷却温度时(步骤S15)的时间点,就能够在滚筒式干衣机1内的温度变得足够低的状态下推开开闭盖35,使用者在打开门体8时感到不快的情况会变少。
如上所述,当关闭门体8开始滚筒式干衣机1的烘干运转并经过预定时间时,由于门锁螺线管41S被通电而使锁销41P向开闭盖35的背侧凸出,限制开闭盖35的转动,因而不能进行开闭操作。由此,由于能够防止不意发生的从外部打开门体8的情况,因而即使使用者离开滚筒式干衣机1的场所,也能够防止滚筒6内的衣服等洗涤物遭到盗窃。
此外,由于门体8为通过利用了磁铁的引力的保持机构HO使主体开口3保持为关闭状态的结构,因而在孩子进入滚筒8内的状态下,即使开闭盖35被 关闭,通过从滚筒6内侧推开门体8,也能够抗拒磁铁的引力而推开门体8。由此,孩子从滚筒6内的逃脱变得容易。
此外作为所述保持机构HO,除了上述的磁铁式,也可以采用公知的机械式的挂钩方式,即,在门体8和主体2当中的一侧安装前端膨出的凸起体,在另一侧设置装卸自由地保持该凸起体的膨出部的弹性接收部。此外,作为磁铁方式的其他方式,也可以使密封件33为加入橡胶磁铁的密封件,使主体开口3的周边部为磁性部,该橡胶磁铁与主体开口3的周边部的磁性部31紧贴。无论是哪种结构,均是在门体8通过保持机构HO密闭于主体开口3的状态下,门体8以只要孩子从滚筒6侧推门体8就会容易打开门体8的程度保持于主体开口3的状态。
在本实施方式中,拉手部36为由侵入到盖体8A背侧的手指插入用的凹部37形成的指钩部,然而也可以在凹部37的底部设置手握式或者手抓式的拉手的结构来代替前者。即使是这样的结构,也能够得到与所述实施方式相同的效果。
在本实施方式中,门锁螺线管41S为一个,当门锁螺线管41S为一个时,若开闭盖35将开口部37A保持在关闭状态的情况不稳定,则如图5中用单点划线所示,作为与门锁螺线管41S相同的结构,将具备锁销41P2的门锁螺线管41S2与门锁螺线管41S对置地配置,与拉手锁定开关42相同地设置拉手锁定开关422,只要实施与门锁螺线管41S相同的工作,就能够消除该不稳定。
在上述的实施方式中,关于滚筒式干衣机1进行了记载,但是即使在通过全自动运转来洗涤脱水并烘干衣服等洗涤物的具备洗涤功能和烘干功能这两者的滚筒式洗涤烘干机中,也能够采用上述结构。因此,滚筒式洗涤烘干机的情况下的滚筒,为形成有投入取出用于进行洗涤以及烘干的洗涤物的前表面开口的结构,与该前表面开口对应,在滚筒式洗濯烘干机的主体上,用于投入取出洗涤物的主体开口3形成为圆形,在开闭主体开口3的门体8上,设置与上述相同的拉手装置10。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种门体,设置于开口部,一端部由铰链装置转动自由地支承,在另一端部设置有拉手装置,所述门体的特征在于,
    所述拉手装置设置在形成于所述门体的凹部,
    具有用于钩住使用者的手指的拉手部,
    能切换为可钩住使用者的手指的状态和不能钩住使用者的手指的状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的的门体,其特征在于,
    所述拉手装置包括转动自由地设置于所述凹部的开口部并堵住所述凹部的开口的开闭盖、以及限制所述开闭盖的转动的限制单元,
    所述限制单元能切换为限制所述开闭盖的转动的第一状态和允许所述开闭盖的转动的第二状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的门体,其特征在于,
    所述门体构成为包括主体部和安装于主体部且构成门体的前表面的一部分的盖体,
    所述凹部形成于所述盖体上,
    所述开闭盖在为第一状态时,形成与所述盖体的表面部接续的表面。
  4. 一种带烘干功能的洗衣房设备,其特征在于,包括:
    设备主体,在前表面侧形成有用于投入取出衣服等的主体开口部;
    滚筒,收容于所述设备主体内,形成有与所述主体开口部对应的前表面开口部;以及
    门体,设置于所述主体开口,一端部由铰链装置转动自由地支承,在另一端部设置有拉手装置,
    所述门体是根据权利要求1至权利要求3的任一项所述的门体。
