一种低碳高效便捷智能停车库
技术领域
本发明涉及一种置于城市公共场所,花坛园林中环境的绿色地下立体自 动停车库。 背景技术
公知的在当前我国城市经济社会发展进程中,城市停车供需矛盾日益突 出, 特别是在我国城市土地资源高度紧缺和汽车拥有量快速增长背景下, 由 于停车设施总量不足、 配置不合理、 利用效率低和停车管理不到位而导致了 严重的停车难、 交通拥堵等问题, 而用于小型汽车车辆停放的立体停车场和 停车库, 都要占用土地, 破坏绿化环境。 而且, 大都是由驾驶员开车绕道进 入停车泊位, 存在过道长, 占地面积多, 进出车库麻烦, 又如北京国际机场 地下三层立体停车场都要驾驶员开车绕道进出停车库, 过道很长, 就是进出 库寻找泊位都比较困难。这种车库进出泊位既要开车用燃油,又有噪音污染、 油烟排放, 安全防范不佳。 这种停车场呈方块型排列, 还要前后出车道, 占 地面积也大, 停泊车辆少, 停泊存取车辆不便, 自动化程度低, 不能满足现 代经济社会人们低碳绿色生活的要求。 发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种绿色地下空间技术的停车库, 以解决现有立体 停车场和停车库要人为开车进出车库, 过道太长存在的占地面积大; 有噪音 污染, 油烟排放多, 停泊车辆少, 车辆进出库不便, 自动化程度低的问题。
真正把原有的停车地面用于绿化环境, 绿色建设, 地下建筑智能停车场, 绿 色停车一举二得, 真正把车辆停放在花坛之中, 美化环境, 低碳生活, 符合 现代社会发展的要求。
本发明的技术方案是: 一种低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 包括车库主体、 升降箱体、 升降驱动装置和自动存取车装置, 车库主体由升降井和设在其周 围的至少一条泊车通道组成, 在升降井的顶端设有车库亭, 在车库亭的两侧 设有入库平台和出库平台; 在泊车通道的一侧或两侧设有多个泊车位; 自动 存取车装置设在升降箱体内; 升降驱动装置与升降箱体传动连接, 其特征在 于,在所述的升降井内设有两个升降箱体;所述的升降驱动装置包括上链条、 下链条、 导向链轮、 驱动电机、 主动链轮和制动器, 在车库亭顶部和升降井 的底部装有多个导向链轮; 两个升降箱体的顶端与上链条的两端连接, 该上 链条绕过车库亭顶部的导向链轮; 两个升降箱体的底端与下链条的两端连 接, 该下链条绕过升降井底部的导向链轮以及主动链轮, 该主动链轮安装在 电机的输出轴上; 在一个导向链轮上装有制动器。
本发明的特点是在于, 地上面是绿色建筑广场置于花坛, 即一种花坛智 能地下停车场, 是一改现有普通的立体停车场要破坏地面绿化的缺点, 是真 正意义上的绿色建筑工程,和城市停车设施的低碳经济产业。在绿色地面上, 直接式自动车库的进出库平台, 采用智能自动存取车装置, 旋转分流输送平 台, 及置于井内的升降出入装置之进行着上下运动并圓环周入库, 高效泊车 结构平台, 采用自平衡升降技术, 来实施运转智能自动存取车装置进出库, 结构筒单, 工作可靠, 容易维护, 节能效果明显。 采用智能地下立体自动停 车场, 节省占地, 确保地上绿化面积, 地面花坛美化环境, 增加城市地面绿 色。 直接式自动车库, 可免燃油, 减排放, 不用驾驶员开车进出车库, 低碳 环保。 自动进出节能减排, 一卡通智能停车, 安全, 筒便快捷。

参见图 1-图 7 , 本发明一种低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 包括车库主体、 升降箱体 1、升降驱动装置和自动存取车装置,车库主体由升降井 12和设在 其周围的至少一条泊车通道 5组成, 在升降井 12的顶端设有车库亭 10 , 在 车库亭 10的两侧设有入库平台 1 3和出库平台 14。在泊车通道 5的一侧或两 侧设有多个泊车位 6。 自动存取车装置设在升降箱体 1内; 升降驱动装置与 升降箱体 1传动连接。在所述的升降井 12内设有两个升降箱体 1 ; 所述的升 降驱动装置包括上链条 71、 下链条 72、 多个导向链轮 8、 驱动电机 16、 主 动链轮和制动器 9, 在车库亭 10的顶部和升降井 12的底部装有多个导向链 轮 8 ; 两个升降箱体 1的顶端与上链条 71的两端连接, 该上链条 71绕过车 库亭 1 0顶部的导向链轮 8。两个升降箱体 1的底端与下链条 72的两端连接, 该下链条 72绕过升降井 12底部的导向链轮 8以及主动链轮, 该主动链轮安 装在电机 16的输出轴上。 在一个导向链轮 8上装有制动器 9。 车库工作时, 电机 16通过上链条 71和下链条 72带动两个升降箱体 1一升一降, 两者起 到互为平衡配重的作用, 当两个升降箱体 1都载有汽车并分别为入库和出库 的时候, 就会节省大量的能量。 即使在一个升降箱体 1空载时, 空的升降箱
体 1的平衡作用也会节省一定的能量。所述的泊车通道 5和泊车位 6设有多 层。
