图 4是根据本发明装置实施例的移动终端的框图,图 5是根据本发明装 置实施例的移动终端的优选结构的 图。 如图 4所示, 根据本发明实施例的移动终端包括: 设置模块 10、 记录 模块 20、 调节模块 30。 具体地, 在才艮据本发明的移动终端中设置模块 10用于设置振铃时长阈 值以及设置第二振铃方式, 其中, 第二振铃方式不同于移动终端当前使用的 第一振铃方式; 根据本发明, 用户可以通过移动终端的 UI进行以下相应的设置: 1、 设 置是否开启来电自动调节铃音功能。 此处设置该功能 "开启" 或是 "关闭" 的状态。 如果此处设置为 "开启", 则用户需要继续设置 "振铃时长阈值" 和
"铃音调节方式"; 如果此处设置为 "关闭", 则无需对其它两项进行设置; 2、 设置振铃时长阈值。 振铃时长阈值可以根据用户的接听习惯进行设置; 3、 设置铃音调节方式: 用户可以设置铃音调节方式, 本实例中举出针对这两种 场景所进行的调节: 嘈杂环境和安静环境。 如果为前者则将铃音音量调至最 大并开启震动, 如果为后者则将铃音调至静音。 根据实际使用, 可以增加或 变换调节方式。 另外, 也可以在移动终端上设置一个快捷键, 按此键可以快 速进行铃音调节方式的切换。 记录模块 20可用于在移动终端开始振铃时, 记录振铃的时长; 在来电 时, 且自动调节铃音功能设置为 "开启" 的情况下, 记录该呼叫的振铃时长。 其中, 振铃时长为: 当移动终端收到网络侧发过来的振铃消息时开始计时, 直到来电接通或来电未接通时计时结束。 调节模块 30分别连接至设置模块 10和记录模块 20, 用于在记录的振 铃时长超过振铃时长阈值的情况下, 将第一振铃方式改变为第二振铃方式。 移动终端接收到来电时,通过设置模块 10和记录模块 20的数据判断是 否需要调节铃音, 如果需要调节, 则按照设置方式进行调节。 如图 5所示, #居本发明实施例的移动终端还可以包括: 提示模块 40, 连接至调节模块 30和设置模块 10, 用于提示用户该移动 终端的振铃方式已改变, 其中, 对用户进行提示的方式包括以下至少之一: 屏幕灯光、 提示音、 文本信息。 当来电铃音被调节后, 在用户此后第一次使用移动终端时, 提示模块 40负责提示用户振铃方式已经修改, 是否需要重新设置, 如果用户选择需要 重新设置, 则可以执行设置模块 10的处理, 重新进行设置。 在具体实施过程中,才艮据本发明实施例提供的移动终端同样可以完成图 1、 图 2和图 3 中所示的处理, 从而能够使移动终端的来电铃音方式适用于 用户当前所处的环境, 具体处理过程 iH处不再重复描述。 综上所述, 借助于本发明的上述技术方案, 才艮据移动终端的振铃时长调 节来电铃音, 解决了移动终端的来电振铃方式单一导致用户无法接听、 或对 他人造成不良感受的问题, 避免了来电未接长时间振铃导致的耗费移动终端 电量, 使得移动终端的来电振铃方式适用于用户所处的环境, 提高了用户体 验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变^^ 凡在本发明的^^申和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种用于移动终端的来电铃音调节方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在所述移动终端开始振铃时, i己录振铃的时长;
在记录的所述振铃时长超过预设振铃时长阈值的情况下,将所述移 动终端当前使用的第一振铃方式改变为预设的第二振铃方式, 其中, 所 述第二振铃方式不同于所述第一振铃方式。
2. 才艮据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在将所述移动终端的所述第 一振铃方式改变为所述第二振铃方式后, 所述方法还包括:
提示用户所述移动终端的振铃方式已改变。
3. 才艮据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 对所述用户进行提示的方式 包括以下至少之一: 屏幕灯光、 提示音、 文本信息。
4. 才艮据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一振铃 方式为以下之一: 静音、 仅震动、 振铃加震动、 仅振铃。
5. 才艮据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二振铃 方式为以下之一: 静音、 仅震动、 振铃加震动、 仅振铃。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述第二振铃方式与所述 第一振铃方式均为振铃的情况下, 所述第二振铃方式不同于所述第一振 铃方式是指: 所述第二振铃方式的振铃音量不同于所述第一振铃方式的 振铃音量。
7. 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
设置模块, 用于设置振铃时长阈值以及设置第二振铃方式, 其中, 所述第二振铃方式不同于所述移动终端当前使用的第一振铃方式;
记录模块, 用于在所述移动终端开始振铃时, 记录振铃的时长; 调节模块,用于在记录的所述振铃时长超过所述振铃时长阈值的情 况下, 将所述第一振铃方式改变为所述第二振铃方式。 根据权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
提示模块, 用于提示用户所述移动终端的振铃方式已改变, 其中, 对所述用户进行提示的方式包括以下至少之一: 屏幕灯光、 提示音、 文 本信息。
