S104, 在终端处于静音模式的情况下, 根据预设条件开启终端的来电铃音和 /或震 动, 以提示用户接听电话。 本发明实施例能够提前预检测终端是否处于静音模式, 当终端处于静音模式下, 再根据预先设定的条件来开启终端的来电铃音和 /或震动,这样就可以使得用户即使在 静音的模式下也能够根据预先的设置, 接听一些重要的电话, 提高了用户体验, 解决 了当电话处于静音模式下, 终端用户通常漏接一些紧急或重要的来电的问题。 实施过程中, 可以预先对来电号码进行设置, 例如, 将不希望漏接的电话号码设 置为支持开启来电铃音和 /或震动, 则当终端处于静音模式的情况下, 需要检测来电号 码是否配置为支持开启来电铃音和 /或震动; 如果来电号码配置为支持开启来电铃音和 /或震动, 则根据预设条件开启终端的来电铃音和 /或震动, 以提示用户接听电话; 如果 来电号码没有被配置为支持开启来电铃音和 /或震动, 则按照正常静音模式进行处理。 在检测当前条件是否满足预设条件时, 可以通过多种方式进行检测, 例如, 预设 条件可以是来电号码呼叫的次数达到预设次数, 或者, 振铃持续时间达到预设时间, 或者是上述二者的结合。 实现时, 可以单独检测来电号码呼叫的次数是否达到预设次 数, 达到则满足预设条件, 或者, 还可以单独检测振铃持续时间是否达到预设时间, 如果达到预设时间则满足预设条件。 当然, 还可以通过双重检测来进一步优化该呼叫 过程, 例如, 在振铃持续时间达到预设时间后, 才开始统计呼叫次数等。 当当前条件满足预设条件时, 清除当前条件下来电号码对应的来电次数的统计数 量, 并开启终端的来电铃音和 /或震动, 以提示用户接听电话。 在呼叫的过程中, 如果来电号码的首次呼叫未被接听的情况下, 可以开始统计来 电号码的呼叫次数; 在预定时间段内没有再次接到来电号码的呼叫的情况下, 放弃对 来电号码呼叫次数的统计, 其中, 预定时间段可以设置为 20S或 30S等。 在检测当前条件是否满足预设条件之前, 即在来电终端的首次呼叫未被接听的情 况下, 还可以通过短信或自动语音应答等方式来提示来电终端继续拨打, 以改变响铃 的模式。 本发明实施例还提供了一种静音模式下的呼叫装置, 该装置的结构示意如图 2所 示, 包括: 检测模块 10, 设置为当终端接收到来电呼叫时, 检测终端当前所处的模式; 铃音 开启模块 20, 与检测模块 10耦合, 设置为在终端处于静音模式的情况下, 根据预设 条件开启终端的来电铃音和 /或震动, 以提示用户接听电话。 图 3示出了上述铃音开启模块 20的第一种结构示意图, 该模块包括:第一检测单 元 201, 设置为在终端处于静音模式的情况下, 检测来电号码是否配置为支持开启来 电铃音和 /或震动; 第一铃音开启单元 202, 与第一检测单元 201耦合, 设置为在来电 号码配置为支持开启来电铃音和 /或震动的情况下,根据预设条件开启终端的来电铃音 和 /或震动, 以提示用户接听电话。 图 4示出了上述铃音开启模块 20的第二种结构示意图, 该图中的铃音开启模块 20包括: 第二检测单元 203, 设置为在终端处于静音模式的情况下, 检测当前条件是 否满足预设条件, 其中, 预设条件至少包括以下之一: 来电号码呼叫的次数达到预设 次数, 振铃持续时间达到预设时间; 第二铃音开启单元 204, 与第二检测单元 203耦 合, 设置为在当前条件满足预设条件的情况下, 清除当前条件下的来电次数的统计数 量, 并开启终端的来电铃音和 /或震动, 以提示用户接听电话。 在优选实施过程中, 可以将图 3和图 4中的铃音开启模块 20集成到一个模块中, 即在不同条件下触发不同的单元进行工作, 图 5示出了第二种铃音开启模块 20的优选结构示意图, 该铃音开启模块 20还包 括: 统计单元 205, 与第二检测单元 203耦合, 设置为在来电号码的首次呼叫未被接 听的情况下, 统计来电号码的呼叫次数; 并在预定时间段内没有再次接到来电号码的 呼叫的情况下, 放弃对来电号码呼叫次数的统计; 提醒单元 206, 与第二检测单元 203 耦合, 设置为在来电终端的首次呼叫未被接听的情况下, 通过短信或自动语音应答提 示来电终端继续拨打, 以改变响铃的模式。 