Description

液晶玻璃面板包装箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 属于液晶玻璃面板包装技术领域。 背景技术
众所周知, 随着液晶显示技术的不断发展, 液晶显示装置的超高清解析度已 经成为一种趋势。 为了提高液晶显示装置的超高清解析度, 需要在液晶玻璃面板 上安装更多的芯片及控制线路。 从而会在液晶玻璃面板的侧端部会形成较多的覆 晶薄膜 (Chip On Film, 简称 COF) 。
在液晶显示装置生产过程中, 通常需要将液晶玻璃面板放置在包装箱内, 然 后运输到相应的组装工站进行组装。 为了避免在运输过程中对液晶玻璃面板造成 损伤, 尤其防止包装箱对液晶玻璃面板上的覆晶薄膜造成损伤。 目前, 常见的包 装箱如图 1和图 2所示, 包括箱体 11 , 并旦箱体 11的侧壁 12相配合形成 ·个用 于放置液晶玻璃面板 16的放置区 13。 在箱体 11的侧壁 12的内侧形成有容纳槽 】4, 容纳槽 14对应液晶玻璃面板 16上的覆晶薄膜】7。 即当液晶玻璃面板】 6放 置在放置区 13后, 覆晶薄膜 17刚好位于容纳槽 14内。 同时, 相邻的两个容纳 槽 14之间形成一个支撑凸起 15, 用于对液晶玻璃面板 16起到支撑限位的作用, 并使得覆晶薄膜 17与包装箱脱离接触。
但包装箱采用此种结构^, 当液晶玻璃面板的侧端部形成的覆晶薄膜增多 时, 则包装箱的侧壁上对应幵设的容纳槽亦会增多。 但这样一来, 相邻的两个容 纳槽之间的支撑凸起的厚度则会相应减小。 同时, 由于包装箱通常采用发泡 料 制成, 因此当支撑凸起的厚度减小到一定程度时, 其自身的结构强度不足以对液 晶玻璃面板起到支撑限位的作用。 在运输过程中发生撞击时, 支撑凸起易发生弯 折, 从而导致覆晶薄膜与包装箱发生直接磕碰, 使得覆晶薄膜发生损伤, 进而导 致液晶玻璃面板不良率的提高。
针对上述现有技术中的不足, 本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶玻璃面板包装 箱, 其能够更好地为液晶玻璃面板提供保护。
1 ) 本发明提供的一种液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 包括箱体, 所述箱体的侧壁相 配合形成一用干放置液晶玻璃面板的放置区,

在进一歩的技术方案中, 通过在侧壁上形成多个安装槽, 可实现在侧壁的內 侧安装放置多个支撑构件, 并且利 多个支撑构件对液晶玻璃面板起到支撑的作 ]¾。 从而有效地分散了支撑构件与液晶玻璃面板之间应力, 进而避免了液晶玻璃 面板与支撑构件之间因应力集中而发生损坏。 使得该包装箱能够更好地为液晶玻 璃面板提供保护。
在进一步的技术方案中, 将支撑构件中的支撑部构造成 "U" 形结钩, 将安 装部构造成与支撑部的开口端垂直的弯折结构。 其中, 通过将支撑部构造成 "U" 形结构, 可在尽可能节省材料的前提下提高支撑部与液晶玻璃面板的接触面积, 从而使得支撑构件更好地对液晶玻璃面板起到支撑的作用。 安装部与支撑部之间 成垂直形状, 可以有效地保证支撑构件与箱体的侧壁的安装的稳定性。
在进一步的技术方案中, 支撑构件采 板材冲压制成, 便于批量生产制造, 节省成本。
在进一步的技术方案中, 支撑构件在朝向放置区的端面处设置缓冲挡块, 通 过缓冲挡块可有效降低液晶玻璃面板与支撑构件之间在发生撞击时的冲击力, 从 而使得该包装箱能够更好地为液晶玻璃面板提供保护。
在进一步的技术方案中, 缓冲挡块与支撑构件采用粘接配合, 便于安装。 上述技术特征可以各种适合的方式组合或由等效的技术特征来替代, 只要能 够达到本发明的目的。
在下文中将基于仅为非限定性的实施例并参考附图来对本发明进行更 i羊细 的描述。 其中- 图 i为现有技术中的液晶玻璃面板包装箱的结构示意图;
图 2为图 1中 A处的局部放大图;
3为本发明实施例中提供的液晶玻璃面板包装箱的结构示意图; 图 4为图 3中 B处的局部放大图; 图 5为本发明实施例中提供的液晶玻璃面板包装箱的安装结构示意图 图 6为本发明实施倒中提供的液晶玻璃面板包装箱中的支撑构件的结构示意 图。

