　本発明は情報処理システム、情報処理システムの制御方法、情報処理装置、プログラム、及び情報記憶媒体に関する。
　文字列が含まれる画像を表示部に出力する情報処理システムが知られている。例えば、複数の店舗が出店する仮想商店街を実現する電子商取引システムでは、店舗によって作成された商品画像が利用者端末の表示部に表示される。このような電子商取引システムでは、例えば、「送料無料」等の特典を示す文字列が商品画像に付加されている場合がある（例えば特許文献１の図１３参照）。

　上記のような情報処理システムでは、画像に含まれる文字列が示す情報が画像の閲覧者にそのまま伝わってしまうと不都合が生じる場合がある。例えば、上記のような電子商取引システムでは、「送料無料」の特典が日本国外を商品の送付先として登録している利用者に適用されない場合がある。しかしながら、このような利用者の存在を考慮せずに、日本国内向けに商品を送付することだけを念頭において、商品画像が作成されてしまう場合があり、「送料無料」の文字列が含まれる商品画像が上記のような利用者の利用者端末に表示されてしまう場合がある。このような場合、実際には送料が無料にならないにもかかわらず、送料が無料になると利用者が誤解してしまうおそれがある。
　本発明は上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的は、画像に含まれる文字列が示す情報が画像の閲覧者にそのまま伝わることに起因する不都合の発生を抑制することが可能な情報処理システム、情報処理システムの制御方法、情報処理装置、プログラム、及び情報記憶媒体を提供することにある。
　上記課題を解決するために、本発明に係る情報処理システムは、画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定手段と、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行手段と、を含む。
　また、本発明に係る情報処理システムの制御方法は、画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定ステップと、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定ステップにおいて判定された場合に、前記文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行ステップと、を含む。
　また、本発明に係る情報処理装置は、画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定手段と、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行手段と、を含む。
　また、本発明に係るプログラムは、画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定手段、及び、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行手段、としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラムである。
　また、本発明に係る情報記憶媒体は、画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定手段、及び、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行手段、としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な情報記憶媒体である。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記画像は商品又はサービスに関する画像であり、前記判定手段は、前記商品又は前記サービスの提供を受ける利用者に与えられる特典、又は、前記利用者に課せられる負担に関する前記文字列が前記画像内に含まれる場合に、前記特典又は前記負担が前記閲覧者に適用可能であるか否かを判定することによって、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定するようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記判定条件は、前記閲覧者に関連する場所情報に関する条件を含み、前記判定手段は、前記閲覧者に関連する前記場所情報が前記判定条件を満足するか否かの判定結果に基づいて、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する手段を含むようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記判定条件は、前記閲覧者が前記画像を閲覧する日時に関する条件を含み、前記判定手段は、前記閲覧者が前記画像を閲覧する日時が前記判定条件を満足するか否かの判定結果に基づいて、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する手段を含むようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記判定条件は、前記画像に関連付けられた情報に関する条件を含み、前記判定手段は、前記画像に関連付けられた前記情報が前記判定条件を満足するか否かの判定結果に基づいて、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する手段を含むようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な前記処理は、前記文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者の端末の表示手段に出力するための制御処理を含み、前記処理実行手段は、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記表示手段に出力するための制御を実行する画像出力制御手段を含むようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記画像出力制御手段は、前記文字列を他の言語に翻訳してなる翻訳文字列を、前記文字列とともに又は前記文字列に代えて前記表示手段に出力するための制御を実行する手段と、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記画像と前記文字列と前記翻訳文字列との少なくとも一つに関連付けて前記文字列が示す情報を変更するための文字列又は画像を出力するための制御を実行する手段と、を含むようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記画像出力制御手段は、前記文字列を他の言語に翻訳してなる翻訳文字列を、前記文字列とともに又は前記文字列に代えて前記表示手段に出力するための制御を実行する手段と、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記表示手段への前記翻訳文字列の出力を制限するための制御を実行する手段と、を含むようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記画像出力制御手段は、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記画像と前記文字列との少なくとも一方に関連付けて、前記文字列が示す情報を変更するための文字列又は画像を出力するための制御を実行する手段を含むようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記画像出力制御手段は、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記表示手段への前記文字列の出力を制限するための制御を実行する手段を含むようにしてもよい。
　また、本発明の一態様では、前記文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な前記処理は、前記判定手段の判定結果に関する情報を前記画像の提供者に通知するために必要な処理を含むようにしてもよい。
　本発明によれば、画像に含まれる文字列が示す情報が画像の閲覧者にそのまま伝わることに起因する不都合の発生を抑制することが可能になる。

　以下、本発明の実施形態の例について図面に基づき詳細に説明する。以下では、複数の店舗が出店する仮想商店街を実現する電子商取引システムに本発明を適用した場合の例について説明する。すなわち、本発明の実施形態に係る情報処理システムを電子商取引システムにおいて実現した場合の例について説明する。
　［第１実施形態］本発明の第１実施形態について説明する。図１は第１実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１（情報処理システム）の全体構成の一例を示す。図１に示すように、電子商取引システム１はサーバ１０、データベース１５、利用者端末２０、及び店舗端末４を含む。サーバ１０、利用者端末２０、及び店舗端末４は、例えばインターネット等を含んで構成される通信ネットワーク２に接続されている。サーバ１０と利用者端末２０との間で相互にデータ通信が可能であり、サーバ１０と店舗端末４との間でも相互にデータ通信が可能である。
　サーバ１０は仮想商店街のポータルとして機能するサーバ（情報処理装置）である。図１に示すように、サーバ１０は制御部１１、記憶部１２、通信部１３、及び光ディスクドライブ部１４を含む。制御部１１は１又は複数のマイクロプロセッサを含み、記憶部（メモリ）１２に記憶されたプログラムに従って情報処理を実行する。記憶部１２は主記憶部（例えばＲＡＭ等）及び補助記憶部（例えばＲＯＭ、ハードディスクドライブ、又はソリッドステートドライブ等）を含む。通信部１３は通信ネットワーク２を介してデータ通信を行うためのものである。
