Therefore, “candidate” is registered as “reservation candidate” and nothing is registered in “reason for exclusion” in the second row record of the reservation candidate date list 4200.
- “all-day scheduled” is registered as the “reason for exclusion” in the record in the fourth row of the reservation candidate date list 4200. This is because the schedule is registered in the calendar schedule list 4000 for 24 hours on the day to which the recordable date and time of the record in the fourth row belongs.
- “Scheduled in near time” is registered as the “exclusion reason”. This is because the recordable date and time of this record is “13: 00-14: 00” of “December 1, 2013”, but in the calendar schedule list 4000, shopping is performed one hour before “13:00”. This is because the schedule end time is registered and the interval between the schedule end time and the start time of the reservation available date and time is short. Thus, even if the time zone indicated by the available reservation date and the time zone indicated by the user's schedule do not overlap, the reservation candidate date selection unit 202 is shorter than the prescribed value, This reservation possible date and time may be excluded from the reservation candidate date and time. Thereby, the user can respond to the visit of the service person with a space.
- the reservation candidate date selection unit 202 extracts the reservation candidate date and time by comparing the time zone indicated by the reservation available date and time with the time zone indicated by the reservation candidate date and time, but the present disclosure is not limited to this.
- the reservation candidate date selection unit 202 may extract the reservation candidate date by comparing the reservation available date with the reservation candidate date.

- a basic cost is calculated for each reservation available date and time acquired in S6502.
- the reservation server 100 ends the processing when the calculation of the expenses for all reservation possible dates and times is completed (YES in S6803).
- the reservation server 100 determines the reservation available date / time for which the cost is to be calculated, and can be reserved to which the determined reservation available date / time belongs. It is determined whether there are many other reservations per day (S6804).
- the reservation server 100 may determine YES in S6804 if the number of reservations on the applicable reservation date is equal to or greater than the specified value, and may determine NO in S6804 if the number is less than the specified value.
- S6805 it is determined whether or not the applicable reservation date falls on a holiday or a weekend.
- a holiday for example, Sundays and holidays are adopted as holidays.
- a weekend for example, Saturday is adopted.
- the reservation server 100 determines YES in S6805 if the applicable reservation possible day is a holiday or weekend, and determines NO in S6805 if the applicable reservation available day is not a holiday or weekend. If NO in S6805, the process proceeds to S6806.
- step S6806 it is determined whether or not the applicable reservation date and time is night (S6806). If it is night (YES in S6806), the process proceeds to S6807. If it is not night (NO in S6806), the process returns to S6803. In step S6803, the next available reservation date and time is determined as a cost calculation target, and the subsequent processing is performed. Here, for example, nighttime is after 18:00 or after 19:00.
- the reservation server 100 adds a predetermined charge to the expense calculated in S6802 for the relevant reservation available date and time, and returns the process to S6803. In this case, for example, if the reservation server 100 adds YES to the cost calculated in S6802 in accordance with the case of YES in S6804, YES in S6805, and YES in S6806, for example. Good.
- FIG. 69 is a flowchart showing a first example of a reservation candidate date extraction process in the reservation server 100 or the reservation terminal 200.

- the calendar schedule list 4000 is compared with the reservation available date (S6901).
- the reservation possible date indicates the reservation possible date to which the reservation possible date and time acquired in S6003 or S6502 belongs.
- S6903 it is determined whether there is a user's schedule on a reservation available day. If there is a user's schedule (YES in S6903), the reservation available date is excluded from the reservation candidate dates (S6904), and the process returns to S6902. In S6902, the next reservable date is determined as a processing target.
- the reservation available date is selected as a candidate reservation date (S6905), and the process returns to S6902.
- FIG. 70 is a flowchart showing a second example of a reservation candidate date extraction process in the reservation server 100 or the reservation terminal 200.
- the second example of candidate reservation date extraction processing is characterized in that S7001, S7002, and S7003 are provided instead of S6903, S6904, and S6905 in FIG.
- S7001 it is determined whether or not there is a user's schedule at the available reservation date and time belonging to the available reservation date. If there is a user's schedule at the reservation available date and time (YES in S7001), the reservation available date and time is excluded from the reservation candidate date and time (S7002). On the other hand, if there is no user schedule at the reservation available date and time (NO in S7001), the reservation available date and time is selected as a reservation candidate date and time (S7003), and the process returns to S6902.
- FIG. 71 is a flowchart showing a third example of extraction processing for a candidate reservation date in the reservation server 100 or the reservation terminal 200.
- the candidate candidate date extraction process is characterized in that S7101 is provided instead of S7001 in FIG.
- S7101 it is determined whether or not there is a user's schedule for 2 hours before and after the reservation possible date and time. If there is a user's schedule for two hours before and after the reservation possible date and time, YES is determined in S7101, and the process proceeds to S7002. On the other hand, if there is no user's plan for 2 hours before and after the reservation possible date and time, NO is determined in S7101, and the process proceeds to S7003.
- a reservation candidate date and time is selected by providing a margin for the user's schedule.
- the two hours before and after the reservation available date and time are, for example, 2 hours from 11:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 when the start time of the reservation available date and time is 13:00 and the end time is 14:00.
- -16: 00 corresponds to 2 hours.
- FIG. 72 is a flowchart illustrating a fourth example of the reservation candidate date extraction process in the reservation server 100 or the reservation terminal 200.
- the fourth example candidate extraction process is characterized in that, in FIG. 69, S7201 is provided instead of S6903.
- S7201 it is determined whether or not there is an all-day plan on the day before the reservation possible date. If there is an all-day schedule on the day before the reservation available date, YES is determined in S7201, and the process advances to S6904. On the other hand, if there is no all-day plan on the day before the reservation possible date, NO is determined in S7201, and the process proceeds to S6905.
- the all-day schedule refers to, for example, a schedule with a time zone of 0:00 to 24:00, and corresponds to a schedule that spans multiple days such as a trip. If there is an all day plan on the previous day, the user will be tired the next day. It is unlikely that the user will select such a date as a visit date. Therefore, in this example, such a date that is unlikely to be selected as a visit date by the user is excluded from the reservation candidate dates.
- FIG. 73 is a flowchart showing a fifth example of a reservation candidate date extraction process in the reservation server 100 or the reservation terminal 200.
- the extraction process of the candidate appointment date of the fifth example is characterized in that SS7101 and S7201 are added in FIG. That is, the fifth example is a combination of the second to fourth examples.
- S7001 it is determined whether or not there is a plan at the reservation available date and time. If there is no plan (NO in S7001), the process proceeds to S7101, and if there is a plan (YES in S7001), the process proceeds to S7002. .
- S7101 it is determined whether or not there is a plan for two hours before and after the reservation available date and time. If there is no plan (NO in S7101), the process proceeds to S7201. move on.
- S7201 it is determined whether or not there is an all-day plan on the day before the reservation available date. If there is no plan (NO in S7201), the process proceeds to S7003. If there is a schedule (YES in S7201), the process proceeds to S7002. .
- the present disclosure is useful in a cloud system that manages a user's schedule and a service person's reservation date and time.