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将对本发明的技术方案 进行清楚、 完整的描述, 基于本发明中的具体实施方式, 本领域普通技术人员在 没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式, 都属于本发明所保护 的范围。
在描述具体实施方式前, 先对本发明中出现的方向性名词做如下限定- 在液晶玻璃面板包装箱中, 如图 3所示, 液晶玻璃面板的天地侧之间的垂线 方向设定为纵向 L, 另两个相对的侧壁之间的垂线方向设定为横向 T。
如图 3到图 5所示, 本实施例中提供的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 包括箱体 2, 箱体 2的侧壁 2】 相配合形成一用于放置液晶玻璃面板 5的放置区, 还包括支撑 构件 3及形成在箱体 2中的至少一个侧壁 21 的内侧处的用于安装支撑钩件 3的 安装槽 22; 其中, 支撑构件 3的一端形成有能够与安装槽 22形成形状互补式配 合的安装部 31 , 支撑构件 3的另一端形成有朝向放置区延伸的支撑部 32。
其中需要说明的是, 形成有安装槽 22的侧壁 21可以为一个, 也可以为两个
(相邻的两个侧壁 21或相对的两个侧壁 2 均可) , 还可为三个, 亦可为四个侧 壁 21均形成有安装槽 22。 因此形成有安装槽 22的侧壁 21的数量不唯一, 同时 形成有安装槽 22的侧壁 21的具体位置亦不唯一, 应根据实际需要安装使用的液 晶玻璃面板 5而定。 即当液晶玻璃面板 5的侧端部形成有覆晶薄膜 51时, 在与 该侧端部相对的箱体 2的侧壁 21上需幵设安装槽 22。 同时, 需要进一步说明的是, 形成有安装槽 22的侧壁 21上具体的安装槽 22 的数量可以为一个也可为多个, 其具体数量不唯一, 应根据实际安装使用需要幵 设。
应理解的是, 形成有安装槽 22的侧壁 21上, 其上开设的安装槽 22的数量 应大于或等于实际安装的支撑构件 3的数量。 具体的, 开设的安装槽 22的数量 可与实际安装的支撑构件 3的数量相同并实现一对一配合安装。 也可使得开设的 安装槽 22的数量大于实际安装的支撑构件 3 的数量, 即在实际使用时可根据放 置的液晶玻璃面板 5的实际情况, 选择性的在安装槽 22內放置支撑构件 3。
其在箱体 2的侧壁 21的 ή侧设置支撑构件 3 ,通过支撑构件 3自身较好的结 构强度对液晶玻璃面板 5起到支撑、 限位的作用。 利用支撑构件 3与其两侧的箱 体 2的侧壁: Π相配合形成容纳区域,用于放置液晶玻璃面板 5上的覆晶薄膜 5】, .从而实现覆晶薄膜 51 与包装箱脱离接触。 进而更好地为液晶玻璃面板 5提供保 护。
同时, 采 ]¾在箱体 2的侧壁 21上设置支撑构件 3 , 其可灵活控制设置支撑构 件 3的惻壁 21的数量及位置, 并且在一个侧壁 21上还可灵活控制设置的支撑构 件 3的数量及位置。 从而使得该包装箱可适用于不同的液晶玻璃面板 5的存放, 其通 性更高。
本实施例中, 在形成有安装槽 22的侧壁 21上, 其形成的安装槽 22的数量 -可为一个, 并在该安装槽 22内安装支撑构件 3。然后通过支撑构件 3对液晶玻璃 面板 5起到支撑、 限位的作用。 同时, 利用支撑构件 3与其两侧的箱体 2的侧壁
21相配合形成容纳区域, 用于放置液晶玻璃面板 5上的覆晶薄膜 51„ 但采用该 种安装方式, 液晶玻璃面板 5上的一个侧端部只与一个支撑构件 3相接处。 当在 运输过程中发生撞击时,液晶玻璃面板 5收到的冲击力会在该支撑构件 3处集中, 从而易导致液晶玻璃面板 5发生损伤甚至是损毁。 为此, 优选的, 可在一个侧壁 21上形成有多个安装槽 22, 并旦多个安装槽 22呈间隔设置, 如图 3所示。 通过 在一个惻壁 21上形成多个安装槽 22,可实现在该侧壁 21的内侧安装放置多个支 撑构件 3, 并且利用多个支撑构件 3对液晶玻璃面板 5起到支撑的作用。 从而有 效地分散了支撑构件 3与液晶玻璃面板 5之间应力, 进而避免了液晶玻璃面板 5 与支撑构件 3之间因应力集中而发生损坏。 使得该包装箱能够更好地为液晶玻璃 面板 5提供保护。 本实施倒中, 液晶玻璃面板包装箱其可在 4个侧壁 21上均开设安装槽 22, 即在纵向两端的侧壁 21上 (即液晶玻璃面板 5 的天地侧) 以及横向两端的侧壁 21 上均幵设安装槽 22。 但在实际使用中, 由于液晶玻璃面板包装箱其在与液晶 玻璃面板 5的天地侧相对应的侧壁 21上设有保护结构 (用于保护天地侧上设置 的电子器件) , 因此可以不再做幵设安装槽 22并防止支撑构件 3。 为此, 本实施 例中优选的, 可只在箱体 2中沿横向两端的惻壁 21上均形成有安装槽 22。