　光ディスクドライブ部１４は、光ディスク（情報記憶媒体）に記録されたプログラム又はデータを読み出すためのものである。プログラム及びデータは光ディスク（情報記憶媒体）を介して記憶部１２に供給される。すなわち、光ディスクに記憶されたプログラム及びデータが光ディスクドライブ部１４によって読み出され、記憶部１２に記憶される。
　なお、サーバ１０は、光ディスク以外の情報記憶媒体（例えばメモリカード）に記憶されたプログラム又はデータを読み出すための構成要素（例えばメモリカードスロット部）を含むようにしてもよい。そして、光ディスク以外の情報記憶媒体を介してプログラム及びデータが記憶部１２に供給されるようにしてもよい。また、プログラム及びデータは通信ネットワーク２を介して記憶部１２に供給されるようにしてもよい。
　サーバ１０はデータベース１５にアクセスできるようになっている。例えば、仮想商店街を利用する利用者に関するデータ、仮想商店街に出店している店舗に関するデータや、仮想商店街で販売されている商品に関するデータ等がデータベース１５に記憶される。なお、データベース１５はサーバ１０とは別のサーバ内に構築されていてもよいし、サーバ１０内に構築されていてもよい。
　利用者端末２０は利用者によって使用される情報処理装置である。例えば、利用者端末２０はラップトップ型コンピュータ、デスクトップ型コンピュータ、タブレット型コンピュータ、及び携帯電話（スマートフォンを含む）等である。
　図１に示すように、利用者端末２０は制御部２１、記憶部２２、通信部２３、操作部２４、表示部２５、及び音声出力部２６を含む。制御部２１、記憶部２２、及び通信部２３はサーバ１０の制御部１１、記憶部１２、及び通信部１３と同様である。
　プログラム及びデータは通信ネットワーク２を介して記憶部２２に供給される。なお、利用者端末２０は、情報記憶媒体（例えば光ディスク又はメモリカード等）に記憶されたプログラム又はデータを読み出すための構成要素（例えば光ディスクドライブ部又はメモリカードスロット部等）を含むようにしてもよい。そして、情報記憶媒体（例えばメモリカード）を介してプログラムやデータが記憶部２２に供給されるようにしてもよい。
　操作部２４は利用者が操作を行うためのものである。例えば、表示部２５に表示される画面内の位置を指示するためのポインティングデバイスが利用者端末２０に備えられている場合、ポインティングデバイスが操作部２４に相当する。すなわち、例えば、マウス、スティック、タッチパッド、又は表示部２５の上に重ねて設けられるタッチパネル等が操作部２４に相当する。
　表示部２５は例えば液晶ディスプレイ又は有機ＥＬディスプレイ等であり、各種画面を表示する。音声出力部２６は例えばスピーカー又はヘッドホン等であり、各種音声を出力する。
　店舗端末４は、仮想商店街に出店する店舗に設けられた情報処理装置であり、仮想商店街で販売する商品に関するデータ等をサーバ１０を介してデータベース１５に登録するために用いられる。例えば、店舗端末４はラップトップ型コンピュータ、デスクトップ型コンピュータ、又はタブレット型コンピュータ等である。店舗端末４は利用者端末２０と同様のハードウェア構成を有する。
　例えば、サーバ１０ではデーモンプログラム（例えばＨＴＴＰデーモン）が実行される。また、利用者端末２０ではプログラム（例えばウェブブラウザ）が起動され、処理要求（例えばＨＴＴＰリクエスト）が利用者端末２０からサーバ１０に送信される。この場合、サーバ１０からは、上記の処理要求に対応する処理結果（例えばＨＴＴＰレスポンス）が利用者端末２０に送信される。例えば、ページ記述言語で記述されたデータが利用者端末２０に送信される。そして、このデータに基づいて、処理結果に基づく画面が利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示される。なお、店舗端末４とサーバ１０との間でも同様の処理が行われる。
　仮想商品街を利用する場合、利用者は利用者端末２０を用いてサーバ１０にアクセスする。そして、利用者は検索条件を指定して商品を検索することによって、所望の商品を探す。利用者が所望の商品を指定すると、その商品の情報を示す商品画面（商品ページ）が利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示される。
　図２は商品画面の一例を示す。図２に示すように、商品画面３０には、カーソル３２、商品画像３４、説明文３６、選択欄３８Ａ、及び購入ボタン３８Ｂが表示される。カーソル３２は利用者の操作に従って商品画面３０を移動する。
　商品画像３４は商品に関する画像である。商品画像３４は商品を販売する店舗によって作成されたものである。図２に示す商品画像３４には文字列４０が含まれている。この文字列４０は店舗によって付加されたものである。例えば、商品を購入する利用者が受けることができる特典を示す文字列４０が付加される。図２に示す例の場合、商品の送料が無料になることを日本語で示す文字列４０が商品画像３４に付加されている。
　なお、商品画像３４に付加される文字列４０の例は図２に示した例に限られない。例えば、商品が購入した利用者に付与されるポイントが通常の２倍になることを日本語で示す文字列４０が商品画像３４に付加される場合もある。
　例えば、店舗は商品の撮影画像に文字列４０を付加することによって、図２に示すような商品画像３４を作成し、その商品画像３４をデータベース１５に登録する。
　説明文３６は店舗によって作成された商品の説明文であり、商品の説明を日本語で記載したものである。利用者は説明文３６を参照することによって、商品の詳細について知ることができる。利用者が商品の個数を選択欄３８Ａで選択し、購入ボタン３８Ｂを押下すると、商品の購入処理が実行される。
　上記に説明した電子商取引システム１では、日本の店舗が販売する商品を日本国外に住んでいる者に配送するサービスを提供している。すなわち、日本国外に住んでいる者も仮想商店街を利用できるようになっている。日本国外に住んでいる利用者は日本語に精通していない可能性が高いため、利用者が使用言語として日本語以外の言語を設定できるようになっている。利用者が使用言語を日本語以外の言語に変更した場合、日本語以外の言語で商品画面３０が表示される。なお以下では、利用者が使用言語として英語を選択できるようになっている場合について説明する。当然のことながら、利用者が使用言語として日本語及び英語以外の言語を選択できるようにしてもよい。
　図３は使用言語が英語に変更された場合の商品画面３０の一例を示す。図３に示す商品画面３０では購入ボタン３８Ｂのキャプションが英語になっている。
　また、図３に示す商品画面３０には、商品の説明が英語で記載された翻訳説明文３６Ｔが表示されている。翻訳説明文３６Ｔは、店舗によって作成された日本語の説明文３６の英語に翻訳したものである。例えば、翻訳説明文３６Ｔは、店舗によって作成された日本語の説明文３６を機械翻訳することによって生成される。なお、翻訳説明文３６Ｔは店舗によって作成されたものであってもよい。
　さらに、図３に示す商品画面３０では、商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０を翻訳した翻訳文字列４０Ｔが表示されている。商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０は店舗によって付加されたものであり、店舗にとって有益な宣伝文句である。このため、電子商取引システム１では、説明文３６だけでなく、商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０も翻訳して表示するようになっている。
　例えば、翻訳文字列４０Ｔは、カーソル３２が商品画像３４上に位置している場合（すなわち、利用者が商品画像３４を指し示している場合）に表示される。また、翻訳文字列４０Ｔは元の文字列４０に関連付けて表示される。例えば、翻訳文字列４０Ｔの表示位置は文字列４０の表示位置に基づいて設定される。例えば、翻訳文字列４０Ｔの表示位置は、翻訳文字列４０Ｔと文字列４０との位置関係が所定の位置関係となるようにして設定され、翻訳文字列４０Ｔは文字列４０の付近に表示される。なお、翻訳文字列４０Ｔと文字列４０との関連付けを示す線又は画像を表示するようにしてもよい。
　なお、カーソル３２が文字列４０上に位置している場合に翻訳文字列４０Ｔを表示するようにしてもよい。
　または、カーソル３２が商品画像３４上に位置している場合に翻訳文字列４０Ｔのプレビュー（例えば翻訳文字列４０Ｔの文字数）を表示し、カーソル３２が翻訳文字列４０Ｔのプレビュー上に位置している場合に翻訳文字列４０Ｔを表示するようにしてもよい。
　あるいは、カーソル３２が商品画像３４上に位置している場合に文字列４０付近に標識を表示し、カーソル３２が標識上に位置している場合に翻訳文字列４０Ｔを表示するようにしてもよい。
　なお、翻訳文字列４０Ｔを文字列４０とともに表示するのではなく、文字列４０を翻訳文字列４０Ｔに置き換えるようにしてもよい。すなわち、文字列４０の代わりに翻訳文字列４０Ｔを表示するようにしてもよい。
　ところで、商品を購入する際の特典はすべての利用者に適用されるわけではない。例えば、「送料無料」の特典は、日本国内の特定地域（例えば離島等）を商品の送付先として登録している利用者（言い換えれば、日本国内の特定地域に住んでいる利用者）や、日本国外を商品の送付先として登録している利用者（言い換えれば、日本国外に住んでいる利用者）に適用されない場合がある。例えば、このような利用者に対しては、所定のキャンペーン期間中にのみ「送料無料」の特典が適用され、キャンペーン期間外には「送料無料」の特典が適用されない場合がある。
　しかしながら、上記のような利用者の存在を考慮せずに、例えば図２に示すような商品画像３４が作成されてしまう場合がある。例えば、キャンペーン期間外において、図２又は図３に示すような商品画面３０（文字列４０又は翻訳文字列４０Ｔ）が上記のような利用者の利用者端末２０に表示されてしまうと、実際には送料が無料にならないにもかかわらず、送料が無料になると利用者が誤解してしまうおそれがある。