在所述的泊车通道 5的底面上装有与该转运小车 3的小车轮 33对应的 通道轨道 51 ; 在所述的泊车位 6的底面上设有与该拖车板 2的滚轮 23对应 的泊车轨道 61。
在所述的升降井 12内设有四根相互平行的导向杆 11 , 升降箱体 1的周 边滑动连接在该导向杆 1 1上。
在所述的入库平台 1 3设有与车库控制系统连接的刷卡机 15。
在所述的入库平台 1 3和出库平台 14上设有与该拖车板 2的滚轮 23对 应的平台轨道(与泊车位 6泊车轨道 61相同, 未图示)。
所述的自动存取车装置包括转盘 4、 转运小车 3和拖车板 2 , 转盘 4安 装在所述的升降箱体的底端上面,在该转盘 4的上面安装有转盘轨道 41 ,该 转盘装有转动驱动装置; 在转运小车 3的下面两侧装有两对小车轮 33和转 运小车驱动装置 34 , 在转运小车 3的上面设有小车轨道 32和(多级)液压 缸 31 (也可是气缸), 小车轮 33设在转盘轨道 41上; 在拖车板 2的上面设 有车轮槽 21 , 在拖车板 2的下面两侧装有两对滚轮 23并设在小车轨道 32 上, 在拖车板 2—端的下面设有与设在液压缸 31活塞杆顶端的升降杆 311 对应的挂接槽 21。
本发明工作过程是: 车辆入库时, 车辆只须停在入库平台 1 3 (设有拖车 板 2 )上, 通过监控安全检查(检测车辆的重量、 体积等)后准入, 驾驶员 关门上锁, 在刷卡机 15刷卡后离去。 车库的智能控制系统(现有技术)进 行数椐处理, 停在升降井 12上端的一个升降箱体 1 内的自动存取车装置运 作, 转运小车 3上的液压缸 31的活塞杆伸出, 顶端的升降杆 311伸入到入 库平台 1 3上的拖车板 2—端下面的挂接槽 21内,将拖车板 2拉入升降箱体 1内转盘轨道 41上。升降箱体 1下降到一个泊车通道 5口,转运小车 3沿通
道轨道 51移动到一个空泊车位 6处,提供液压缸 31将拖车板 2输送到泊车 位 6内的泊车轨道 61上, 入库完成。 然后转运小车 3返回到升降箱体 1 内 并一同返回地面。
车辆的出库与上述过程相反,不再赘述。在一个升降箱体 1入库的同时, 另一升降箱体 1可以进行出库的过程。
Claims
1、 一种低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 包括车库主体、 升降箱体、 升降驱 动装置和自动存取车装置, 车库主体由升降井和设在其周围的至少一条泊车 通道组成, 在升降井的顶端设有车库亭, 在车库亭的两侧设有入库平台和出 库平台; 在泊车通道的一侧或两侧设有多个泊车位; 自动存取车装置设在升 降箱体内; 升降驱动装置与升降箱体传动连接, 其特征在于, 在所述的升降 井内设有两个升降箱体; 所述的升降驱动装置包括上链条、 下链条、 导向链 轮、 驱动电机、 主动链轮和制动器, 在车库亭顶部和升降井的底部装有多个 导向链轮; 两个升降箱体的顶端与上链条的两端连接, 该上链条绕过车库亭 顶部的导向链轮; 两个升降箱体的底端与下链条的两端连接, 该下链条绕过 升降井底部的导向链轮以及主动链轮, 该主动链轮安装在电机的输出轴上; 在一个导向链轮上装有制动器。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 其特征在于, 所 述的自动存取车装置包括转盘、 转运小车和拖车板, 转盘安装在所述的升降 箱体的底端上面, 在该转盘的上面安装有转盘轨道, 该转盘装有转动驱动装 置; 在转运小车的下面两侧装有两对小车轮和转运小车驱动装置, 在转运小 车的上面设有小车轨道和液压缸, 小车轮设在转盘轨道上; 在拖车板的上面 设有车轮槽, 在拖车板的下面两侧装有两对滚轮并设在小车轨道上, 在拖车 板一端的下面设有与设在液压缸活塞杆顶端的升降杆对应的挂接槽。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 其特征在于, 在 所述的泊车通道的底面上装有与该转运小车的小车轮对应的通道轨道; 在所 述的泊车位的底面上设有与该拖车板的滚轮对应的泊车轨道。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 其特征在于, 在 所述的升降井内至少设有两根相互平行的导向杆,升降箱体的周边滑动连接
在该导向杆上。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 其特征在于, 所 述的泊车通道和泊车位设有多层。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 其特征在于, 在 所述的入库平台设有与车库控制系统连接的刷卡机。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的低碳高效便捷智能停车库, 其特征在于, 在 所述的入库平台和出库平台上设有与该拖车板的滚轮对应的平台轨道。