迸一步的, 在每个侧壁 21上均形成有多个安装槽 22, 并 多个安装槽 22呈 间隔设置。
其中, 具体安装槽 22开设的数量以及支撑构件 3的安装数量及方式与上述 相类似, 在此不再赘述。
本实施例中, 支撑构件 3的具体形式可为多种结构。 例如: 支撑构件 3构造 成 "T "形结构, 利用延伸的一端作为支撑部 32, 另一端诈为安装部 31用于与侧 壁 21的安装槽 22卡接安装。 再例如: 支撑构件 3还可构造成一长方体, 利用其 -端插入至侧壁 21上的安装槽 22内, 并通过支撑构件 3与侧壁 21之间的摩擦 力保证支撑构件 3不会从安装槽 22内脱落, 然后利用其另一端作为支撑部 32。 还例如: 支撑构件 3构造成类 "T"形结构, 其一端支撑禊形结构并作为安装部 31与侧壁 21的安装槽 22卡接安装, 另一端延伸作为支撑部 32。 因此, 支撑构 件 3的具体结构不唯一。
同时, 支撑构件 3可采用具有一定结构强度的柔性材料支撑, 例如橡胶。 只 要其自身结构强度能够满足在撞击过程中对液晶玻璃面板 5起到支撑作用, 并且 其自身的弹性不至于对液晶玻璃面板 5造成损伤即可。
本实施例中优选的, 如图 6所示, 支撑构件 3上的支撑部 32构造成 "U"形 结构, 并且支撑部 32的闭口端朝向放置区; 支撑构件 3上的安装部 31构造成与 支撑部 32的幵口端垂直的弯折结构。 其中, 通过将支撑部 32构造成 "U"形结 构, 可在尽可能节省材料的前提下提高支撑部 32与液晶玻璃面板 5的接触面积, 从而使得支撑构件 3更好地对液晶玻璃面板 5起到支撑的作用。 安装部 31与支 撑部 32之间成垂直形状, 可以有效地保证支撑构件 3与箱体 2的侧壁 21的安装 的稳定性。
迸一步的, 将支撑构件 3做成该形状, 支撑构件 3可采用板材冲压制成。 便 于批量生产制造, 节省成本。 本实施倒中, 由于在运输过程中, 如果发生撞击时, 支撑构件 3与液晶玻璃 面板 5直接接触并受到相应的冲击力。 为了有效地降低液晶玻璃面板 5与支撑构 件 3之间在发生撞击时的冲击力, 如图 5和图 6所示, 还可在支撑构件 3朝向放 置区的端面处设置有缓冲挡块 4。
其中, 优选的缓冲挡块 4设置在支撑构件 3中的支撑部 32朝向液晶玻璃面 板 5的端面上, 即如图 6中所示。 其可在液晶玻璃面板 5与支撑构件 3之间实现 缓冲作用。
进一步的, 缓冲挡块 4还可设置在支撑构件 3中的支撑部 32朝向液晶玻璃 面板 5中的覆晶薄膜 51的端面上, 如图 6中所示的 a处、 b处。 其可在覆晶薄 膜 51与支撑构件 3之间实现缓冲作用。 A认而对覆晶薄膜 51起到保护的作用。
需理解的是, 以上缓冲挡块 4的设置形式都应落入本发明的保护范 。 本实施倒中, 缓冲挡块 4与支撑构件 3粘接, 更加便于安装。
本实施例中, 缓冲挡块 4采用硅胶或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施方式及实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而 非对其限制; 尽管参照前述实施方式及实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领 域的普通技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述实施方式或实施例所记载的技术 方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施方式或实施例技术方案的精神和范 围。

权利要求书