　この点、電子商取引システム１では、商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０が示す特典が商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に適用可能であるか否かを判定するようになっている。そして、商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０が示す特典が商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に適用可能でない場合には、その旨を利用者に提示するようになっている。この場合の商品画面３０の例を図４及び図５に示す。
　図４に示す商品画面３０は、キャンペーン期間外において、日本国内の特定地域や日本国外を商品の送付先として登録している利用者が使用言語として日本語を選択して仮想商店街を利用する場合に利用者端末２０に表示される商品画面３０の一例を示す。図４に示す商品画面３０では、「送料無料」の特典が適用されないことを示す適用外マーク４２が文字列４０に関連付けて表示されている。具体的には、適用外マーク４２が文字列４０上に重ねて表示されている。この適用外マーク４２が表示されることによって、「送料無料」の特典が適用されないことを利用者に伝えることができる。
　図５に示す商品画面３０は、キャンペーン期間外において、日本国外を商品の送付先として登録している利用者が使用言語として英語を選択して仮想商店街を利用する場合に利用者端末２０に表示される商品画面３０の一例を示す。図５に示す商品画面３０では、「送料無料」の特典が適用されないことを示す適用外マーク４２が翻訳文字列４０Ｔ（及び文字列４０）に関連付けて表示されている。具体的には、適用外マーク４２が翻訳文字列４０Ｔ（及び文字列４０）上に重ねて表示されている。この適用外マーク４２が表示されることによって、「送料無料」の特典が適用されないことを利用者に伝えることができる。
　なお、適用外マーク４２を表示する代わりに、特典が適用されないことを示す文字列（メッセージ）を表示するようにしてもよい。例えば、特典が適用されないことを示すメッセージを含む吹き出しを文字列４０（又は翻訳文字列４０Ｔ）や商品画像３４に関連付けて表示するようにしてもよい。具体的には、吹き出しの少なくとも一部が文字列４０（又は翻訳文字列４０Ｔ）や商品画像３４に重なるようにして吹き出しを表示するようにしてもよい。または、吹き出しの引き出し部分（吹き出しの足）が文字列４０（又は翻訳文字列４０Ｔ）や商品画像３４を指し示すようにして吹き出しを表示するようにしてもよい。このようにしても、「送料無料」の特典が適用されないことを利用者に伝えることができるようになる。
　また、図４に示す商品画面３０では、適用外マーク４２を表示する代わりに、文字列４０の出力を制限（抑止）するようにしてもよい。例えば、文字列４０を表示しないようにしてもよい。また例えば、文字列４０の全部又は一部を商品画像３４の背景色で塗りつぶしたり、文字列４０の全部又は一部をぼかしたりするようにしてもよい。このようにしても、「送料無料」の特典が適用されないことを利用者に伝えることができるようになる。
　同様に、図５に示す商品画面３０では、適用外マーク４２を表示する代わりに、翻訳文字列４０Ｔの出力を制限（抑止）するようにしてもよい。例えば、翻訳文字列４０Ｔを表示しないようにしたり、翻訳文字列４０Ｔの全部又は一部をぼかしたりするようにしてもよい。このようにしても、「送料無料」の特典が適用されないことを利用者に伝えることができるようになる。
　以下、上記のような機能を実現するための構成について説明する。まず、データベース１５に記憶されるデータについて説明する。図６～図１１はデータベース１５に記憶されるデータの例を示す。なお、以下に説明するデータは複数の記憶装置（データベース）に分散して記憶されるようにしてもよい。
　図６は利用者テーブルの一例を示す。利用者テーブルは仮想商店街を利用する利用者の一覧を示す。図６に示す利用者テーブルは「利用者ＩＤ」、「利用者名」、「送付先」、及び「メールアドレス」フィールドを含む。「利用者ＩＤ」フィールドは利用者を一意に識別するための識別情報を示す。「利用者名」及び「メールアドレス」フィールドは利用者の名前及びメールアドレスを示す。「送付先」フィールドは商品の送付先を示す。例えば、利用者の住所が「送付先」フィールドに登録される。
　図７は店舗テーブルの一例を示す。店舗テーブルは仮想商店街に出店している店舗の一覧を示す。図７に示す店舗テーブルは「店舗ＩＤ」、「店舗名」、「所在地」、及び「メールアドレス」フィールドを含む。「店舗ＩＤ」フィールドは店舗を一意に識別するための識別情報を示す。「店舗名」、「所在地」、及び「メールアドレス」フィールドは店舗の名前、所在地、及びメールアドレスを示す。
　図８は商品テーブルの一例を示す。商品テーブルは仮想商店街で販売される商品の一覧を示す。図８に示す商品テーブルは「商品ＩＤ」、「店舗」、「商品名」、「カテゴリ」、「価格」、「商品ページデータ」、「商品画像ＩＤ」、「商品画像」、及び「翻訳ページデータ」フィールドを含む。「商品ＩＤ」フィールドは商品を一意に識別するための識別情報を示す。「店舗」フィールドは商品を販売している店舗（店舗ＩＤ）を示す。「商品名」、「カテゴリ」、及び「価格」フィールドは商品の名前、カテゴリ、及び価格を示す。
　「商品ページデータ」フィールドは商品ページデータへのリンク情報（例えばＵＲＬ）を示す。「商品画像ＩＤ」フィールドは商品画像を一意に識別する識別情報を示し、「商品画像」フィールドは商品画像へのリンク情報（例えばＵＲＬ）を示す。「翻訳ページデータ」フィールドは商品ページデータを翻訳した翻訳ページデータへのリンク情報（例えばＵＲＬ）を示す。なお、商品ページデータ、翻訳ページデータ、及び商品画像データはデータベース１５に記憶されている。
　図９は認識文字列テーブルの一例を示す。認識文字列テーブルは商品画像から認識（検出）された文字列の一覧を示す。図９に示す認識文字列テーブルは「商品画像ＩＤ」、「認識文字列」、「位置」、「翻訳文字列」、及び「関連特典」フィールドを含む。「商品画像ＩＤ」フィールドは商品画像を一意に識別する識別情報を示す。「認識文字列」フィールドは商品画像から認識（検出）された文字列を示す。「位置」フィールドは、認識された文字列の商品画像内における位置を示す。「翻訳文字列」フィールドは、認識された文字列の翻訳を示す。「関連特典」フィールドは、認識された文字列に関連する特典を示す。
　図１０は特典テーブルの一例を示す。特典テーブルは仮想商店街で提供される特典の一例を示す。図１０に示す特典テーブルは「特典ＩＤ」、「内容」、及び「文字列例」フィールドを示す。「特典ＩＤ」フィールドは特典を一意に識別するための識別情報を示す。「内容」フィールドは特典の内容を示す。「文字列例」フィールドには、特典を示す文字列の例が登録される。例えば、特典を示す文字列として商品画像３４に付加される可能性がある文字列が「文字列例」フィールドに登録される。
　図１１は適用条件テーブルの一例を示す。適用条件テーブルは、利用者が特典の適用を受けることができるか否かを判定するための条件を示す。図１１に示す適用条件テーブルは「特典ＩＤ」及び「適用条件」フィールドを含む。「特典ＩＤ」フィールドは特典を一意に識別するための識別情報を示す。「適用条件」フィールドは、利用者が特典の適用を受けることができるか否かを判定するための条件を示す。
　例えば、利用者が特典を受けることができるか否かの判定結果が商品の送付先（利用者の住所）によって変わる場合には、商品の送付先（利用者の住所）に関する条件が「適用条件」フィールドに登録される。
　また例えば、特典が適用される期間（キャンペーン期間）が定められている場合には、期間に関する条件が「適用条件」フィールドに登録される。例えば図１１に示す例では、特典ＩＤ「Ａ００１」の特典が、日本国内の特定地域以外を送付先に設定している利用者に常に適用されることを示している。また、特典ＩＤ「Ａ００１」の特典が、２０１４年２月１日から２月２８日までの期間において、日本国外を送付先に設定する利用者に適用されることを示している。
　なお、上記の条件以外の条件が「適用条件」フィールドに登録されるようにしてもよい。例えば、特定の商品を購入する利用者のみに特典が適用される場合には、商品に関する条件が「適用条件」フィールドに登録される。例えば、特定のカテゴリに属する商品を購入する利用者のみに特典が適用される場合には、カテゴリに関する条件が「適用条件」フィールドに登録される。また例えば、特定の価格帯に属する商品を購入する利用者のみに特典が適用される場合には、価格に関する条件が「適用条件」フィールドに登録される。
　以上に説明したデータの他に、例えば、翻訳を行うためのデータ等がデータベース１５に記憶される。
　次に、電子商取引システム１で実現される機能ブロックについて説明する。図１２は、電子商取引システム１で実現される機能ブロックを示す機能ブロック図である。図１２に示すように、電子商取引システム１は、判定部５０（判定手段）及び処理実行部５２（処理実行手段）を含む。
　例えば、上記の機能ブロックはサーバ１０又は利用者端末２０によって実現される。例えば、上記の機能ブロックはサーバ１０において実現される。すなわち、サーバ１０の制御部１１がプログラムに従って処理を実行することによって、制御部１１が上記の機能ブロックとして機能する。
　判定部５０は、画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶部に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する。すなわち、判定部５０は、画像内に含まれる文字列が示す情報をそのまま閲覧者に提示してもよいか否かを判定する。
　「判定条件」とは、画像内に含まれる文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定するための条件である。例えば、この判定条件は画像内に含まれる文字列に基づいて設定される。後述するように、例えば、適用条件テーブル（図１１）に登録されている適用条件が「判定条件」の一例に相当する。
