背景技术

  9. 一种用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,包括框体和托板,所述框体具有一开口,所述托板设置于框体内壁两侧,所述玻璃基板从框体的开口中伸入,并由所述托板托起,其中:所述卡匣增设有挡体,其可在卡匣的开口处沿玻璃基板的垂直方向移动,当将挡体移动至与玻璃基板相抵时,可将玻璃基板阻挡,防止其从框体中滑落,当将挡体移动至与玻璃基板相错时,可将玻璃基板自由取放。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,其中:所述挡体包括若干层相互平行的挡板。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,其中:所述挡体的下端具有两个突块,所述突块的高度为两玻璃基板间距的一半。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,其中:所述框体的两侧为第一侧臂,所述挡体的两侧亦设有第二侧臂,所述框体的第一侧臂内侧设有滑槽,所述挡体的第二侧臂可 在第一侧臂中的滑槽中滑动,以上下调整挡板与玻璃基板之间的距离。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,其中:所述框体的第一侧臂的底部设有限位孔,所述挡体的第二侧臂伸入所述限位孔之中,以将挡体安装于框体的开口处。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,其中:所述托板上增设有止滑块,当玻璃基板被置放于托板上时,所述止滑块抵持所述玻璃基板。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,其中:所述止滑块由所述托板上延伸,且高出所述托板,所述止滑块的高度等于玻璃基板的高度。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,其中:所述托板平行地相对设置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于固定玻璃基板的卡匣,其中:所述托板之间的间距与玻璃基板之间的间距相同。
  18. 一种采用如权利要求1所述的卡匣存取玻璃基板的方法,其中包括以下步骤:
    步骤1)将玻璃基板放置于框体的托板上,并将挡体安装于框体的开口处,通过所述挡体阻挡玻璃基板滑落;
    步骤2)将框体和挡体放置于制程储位的支撑端上,所述挡板与玻璃基板相互错开,玻璃基板即可自由取放;
    步骤3)将框体和挡体放置于搬运的机械手臂上,所述挡板与玻璃基板相抵,以将玻璃基板阻挡,可防止其从卡匣中滑落。