L ·种液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 包括箱体, 所述箱体的侧壁相配合形成一用于 放置液晶玻璃面板的放置区, 其中,
还包括支撑构件及形成在所述箱体中的至少一个侧壁的內侧处的用于安装 所述支撑构件的安装槽;
其中, 所述支撑构件的一端形成有能够与所述安装槽形成形状互补式配合的 安装部, 所述支撑构件的另一端形成有朝向所述放置区延伸的支撑部。
2, 根据权利要求 1所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述侧壁上形成有多 个所述安装槽, 并且多个所述安装槽呈间隔设置。
3, 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件上的所 述支撑部构造成 "U"形结构, 并且所述支撑部的闭口端朝向所述放置区; 所述支撑构件上的所述安装部构造成与所述支撑部的开口端垂直的弯折结 构。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件采用板 材冲压制成。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件朝向所 述放置区的端面处设置有缓冲挡块。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述缓冲挡块与所述 支撑构件粘接。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述缓冲挡块采用硅 胶或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述箱体中沿横向两 端的侧壁上均形成有所述安装槽。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件上的所 述支撑部构造成 "U"形结构, 并且所述支撑部的闭口端朝向所述放置区; 所述支撑构件上的所述安装部构造成与所述支撑部的开口端垂直的弯折结 构。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件采用 板材冲压制成。 1】. 根据权利要求 9所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件朝向 所述放置区的端面处设置有缓冲挡块。

13. 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件上的 所述支撑部构造成 "U"形结构, 并 ϋ所述支撑部的闭口端朝向所述放置区; 所述支撑构件上的所述安装部构造成与所述支撑部的幵口端垂直的弯折结 构。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件采用 板材冲压制成。
15. 根据权利要求 13所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件朝向 所述放置区的端面处设置有缓冲挡块。
16. 根据权利要求〗 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件上的 所述支撑部构造成 "U "形结构, 并旦所述支撑部的闭口端朝向所述放置区; 所述支撑构件上的所述安装部构造成与所述支撑部的开口端垂直的弯折结 构。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件采用 板材冲压制成。
18. 根据权利要求 16所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述支撑构件朝向 所述放置区的端面处设置有缓 挡块。
19. 根据权利要求 18所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述缓冲挡块与所 述支撑钩件粘接。
20. 根据权利要求】8所述的液晶玻璃面板包装箱, 其中, 所述缓冲挡块采用 硅胶或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物制成。