　例えば、判定部５０は、画像内に含まれる文字列が示す情報が閲覧者に適用可能であるか否かを判定することによって、該情報を変更及び削除しない態様で画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する。
　例えば、画像内に含まれる文字列が示す情報が閲覧者にとって好都合な事項に関する情報である場合、判定部５０はその好都合が閲覧者にもたらされるか否かを判定する。また例えば、画像内に含まれる文字列が示す情報が閲覧者にとって不都合な事項に関する情報である場合、判定部５０はその不都合が閲覧者にもたらされるか否かを判定する。
　例えば、商品を購入する利用者に与えられる特典に関する文字列４０が商品画像３４内に含まれている場合、判定部５０は特典が閲覧者に適用可能であるか否かを判定することによって、文字列４０が示す情報「特典が適用される」を変更及び削除しない態様で商品画像３４を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する。
　「特典」とは、利用者に与えられる恩典又は待遇等であり、利用者にとって都合の良いものである。「特典」の例を下記に示す。
［ａ］商品の送料が通常よりも安くなる。
［ｂ］商品の送料が無料になる。
［ｃ］ポイントが利用者に付与される。
［ｄ］利用者に付与されるポイントが通常よりも多くなる。
　なお、「ポイント」とは仮想商店街内において仮想通貨として使用できるものであり、利用者は商品を購入する際にポイントを購入代金の全部又は一部として充当することができる。
　例えば、判定部５０は、特典に設定された適用条件（図１１参照）が満足されるか否かを判定することによって、特典が利用者に適用可能であるか否かを判定する。
　例えば図１１に示すように、利用者に関する条件が適用条件に含まれている場合、判定部５０は、利用者に関する情報が適用条件を満足しているか否かを判定する。図１１に示す例には、利用者に関連する場所情報に関する条件が適用条件に含まれている。例えば、利用者が設定した商品の送付先（利用者の住所）に関する条件が適用条件に含まれている。このため、判定部５０は、利用者に関連する場所情報（商品の送付先）が適用条件を満足しているか否かを判定する。
　また例えば図１１に示すように、日時に関する条件が適用条件に含まれている場合、判定部５０は現在日時（すなわち、利用者が商品画像３４を閲覧する日時）が適用条件を満足しているか否かを判定する。図１１に示す例では、期間が適用条件として設定されている。このため、判定部５０は現在日時が該期間に含まれるか否かを判定する。
　なお、商品画像３４に関連付けられた情報に関する条件が適用条件に含まれている場合、判定部５０は、商品画像３４に関連付けられた情報が適用条件を満足するか否かを判定する。例えば、商品の属性（例えばカテゴリ又は価格）に関する条件が適用条件として設定されている場合、判定部５０は、商品画像３４に対応する商品の属性（例えばカテゴリ又は価格）が適用条件を満足するか否かを判定する。
　適用条件が満足される場合、判定部５０は、商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に特典が適用可能であると判定する。この場合、判定部５０は、商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で商品画像３４を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいと判定する。つまり、判定部５０は、商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０が示す情報をそのまま閲覧者に提示してもよいと判定する。
　一方、適用条件が満足されない場合、判定部５０は、商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に特典が適用可能でないと判定する。この場合、判定部５０は、商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で商品画像３４を閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと判定する。つまり、判定部５０は、商品画像３４に含まれる文字列４０が示す情報をそのまま閲覧者に提示してはいけないと判定する。
　処理実行部５２は、画像に含まれる文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で該画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと判定部５０によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で画像を閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する。
　「文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で画像を閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理」とは、例えば、文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で画像を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に出力するための制御処理である。
　図１２に示すように、処理実行部５２は画像出力制御部５４（画像処理制御手段）を含む。画像に含まれる文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で該画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと判定部５０によって判定された場合に、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で画像を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に出力するための制御を実行する。すなわち、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列が示す情報をそのまま提示しないようにして画像を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に出力するための制御を実行する。
　例えば、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０が示す特典が利用者に適用可能でないと判定された場合、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０が示す情報を変更するための画像又は文字列を、商品画像３４及び文字列４０の少なくとも一方に関連付けて出力するための制御を実行する。例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０が示す情報が有効でないことを示す画像又は文字列を、商品画像３４及び文字列４０の少なくとも一方に関連付けて出力するための制御を実行する（例えば図４参照）。
　ここで、「画像を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する」とは、例えば、画像が商品画像３４に関連しているとユーザが一見して認識できるようにして画像を出力することである。例えば、画像の少なくとも一部が商品画像３４上に重なるようにして画像を出力することが「画像を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する」ことの一例に相当する。また例えば、画像を商品画像３４の近傍（周辺）に出力することが「画像を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する」ことの一例に相当する。例えば、商品画像３４の表示位置に基づいて設定される位置に画像を出力することが「画像を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する」ことの一例に相当する。
　同様に、「画像を文字列４０に関連付けて出力する」とは、例えば、画像が文字列４０に関連しているとユーザが一見して認識できるようにして画像を出力することであり、その具体例は、画像を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する場合と同様である。
　また、「文字列を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する」とは、例えば、文字列が商品画像３４に関連しているとユーザが一見して認識できるようにして文字列を出力することであり、その具体例は、画像を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する場合と同様である。
　同様に、「文字列を文字列４０に関連付けて出力する」とは、例えば、文字列が文字列４０に関連しているとユーザが一見して認識できるようにして文字列を出力することであり、その具体例は、文字列を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する場合と同様である。
　例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、図４に示すような適用外マーク４２を文字列４０（商品画像３４）に関連付けて表示するための制御を実行する。適用外マーク４２は文字列４０が示す特典が適用外であることを示すものであり、この場合、適用外マーク４２が「文字列４０が示す情報を変更するための画像」の一例に相当する。
　なお先述したように、図４に示す商品画面３０には、「送料無料」の特典が適用外であることを日本語で示すメッセージを表示するようにしてもよい。すなわち、画像出力制御部５４は、上記メッセージを文字列４０（商品画像３４）に関連付けて表示するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。
