背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车越来越多的进入人们的生活,甚至普及,有限的停车位置已经不能满足车辆停放的需要,怎么充分利用现有的面积停放更多的车辆成为急需解决的问题。
地下停车场虽然能够解决部分停车问题,但是占地面积大,尤其是车辆进出所必须留下的通车道,进出的车辆一多,会造成拥堵的现象,而且地下停车场需要每个车主自己停取车辆,造成时间的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的问题是:本实用新型提供一种占地面积小、升降方便,地上或者是地下都可以使用的立体车库。
本实用新型解决其问题所采取的技术方案是:提供 一种立体车库,包括构成主体框架的垂直立柱、垂直于立柱的载车板、升降导轨、驱动电机和控制装置,其特征在于:所述升降导轨设置在立柱上,载车板与升降导轨相连接,所述立柱设置锁定机构,载车板设置与所述锁定机构相适配的锁扣,所述驱动电机连接控制装置,驱动电机驱动升降导轨的升降;所述载车板至少设置两层;所述各层载车板均由两块独立的承重板组成,且各块承重板分别与同侧导轨活动连接;所述各块承重板设置独立导轨;所述载车板设置索链,所述立柱相应的设置索链拉钩;所述导轨设置导轨盒。
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是:
  1. 1、 升降导轨设置在立柱上,载车板与升降导轨相连接,车库升降简单、方便。
  1. 2、 立柱设置锁定机构,载车板设置与所述锁定机构相适配的锁扣,锁定机构与适扣的设置能够增加载车板与立柱连接的牢固性,防止载车板坠落。
  1. 3、 驱动电机连接控制装置,驱动电机驱动升降导轨的升降,电动机工作效率高,没有烟尘、气味,运行可靠,能满足各种运行要求。
  1. 4、 载车板至少设置两层,只占用一个车位的位置停放两辆以上的车,减少占地面积。
  1. 5、 各层载车板均由两块独立的承重板组成,且各块承重板分别与同侧导轨活动连接,停车数量少于载车板数量的时候,把多余的载车板贴合到左右两侧,不影响其他载车板的升降。
  1. 6、 各块承重板设置独立导轨,各层载车板升降互不影响。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型 提供 一种立体车库,包括构成主体框架的垂直立柱1、垂直于立柱1的载车板3、升降导轨、驱动电机6和控制装置,其特征在于:所述升降导轨设置在立柱1上,载车板2与升降导轨相连接,所述立柱1设置锁定机构5,载车板2设置与所述锁定机构5相适配的锁扣,所述驱动电机6连接控制装置,驱动电机6驱动升降导轨的升降;所述载车板2至少设置两层;所述各层载车板2均由两块独立的承重板3组成,且各块承重板3分别与同侧导轨活动连接;所述各块承重板3设置独立导轨;所述载车板2设置索链,所述立柱1相应的设置索链拉钩;所述导轨设置导轨盒4。
本实用新型采用上述结构,在地坑或者是地上安装此装置,包 括构成主体框架的垂直立柱1、垂直于立柱1的载车板2、升降系统、驱动电机6和控制装置,当车辆准备停入车库时,用户通过控制装置启动驱动电机6,驱动电机6驱动设置于立柱1上的导轨上下升降,使载车板2达到车辆所在的平面,用户将车停到载车板2上,再通过控制装置将停有车辆的载车板2升降到一定的位置即可。
立柱1设置锁定机构5,与载车板2设置的锁扣扣合,能有效的防止载车板2的坠落。锁定装置有效的固定载车板2和立柱1的相对位置。
载车板2的数量可以根据用户的需要设置,减少不必要的浪费。
在停车数量少于载车板2数量的时候,将除底层外暂不使用的承重板3贴合到左右两侧,不影响其他载车板2的升降。
各块承重板3设置独立的导轨,各层载车板2在升降时互不影响。
所述载车板2设置索链,所述立柱1相应的设置索链拉钩;索链扣入锁链拉钩,此时放下承重板3,该承重板3与立柱1平行贴合。锁定机构5用于有车时把载车板2锁定在立柱1上,索链用于空载时承重板3挂在立柱1上。
所述导轨设置导轨盒4,导轨上涂抹润滑油,导轨盒4防止灰尘进入,保护导轨,避免润滑油的快速挥发,也保证了外观上的协调,方便拆换维修。
需要指出的是,上述实施方式仅是本实用新型优选的实施例,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在符合本实用新型工作原理的前提下,任何等同或相似的替换均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

  1. 一种立体车库,包括构成主体框架的垂直立柱、垂直于立柱的载车板、升降导轨、驱动电机和控制装置,其特征在于:所述升降导轨设置在立柱上,载车板与升降导轨相连接,所述立柱设置锁定机构,载车板设置与所述锁定机构相适配的锁扣,所述驱动电机连接控制装置,驱动电机驱动升降导轨的升降。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立体车库,其特征在于:所述各层载车板均由两块独立的承重板组成,且各块承重板分别与同侧导轨活动连接。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立体车库,其特征在于:所述载车板设置索链,所述立柱相应的设置索链拉钩。