当然, 本领域技术人员可以根据上述公开的内容将静音模式下的呼叫装置设置在 终端或移动终端中, 类似的设置方式都在本发明实施例的保护范围内, 此处不进行赘 述。 优选实施例 本发明优选实施例提供了一种静音模式下的呼叫方法, 该方法可以通过一定策略 触发某些用户 /号码来电进入紧急回拨状态, 该紧急回拨状态能够使得这些来电在静音 模式下能够开启铃音或震动等提示, 以便尽来电的用户可能得到及时的响应, 以尽量 减少紧急电话在静音模式被漏接。 本发明实施例提出的移动通信终端在静音模式下的呼叫方法, 需要先设置支持紧 急回拨 (能够通过铃音或震动等进行呼叫的方式) 的用户或终端号码; 再根据预先配 置规则, 触发支持进入紧急回拨的用户 /号码进入紧急回拨状态, 并可以反馈给对方; 静音模式下收到来电振铃指示, 如果来电用户 /号码处于紧急回拨模式, 开启铃音, 震 动等提示; 最后再根据一定策略退出紧急回拨状态。 紧急回拨功能的处理流程可以参考如下步骤: (1)终端收到来电提示后, 首先判断是否处于静音模式, 如果没有处于静音模式 转入正常处理流程, 否则转入 (2)
(2) 判断来电号码 /用户是否配置为支持紧急回拨, 如果不支持转入正常处理流 程, 否则转入 (3)
(3) 判断来电号码 /用户是否处于紧急回拨模式, 如果是开启来电提示 (铃音, 震动等), 否则转入 (4)
(4) 如果来电正常接听, 转入正常处理流程, 否则转入 5)
(5) 如果来电满足一定策略, 则对应用户 /号码开启紧急回拨模式, 并可以通过 语音自动应答, 短信等提示对方已进入紧急回拨模式。 (6) 用户 /号码进入紧急回拨之后, 在一定条件下需要退出紧急回拨状态, 如: 在一定时间内 (如 2分钟)没有收到该用户 /号码来电; 该用户 /号码来电被接听(自动 应答除外); 终端主动呼叫该用户 /号码; 取消静音模式; 终端开 /关机; 用户 /号码取消 支持紧急回拨。 下面结合附图对紧急回拨功能的实现 (即静音模式下的呼叫方法) 做详细描述: 图 6为来电处理流程图, 包括步骤 S601至 S605:
5601, 终端收到来电振铃提示后, 首先判断是否处于静音模式。 如果没有处于静 音模式转入 S605, 否则转入 S602。
5602, 判断来电号码 /用户是否配置为支持紧急回拨。 如果不支持转入 S605, 否 则转入 S603。
S603, 判断来电号码 /用户是否处于紧急回拨模式, 如果是, 则执行 S604, 否则 转入转入 S605。
5604, 开启来电提示 (铃音, 震动等)。
5605, 按照正常处理流程来处理来电请求。 图 7为来电触发紧急回拨流程图, 包括步骤 S701至 S708:
S701, 终端收到来电振铃提示后, 首先判断是否处于静音模式。 如果没有处于静 音模式则执行步骤 S708, 否则转入 S702。 S702,判断来电号码 /用户是否配置为支持紧急回拨。如果不支持则执行步骤 S708, 否则转入 S703。
S703 , 判断来电号码 /用户是否处于紧急回拨状态。 如果是, 则转入 S704, 否则 转入 S705。
S704, 进入紧急回拨状态处理。
5705 , 统计终端静音后该用户 /号码来电次数, 监测本次呼叫振铃持续时间。
5706,判断来电次数或振铃时间是否大于预设值, 以确定是否进入紧急回拨状态。 如果是, 则执行步骤 S707, 否则转入 S708。 确定是否进入紧急回拨状态, 具体可以参考以下方式: 终端静音后, 来电用户呼 叫收到振铃指示后持续时间大于一定阈值, 如 20s, 进入紧急回拨状态; 终端静音后, 来电用户 /号码的连续呼叫次数大于一定阈值, 如 3次, 进入紧急回拨状态。 进入紧急 回拨状态后, 需要清除该用户 /号码的来电统计。
5707, 来电用户 /号码进入紧急回拨状态, 并通过短信或自动应答通知对方。 在进 入紧急回拨模式终端可以使用以下方式提醒对方终端: 如果振铃持续时间超过预设值 触发紧急回拨模式,此时可以直接通过自动语音应答并基于目前场景模式提示对方 "终 端处于会议 /免打扰模式, 继续回拨将唤醒对方"; 来电用户 /号码的连续呼叫次数大于 一定阈值, 可以通过短信方式并基于目前场景模式提示对方"终端处于会议 /免打扰模 式, 继续回拨将唤醒对方"。