　例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、上記メッセージを含む吹き出しを文字列４０（商品画像３４）に関連付けて表示するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、吹き出しの少なくとも一部が文字列４０（商品画像３４）上に重なるようにして、吹き出しを表示するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、吹き出しの引き出し部分（吹き出しの足）が文字列４０（商品画像３４）上に重なるようにして、吹き出しを表示するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。
　なお、吹き出しを文字列４０（商品画像３４）上に表示しないようにしてもよい。この場合、例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、吹き出しの引き出し部分（吹き出しの足）が、吹き出しの本体部分から文字列４０（商品画像３４）への方向を示すようにして、吹き出しを表示するようにすればよい。
　また、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０が示す特典が利用者に適用可能でないと判定された場合に、画像出力制御部５４は、利用者端末２０の表示部２５への文字列４０の出力を制限するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。
　例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０の全部又は一部を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示させないようにしてもよい。例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０の全部又は一部が削除された商品画像３４を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示するようにしてもよい。例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０の全部又は一部を商品画像３４の背景色で塗りつぶされた商品画像３４を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示するようにしてもよい。また例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０の全部又は一部がぼかされた商品画像３４を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示するようにしてもよい。
　なお、特典に関する文字列の全部又は一部が削除された商品画像、上記文字列の全部又は一部が背景色で塗りつぶされた商品画像、又は、上記文字列の全部又は一部がぼかされた商品画像は、商品画像を登録する際に生成しておき、元々の商品画像と関連付けて登録しておくようにしてもよい。
　また例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０を他の言語に翻訳してなる翻訳文字列４０Ｔを文字列４０とともに利用者端末２０の表示部２５に出力するための制御を実行する（図３参照）。なお、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０の代わりに翻訳文字列４０Ｔを利用者端末２０の表示部２５に出力させるようにしてもよい。すなわち、画像出力制御部５４は文字列４０を翻訳文字列４０Ｔに置き換えるようにしてもよい。
　そして、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０が示す特典が利用者に適用可能でないと判定された場合に、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０が示す情報を変更するための画像又は文字列を、商品画像３４と文字列４０と翻訳文字列４０Ｔとの少なくとも一つに関連付けて出力するための制御を実行する。例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０が示す情報が有効でないことを示す画像又は文字列を、商品画像３４と文字列４０と翻訳文字列４０Ｔとの少なくとも一つに関連付けて出力するための制御を実行する（例えば図５参照）。
　なお、「画像（又は文字列）を商品画像３４に関連付けて出力する」や「画像（又は文字列）を文字列４０に関連付けて出力する」とは先述の通りである。また、「画像（又は文字列）を翻訳文字列４０Ｔに関連付けて出力する」とは、例えば、画像（又は文字列）が翻訳文字列４０Ｔに関連しているとユーザが一見して認識できるようにして画像（又は文字列）を出力することであり、その具体例は、画像（又は文字列）を文字列４０に関連付けて出力する場合と同様である。
　例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、図５に示すような適用外マーク４２を翻訳文字列４０Ｔ（商品画像３４）に関連付けて表示するための制御を実行する。先述のように、適用外マーク４２は文字列４０が示す特典が適用外であることを示すものであり、この場合、適用外マーク４２が「文字列４０が示す情報を変更するための画像」の一例に相当する。
　なお先述したように、図５に示す商品画面３０には、「送料無料」の特典が適用外であることを英語で示すメッセージを表示するようにしてもよい。すなわち、画像出力制御部５４は、上記メッセージを翻訳文字列４０Ｔ（商品画像３４）に関連付けて表示するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。
　また、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０が示す特典が利用者に適用可能でないと判定された場合に、画像出力制御部５４は、利用者端末２０の表示部２５への翻訳文字列４０Ｔの出力を制限するようにしてもよい。
　例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、翻訳文字列４０Ｔの全部又は一部を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示しないようにしてもよい。また例えば、画像出力制御部５４は、翻訳文字列４０Ｔの全部又は一部をぼかして利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示するようにしてもよい。
　なお、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０が示す特典が商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に適用可能であると判定された場合に、画像出力制御部５４は、文字列４０が示す特典が利用者に適用されることを示す文字列又は画像を翻訳文字列４０Ｔ（商品画像３４、文字列４０）に関連付けて出力するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。
　次に、電子商取引システム１で実行される処理について説明する。図１３は電子商取引システム１で実行される処理の一例を示すフロー図である。例えば、商品に関するデータ（商品ページデータ及び商品画像データを含む）が新たに登録される場合に、図１３に示す処理は実行される。すなわち、店舗端末４が商品に関するデータの登録をサーバ１０に要求した場合に、サーバ１０の制御部１１は図１３に示す処理を実行する。なお、商品に関するデータが更新される場合にも、図１３に示す処理と同様の処理が実行される。
　図１３に示すように、まず制御部１１は商品画像に含まれる文字列を取得する（Ｓ１０１）。例えば、制御部１１は公知の文字認識処理を商品画像に対して実行することによって、商品画像に含まれる文字列を認識する。なお、制御部１１は、文字認識処理を実行するための他のサーバに商品画像を送信することによって、商品画像に対する文字認識処理の実行を他のサーバに要求するようにしてもよい。そして、制御部１１は認識結果を他のサーバから取得するようにしてもよい。なお、商品画像に含まれる文字列が取得されなかった場合にはステップＳ１０２，Ｓ１０３が実行されることなく、ステップＳ１０４が実行される。
　ステップＳ１０１が実行された後、制御部１１は、ステップＳ１０１で取得された文字列が特典に関する文字列であるか否かを判定する（Ｓ１０２）。例えば、制御部１１は特典テーブル（図１０）に参照することによって、ステップＳ１０１で取得された文字列が特典に関連付けられた文字列例のいずれかに相当するか否かを判定する。例えば、ステップＳ１０１で取得された文字列が特典に関連付けられた文字列例のいずれかに相当する場合、制御部１１は、ステップＳ１０１で取得された文字列が特典に関する文字列であると判定する。この場合、制御部１１はその特典の特典ＩＤを取得する。
　ステップＳ１０２が実行された後、制御部１１は、ステップＳ１０１で取得された文字列を翻訳する（Ｓ１０３）。例えば、制御部１１は公知の翻訳処理を実行することによって、翻訳文字列を取得する。なお、制御部１１は、ステップＳ１０１で取得された文字列を、翻訳処理を実行するための他のサーバに送信することによって、文字列の翻訳を他のサーバに要求するようにしてもよい。そして、制御部１１は翻訳結果を他のサーバから取得するようにしてもよい。
　ステップＳ１０３が実行された後、制御部１１は商品ページデータを翻訳する（Ｓ１０４）。例えば、制御部１１は、店舗によって作成された商品ページデータに対して公知の機械翻訳処理を実行することによって、翻訳ページデータを取得する。すなわち、制御部１１は、説明文３６を機械翻訳することによって得られる翻訳説明文３６Ｔを含む翻訳ページデータを取得する。なお、制御部１１は、機械翻訳処理を実行するための他のサーバに商品ページデータを送信することによって、商品ページデータの機械翻訳を他のサーバに要求するようにしてもよい。そして、制御部１１は機械翻訳結果を他のサーバから取得するようにしてもよい。
　ステップＳ１０４が実行された後、制御部１１は商品ページデータ及び商品画像データ等を登録する（Ｓ１０５）。例えば、制御部１１は商品ページデータ、商品画像データ、及び翻訳ページデータ等をデータベース１５に保存する。また、制御部１１は、商品テーブル（図８）及び認識文字列テーブル（図９）への登録を実行する。すなわち、制御部１１は商品に関する情報を商品テーブルに登録し、ステップＳ１０１～Ｓ１０３の処理結果を認識文字列テーブルに登録する。
　図１４及び図１５は電子商取引システム１で実行される他の処理の一例を示すフロー図である。図１４及び図１５は利用者が所望の商品を選択した場合に実行される処理の一例を示す。すなわち、利用者が選択した商品の商品画面３０を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示するための処理の一例を示す。
　利用者が所望の商品を選択した場合、図１４に示すように、利用者端末２０の制御部２１は商品ページデータを要求する（Ｓ２０１）。この場合、制御部２１は、利用者の利用者ＩＤ、利用者が選択した商品の商品ＩＤや、利用者が選択した使用言語をサーバ１０に通知する。なお以下では、説明の簡便のため、利用者が選択した商品のことを「商品Ｘ」と記載し、商品Ｘの商品画像のことを「商品画像Ｘ」と記載する。
　上記の要求がサーバ１０で受け付けられた場合、サーバ１０の制御部１１は、利用者によって選択された使用言語が日本語（電子商取引システム１における標準言語）であるか否かを判定する（Ｓ２０２）。
　利用者によって選択された使用言語が日本語でない場合、すなわち、利用者によって選択された使用言語が英語である場合、制御部１１は商品画像Ｘ内に文字列が含まれているか否かを判定する（Ｓ２０３）。例えば、制御部１１は認識文字列テーブル（図９）を参照し、商品画像Ｘの商品画像ＩＤに関連付けて認識文字列が登録されているか否かを確認する。商品画像Ｘの商品画像ＩＤに関連付けて認識文字列が登録されている場合、制御部１１は商品画像Ｘ内に文字列が含まれていると判定する。
　商品画像Ｘ内に文字列が含まれていると判定された場合、制御部１１はその文字列の翻訳文字列を認識文字列テーブルから取得する（Ｓ２０４）。
　また、制御部１１は、商品画像Ｘ内に含まれている文字列が特典に関する文字列であるか否かを判定する（Ｓ２０５）。例えば、制御部１１は認識文字列テーブル（図９）を参照し、商品画像Ｘの商品画像ＩＤに関連付けて特典ＩＤが登録されているか否かを確認する。商品画像Ｘの商品画像ＩＤに関連付けて特典ＩＤが登録されている場合、制御部１１は、商品画像Ｘ内に含まれている文字列が特典に関する文字列であると判定する。なお、この場合、制御部１１は商品画像Ｘの商品画像ＩＤに関連付けて登録された特典ＩＤを取得する。
　商品画像Ｘ内に含まれている文字列が特典に関する文字列であると判定された場合、制御部１１はその特典を利用者が受けることができるか否かを判定する（Ｓ２０６）。
　例えば、制御部１１は適用条件テーブル（図１１）を参照し、特典の適用条件を取得する。そして、制御部１１は適用条件が満足されているか否かを判定する。例えば、利用者が予め設定している商品の送付先（利用者の住所）に関する条件が特典の適用条件に含まれている場合、制御部１１は、利用者が予め設定している商品の送付先を利用者テーブルから取得し、送付先が上記条件を満足しているか否かを判定する。また例えば、日時に関する条件が特典の適用条件に含まれている場合、制御部１１は現在日時が上記条件を満足しているか否かを判定する。
　特典の適用を利用者が受けることができないと判定された場合、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページデータを生成する（Ｓ２０７）。この場合、例えば図５に示すような商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。すなわち、カーソル３２が商品画像３４上に位置している時に翻訳文字列４０Ｔ及び適用外マーク４２が表示されるような英語の商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。なお、翻訳文字列４０Ｔは商品画像３４内に含まれている文字列４０に関連付けて表示され、かつ、適用外マーク４２は翻訳文字列４０Ｔに関連付けて表示されるように設定される。
　一方、特典の適用を利用者が受けることができると判定された場合、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページデータを生成する（Ｓ２０８）。この場合、例えば図３に示すような商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。すなわち、カーソル３２が商品画像３４上に位置している時に翻訳文字列４０Ｔが表示されるような英語の商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。なお、翻訳文字列４０Ｔは商品画像３４内に含まれている文字列４０に関連付けて表示されるように設定される。
　ステップＳ２０５において、商品画像Ｘ内に含まれている文字列が特典に関する文字列でないと判定された場合にもステップＳ２０８が実行される。
　ステップＳ２０３において、商品画像Ｘ内に文字列が含まれていないと判定された場合、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページデータを生成する（Ｓ２０９）。この場合、英語の商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。なお、この場合の商品ページデータには翻訳文字列４０Ｔや適用外マーク４２が設定されない。
　ステップＳ２０２において、利用者によって選択された使用言語が日本語であると判定された場合、図１５に示すように、制御部１１は商品画像Ｘ内に文字列が含まれているか否かを判定する（Ｓ２１２）。商品画像Ｘ内に文字列が含まれていると判定された場合、制御部１１は、商品画像Ｘ内に含まれている文字列が特典に関する文字列であるか否かを判定する（Ｓ２１３）。商品画像Ｘ内に含まれている文字列が特典に関する文字列であると判定された場合、制御部１１はその特典を利用者が受けることができるか否かを判定する（Ｓ２１４）。これらのステップＳ２１２，Ｓ２１３，Ｓ２１４はステップＳ２０３，Ｓ２０５，Ｓ２０６と同様である。
　特典の適用を利用者が受けることができないと判定された場合、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページデータを生成する（Ｓ２１５）。この場合、例えば図４に示すような商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。すなわち、カーソル３２が商品画像３４上に位置している時に適用外マーク４２が表示されるような日本語の商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。なお、適用外マーク４２は商品画像３４内の文字列４０に関連付けて表示されるように設定される。
　一方、特典の適用を利用者が受けることができると判定された場合、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページデータを生成する（Ｓ２１６）。この場合、例えば図２に示すような商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。すなわち、適用外マーク４２が表示されないような日本語の商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。
　ステップＳ２１３において、商品画像Ｘ内に含まれている文字列が特典に関する文字列でないと判定された場合にもステップＳ２１６が実行される。同様に、ステップＳ２１２において、商品画像Ｘ内に文字列が含まれていないと判定された場合にもステップＳ２１６が実行される。
　ステップＳ２０７，Ｓ２０８，Ｓ２０９，Ｓ２１５，Ｓ２１６のいずれかが実行された後、図１４に示すように、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページデータを利用者端末２０に送信する（Ｓ２１０）。この場合、利用者端末２０では、サーバ１０から受信された商品Ｘの商品ページデータに基づいて、商品Ｘの商品画面３０が表示部２５に表示される（Ｓ２１１）。
　なお、ステップＳ２０７，Ｓ２０８，Ｓ２０９，Ｓ２１５，Ｓ２１６の各々で生成される商品ページデータは、商品ページデータの登録が実行される際（すなわち図１３に示す処理が実行される際）に予め生成してデータベース１５に保存しておくようにしてもよい。そして、ステップＳ２０７，Ｓ２０８，Ｓ２０９，Ｓ２１５，Ｓ２１６の各々では、データベース１５に保存された商品ページデータをデータベース１５から取得するようにしてもよい。
　以上に説明した電子商取引システム１では、商品画像３４内に含まれている文字列４０が示す情報を商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者にそのまま提示してはいけないと判定された場合、すなわち、商品画像３４内に含まれている文字列４０が示す特典が商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に適用可能でないと判定された場合に、文字列４０が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で商品画像３４が商品画面３０に表示される。例えば、図４に示したような適用外マーク４２とともに商品画像３４（文字列４０）が商品画面３０に表示される。例えば、特典の適用を示す文字列４０が商品画像３４内に含まれていると、実際には特典の適用を受けることができないにもかかわらず、特典が適用されると利用者が誤解してしまうおそれがある。この点、電子商取引システム１によれば、適用外マーク４２が表示されることによって、特典が適用されないことを利用者に伝えることができるようになる。言い換えれば、特典が適用されることが利用者に伝わらないようにすることができるようになる。