5708, 处理结束。 图 8为预定时间内没有来电或者来电接通, 退出紧急回拨模式(或状态)流程图, 包括步骤 S801至 S807:
5801 , 用户 /号码进入紧急回拨状态后, 启动电话监测。
5802, 判断预设时间内是否有来电。如果在预设时间内没有监测到该用户 /号码来 电, 则执行步骤 S806, 否则转 S803。
S803 , 判断来电是否接通。 如果是则执行步骤 S804, 否则执行步骤 S805。
S804, 判断是否为自动应答。 如果是, 则执行歩骤 S805。 如果否, 则执行步骤 S805, 复位来电监测时间, 继续监测来电。 再执行 S807。
S806, 直接退出紧急回拨模式。
S807, 处理结束。 实现的过程中, 如果终端主动呼叫, 退出紧急回拨状态流程可以包括以下步骤: 用户 /号码进入紧急回拨状态后, 启动电话监测; 如果终端主动呼叫该用户 /号码, 则该 用户 /号码退出紧急回拨状态。 如果终端取消静音, 退出紧急回拨状态流程可以包括以下步骤: 终端取消静音设 置;获取所有进入紧急回拨状态的用户 /号码列表;相关用户 /号码依次退出紧急回拨状 态。 如果终端取消开 /关机,退出紧急回拨状态流程可以包括以下步骤:终端开 /关机操 作;获取所有进入紧急回拨状态的用户 /号码列表;相关用户 /号码依次退出紧急回拨状 态。 如果用户 /号码取消紧急回拨支持能力, 退出紧急回拨状态流程可以包括以下步 骤: 用户 /号码取消紧急回拨支持能力; 用户 /号码退出紧急回拨状态。 本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端设置有静音模式下的呼叫装置, 该移动终端可以持久化设置或临时设置用户 /号码紧急呼叫支持能力; 完成正常呼叫处 理功能以及紧急回拨功能, 能够控制用户 /号码进入或退出紧急回拨状态, 以及向对方 进行紧急回拨状态通知。 尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人员将意识到 各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。

在所述来电号码配置为支持开启来电铃音和 /或震动的情况下,根据所述预 设条件开启所述终端的来电铃音和 /或震动, 以提示用户接听电话。 、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 在所述终端处于静音模式的情况下, 根 据预设条件开启所述终端的来电铃音和 /或震动还包括: 在所述终端处于静音模式的情况下,检测当前条件是否满足所述预设条件, 其中, 所述预设条件至少包括以下之一: 所述来电号码呼叫的次数达到预设次 数, 振铃持续时间达到预设时间;
在所述当前条件满足所述预设条件的情况下, 清除当前条件下的来电次数 的统计数量, 并开启所述终端的来电铃音和 /或震动, 以提示用户接听电话。 、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 检测当前条件是否满足所述预设条件之前, 还包括: 在来电号码的首次呼叫未被接听的情况下,统计所述来电号码的呼叫次数; 在预定时间段内没有再次接到所述来电号码的呼叫的情况下, 放弃对所述 来电号码呼叫次数的统计。 、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 检测当前条件是否满足所述预设条件之前, 还包括:

铃音开启模块, 设置为在所述终端处于静音模式的情况下, 根据预设条件 开启所述终端的来电铃音和 /或震动, 以提示用户接听电话。 、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述铃音开启模块包括: 第一检测单元, 设置为在所述终端处于静音模式的情况下, 检测来电号码 是否配置为支持开启来电铃音和 /或震动;