　また、電子商取引システム１では、利用者が日本語以外の言語（例えば英語）を使用言語として選択すると、日本語以外の言語で商品画面３０が表示される。また、この際、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０の翻訳文字列４０Ｔも商品画面３０に表示される。例えば、特典が適用されることを示す文字列４０が商品画像３４内に含まれている場合には、その文字列４０の翻訳文字列４０Ｔが商品画面３０に表示される。その結果、日本語（電子商取引システム１の標準言語）に精通していない利用者も、店舗によって商品画像３４に付加された宣伝文句等を理解できるようになる。
　この場合においても、商品画像３４内に含まれている文字列４０が示す情報を商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者にそのまま提示してはいけないと判定された場合、すなわち、商品画像３４内に含まれている文字列４０が示す特典が商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に適用されないと判定された場合に、文字列４０が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で商品画像３４が商品画面３０に表示される。例えば、図５に示したような適用外マーク４２とともに商品画像３４（翻訳文字列４０Ｔ）が商品画面３０に表示される。その結果、特典が適用されないことを日本語（電子商取引システムの標準言語）に精通していない利用者にも伝えることができるようになる。
　［第２実施形態］本発明の第２実施形態について説明する。第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１（情報処理システム）の全体構成は第１実施形態と同様である。また、第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１においても、例えば図２又は図３に示すような商品画面３０が表示される。
　先述のように、商品を購入する際の特典は一部の利用者に適用されない場合がある。例えば、「送料無料」の特典は、日本国外を商品の送付先として登録している利用者（言い換えれば、日本国外に住んでいる利用者）に適用されない場合がある。例えば、このような利用者に対しては、所定のキャンペーン期間中にのみ「送料無料」の特典が適用され、キャンペーン期間外には「送料無料」の特典が適用されない場合がある。
　しかしながら、このような利用者の存在を考慮せずに、例えば図２に示すような商品画像３４が店舗によって作成されてしまう場合がある。例えば、キャンペーン期間外において、図２又は図３に示すような商品画面３０（文字列４０又は翻訳文字列４０Ｔ）が上記のような利用者の利用者端末２０に表示されてしまうと、実際には送料が無料にならないにもかかわらず、送料が無料になると利用者が誤解してしまうおそれがある。
　この点、電子商取引システム１では、商品画像３４内に含まれている文字列４０（又は翻訳文字列４０Ｔ）が示す特典が商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に適用されない場合に、店舗への通知が実行される。
　例えば、「送料無料の文字列が商品画像に付加されていますが、商品の送付先が日本国外である利用者には「送料無料」が適用されません。商品画像を変更されてはいかがでしょうか。」のようなメッセージが店舗に送信される。または、このようなメッセージが店舗専用の画面に表示される。あるいは、仮想商店街の運営会社の担当者が電話で上記のようなメッセージを店舗に伝えたり、実際に店舗を訪問して上記のようなメッセージを店舗に伝えたりする。
　以下、上記のような機能を実現するための構成について説明する。まず、データベース１５に記憶されるデータについて説明する。第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１においても、例えば図６～図１１に示したようなデータがデータベース１５に記憶される。なお、第１実施形態と同様、これらのデータは複数の記憶装置（データベース）に分散して記憶されるようにしてもよい。
　次に、第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１で実現される機能ブロックについて説明する。図１６は、第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１で実現される機能ブロックを示す機能ブロック図である。図１６に示すように、第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１は、判定部５０（判定手段）及び処理実行部５２（処理実行手段）を含む。なお、判定部５０は第１実施形態と同様であるため、以下では説明を省略する。
　これらの機能ブロックはサーバ１０又は利用者端末２０によって実現される。例えば、これらの機能ブロックはサーバ１０において実現される。すなわち、サーバ１０の制御部１１がプログラムに従って処理を実行することによって、制御部１１がこれらの機能ブロックとして機能する。
　処理実行部５２は、画像に含まれる文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で該画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと判定部５０によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で画像を閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する。
　「文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で画像を閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理」とは、例えば、判定部５０の判定結果に関する情報を店舗に通知するための制御処理である。
　図１６に示すように、処理実行部５２は通知制御部５６を含む。例えば、画像に含まれる文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で該画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと判定部５０によって判定された場合に、通知制御部５６は、判定部５０の判定結果に関する情報を画像の提供者（言い換えれば画像の登録者又は作成者：例えば店舗）に通知するための制御を実行する。
　例えば、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０が示す特典が商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に適用可能でないと判定された場合に、通知制御部５６はその旨を示すメッセージを店舗に通知するための制御を実行する。
　例えば、通知制御部５６は電子メールを用いて上記メッセージを店舗に送信する。また例えば、通知制御部５６は上記メッセージを店舗専用の画面に出力するように制御する。
　また例えば、通知制御部５６は、上記メッセージを店舗に伝えるべきことを示すデータをデータベース１５に記憶させる。例えば、上記メッセージを伝える必要がある店舗のリストデータがデータベース１５に記憶されている場合、通知制御部５６は店舗をリストデータに追加する。また例えば、上記メッセージを伝えるべきであるか否かを示すフラグデータが店舗ごとにデータベース１５に記憶されている場合、通知制御部５６は店舗のフラグデータを立てる。
　なお、上記のようなデータがデータベース１５に記憶されている場合、このデータに基づいて、仮想商店街の運営会社の担当者は電話（又は電子メール等）で上記メッセージを店舗に伝えたり、実際に店舗を訪問して上記メッセージを店舗に伝えたりする。
　次に、第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１で実行される処理について説明する。図１７及び図１８は利用者が所望の商品を選択した場合に実行される処理の一例を示す。すなわち、利用者が選択した商品の商品画面３０を利用者端末２０の表示部２５に表示するための処理の一例を示す。
　図１７に示すステップＳ３０１～Ｓ３０６は図１４に示すステップＳ２０１～Ｓ２０６と同様である。
　ステップＳ３０６において、特典の適用を利用者が受けることができないと判定された場合、制御部１１は、商品Ｘを販売している店舗にメッセージ（例えば電子メール）を送信する（Ｓ３０７）。例えば、制御部１１は、「送料無料の文字列が商品画像に付加されていますが、商品の送付先が日本国外である利用者には「送料無料」が適用されません。商品画像を変更されてはいかがでしょうか。」のようなメッセージを店舗に送信する。
　ステップＳ３０７が実行された後、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページを生成する（Ｓ３０８）。この場合、例えば図３に示すような商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。すなわち、カーソル３２が商品画像３４上に位置している時に翻訳文字列４０Ｔが表示されるような英語の商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。なお、翻訳文字列４０Ｔは商品画像３４内の文字列４０に関連付けて表示されるように設定される。
　ステップＳ３０６において、特典の適用を利用者が受けることができると判定された場合にもステップＳ３０８が実行される。また、ステップＳ３０５において、商品画像Ｘ内に含まれている文字列が特典に関する文字列でないと判定された場合にもステップＳ３０８が実行される。
　ステップＳ３０３において、商品画像Ｘ内に文字列が含まれていないと判定された場合、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページデータを生成する（Ｓ３０９）。この場合、英語の商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。なお、この場合の商品ページデータには翻訳文字列４０Ｔが設定されない。
　ステップＳ３０２において、利用者によって選択された使用言語が日本語であると判定された場合、制御部１１は図１８に示すステップＳ３１２～Ｓ３１４を実行する。これらのステップＳ３１２，Ｓ３１３，Ｓ３１４は図１５のステップＳ２１２，Ｓ２１３．Ｓ２１４と同様である。
　ステップＳ３１４において、特典の適用を利用者が受けることができないと判定された場合、制御部１１は、商品Ｘを販売している店舗にメッセージ（例えば電子メール）を送信する（Ｓ３１５）。このステップＳ３１５はステップＳ３０７と同様である。
　ステップＳ３１５が実行された後、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページを生成する（Ｓ３１６）。この場合、日本語の商品画面３０を表示するための商品ページデータが生成される。なお、ステップＳ３１４において、特典の適用を利用者が受けることができると判定された場合、ステップＳ３１３において、文字列が特典に関する文字列でないと判定された場合や、ステップＳ３１２において、商品画像Ｘに文字列が含まれていないと判定された場合にもステップＳ３１６が実行される。
　ステップＳ３０８，Ｓ３０９，又はＳ３１６が実行された後、制御部１１は商品Ｘの商品ページデータを利用者端末２０に送信する（Ｓ３１０）。この場合、利用者端末２０では、サーバ１０から受信された商品Ｘの商品ページデータに基づいて、商品Ｘの商品画面３０が表示部２５に表示される（Ｓ３１１）。
　以上に説明した第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１によれば、商品画像３４内に含まれている文字列４０が示す情報を商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者にそのまま提示してはいけないと判定された場合、すなわち、商品画像３４内に含まれる文字列４０（又は翻訳文字列４０Ｔ）が示す特典が商品画像３４を閲覧する利用者に適用されないと判定された場合に、その旨が店舗に通知される。第２実施形態に係る電子商取引システム１によれば、上記のような商品画像３４を変更するように店舗に促すことが可能になる。
　なお、通知制御部５６は、画像に含まれる文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で該画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと判定部５０によって判定された累計回数をデータベース１５に記憶させておき、該累計回数が所定回数（例えば５回）に達した場合に、その旨を示すメッセージを店舗に通知するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。
　この場合、通知制御部５６は、例えば、「送料無料の文字列が商品画像に付加されていますが、商品の送付先が日本国外である利用者には「送料無料」が適用されません。これまでに商品の送付先が日本国外である利用者が５名ほどこの商品を閲覧しています。このため、商品画像を変更されてはいかがでしょうか。」のようなメッセージを店舗に通知するための制御を実行するようにしてもよい。
　なお、本発明は以上に説明した第１実施形態及び第２実施形態に限定されるものではない。

  1. 　画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定手段と、
    　前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行手段と、
    　を含むことを特徴とする情報処理システム。

    　前記画像は商品又はサービスに関する画像であり、

    　前記処理実行手段は、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記表示手段に出力するための制御を実行する画像出力制御手段を含む、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理システム。
  7. 　請求項６に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
    　前記画像出力制御手段は、
    　前記文字列を他の言語に翻訳してなる翻訳文字列を、前記文字列とともに又は前記文字列に代えて前記表示手段に出力するための制御を実行する手段と、
    　前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記画像と前記文字列と前記翻訳文字列との少なくとも一つに関連付けて、前記文字列が示す情報を変更するための文字列又は画像を出力するための制御を実行する手段と、を含む、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理システム。
  8. 　請求項６に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
    　前記画像出力制御手段は、
    　前記文字列を他の言語に翻訳してなる翻訳文字列を、前記文字列とともに又は前記文字列に代えて前記表示手段に出力するための制御を実行する手段と、
    　前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記表示手段への前記翻訳文字列の出力を制限するための制御を実行する手段と、を含む、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理システム。
  9. 　請求項６乃至８のいずれかに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
    　前記画像出力制御手段は、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記画像と前記文字列との少なくとも一方に関連付けて、前記文字列が示す情報を変更するための文字列又は画像を出力するための制御を実行する手段を含む、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理システム。
  10. 　請求項６乃至８のいずれかに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
    　前記画像出力制御手段は、前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記表示手段への前記文字列の出力を制限するための制御を実行する手段を含む、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理システム。
  11. 　請求項１乃至１０のいずれかに記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
    　前記文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な前記処理は、前記判定手段の判定結果に関する情報を前記画像の提供者に通知するために必要な処理を含む、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理システム。
  12. 　画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定ステップと、
    　前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定ステップにおいて判定された場合に、前記文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行ステップと、
    　を含むことを特徴する情報処理システムの制御方法。
  13. 　画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定手段と、
    　前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行手段と、
    　を含むことを特徴する情報処理装置。
  14. 　画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定手段、及び、
    　前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行手段、
    　としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラム。
  15. 　画像内に含まれる文字列と記憶手段に記憶される判定条件とに基づいて、該文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を閲覧者に閲覧させてもよいか否かを判定する判定手段、及び、
    　前記文字列が示す情報を変更及び削除しない態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させてはいけないと前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、該文字列が示す情報が変更又は削除された態様で前記画像を前記閲覧者に閲覧させるために必要な処理を実行する処理実行手段、
    　としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な情報記憶媒体。
